OYO Hotel Oklahoma City South I-35 and SE 29th

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I was greeted by a man that was rude off top. I paid 100 dollars for 2 nights and he told me there was a deposit of 60 dollars. When I told him I was literally on the street and I didn’t have it, he became combative and mean. I found someone to give me the 60 dollars but he wouldn’t give me my money back or my key. He locked me out and wouldn’t even talk to me through the door. When I called hopper they tried to say that I had to get a refund from the property but the guy lied about the deposit. First he said 60 with no pets and 100 without. Well he told hopper that the the deposit was 100 dollars. He was a complete jerk.

⚠️Scammer⚠️I was lured by a low price online to book this hotel, and the next day they refused to refund the deposit. They can find a hundred reasons to refuse the refund, (because they make money like this) Then they will call the police to kick you out. The police will only tell you that you can go to court(if you can). This hotel is extremely dirty, with broken glass everywhere, Yellow spots on the shower tower !bloodstains on the floor, and bullet holes on the door! OYO headquarters trying to help but they cant find booking record and cant help! This hotel is a complete lawless zone! Its unbelievable this is happening in the United States!

Would like to give a huge shout out to the Oyo Hotel on I-35 and SE 29th street in Oklahoma City. They welcomed me here during my darkest hour. Their rates are excellent. The rooms are clean and spacious. Their customer service is beyond stellar. In fact, each time I need to go into the office, I am welcomed with bright smiles and friendly words. Their customer service line checks on me regularly to ensure that I am having a pleasant stay. I know that many are struggling to make ends meet right now. If anyone is seeking an extended hotel where you will be treated with dignity and respect, I recommend Oyo Hotels with great pride!

I have recently moved up here to the city and due to unforeseen circumstances I have had to stay at the OYO off of I-35 a lot. The staff/owners have made me feel so welcome and are always very kind. I have enjoyed my stay! Pretty quiet for the most part!

I loved it I stayed a week with my Dad. I will come back if I wanted too. Room 159 microwave doesn’t work.

There were many cons and I havent any pros other than low, low price. No Kleenex, missing fire alarm, 2 broken lamps, no hair dryer, tv remote battery door was screwed shut. I am guessing to prevent theft of the batteries? The remote did not work. The curtains were broken.

Was not happy with my stay. First they didn’t want to give us a refund. We still stayed because that was all the money we had for a hotel anyways. My wife, son and I slept in a king room. We woke up to my 3month olds back, side and legs covered in BED BUG BITES!!!

This place is gross! Do not stay here..room was not clean. Carpet had rips and wasnt swept and Im pretty sure the sheets were dirty as there were hairs on the pillow . 🤢🤮 Disgusting place.

Rooms need updated , only 1 wash cloth in the room , no Kleenex , sheets looked like they hadnt been changed, water never got hot . I am a cannabis consumer and the smell of fresh cannabis was so strong I would swear I got a room in a dispensary or grow room .

We asked for a non smoking room and the neighbors next to us was smoking weed and the room was really scary not worth staying there.I would never stay at this hotel again.Was a waste of money and timeHoles all in the walls in our room the only reason we stayed cause it wasn’t a refund and we were leaving at 7 am that morning

Guest services was very helpful and friendly. i would recommend updating the rooms a bit, but overall not a bad experience.

The lady that worked last night December 7, 2023 was very kind and helpful. It is now December 8, 2023.The woman we interacted with today was very rude to all the guests and was yelling at her coworker. The rude woman was a Caucasian woman with long winged eyeliner and blondish hair. And several other guests from different rooms checked out at the same time as me so I got a chance to see that she was coming up with fake reasons to take everyone’s deposits. I think she may be pocketing the money for herself, because she took pictures of the “alleged” stains on towels and I saw the pictures she claimed were the stains in other peoples rooms plus the ones she claimed were in my hotel room. There were no such noticeable stains. Everybody in line got docked for this. I cleaned my room and even put the sheets blankets, and pillows at the door on the chair to be polite and I even took out the trash. I swear out of four separate rooms you either got docked more money than the room cost; 50 dollars! Or you didn’t get it back at all. And even if there were little spots on someone’s towels (which I didn’t see anything) they were white towels that obviously get bleached. Worst case and the very ragged towels could be replaces for wayyyyyy less than 50 dollars. I’ll tell you that much.We didn’t even take a shower.That’s how I know they were not honest.I also thought it was rude how she was treating her African American fellow coworker. She was yelling at her and keeping her from her break saying she couldn’t handle it by herself even though all the guests were already taken care of. Also, the beds were comfy and soft but the curtains had huge holes in them and the lady was dishonest. They need to reprimand her and get her to stop hustling people for their money, or else they’re gonna lose potential business from quite a few people. I have pictures that I will add later. I have to get my partner to send them to me. I wouldn’t stay here as long as that woman is working there. She isn’t very professional and she’s got a good con going on up there to line her own pockets with. Check her! I bet she is. All the other employees went above and beyond and I don’t understand why there’s such a big drop in professional grace when it comes to the woman we dealt with today. It’s like night and day. The other employees were so bubbly and sweet and were quick to answer questions and make us feel welcome. We even talked a bit while we were checking in about the cute little stockings they made for Christmas. It would’ve been a lovely experience and we would have loved to make this place a regular spot to rent when we go on our little vacations, but the lady completely ruined it for us. It makes me kind of sad because I really liked the vibe and how comfy it was. The maintenance and other employees seemed to cower around her, and it really was disturbing. It seems to be a hostile work environment, so I feel terrible for them. Somebody please check into it!!!Thank you for your time and have a good rest of your day. I never write reviews but this really bothered me, and with the pricing, it seems wrong of them to be taking extra money on the side when there’s probably a lot of families that are below or right at the poverty line who rent the room expecting a good deal, and get ripped off instead.That 50-100 could mean the difference between dinner or not or another place to stay for some families (or those without family).It’s cruel, and unnecessary. I don’t understand why they have that little confidence in their laundering capabilities, I’m shocked. My washer could launder everyone’s laundry and it come out white. I’m sure you have a good washer. No coffee or wine stains on any of the pics o saw of anyone’s rooms.

Front desk explicitly said that security deposit would be refunded within one month. It has been four months. 100$ was charged to my card and upon talking to the manager today for thirty minutes they were unable to “find” my booking until I sent screenshots of my receipt and my credit card charge via email. Scam. I have a feeling they do this all the time and they just rely on people not checking their statements. Room was also pretty gross, door knob was broken, only one pillow, but for 53$ I didn’t care at the time. Just needed a safe place to sleep.

They have converted their pool to salt water. That is a good thing.

This place really needs to be shut down! For the most part.. staff at the front desk was accommodating and willing to help with any questions or issues. With exception to one young African American young lady.this young lady was just uderly rude and disrespectful. And gave no effort to try to be professional. If I wasnt with my 65 year mother. I would have probably took her outside and washed the sidewalk/parking lot with cherher. wouldnnot to mention her incompetence to atlest give any care to assist with anything. She sat at the front desk sleep and eating. She acted as if she was being bothered by doing her job come to find out her aunt is the manager of this debacle. Save your money and time and possibly prison time. Not to mention roaches were out of control!

Booked 2 double beds, they put me in a room with a King. Went back to the front desk, got another room. It had 2 double beds but had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk, got another room. No tissues, no ice machine, the outlets in the lamp were broken, and the door did not open and close properly. Went back to the front desk but I was told there were no tissues to be had and there was no ice machine. To say I was dissappointed would be a major understatement.

Windows filthy, paint falling off the ceiling and I’m hoping some how someone smeared a Oreo on the ceiling. The tub and faucet dripped all night.No coffee maker, no wash clothes, low toilet paper, no soaps.The only thing I can say good about was the bed, very comfortable and yes I checked for bed bugs didn’t see anything.If your desperate for a place just to sleep, the beds are nice.

We booked a stay here last night. As soon we walked through the door to our room, the smell was so bad it was almost gag inducing. The sheets had cigarette burns, none of the lamps in the room worked, the fire alarm was pulled out of the wall (thankfully, however, as we had to immediately go buy some incense to light), the floor hadn’t been cleaned, and there were a bunch of dead flys on top of the A/C. The whole situation was pretty gnarly. It honestly felt completely disrespectful, and for $120 a night.

STAY AWAY from this crooked place. They will rob you of your security deposit without cause. Im currently waiting on my dispute since they have not refunded my deposit after several weeks. Despite the fact that when I called and spoke to an employee there, he assured me the deposit would be refunded as of the morning of checkout.

We stayed here one night in a pinch as it was close to the hospital where we were visiting family. The online rate was $45 when I went to book online it went up to $50 so I called the hotel and was told it would be $60 and upon arrival was charged $70. The front desk staff was quite rude and very short with us. When we got to our room we found the furniture to be dated, scratched, holes in things, stained, just down right nasty. There is trash all over the room and everything needs dusted. The floor needs vacuumed as well and the walls even have dirt (I hope thats what it is) all over them. The walls are so thin I can hear my neighbor snoring. The only good thing about this hotel is that the bedding looks clean. Honestly would have had a better night if I slept in my car.

There was roaches in our room and mold around the bottom of the walls. The bathroom door had something white spilled all over it. There was a bottle of used lube sitting on the heater and that was disgusting. The mini fridge was filthy on the inside of it. Not a good experience at all. We ended up not even staying and driving back home 100 miles away.

Clean rooms, furniture in good and clean condition. Clean sheets. Mini fridge doesnt get very cold, but works. Large spacious rooms. Not the best neighborhood. Overall, we would use this again.

I would not recommend this facility. Our room was smelly. The place was filthy. Spider webs everywhere. They seem to be renovating over the old stuff. Paint is thick on walls. The faucet on the sink was not screwed on and neither was the toilet paper dispenser, it literally came off as I pulled on the toilet paper. Big hole on the wall. The smoke alarms where ripped off. Some lamp shades were missing and others where filthy. We couldnt lock the room for the night. What a mess. This place should not be open. They should dump the whole thing and start over. Will not be back! Only the bed seemed clean.

The location of the hotel even though its in south is awesome, thought it would be getto, but its quite and safe. The rooms are comfortable and Clean. Have Handicap accessible areas, helped my sister to move around. Front desk was very helpful and provided whatever was needed. A place worth staying if you wanna be safe and save some money.

(Not my choice) My wife picked this place. We are in the middle of moving. Waiting for the house to be ready.1st problem: paid for a 2 bed room got stuck in a 1 bed room with my wife and 3 daughters. Been here almost a week and that hasnt happened.2nd problem: me and my daughter flew her drone up onto the room.I asked the maintenance guy is there any way up there, he looks at me without saying a word and gives me and my daughter a shoulder shrug.3rd Problem: I myself have killed 3 roaches.4th Problem: refrigerator doesnt keep cold things cold.They keep promising my wife the next room will be better. Nicer... It would be nice to get what we paid for.

Dont go through this boot legged hotel. They will rob you of your money, once you pay for the room they will deny you and keep your money. Rooms had a weird smell and the room felt like it hadnt been cleaned in awhile. Crumbs of something were left all over the top covers. Beds were fine and room had a big fridge. Employees were very nice and helpful. I wouldnt go out of my way to stay here but it was cheap and good for a one night stay.

They charge for service dogs and screw old people out of their social security income.. roaches very nasty place they have no house cleaning. I dont recommend

I stayed here on June 18,2019 checked out June 19, 2019 . It needed alot of help Im not sure if it had black mold by the door or what. But I took a video just in case. The bored around the top was peeling off. It stunk in there. I asked for non smoking. The facet was super loose. The air conditioner barley worked. It had a hole in the bathroom wall where the door had hit it. Shower curtain was ripped at the top. And missing a lamp shades on one light. I left the place in great condition. All the maid had to do was empty one small bag of trash. That I nearly put by the door. Gather towels and make me bed. Simple. It was not cheap. It was around $70 to stay here. But the only good thing. It was quite.

Not worth your money coming to this hotel. Its a dump, and ownership does not care about upkeep. If you like roaches and are comfortable leaving all of your belongings in the car to avoid the bed bugs, or if you smoke crack. Then this is your place.

Very close to the worst place weve ever stayed.. our room had blood smeared on the bathroom door & on the wall mount that held the hairdryer (that didnt work) the walls are paper thin we were woke up both nights by people partying & then arguing.. we had a nonsmoking room but when the people in the room next to us smoked we could clearly smell it!!! Horrible!! Only good thing was the beds were comfortable and the pool was nice but will never stay there again!!!

I paid $200 for a 2day stay. It was late at night when I arrived. Immediately when I walked in the room. The smell was awful!! I woke up with a headache from hell the next morning. I looked up and could see where they tried to cover up black mold. I got my stuff together and went to check out. Where I was told The manger would have to make any decisions but he would be back until the following week. I left my name and what happened. I’ve called several times with no response. So disrespectful. .

They want a 50 doller deposit for a room that aint even worth 50 bucks. Myvwife left her drivers liscence at the front desk cause we had not got paid yet to give them a deposit. The hotel room itself was trash. The draws on night stand broken everything looked old and beat up. The air conditioning vents were nasty.

I know its cheap. It seems like the name Days Inn should mean something. But its not the nice, simple, clean Days Inn your thinking of. We got a 2 double-bed, non-smoking room for $50. The room smelled very weird. The bed spread/comforted had odd brown stains on it. The toilet did a super-weak, slow flush. The neighborhood was very sketchy. Breakfast was terrible.The only positives I have is water-pressure was good in the shower. The beds appeared to be new (there were huge, messy piles of old beds laying on the ground in the parking lot).I would not recommend this place or stay here again. Look elsewhere.

Large room, great cozy bed, large TV with a good variety of channels and easily accessible wifi. Stay was relatively short, very comfy though. Very friendly owner with pet friendly rooms. Would absolutely stay again.

I searched Google for hotel rooms on the South side of Oklahoma City. My search came back with a room at Oyo for $26 a night. When I arrived to check in the front desk informed me that they would not honor the Online price I had already paid priorTo check in. They proceeded to charge me another $62 for a room. Not only have I not been given a refund for the payment I had Already made, the hotel has no refrigerator or microwave. Awful choice. buyer beware

The motel was just ok. We started in one room that the ac and ice box didnt work and the smoke detector was hanging off the wall. They moved us to another room where the TV didnt work. The motel is not located in the best part of town. And the breakfast was not that great. The pool was nice and the beds were fine but overall it was just eh.

Convenient location but not a nice neighborhood. Lots of strip malls and gas stations. Everything in the motel (TV, couch, decoration, a/c, etc) is old but works fine. Clean but hidden corners of dust. Sheets and shower are very clean which is most important to me. Its a good hotel for the price but I wouldnt stay there longer than a night.

Pool was nice, yet the man behind the counter upon arrival to check in early (which I set up prior to going to this hotel) they started being snooty and give me a hard time, I ended up paying$265 for the room and $100 of that was a deposit. I had a service dog and he charged me $25 for her, even tho they had a sign that said pet fee $20. I paid and went to my room, the beds were hard as rocks and pillows were really used. The maids were very nice and helpful. (I thank them for that)I go to check out early (I called the night before to cancel my 2nd day stay because I couldnt go through another sleepless night with that mattress. I woke up this morning in the hotel to have my carpet drenched with water from the air conditioner, I told the front desk about it and proceeded to check out. I went to the front desk and mionka the man with the dreads in his hair checked my room and came back I proceeded to tell him the man last night said $175 would be returned to me in the morning since I wasnt staying another night, he just said no I said no? The man told my fiance that last night?!?!He just kept saying no I said Ill call the police then. We argued a little more needless to say he shorted me $5 smh.. because he charged me a extra $5 for my service dog even when there own sign says pet fee $20...Plus Im not supposed to be charged for a service dog! Its illegalGo here is you want a sleepless night and hookers on the property I spotted two the day I checked in one of them tried talking to my dad... Also the hotel is not up to date and I paid $70.00 per night for the room due to weekend rates, they didnt even have my reservation in the computer and no continental breakfast... This was not a good experience at all. The rooms had a few new things in it. But the pipes leaked water on thw floor and kept us up half the night. At checkout there was no breakfast as the said he woke up late and still needed to get it started. He took my keys and said by and went back to thw kitchen. I had to wait till a lady showed up to get my reciept. Very unprofessional and they charged 65$ for a 30$ room. Please find a better location.

We stayed at this location last night because our electricity was out due to the ice storm. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Roy, the gentleman at the front desk, was especially helpful and let us change rooms when we found that there was a lot of ice outside the door of the first room we were assigned. The breakfast was very good also. We would definitely stay there again if the need arises.

Good location, price is decent. Ive stayed here several times passing thru. For a single traveler, room is spacious, it would be for two as well. Staff has always been friendly. Basic morning breakfast you get at most places. Easy in/off I-35. Plenty of parking. No real restaurants nearby, fast food pretty much. Think theres a Dennys about 4 minute walk down the street.

They should have vending machines. Continental breakfast was perfect for me as Im a light eater. Allowed us a much appreciated late check-out. Was clean, no bugs, no smell. Excellent price.

Stayes here this week as part of a trip. It was paid for by the organization with whom I traveled. I would NOT have stayed here. This place is in desperate need of some cleanup and updating. There are holes in the walls, yucky furniture, burns on the carpets, breakfast was just these gross pastries, which is unfortunate if you cant have wheat... Usually theres fruit or boiled eggs or yogurt. None of that. The front desk was slow, though very friendly and accommodating. There was mysterious brown stuff smeared all over our bathroom floor and shower.Positives? No bed bugs. Newer mattresses. Lots of parking. Free wifi. Super cheap. So, if youre desperate and looking for something cheap, I suppose this place had merit... But dont say I didnt warn you.

I have now Stayed here Twice as I live in Iowa drive gown to Texas to see family & stayed here on my way back. The Staff is very friendly & Nice Rooms are very Clean which is hard to find in alot of Cheap rooms by far one of the cleanest places I have stayed. The building is older but again I cant stress enough how clean the rooms are so nice to get off the road & relax in a clean room with no fear of any bugs. A must stop for any low cost room needed. The Best its not a 2 star as google says place will blow you away very very nice.

This place was absolutely horrific. Its in a terrible part of town and was one of the scariest situations I have been in. I showed up to retrieve a reserved room with my one year old and two young sisters with me. The second we pulled up I started getting a bad feeling. We checked in a received our room keys. We went to go find our room and ran into multiple gangs around every corner blocking the side walk. Most of the rooms didnt even have room numbers on the doors and the ones that did looked as if they had been wrote in pencil on the wall next to the door. Multiple rooms had busted out windows from either being punched or shot. We finally found our room and walked in to only 2 of the 5 lights actually working. The fire alarm was beeping due to not having a battery, the room had clearly been broken into and the dead bolt was being held on by a key chain ring, the walls were disgusting and looked as if they had had blood spattered on them at one point, our window was broken and being held together with tape, the floor was disgusting and had different kinds of carpet from it having pieces cut and removed, and a chair that looked as if it had once been red had turned black from being so dirty. We then requested to have our money backk and they refused, instead sending us to a different room. This room was in slightly better condition except the lights still didnt work, the bathroom door didnt close, the dresser was missing all of it handles, and there was a nasty white substance smeared along by the tv. The floor and entire room were still very dirty but we decided to push through the night. Multiple times around 3am and 5am we were woken by the sounds of people screaming and fighting outside so we didnt get much sleep. We were so uncomfortable we left at 6 that morning.

I really enjoyed my stay. The place is really clean and the staff was friendly. I recommend anyone to come and enjoy a good stay. I rate it a 5 because of the luxury of clean, quiet, and respectful.

Nice people but room didnt have a fridge weve been asking for 4 days now to either be moved or bring us one and no such luck also the sink leaked and no maid service since the second day we got here which was a week ago

Single woman traveling alone. The area is really grungy. The room was clean and my smoker room smelled good. Nice couch and king bed. This Days Inn is next to a strip club. There was a pool and jacuzzi but they were filled with mosquito infested brown water. There was a fridge and microwave but they were broken. Had luggage on top of my car and asked if it would be safe to leave it there and the clerk said absolutely not! He did offer to let me park in the valet area and he would try to watch it. I dont recommend staying in OKC at all. This city is scary. The neighborhood behind the motel was a sea of boarded up tiny shacks. Reminded me of Detroit. The photo does not look anything like this place.

The room was clean and decently put together. There was a lack of shampoo but easily taken care of by going to the front desk. The complimentary breakfast was good. Would stay again.

I have stayed with Oyó before, a few times, I will tell you now I will not stay with them again.I called, booked then paid for my one night stay. I get there to check in and they tell me I have to pay a deposit of $60. WHY? I paid with my card, I’ve stayed with you in the past.I get to my room I can only get one lamp to turn on and one is missing a lamp shade. I check out the room there is damage to the clothing rack, the wall has damage by the floor.I turn on the heat and it will not maintain. It ran and warmed the room up and never came back on. It has to be set at constant fan but will roast you in the process.I go down to the lobby to get a drink, they have a vending machine but it’s empty and no drink machines. I’m here waiting for a flight, I don’t have a vehicle so only option was Uber just to get a drink!I go to take a shower and find a roach dead in there.I pulled back the blankets and found dirt on the bed sheets it looked like dog flea dirt, large grain like you find on stray dogs when you first clean them up.Overall this experience has lost them a customer and even if they were the only motel around I would stay in my vehicle or airport before I chose to stay at another one.

I spent a week here, earlier in the year. Its not the fanciest Motel out there, but you get what you pay for. It is kept clean and it has nice large beds. The selection of television stations isnt the best, but its adequate. The breakfast is filling, and if you stay here

They are definitely improving this hotels appearance. However the front desk staff can be rude and lacks common sense. We had a reservation for a jacuzzi suit, they have never given us a confirmation number in the past so we didnt think anything of it, they had out credit card information and name. We showed up and they didnt have our reservation.

This was a horrible place to stay. It was cheap but beds were hard and smells. The smoke detectors did not work. There was cigarette burns everywhere. The towls and sheets were stained. Dirt every where. Lamps didnt work. The bathroom look like had poop on the walls. Its right next to strip club so heard music all night. This should be burned to the ground. Guess you get what you pay for. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!

Management was rude, housekeeping didnt come by even one day out of the week we stayed here, and we requested sheets and pillows for the bed in the pull-out couch twice, and they were never given to us. The room was dirty when the website says the rooms are scrubbed clean, and one of the workers walked in on me half naked bc he knocked and immediately walked in without waiting a second for a response. Also, there was no microwave, iron/ironing board, and Im sure there is more that Im not remembering at the moment, but this is probably enough to paint the picture for you as it is.

BEDBUGS.!!! we talked in and the room seemed nice. The longer we stayed the worse it got. So bad we found a bed bug in the bed at 4am. We immediately packed our things and left. When I informed the front desk he said we dont have bed bugs. No apologies, no offers, nothing... I will NEVER stay at this hotel again... It gives the Days Inn a bad name

Stayed here on the 9th if February. Room smelled bad, comforters were gross (they were white) and I came home and a few days later I found a bed bug in my bed. I brought my own comforter to the room because that’s just what I do. Don’t stay here

Rat trap, roaches, hot, trash in the room left from ppl before, no ice, no fridge. Tv barely worked.

Looks nice but the carpet is filthy my 1 year old child had dirty feet after an hour of being there. Also when I went to get a towel from the bathroom it had stains all over it. If you get a double queen room expect two full size beds. And I also moved the chair for my daughter and found all kinds of trash. I HATE IT THE WHOLE NIGHT AND WILL NEVER LODGE HERE AGAIN. Oh and they say it has flat screen TVs nope not in the one I got.

BED BUGS. Stay away! My husband woke up covered in welt like bites. Upon further inspection we found signs of bed bugs on the mattress. Wish we’d checked before staying overnight. We brought the issue up to the front desk, they said we should have informed them when we checked in. (Wait, how would we know— the going assumption is your room is not infested with bed bugs) And to make matters worse, they wouldn’t refund our money. Off to a laundromat to clean all our belongings.

The guy working the counter when I tried to book a room started off by saying that king room was terrible but wouldnt tell me why. He kept repeating that it was terrible trying to persuade me otherwise to book a different room but wouldnt give me a reason. I wanted to book it anyways. He finally acquiesced and was going to let me book the king size room but then told me he wouldnt rent out to me because I was under 21 (I am 20, not much of a difference.) I have never had an issue renting out anywhere (even at hotels like La Quinta) even when I was 18 and homeless. He FINALLY booked the room, I payed, and went about my way to the room. Not only could I not find a single parking space in the entire parking lot because someone was throwing a party, there were large trucks taking up 2 spaces and a larger truck taking up 4 or 5 spaces by parking horizontally. We finally parked and made it into the room and there was literally nothing wrong with the room except MAYBE someone stole the lightbulb out of one of the lamps or something. Regardless of the reason one lamp didnt have a lightbulb which was fine- no big doeal. Room wise- the experience was alright. Personnel wise- be prepared for a difficult time.Edit: Im lowering my review to 2 stars because this place just didnt seem deserving of the three. The issues we had just made our stay unpleasant. My husband and I had just gotten married that day and that was where we had chosen to stay for our mini-honeymoon night and with the customer service we received in return was just awful.

STAY AWAY. This place is falling apart. Wasnt in the room we got 10 minutes before we noticed someone had urinated on one of the beds. Spoke to rep at the front desk who sent out someone to replace the bedding. When houskeepjng came by the only replaced the sheets. When I told them to replace the blankets as well they told me they had no cleans ones and it would be several hours before some could be washed. The counter rep did manage to swap some from a vacant room for us but the fact it wasnt cleaned in the first place, let alone that I had to ask twice to have it done makes my skin crawl. Spend the extra $20 and go somewhere nicer.

WiFi worked- which was goodThere was what looked to be mold on the ceiling by the sink they didn’t want to replenish out TP when there were 3 of us and it was day 3... they wanted to give us a box of Kleenex.The breakfast was old and cold at 8am when it is supposed to last until 9am

Good value, just off the interstate. Most rooms are away from street noise, and the location is elevated relative to the highway. Good-sized rooms that are well-lit, and feature queen- and king-sized beds. All rooms have microwave oven and refrigerator.

Me and my children checked in to the hotel on Monday 12 am we left and came back at 6pm we tried to get in our room freezing outside with our babies until one of the workers say they want to see us at the front desk keep in mind we didn’t receive a text a call , email etc telling me there was a problem with the reservation . You have to put down a $60 deposit when renting rooms so we talked to the office for the confusion and the man tells me he’s taking $45 out of my deposit for using the room for another day I understood it until I asked since he’s taking my money to pay for the night I’m messing up business I could make him way more if he could he tell message to that cupcake decorator . There were bed bugs and roaches everywhere when I showed the man at the front desk he told me that doesn’t matter .

We stopped here because they had a place for our Uhaul and would allow our cat (for a fee). The is not in the best looking neighborhood but we figured that wouldnt be a problem. First day there we found a used condom on our floor next to the bed. Absolutely disgusting and not acceptable. Then we accidentally left our room key in our room (they only have us one). When we went to the front desk to get another the clerk was just picking up and hanging up phone calls. When we asked for another room key we only gave him our room number. He didnt ask for ID, or our names, or anything. He was a different clerk from the guy that checked us in so we couldnt even excuse it that way. And finally the door doesnt have a secondary lock separate from the handle, which I have never seen in a motel/hotel room. And the TV was old with no HDMI port which means no hooking up a laptop or chromcast/Fire TV Stick. Theres not a good store around here. The room is average size but they stuffed it with so much crap that if feels tiny. Dont stay here if you have another option.

Absolutely the worst hotel in OKC if I could give it no stars I would. First I rented a room Queen to bed they told me that they would no longer take my reservations online and that no more than two people could be at the room even though your limit is for people when it comes to a two bed room then they started charging me over charging me the price for the room and then try not to give me my deposit back because they said that there was too many people even though the limit on the room is for people it is absolutely the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in my life and I would never ever recommend it to anybody

Worst hotel ever! they deactivated my room key multiple times. wasn’t ever provided any room service and they took some of my deposit.

Not that expensive. Beds were soft my only suggestion is to bring body soap they don’t have any. Got my $50 deposit back in two days. Not too shabby!

Nightmarish experience. Dirty room in an unsafe location. People loitering outside rooms at all hours of the night. Smoke detector pulled out of the wall. Domestic violence seemingly occurring every single night. Avoid this location if you have alternative options.

Red blood on wall.. got a non smoking room. But. The guest in other rooms smoke on the balcony and smoke comes through ac vents. The entire room smells like cigs.. i complained to front desk but never returned my call. I want my $$$ back. Pube hairs. In between matress terrible. Filthy room. I slept on the chair. I will be spreading the word. This is terrible

Great quiet friendly place

There was food on walls that they didnt even try to clean, there were bugs on the floor, mold on the ceiling and the pool was disgusting (see pictures). It was in a pretty sketchy area. The bed and shower were decent and we only stayed one night so it was Ok.

Beds are really high. Wall plugs are loose and sunken in, in room 219. Wall plug next to ac unit stopped working. Clean and has a nice lg flat screen though with free WiFi and cable!!

If I could give them a zero star I would!!!! Ive been going to Days Inn South for years, yes its run down, yes it leaves a lot to be desired but it was the last bit of home I had and after YEARS of being a loyal customer they have stopped working with Wyndham. I dont know why, they dont say when asked. But I have not received my reward points for the weeks of stays i have had and the office personnel lose your payment information.often. DONT STAY HERE

Well it was very clean the man was very polite and very well hosting... But when I ask for Coffee he said for Guest as I was going to check out a room Private Attorney General that I am... Well its personal I guess he didnt like my Gender or race other then that I didnt see any threat to the General public... But I decided to look else where this is America we do not carry prejudice in the work place where the most crime are in are Country Hotels and motels... What is wrong with people? I dont try to figure out I just review the Public sign to We the General and I go in and ask the basic question? How much and what the deposit? And the rest followes due to the Host 100%* His prejudice got him question playing with Private Attorney General U.S Congress *33 100%*

The rooms are clean and decently decorated. They do have a great complimentary hot breakfast. The reception staff is very friendly, helpful, and informative. I would stay here again.

Last Monday I had booked a room for a week the guy that was there at 7 am first I called twice his phone was off I called again got and answer then tried to charge me and extra $70 when they only charged me $10.

0 stars. Very dirty and run down. There was a yellow stained nasty random mattress in the grass by the pool. Water pressure was worthless. No milk for breakfast to drink or put with your cereal. Juice machine only ran out water. Cold eggs. Had a waffle machine but was out of mix. Just a big mess and a joke of a hotel

4 year old son found a heroin needle in a room, that was cleaned, we were put into a dirty room. third room was kinda eh... lobby staff was horrible. Asked for a broom multiple times to clean broken glass in the floor (our fault) and was ignored.

It was desent had a microwave so that was good mini fridge worked awesome but the carpet was torn up in places but overall Ill more than likely be back

Cheap and clean rooms, friendly staff and good weekly rates, parking for trucks, bar, A/C is cold and towels are good, they provide hot breakfast, wifi, soap, shampoo and coffee. Great deal, been here many many weeks for work.

Its a good hotel. Nice and clean. The guys in the office are wonderful respectful nice and friendly. They try to keep all the rift raft away. Keep up the good job.

Find bedbug in room 202, my daughter was bitten. Had to take her to the hospital out of network. And they only offered me 20% off my stay. Had to check out on memorial day weekend and find another room for our last day

Cant rate this location havent been there. Have stayed in other Days Inn from Florida to California. Other locations have clean, quite locations. I live in town and knowing the area l wouldnt stay at this one. Good location but question cleanliness.

I drove 12 hours and Paid for my rooms on hotels.com got there and was told they needed 100 deposit .....ive stayed at lots of hotels never have i been ask for a cash refundable deposit that ill get when i check out.... and i dont get my money back for the 2 nights i booked.... slept in my car and i dont get my money back .... i had the money on my card but because some of my card was broke and missing some of my name so i logged onto my accoint to show the person that that is my car he didnt care so he asked for cash

I’m in the Days Inn right now.1 night stay just to get out with my family.Arrived last night about 11:00 pm once we walked in the room was amazingly big beds are very nice and comfy air works good bathrooms very clean the couch in our room was nice as well.The pool is absolutely amazing opens at 8 am.Breakfast is from 6:00 am to 9:00 am which was the topping of it all breakfast was very yummy WiFi is good to.Overall a very well worth it room for sure.

Photos online did not match reality of our room. Room was not up to date. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes.No coffee in room or in lobby.Area surrounding hotel was dingy and scary!

Room was beyond dissrepair everything from old rags to falling off wallpaper to chairs that were broke and metal sticking out of them shower was broke hot water was all but nonexistent and dirty and to top ot off 60+ a night unbelievable than a free breakfast huh righttt we tried to get eggs they were gone we asked if we xould have some made and was told additional charge would apply stay away from here all night long hollering and non stop people just wandering about loudly

The room was falling apart. Holes in the walls and ceiling. A persons name and phone number written on the mirror. Could barely understand the guy checking us in. I would not recommend this place at all.

Walking through i seen some of the rooms are very clean with new matresses but however my room smells of mold and the beds were stained up real nasty ill have to add photos in a bit....

The motel was well kept. The area surrounding was run down. Breakfast was not very good. The room was good, beds were nice.

The front desk guy was sleep when I got there and took me 20 mins 2 wake him up. Then after I wake him up he gives me a room that somebody elses already in. Then after we went back to tell him he wouldnt give us or money or deposit back so I wouldnt choose this place

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom and such looked like it had recently been remodeled. Breakfast was basic, but adequate.

I stay here quite often and it works for what I need. Some kind of frequent stay rewards wold be awesome

This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in I didnt feel safe at all this hotel is run down and when we got in the first room you could tell that no one cleand it and when you are walking out side you can hear people yelling and there was pretty much no light for you to see outside and in the first room half of the lights didnt work and the fire alarm was flashing because no one changed the battery in and the beds were like rocks we will never stay in this hotel again

They was really nice and the room was clean. It even had a big flat screen in the room. It was fairly cheap as well.

Cheap but that place is falling apart. The walls, the furniture, the carpet and the lamps are in shambles. The bathrooms are redone and theres a giant flat screen in your room.

In oklahoma location off I-35 an 25th them people are scandalous.( Oh my God ) It them the people, front desk the ones that run it. Are terrible they seem to be greedy best describe.

I booked through clc, I personally thought the rooms looked run down I canceled and booked a hotel some where else, the manager knows clc call and canceled but he won’t issue a refund and they weren’t suppose to charge me.

The room wasnt very clean when we arrived, faucet in the bathtub shot more water out at my waist then came out of the shower head but other than that it was ok.

We have tried getting our deposit back from 2 different stays. It’s been over 19 business days and they come up with excuses on why they haven’t refunded. I suggest not ever staying there.

The room we booked was not what the website said it was, the front counter guy was rude, there was a party going on inside the hotel so all the parking was taken up, and the room had several issues such as a broken alarm clock, and missing lightbulbs

The room was fine except the air conditioning did not work. They were able to change our room to another.

The worst hotel and staff ever and I stayed at one of these a few miles away and they were great !Walk in a large dog is behind glass door barking and there are tables broken down and upside down everywhere and the staff was very rude I am trying to change my reservation to the other OYO a few miles away.

Wow so I just tried to call and see about making a reservation with a credit card and she told me no with the card over the phone.... So I was about to ask about a reservation and the lady hung up on me.... So over this hotel no wounder this hotel is not doing good and poor service will not stay there..

Friendly accommodating staff, good location, room fairly clean & fair price for quality.

The rooms were clean decent sized with good amenities and the television was actually nice sized as well

We stayed in one of the updated rooms. It had a new walk-in shower with sliding doors, new tile, updated fixtures, furniture, etc. It was a really decent room for the price.

Not fancy. Not in a particularly nice neighborhood. I paid $47 for a room, and it was worth that, but not much more.

Friendly staff. I stayed for an extended period of time and they worked with me on making payments (after I had already stayed and paid for a few days) when I was short on cash.

Dirty pillow cases and stinky greasy pillows, drafty entrance door. Leaky toilet, trash in drawer and cabinet. One ash tray for a double room. Clean bathroom though.

Poor maintenance on the buildings. Problems with reservations made in April. Property was not clean or well maintained. Will not stay at a Days Inn again.

Terrible. Bed bugs, old take out food in the food and microwave still. Had not been vaccummed.

The place was a dump,holes in the bathroom doors,no covers on GFI plug in. Fight broke out around 230 AM.
