These people are great! I walked in to get some juice and a coil one day after having the worst 72 hours of my life. I won’t go into detail, but I very embarrassingly ended up crying in the middle of the store. These dudes and woman gave me the biggest pep talk ever and didn’t make me feel silly at all for my crazy breakdown. Very cool group of people. Definitely recommend! -thanks you guys by the way ;)

I usually go there and it was good...the older gentlemen was amazing all my trips was good until this Last 1....I ordered apple max juice 3% nic. And all I taste is.... well best way to describe it is...if you ever smelt latex gloves...thats what it tasted like. The older gentlemen wasnt there when I ordered it. Idk if it was just mixed wrong but....so far thats been my worst experience...very disappointed having to do this review......I tried to be fair and not just jump to a 1 star..I have had great experiences with them but they need to take apple off there list of flavors....

Very sweet family owned business! Spoke with the owner and they are having phone problems so be patient with them if you don’t get an answer.Highly recommend using them for all you vaping needs!

I initially had a good experience at the Vape Shack. I spent $180 in two trips. On the second trip I bought what turned out to be a fake tank that had a bad security code. Went to the manufacturers site to verify the code and it had been used thousands of times already. Called and spoke with the owner or manager. He was nice enough but was really interested in proving me wrong and not so interested in helping me as a customer. Never offered to replace or refund it. He said they probably stopped generating new security code numbers on the boxes. I thought that was a possibility I guess until I bought two products from the same manufacturer on eBay of all places and they both checked out as authentic using their security codes. I dont know if they intentionally sell fake stuff but they are certainly not interested in helping you if you have a problem with the products they sell.

The markup is crazy here. A pack of coils for $50, when you can get them online for $20+$5 shipping? I could get next day air and still be ahead. I never really liked their juice but didnt disparage because they help people quit smoking, but damn every piece of hardware is marked up at least 100%. Do yourself a favor and look up prices before you go there. See if the price/convienence ratio is worth it to you. It wasnt for me.

Pleasantly surprised with the amount of colorful vape items they have (didnt look at prices though..). I tried a house juice called ocean water and it was pretty terrible.. i emptied my tank and put something else in. Probably wont be buying juice from them again.

I was a regular customer while I had my company in the oilfield in Odessa... The owner is an incredible guy, and allows customers to not only come in and relax, but also to assist in educating new customers on how to stop smoking and start vaping. Since I have returned to my home state of Arizona, I have called and ordered my juice (harvest berry) and have always gotten my juice quickly. Great customer service, great shipping times, and the highest quality juice that I have ever seen !!! Ive used a ton of vape shops around the U.S. and am willing to testify that vape shack has the best of juices, flavors, and friendliest employees I have ever seen. Great work guys, dont let the government take you out, your awesome. !!

Knowledgeable, friendly staff!! I have never had a question left unanswered. Staff has gone out of their way to help figure out problems with equipment or just to teach proper usage. Great prices and variety of products!!

Clean and friendly vape shop! The staff is Veteran friendly and give discounts for those who once served. They are knowledgeable and do not promote their own product as Superior to everything else which is refreshing.

Checked this place out while waiting on Steins to open up (a sports bar a few doors down) and automatically felt unwelcomed. Store was musty and nasty. The monotone staff had nothing to say as they sat there puffing on their vapes. Felt zero energy in the atmosphere. Opened up some conversation on their mild product selection and got 1 or 2 word answers every time... wont be coming back. Could have potentially bought a new mod and some juice but this just wasnt the place. From what I can tell, the owner is a nice outgoing guy, sounds to me like he needs to reconsider his staff.

Awesome and Amazing!!! Compared to the competitors u cant beat em. Only wished they were open till 9(hint.. hint) Pretty hard to come n from out n the field and make it before last call...

The staff are not just helpful but super friendly too. A little bit out of the way but 100% totally worth it! Wont be going anywhere else in town for my e-juice needs.

Love love love vape shack! Melvin is the owner and he is super nice. Helps you find what you need and if you have a problem he wants to help you fix it!. I feel bad if I go anywhere else!!! Theres not alot of places that the owner personally comes out and helps you.

Juice is absolutely terrible. It makes you breathe funny. The juice taste like it has chemicals in it. The staff are no help whatsoever and have a completely twisted interpretation of the FDA guidelines. I strongly advise you to go somewhere, anywhere else, nay I implore you to reconsider frequenting this establishment.

This is a really great store... staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store has a great vibe and a classy atmosphere. Service is prompt and courteous. Definitely recommend them to anyone!

Everytime i go into the vape shack.... They are always friendly and they always help everyone as fast and efficient as they can, and 99.9% of the time they have what your looking for. If not, its cause its a popular item and theyve sold out but will get more. I recommend the vape shack to anyone and everyone!!! I love it!!!

Great and friendly atmosphere! The newest lemon twist golden coast lemon bar was a great selection for the owner to choose for us! New favorite lemon bar flavor.

Extremely limited selection of brand name juice.Mainly in house mixes.Bought a blueberry lemonade house mix and when I got home I put it in my tank and it doesnt taste anything like blueberry or lemonade.The vape is so heavy on my lungs it has me feeling like Im smoking cigarettes again.Was the first and last time I go there.

BEST PRICES IN WEST TEXAS. Almost half the cost of the other vape shop around odessa. Leaves the other shops in clouds. Will be going back again and again.

I purchase Naked 100 E - VAPE Juice 60ML regularly online and at other vape stores.WHEN they ring me up the price is $37.88 for one 60ml bottle. This is more than double the price of any place online or at my vape stores in Goodyear, AZI found 2 other Vape stores in Odessa, TXThat sell there 120ml house brands for $34.00 Or less. BOTTOM LINE GET WITH THE PROGRAM... NOT ALL VAPE USERS ARE COMPLETE IDIOTS.
