The place needs to be closed and worked on. The walls are disgusting has sticks stuff on them, the a/c does not work, showers have no pressure, there’s roaches crawling around everywhere, flies in the rooms, tv/wifi is unusable and I am getting bit in my sleep. Front desk workers do not care for your safety

Requested smoke free room they put me in a smoking room didnt sleep well. the bed needs to be replaced uncomfortable, shower was just a stream of water.

My biggest problem about this spot is the black couple that is nonstop arguing all the time slamming their doors, slamming the drawer shut being super loud and causing chaos and arguing and screaming outside every single day it’s annoying. These people need kicked out. I don’t care if they’ve been here for seven years, kick them out.

I stayed at this hotel for about a day, and left the day after because of how terrible it was! There were roaches in the bathroom, there were homeless people on the second floor, and drug dealers probably outside at night! When I walked in, there were gross stains. I even saw blood stains on one of the beds. I think I even saw a dead body stuffed in a big hole in the wall! Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT STAY HERE! Its terrible! They should put cops outside at night. And repair you hotel, people! Oh, and get better staff. The person at the front desk was incredibly rude.

Its not a bad place for the price. No bugs, and that is the main thing I critique about in budget rooms. The office hours are weird though.

If I had the option to put 0 stars on all of this, this was the worst hotel I ever booked anywhere. My uncle came from out of town stayed here for 2 nights before being told to leave because I asked for the charges on my account, mind you I paid for the room but did not stay. I was told I couldn’t even be in the room to visit even though I paid. The night before I had a pending charge for 43.00 to my account so I was double checking to make sure I was not being charged for extra, it must of pissed the manager off because he told me my uncle had to leave. It is reasonable to ask where your money is going to is it not? I was than released my money for the rest of the 3 nights I paid for but was not released my deposit. I was told they would release it at 3pm and they didn’t. this place is terrible, they treat you like you done everything wrong, they watch your every move and obviously can’t ask for a receipt. Online booking it does not state you have to pay 100.00 deposit after you book here you receive a email or text! So FYI for those wanting to book here, but there’s hotels in Oklahoma City that only require 40 or 50 deposits! This is not worth it at all!!!!

By far the most repulsive hotel I have ever been in. It is so infested with cockroaches that they crawl out from cracks in the walls, the fridge, the front door, etc. There is no smoke detector (I have a non-smoking room) or microwave. The old lady at the front desk is very rude and gives people a hard time when they try to get the laundry key. Staff will treat you more like an inconvenience than a paying customer. Sadly, I purchased a week stay without knowing how horrible of a state this hotel is in. I have no idea how the health department hasnt shut it down yet but I will be calling them today.

Stay away,stay away,stay away. Charge $60Security. Was to refund but only $5.94 was credited to my card. . Loud,dirty,inop microwave. Making fraud report tomorrow. Room dirty,smoked in. ( supposed to be some free. Unpainted patches on wall. Bathroom handle about to fall out. Faucet was loose. You had to hold it down to turn on water. Mirrors and glass,paint smoke film. Call 800 # no one then transfer to hotel. They dont answer. Call hotel # get 800 # then they transfer no one answers. Rinse repeat, rinse repeat. Never should have paid for the room up front. Call hotel get 800#

It was a cheap room so, you get what you pay for. I am writing this review because its been 3 days and my deposit has not been credited back to me. I have tried the corporate office and they started me back to a dead end at the hotel location. Anyone else have a problem getting the deposit back. I left the room just as I found it and probably better because I aired the stink out. I tried to give him the deposit in cash and he wouldnt take it. Weird. It needs to be out back on my card. Im not going to stop pursuing corporate then the BBB. What is the normal time for it to be returned. ?

The deceitful little man posted $144 to my account with the promise that he would refund me back the security deposit of $100 upon my departure however my departure was at 5:00 a.m. I stayed there for about 5 or 6 hours took a shower watched a little TV and went on with the rest of my trip. Now I see that the transaction was posted as one invoice for the total amount not separately for the room and separately for the security deposit. I tried to call several times yesterday and today with no answer and no voicemail I sent an email off to them for their invoice. So Im posting this review do not stay there the rooms are terrible the service is terrible and they are extremely dishonest I should have looked at the reviews before I stayed there but I was very tired and I dont know what I was thinking I guess! Beware do not stay here

Floor was NOT all that clean, had broken shower curtain, refund came back in two days, not that Sunday afternoon at 1:00pm like the night auditor to promised, no microwave or refrigerator in the rooms, extremely destitute conditions throughout- poorly lit “lobby”. Please, please avoid if you can. The picture of the building looks good on the traveling website but the place is far from that. They will charge you $27 to cancel. Don’t book in the first place.

So my husband stayed in this hotel for 3 days he brought his own blanket an pillow an of course we have a dog so yes dog hair was on his blanket but this place is going to call him an tell him that he’s going to charge $200 dollars to his card cause there is cigarette burns in his blanket first of all my Husband hasn’t smoke a cigarettes a day an his life an he never will smoke I mean come on he doesn’t even like to go to the bars in drink. So I recommend known to go here yes it might be cheap but ain’t worth losing money over it. O an all the homeless people are living down stairs in the building that’s why he doesn’t have anything open at the bottom it’s only the 2 floor

Okay so I booked a room and was told you could only do card deposit , rushed off to work the next morning and what do you know I had grabbed the pillow with my stuff on accident. Well even though I brought the pillow back after work and they wrote something down they proceeded to neglect to give me $20 of me $100 deposit fee. At front desk I was told my deposit would be back on my card by the next day and that was also false. Dirty , cheap, scam???? That pillow did not cost $20 and I GAVE IT BACK AND EXPLAINED THE ACCIDENT. There’s roaches , rooms in disrepair it looks nothing like the picture on their websites. After putting me in a dirty room , you charge me $20 for a pillow that I returned? Our tv didn’t even work 😡

I dont have high expectations of a $50 room but the hotel was pretty shabby and the bathroom was not clean at all. The deadbolt and security latch were both broken on our door which left us a bit uneasy. We were also provided only 2 pillows in a 4 person room and it took about 30 minutes and multiple trips to the desk to get extra while my kids were waiting to go to sleep. The man working the counter was not particularly helpful or pleasant. The location isnt that bad and the bed was confortable enough, the only redeeming aspects.

Booked through a 3rd party app, when I arrived 45 minutes before check in which my confirmation said 3pm as did the sign in the office, the guy was absolutely rude to me because I was early and said he had no rooms available until after 3:30 pm and then got mad at me when I couldn’t understand him. The rooms are not taken care of at all. Dirt all over the floors, doesn’t look like they’ve even been swept or mopped. Looked behind the bed and under it as I have a puppy and don’t need him getting into anything and there was garbage all over. I mean you get what you pay for but seriously at least be nicer to your customers and clean up the rooms a little. They’re super outdated.

We booked a hotel here upon arrival the guy at the desk looks down and sees my cousin in a wheel chair and states they dont have any rooms available! The parking lots were empty! I tell him we already booked and paid and he stated he did not rent me a room and he will not except other bookings! Please do not book! Book at your own risk! I highly suggest should you try to book here you call and verify if they will honor the booking!

I was coming home and I needed a motel. I purchased my stay through Priceline. They asked for my debit card for a deposit, so I did. When I checked out the next morning the guy said that I have a dog. I don’t have a dog. I’m in the United States Air Force and first of all they don’t let us have dogs.I told him that and told him I don’t have a dog.After my trip and I arrived home they charged (stole) my money from my account. They took my $100 deposit. I now have to go through my bank and try to get my money back that they stole.After this horrible experience I looked on google reviews and I see that this happen a lot at this location.

Rooms are NOTHING like the pictures. Please do not book a room here if you are looking for decent stay. Sink was dirty, Shower was DIRTY, we saw a few roaches and dust everywhere! I’ve stayed in bad hotels before, but never checked in somewhere this bad. Checked-out as soon as i stepped into the room. Warning, you will not compensated for dissatisfaction. Money Wasted.

They had cheap prices. But I had a double queen room. There was no trash can. In the room. It looked like they just sweeped trash on Floor under the beds. One of the beds was completely sunk in the middle. Management wasnt not professional. When checking in I got a room key that didnt work and the guy who checked me in had to come use a hard key to let us in the room. Later that night someone else was working and told me he would not give me a key or let me in my room since my mother in laws name was on the reservation bc I lost my id but I paid for the room and went to check in with her. I had to go wake her up from sleeping in the van bc one of the beds was broken. So she could show Id so he would re key our room key. That key didnt work. He had to come upstairs and let us into the room. There was no security deposit that we had to pay. And $5 pet fee. The ashtray in smoking rooms are literally a aluminum tin slightly sturdier than aluminum foil with edges crimped up to catch ashes. Didnt see any bugs and water was hot in shower but they didnt even finish the flooring. They had one piece of peel and stick that was too long and running up the wall instead of cutting it to fit

I just want to know the status of my security deposit refund and the duplicate order error refund. My bank account shows no activity. I cannot get someone to answer the phone!The room was what is to be expected for a price of $51. When I showed up I found out I had overpaid and a room was only $39.99. No refund for the difference was offered.Decently cleaned room. Took forever to get checked in despite ordering and prepaying online. Amir was polite, though hearing him speak through a small window with a tiny opening was difficult and annoying.If it wasnt for the lack of communication about my security deposit and duplicate order refund, I would have been satisfied.

Wife recently booked this hotel.Room was dirty. Missing outlet covers. Ceiling near bathroom falling in. Concrete stairs missing big chunks. Stucco Ceiling outside of office falling down and supported with 2x2 boards. Inside room security lock broken.Booked room through Hotwire. Cannot get response or refund from Hotwire or Oyo Hotel. Person at registration desk was extremely rude and aggressive.Due to the safety issues, we will be contacting Oklahoma Consumer Protection (Attorney General), the Health Department, and the Fire Department.Photos on this Google are NOT of this horrible hotel... DONT BE FOOLED!

I purchased a room here on Priceline and made my sons reservation here. My son was traveling from Holloman Airforce Base , NM to my home in Jackson TN.They asked for a credit card for a deposit which most hotels do. After checking out the next morning the guy said he had a dog. My son informed him he didn’t. My son informed him he’s in the Airforce and can’t have a dog and told him he must be mistaken. He left and didn’t think nothing of it.When he got home they took $100 out of his account. We had to call his bank because we called this location 57 times in two days and they wouldn’t answer.After reading reviews on google, this place has several complaints on this same issue. We will be reporting this to oyo corporate and the BBB.Rooms are really nasty and smell really bad. Very disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend to stay at this hotel.

I booked on Hotwire, and when I got there, the place was a dump there were open outlets without covers. The ceiling was caving in, the steps had missing chunks of concrete, very unsafe, dirty, so I left and went to a different hotel, and I’ve been fighting to try to get a refund which they have refused because I didn’t actually stay for my reservation.

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! This place is so sketchy and absolutely disgusting. To begin, checking in the front office, when you walked in it was really hot and muggy and smelled like burnt waffles. Next, we get to the room and there was a man circling around the room and later to find out he had left anyways. In the first room that we had, in smelled like smoke, as I was going to get in bed, the lights shut off 2 times, about 5 seconds each and this scared my little niece to death. We went to go see if we could get our money back, but the lady at the front desk had seen I was on the phone with someone and only offered to exchange rooms. We exchanged rooms to the front but it was not any better, we survived and actually got some sleep but that does not justify this place at all. The second room the we had gotten smelled worse from cigarette smoke, way worse than the other one. Didn’t use the restroom at all but from what I seen it was nasty, made the mistake of taking our shoes off and the carpet was nasty to feel. The WORST THING about this whole experience is that I noticed a stain on the bed before going to sleep but didn’t think anything of it, only to find out that it was A BLOOD STAIN ON THE SHEETS!!!!! This place is absolutely disgusting and is honestly a place for all the hookers to come to, this place just needs to be shut down. I would not have come to this place if it was at 2am and had been driving all day long and if I would’ve read the reviews before hand I would damn sure not have come.

The staff was great but the rooms are nastier then I expected. I get you get what you pay for but I didnt pay to be eaten up by bedbugs. Plus the AC is right by the bed with barely any room separating them and my friend said she couldnt feel the AC all night from the other side of the room. DO NOT bring infant or young children here. There is also no shampoo or soaps in the bathroom. But if you need a hole in the wall place and you dont mind bedbugs go here because at least the staff is nice.

Don’t book!!! They never answered my calls, no one to service me when I got there! Their top walk way that is to enter to check in has yellow tape. They chose to cancel my reservation on their own and I had to call expedia for help and they couldn’t get in-touch with the property as well the line was not working to the number that was provided don’t book!

Price was fair and room was mostly clean however no fridge or microwave in room. No breakfast as advertised & The front desk is very rude telling me if I book multiple days I need to check out then back in bc I booked thru third party I & when I do hotel doesn’t make money like yea right the third party isn’t having access to those rooms for free& Can hear your neighbors through the wall, no hot water or soap for your hands. Location was good but due to the unprofessional manner of the front desk I would not recommend or be returning. 0 stars.

All though the beds were comfortable ands the desk attendant was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were not clean. There was actually cheetoes in the heater vent and windows seal. And the pillows and mattress were all stained up. The floor between the beds stayed wet all night. There was no trash cans in the room or shampoos. There was a big fight outside our room window at 130 in the morning and woke us up. The noise went on for over an hour. We werent very happy with the experience.

It was horrible had cockroaches the light fixture fell from the ceiling an hit me. The towels looked dirty didnt get towels for 2 days had to go buy towels to bathe. Charged $1 for a room key. An charged 78 cents for paying online. Nasty rat trap an didnt represent oyo at all. Actually gives oyo a bad reputation.

Not the best. But, great price for a bed shower wifi and cable TV and the people are nice. Bath towels were stained with make-up, mini fridge was not plugged in. Not what the pictures look like at all on the inside. Great view of the storm passing by last night though. I give 3 stars because for the discount price I got, you get what you pay for.

Wasnt the worst stay Ive had in a hotel, which is why its getting 2 stars. The room itself was pretty basic, which i am fine with, but there was a HUGE wolf spider on the inside of the door when I first went into the room, the mini fridge didnt work on the outlet it was plugged into, and it wasnt particularly quiet during the week hours of the morning due to a homeless crackhead screaming and hollering about her wicker chair. Got a chuckle out of it at any rate..

One step up from county jail. Sparse, furniture broken, trash under the bed. I booked a two bed on Expedia, I was given a one twin bed. Of course, there were no two beds room available. Clerk was argumentative. I should have slept in the car.

This place is horrible. We had them switch us rooms. The first one we entered smelled like an ashtray despite the sign on the door sayingThis is a non-smoking room The management should do a better job of cleaning and checking in on the guest that stay here. The new room we got switched to was rushed to be cleaned. We upload our photos to hopefully help someone save their money and skip this place altogether. Would have rather stayed at motel 6 or somewhere.

Friendly manager,but the rooms are disgusting!!! First room given had dirty linens,trash, and cleaning supplies on the floor. Drawer next to bed was full of left over condoms... moved rooms its better,but still not clean and getting continuous attacked by flies! We def wont ever stay here again.

So disappointed. Nothing like the photos. Horrible smell. Woke up feeling itchy and sick. The overnight attendant was nice, but had no idea what she was doing. The next morning i went to the front desk and the manager explained he had just taken over a few days ago and all of the employees had left. He was very nice about refunding me for the next night so i could stay somewhere else.

After 14 hrs of driving I checked in. It was 2:30 am. Several shady characters hanging out outside of the room. Very poor lightning. Get to the room & the keys dont work. By the way I have with me my 16 yr old daughter & 7 year old granddaughter. I went back to the office & told her the keys dont work & that i would like my money back. Which she did give me a refund. I told her we did not feel safe. She rolled her eyes & mumbled a few choice words. DO NOT recommend !

Roaches all over the room, bed bugs and human bodily fluids all over the bed. Never even used the beds or bathroom but they refused to give a refund because we entered the room. Never offered a receipt or given anything to sign acknowledging no refunds. Unless you literally have no other options, absolutely do not stay here!

Hotelis very old. stair cases and walls are falling. toilet seat not stable. some humidity smell inside.No room service for room cleaning until I left

I had to go buy my own bed bug an roach spray because they would not bring me any or change my room an when I tore up the room to spray it down. I of course changed the bedding an they wouldnt even bring me the bedding until midnight an I had to go get it myself an it was just the sheets. I didnt get a blanket until 10 the next night an we had to go chase that down as well.

Its okay if ur on a budget and need a cheap place to stay. The owner and staff are really nice. They dont have frigs or microwaves in every room which sucks if ur staying for a while. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved a lot. Ive been trying to get the manager to hire me so I could improve the rooms being clean. The people that stay here long periods of the time are nice and friendly. Its quiet everybody keeps there selves. It sucks they dont have the pool filled up. That could be improved. They have a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers. 1.50 to wash and a 1.00 to dry and one-time drys ur clothes all the way. Ive stopped mine cause they were done before the dryer was. Ppl leave your clothes alone the respect others pols stuff. Not a lot of traffic but the ppl who stay here they dont run in and out all night. They have a pop machine and snack machine. Its close to a few restaurants. Its okay place to stay.

Broken toilet seat cover(half of it missing) door on bathroom broken hinge. Asked for non smoking room (they charge $10 extra for non smoking) The room reaked of smoke! No refunds after you check in. Holes in the sheets. People outside the room cursing and being very loud in middle of night. Would never return to this place. Did not get much sleep.

This place is trashy, dirty, and moldy. The roaches meet me at the door and you cant run the microwave and the TV at the same time. The fridge is plugged in the bathroom so I couldnt shut the bathroom door all the way. The staff is slow and drugged out. Place is an all around dump besides the free WiFi. And its better than sleeping outside.

We were just driving thru and needed a bed to sleep in, so we looked for cheap and clean without needing any of the extra. We got cheap but not clean. The room smelled like mildew and was dirty enough that we used our own blankets, left them there afterwards. The ac turned on but when it would turn off it sounded like someone was just pouring water on the floor. Which explains why when I stood up, I stepped on a soaking wet floor. It made me feel like I was walking barefoot thru a nasty public restroom. We decided 4 hours of sleep was enough and left. For 45 dollars, I just wanted a shower and six hours of sleep, but next time I will just pay the extra.

Horrible was already iffy about staying but husband had just drove 15 hrs on motorcycle and was exhausted so just went with it. So got up to room and was setting on the bed went to get shoe that had went under bed and found part of a crack or meth pipe that had been broken went ahead and stayed then the next morning my husband was in shower asked me to bring him something he opened shower door and there was a used needle uncapped and on the edge of the shower. So I took the broke pipe and went to office the man was very rude told me he would make sure and tell housekeeping they needed to clean better I said are u serious they didnt even clean I dont get a partial refund or a refund and he said no we dont give refunds and walked off. I wouldnt even give them a one but couldnt proceed without a star

Absolutely disgusting, if I could give no stars that would be too much.Staying in budget motels as we cross the country. This is the very worst by a long way.Arrived, when I made comment about website told did not care about website or my opinions.Room had broken glass outside door, which appeared to have been there for some time. Room filthy, did not have air con when we arrived and temp was 105 outside.Breakfast was orange juice, non left at 8am, 4 mini muffins at least 2 days old for me and 3 kids. Coffe was terrible, may have been 2 days also.Do yourself a favor, pay 10 bucks more elsewhere, disgrace of a place.

Me and a friend were doing some traveling and stayed here a couple of nites. Got here on a Sat late afternoon. Front desk area was slow and got checked in pretty quick. Room was ok, bed was clean, bathroom was clean, room for 2 in the tub TV is ok, definitely old school. We went out to explore the area, some interesting countryside to explore. Next day, he thought it would be kinda interesting to see how I would do dressed like a good girl. It worked. Guys are always up for some fun on their way to church or after. One guy did both. Housekeeping staff is cool and friendly. Good place to stay, I hope to be back.

Bathroom doors missing the door knob. No smoke detector in the room. No map to get out of the building in case of a fire. Holes in the comforters in the room. Blood on the ceiling and on the beds. Bugs in the rooms. Paint peeling off the walls walk way falling apart. When a complaint was made at the desk the lady said that she would give us clean sheets that we would have to put on ourselves. And thats all that she could do. So in other words we have to clean our own room.

This hotel doesn’t even get a star. My family and I reserved a room for 1 night after driving 14 hours. We get here, check in, get to the room and it only has one bed when we reserved a room for 2 beds. We go down to the office to get it changed and there is a note on the door that says will be back at 9am. We have one bed and no extra blankets. It’s freezing outside. This is the most ridiculous establishment I have ever encountered. Oyo runs a ridiculous hotel. Don’t ever go to one of their hotels. It’s not worth it.

Firstly, the management and staff are very kind and understanding. This is exclusively in reference to the property itself. Someone should invest and build it up. I do hope to be back at some point. It has potential.As a guest, its doable, but there are other options that are much better if you can afford them. This would be an option if you need a spot for a week if you are getting an apartment, but waiting to move in and cant stand spending more than a few hundred bucks. I stayed in six different rooms over six different days. I stayed on the upper and lower floors. In each room at least one thing did not work or was missing altogether. Some rooms have microwaves, and some do not. Some have refrigerators, and some do not. Some have functional televisions...you get it. Also, roaches, no breaker (AC/Cable TV/WiFi Issues), and its right off the highway in a way that does not invite security. The police were called during the week due to reports of gunshots (which could have been fireworks, I dont know).There is a giant garden where the pool should be which attracts bugs. I was harassed by multiple people in the parking lot who werent even guests. I tried to help them as best I could (Im from OKC so I feel responsible for people here), but this was not a fine experience. The only redeeming quality is that I had a friend with me. YMMV :D

Worst hotel I’ve ever done business with! I booked my room with the understanding that I could pay once I checked in and made it known that I wouldn’t be there until late. I was told that it was refundable or I would be able to change my dates. I ended up not being able to make it so I tried to manage my booking and change my dates since it was the easier option. I had trouble online so I called the rep informs me that I can’t change the dates and I would be charged a night for canceling....STAY FAR AWAY FROM OYO. Cheap is cheap you get the service you pay for I guess :/

You get what you pay for. They are cheap. The smoke detectors are in the drawers, WiFi is spotty, comforters have corners cut out of them, trash cans are iffy. They advertise microwave and refrigerator in rooms, make sure you ask for it if you want that. Sometimes the doors dont latch,you so always use the door latch. Ifyou like staying at a place that allows hookers and drunks to stay there, youll love it. The front desk would give any woman the creeps, they are creepy. Maintenance guys are good, they are the only good things there. After my husband seeing where I stay when I go see our son, he has forbidden me from staying there again. It is not a safe place for a female. I will never stay there again, I dont care how low on money I am.

The room was awful for the price. Old box tv. Ac sucked. Nothing has been maintained. There was a girl carried out by ems on arrival due to being a drug addict. Not bottom sheet on bed, they used a you sheet for the bottom. The pool has what sounds like a dying screaming frog in it... oh and did i mention you wouldnt want to get near it anyways? Its awful. Spend the money to stay somewhere nice. Im debating about sleeping in my car, its THAT bad.

I would give it a negative 10 the rooms are very dirty the carpet is sticky when you walk on it, dont think its ever been cleaned. The room they gave me needed to be repaired holes in the walls , but i was only going to stay there for a few hours just to get a little sleep , then some tried to break in to my room they also had a key card but i had the door blocked so they didnt get in ,i went out after them as they ran to their car and drove out fast , now i was the only car in the lot and they drove up with the lights off up to my room door next to where i was parked and kept their car running, so whats the odds that they would have a key card for the only room thats being occupied.

Price was good but it showed. The bathroom door handle was broken, tried to plug in my charger and the outlet blew. Left us with one outlet in the corner of the room to charge phones or use laptops. Price is good but it definitely reflects the stay.

I would have to say that it is a very diverse motel, it is no doubt the best prices motel in this area. The owners / managers are by far the friendliest and best managers Ive ever met, and I have been living in motels for over 3 1/2 years with my spouse. This place like many lower priced motels has its issues with some guest and residents, and some guest take advantage of the kindness of the owners and managers or rather from what Ive seen this is the one flaw that holds this motel property from being the best of the best of the OYO property chain, however with some proper guidance and targeted house cleaning and I dont mean just the rooms.

It was dirty. There was trash all over the place. There was dog poop all on the sidewalk, the phone in the room didnt work , the microwave was burned on the inside an was unplugged an on a shelf, there was no cups,no soap, there was a door leading into a room next to us that people kept trying to open. The ice machine didnt work. An there was only two towels in a room rented for four people, when asked for extra blanket an more towels we were told that the owner did not trust the worker an he didnt have a key to the laundry room. An it took several times even to get to talk to the front help cause he never stayed in there. There was dirty needles out in the sidewalk. Needless to say we were only there a few hours, PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM ALL BOOKING SERVICES AN CLOSED DOWN.There is a amazing motel just right next door, go to it. Once again DO NOT STAY HERE .

The owners here are very friendly & Im thankful they actually offer cheap prices!! After going thru a unstable relationship & choosing to walk away from the entire situation with no where to go & most of my stuff with me,I was blessed to have come across this affordable hotel thats literally up the road from where I work!! Yeah sure its a well used hotel & can use a little scrubbin lol,But this place prevented me from being on the streets with all my stuff & losing my job that Im at now, that Ive worked so hard for!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! I wish I could give NEGATIVE STARS. This place is a slum. There are roaches, blood and body fluid on sheets, it is disgusting. I saw the room and told them I wasnt staying and they refused to refund my money. I gave them several chances to do the right thing and give my money back, but they still refused. Theyre basically stealing from anyone who refuses to accept their unsanitary and dispicable conditions.

Terrible motel! Dirty, unsanitary, out dated, bed so hard and worn i woke up with excrutiating back pain, was left one bath towel one hand towel one wash rag which were so hard and crunchy it hurt to wash and dry off! Bedspread was filthy and smelly, the shower was so dirty i had to wear flip flops on my feet to get inside as i was afraid of catching something!there was brown and yellow stains in the sink, there was a half inch gap under the main door where crickits and june bugs could just crawl right into your room. Staff is rude and caters only to drug dealers and pimps since thats their largest customer base. We found a used condom in the light fixture and blood stains on the sheets.there is a vending machine if u get hungry or thirsty but neither accepts dollar bills and every drink i selected was sold out except diet 7 up- yuck!!

I checked in and went to my room and was there less than an hour and saw two drug deals and didn’t feel safe at all, so I went to the front desk to let them know that I didn’t feel safe here and was not going to stay the night and wanted a refund for the room but he didn’t and told me his manager would be there in a couple of hours if I wanted to talk to him about it. I left and tried to call but all I get is a voicemail with no response. Do not stay here!!!

There was tons of flies in or room like 50. There was no trash cans, no towels, no soap or ice. The tv didnt work nor the mini fridge. There was some kinda animal vomit under desk, no tissues, I also left my computer there noticed hour later mind you I left at 530am for work an I been calling 3 hours no one has answered.

Don’t book a room here the rooms are dirty looking and they have the nerve to charge $100 deposit. The rooms look absolutely nothing like the photos.

This place should be condemned. The owners do a sloppy job and dont fix anything. Simple fixes. My toilet wouldnt work. The TV barely worked. We left and refused to sleep there. Drug addicts everywhere.

The staff was great and the room appeared clean at first glance. The room was so small that in order to fit the beds in the room they have them nearly pushed together. Has a MODERATE COCKROACH INFESTATION. Tvs are the older style with terrible picture quality, couldnt even read the guide menu because it was so fuzzy.

We stayed only 1 night. We checked-in on August 11, 2023 (check-out on August 12). Its a disgusting place! As soon as I entered, I killed a cockroach. The shower was super dirty and therefore, we didn’t shower. But the worst thing is that they asked us for a deposit of $100 and they have charged us, they haven’t returned it to us. The man at the reception didn’t like us at all because I left him the card for the deposit and when he inserted it, the data ojo e repuesta for the pin and the man asked me for the pin because he wanted to type it. Obviously, I told him that I typed the pin that I didn’t tell him. You’re Scammers because you have charged us the deposit!The worst hotel I have ever been in my life. If I could put a score it would be a zero. DO NOT GO TO THIS SITE!

The rooms look nothing like what thier pictures showed, the bathroom was unfinished when they remodeled, electrical tape is not to be used for covering holes. Room for 2 and was given 1 towel.

Filthy room, shower was too disgusting to get into. The walls had not been painted in years. Graffiti, food and just filth on the walls. The health dept should be called on this place. I will never stay at another Oyo motel. Paid 51.00, it wasnt worth 20.00.

Decent rooms fort the price but thats not saying much no fridge or microwave and when I show up and go to my room someone asks me if I knew where to get any heroin or dope for some xanax really didnt trust my stuff in the truck but no-one style anything I dont think surprising

This place was so nasty it smelled of smoke, and it was so bad that you feel you would get cancer from sitting in the room. The phone was unplugged from the wall, the 1980 tv was unplugged and a end table on top of the fridge. We walked out and got a refund.

The hotel room was nasty the sheets were stained and something crusty was dried on the cover, there were wires sticking out of the ceiling taped down the dead bolt wouldn’t lock. Hotel really needs a total face lift not including that the help at the front desk was unprofessional and rude

Booked a reservation and paid for the hotel room in advance during the ice storm. When I got there, they were sold out and I was not able to get a room. I tried calling several times to get a refund and every time I called they hung up on me. So, I then proceeded to cancel the booking online, but my booking couldn’t be found. Even though I never received a room, I was still charged. I don’t recommend this hotel at all.

Mice and roaches...Most rooms are not occupied because of plumbing and rodent issues....Front desk guy is pretty cool and is always willing to work with you on issues. No complaints there.But the maids except for one named Ms.Mary are very lazy and dont clean up very well. And watch out for price hiking!!!(When booking online)

Ive stayed at 11900 N. I35 Service Road in Oklahoma City three times. Its a very affordable, no frills hotel option, its just not very clean. Bring your own spray bottle of bleach cleaner and enjoy an inexpensive stay away from home.

I mean its a good motel as in I guess the location where I was at but a lot of crime but the guy working there hes okay the rooms are you get what you pay for I guess it was all right I mean I would Id go there again if that means anything but Im country.

I am an OTR truckdriver and have a layover in OKC every week I decided to give OYO a try since the place I normally stay was all booked up the place is pretty run down first room I was given had a really bad odor and was full of flys flying around toilet was not bolted to the floor second room had pretty stale odor and walls were cracked and pretty nasty they have permanent residents staying there loud cars and barking dogs made it impossible to rest so I decided to take a shower and leave the towels looked like someone changed their oil in there car or something dont think Ill be back I do not know why I didnt read the reviews before I decided to stay there they are pretty much spot on !

This place should be shut down forever! Freezing cold filthy ash tray of a place. More horrifying than the worst hole Ive ever seen! Not safe or healthy and provides the opposite of comfort. Wasted an hour just so my card was charged and for a hassle over a refund.

Weird. The folks at the desk were friendly but in my 53 years I have NEVER been required to put down a “deposit” for a room. My husband is undergoing work up for kidney transplant and we live 100 miles away. Needed to stay in town so we could be at hospital early.I prepaid room when reservation made.Also: in the morning I went to the desk to ask a question and there was a note on the night window “out until 9 clock”.Broken tiles in bathroom, and no phone. Really? I thought that only existed in the song King Of The Road.

The place was cheap and the only reason we stayed is we were running low on money and we were too tired to drive the rest of way home but the place is a dump the pool is partially full with blackish green dirty trash filled water and there is underwear on the sidewalks the room was frying hot and took a couple hours too get somewhat cool and the floors and bathroom are disgusting. Holes in the curtains tv has 3 channels of all the same movie and no volume the remote doesnt work and the shower is nasty I will never stay here again idc how tired I am my kids were afraid to sleep cuz it was not a nice comfy place

Awful, awful place. We checked in, went to our room and checked out 5 minutes later. Room smelt like damp and cigarettes. Bed and carpets stained. Bathroom was disgusting. Avoid. Only put 1 star as it was required.

Room smelled like smoke, stains on the bed, stains and HAIR on the towels. Didn’t look like anything was washed. Dirty and disgusting. Sketchy people hanging around. It’s cheap but not worth it.

BE AWARE:::: This place sucks. The person who runs it named John is very rude and unprofessional not to mention all the drugs, prostitutes and thieves that stay there or live there. John knows all about it and does nothing to stop it. One couple i found out, actually tries to steal peoples identity and credit/debit cards.

Small rooms. A lot of drug users around. Cheapish. Good for needed sleeping. Outside of that I dont recommend it. Go 6 mikes north to the red carpet inn in admins. Cheaper. Bigger rooms. Same accommodations . Better location.

I like it, its homie peaceful, and the guy at the front desk is nice. If I need anything I just ask and the housekeeping gives me. I would stay here again. Its like home.

Rooms are clean, beds are really comfy. Heater and A/C work like a charm. Tenants tend to be a little noisy but its a good deal.

Booked online after being in the car for 12 hours, got there and nobody was there working the front desk had to call some number on the door and still ended up waiting almost a hour for him to get there, by the time we were parking in front of our room he was opening our room door with another key with some sketchy looking dude next to him handing him money and stood in our door way asking if it was fine, that it was his property and to not worry about that guy he was his friend to call the number of we had problems finally leaving us to go into our room, if I hadnt have payed online we would have been long gone, it was late we just wanted to sleep. 6months pregnant I squatted over the toilet because it was dirty and ended up putting one of my own blankets down over the bed just to sleep on it... worst hotel ever save your money totally not worth it, unless your some crack head looking for a fix,like staying in dirty rooms and having creepy people including the owner up at all hours of the night.

This place is horrible. Nothing like pictures. Tv didnt work, no phone in room. Moved to a different room, couldnt change channels with remote without standing up and pointing the remote to tbe cable box that was mounted on the wall behind the tv. Management sucked. They advertise cable, pool, and Wi-Fi but none of these things were available during our stay. Our TV didnt even work. The pool had no water in it.

SCAM!!! Be warned! Booked through 3rd party, front desk person refused to accept my Texas state issued drivers license because its the temporary one you get before the plastic one comes in the mail(but it is still legal ID). Also refused to accept my wifes Texas drivers license (not a temporary) and seemed to enjoy being rude and dismissive, and knowing he was putting me in a real bind. AVOID THIS PLACE!

This place was a disappointment. - it doesnt smell nice and then after Id paid I discovered the room was not clean at all! All in all, thumbs down and I wont be going there again.

The worst place to ever stay in. I would have rather stayed in my car. May be cheap but not even worth it. They smell like piss and cigarettes together. Worst management too. Me and my fiance just moved down from Florida and found these great prices online, you really cant beat them, the staff are friendly, and the owner has been nothing but help, i brought my 2 pits with me and they started being very loud, so i asked dude if he had another room we could transfer to that wasnt around anyone and he went out of his way to make it happen and we rented out a room for 3 weeks and needed to move our stuff in for a little and he took all the things i didnt want in the room for us AND when he saw me struggling to bring things in he gave me his dolly to use to help make it easier for us, definetly recommended

My boyfriend and I come here every weekend. Very friendly staff. Rooms are always clean. Beds are super comfortable. Very reasonable price too

I like to stay here it’s close to both jobs I stay here a few days per week in the back of the property there’s a few rooms with drug traffic all hours of the night when your trying to sleep there dogs are barking or there fighting not a place for a couple to stay or a family great management clean rooms. Drug dealers out back

The room was clean and spacious x the bed was very comfortable, the people friendly and very helpful and they make sure ur stay has the best accommodations possible. And the price was very reasonable.

Worst place ever nasty....checked in and there was blood on the sheet bed was cut in half then ducked taped back together stayed for 2 months and witnessed fbi busts,fights,drug deals, prostitusion rings and never not once did someone come clean the room or just bring fresh sheets or towels and when we would call for them... Theyd complain and itd take 6 hours on top of that people would always break into everyone rooms 5 times at least while i was in my room.. Mary is very nice and professional but everyone else was rude and even the manager john tried to suggest i prostitute my body for money then smelled my hair (creepy) they do work with you on the rent but only when they want to.

Rooms so small no fridge or microwave they shoved 2 queen beds in tuna can bed hitting against air conditioner which was nasty feels like a nightmare

Every room they gave us which was about 5 was nasty destroyed and some even had no beds sink or lights. one room even had someones stuff in it!!

The heater and AC was working good, the bed was comfortable and I like the hot shower.

I love staying here. They allow my little dog with $5 deposit. The owner is hilarious. Very pleasant place to stay!

The entire room is smaller than an average house bedroom plus they left a bicycle from the previous renter in the already small as hell room. Really should get no stars its cheap for a reason you get what you pay for

The room was dirty the air conditioner filter was very dirty there was no coffee in the morning no swimming pool and to have both TV and mini fridge the fridge had to be plugged in so the cord was blocking the door
