Google said theyre open, the sign on the door says theyre open, its 20 minutes past opening time and nobodys here. Very professional, yall. Very dependable.

This place is a little hard to get toBut if your looking for old school vapes (mechanical mods “mechs” and rebuildable stuff (RDA, RTA, Ect) this is right up your alleyDon’t expect the lastest (maybe the greatest from back in the day)Just be warned, if you’re looking for the newest stuff on the market (boro’s, AIO’s, stock coils, regulated mods, pods, ect) your not likely to find itBut the worker is friendlyPS. The shop is a little on the dark side

The staff here is really pleasant. I stopped by on my way home when I had just rub out of e-liquid. I just needed a little bit to make the drive home at rush hour a little more manageable.The staff were attentive without being overbearing. They quickly mixed a delightful combination for me. I was never pressured on any upsells or ignored for a small order. They made a quick stop pleasant and got me on my way.

The service is great, the prices are not.The Kratom is 4x higher than other places such as artisan botanicals. The quality is decent, but not worth the price hike. It’s outrageous to me. If this company cared about helping people, not ripping them off they’d charge a fair price.

Ive been in a handful of times over the past 1.5 to 2 years when visiting family in OK. Each time I was taken aback by the attitude of the employee helping me (different people each visit over this time span). The most recent time was the worst, which made me finally decide to not come to this store when Im in town in the future. Each employee Ive purchased from has had a terribly bad attitude, sprinkled in with a large dash of arrogance. They make me feel incredibly stupid when I ask questions, and as though Im wasting their time. Its a bummer because the other reviews made me think this was just a fluke. But after 4-5 encounters like this, Ive come to the conclusion that it must just be the norm there.

Do not go here for Kratom! Way way way overpriced! Just Google around, youll find it for a tenth of the price here. Though these guys take great care of you. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Have always loved this shop since they opened. Jimmy is one cool cat. Always leave feeling like I had been appreciated as a customer. Juice? Yes! got me some cowboy cream and my friends got them some stuff and we all 3 walked out happy. Yep 23rd street vapes makes me happy!

I purchased an Alpha Omega BFT the guy wasnt real knowledgeable about the product. its a good product the guy charges about 20 more dollars than most other places so I just thought Id write a review and let everybody know. The guy did help me assemble it, I did have trouble with it leaking real bad at first but upon doing some research I was able to resolve that issue on my own.

Love this shop. Been going here about a year now. They see me about 3 times a week Lol! And if ever Im in a bind they work with me. You have to love a business that appreciates you. I can come in and talk with both Jasons about news issues, sports,etc. I can speak with Jimmy about Jordan shoes, or true religion clothing Lol!....Its not all about getting your money and getting you out with them. They make one into a loyal customer! Thanks guys!

Unbelievable. Tried coming by 3 times this week and every time theirs a note on the door saying out picking up vape products. He’s done this so much there’s a stack of these papers laying beside the door. Where he’s left the same note over and over again. He doesn’t want to sell anything.

Unless Im desperate, this is the only place I go. They are quick, knowledgeable, professional and the quality is amazing. No other place Ive been to Im OKC is comparable. Also, Im very glad they changed the bottles. They feel like they are of better quality.

Customer service is imperative for a business to survive. When you have an employee that wont even bag your purchase on more than one visit it is so off putting. I will never visit this location ever again due to the rude customer service from a certain employee. Kratom shops are popping up all over OKC and you can buy it cheaper online; therefore, there is no need to put up with rude employees.

Their kratom quality and price is not on par with outter limits. Outter limits is almost half the price and the quality is waaaayyy better. Im not knocking their store, great guys. Im just calling it like it is. Im not friends with outter limits what so ever. Try it i promise you will like it

It wasnt a good experience. The kratom is massively overpriced compared to other places locally. Additionally, they make uou sign a form stating their kratom isnt for human consumption and is for experiments only. Even further, its very dirty in there. Not just the location, but my kratom pills were all dusty and looked like they had been packed on the counter just before I showed up. A couple of the pills had split and there was dust everywhere.It just wasnt a good experience, and Ill go elsewhere next time.

I really love this store. Theirs a few lounge cars with a TV. Chill vibes. Art. Their employees are very knowledgeable of vape, concentrate and, herb tools. Theirs an assortment of quality products for your smoking needs. Meets any budget. Great place to chill.

What a great shop! Been doing with 23rd st vapes since day one. Anytime I have a question or problem kyle and Jimmy are always happy and able to help and I really appreciate that! Great peeps great atmosphere great products and great prices! If you havent stopped in you definitely should!!!!😀

The last two times I’ve been by 23rd street vapes, the same sign (picking up vape products) has been on the door. I’ve been by later in the day and first thing at opening.

I bought kratom from from this store which was ridiculously overpriced compared to other local shops and online stores. For the amount they charged me, they could of least showed me documentation of contamination testing on the kratom. When I asked for it, however, they just looked at me with a blank stare. The employees are very impersonal and arrogant.

Best in house flavors I have ever tasted. I have traveled a lot and been to cape stores all over the country and have never found in house juice that satisfied my taste buds like this place. Im extremely impressed. The owner was really cool, super helpful, will even drill out larger holes for you for better airflow, will build u coils, and let u taste as much as you want. Great home vibe as you would want from a good vape store, chill zone, and a good place to just go and check out cool art that they have on the walls. They have an amazing point system for free juice and amazing prices. Im sick of being screwed over by greedy store owners. I recommend this place to anyone as its the best in OKC.

PRICE GOUGING MUCH? I think its ethically wrong to sell kratom to people who dont know any better, to pay such a high price. Not only that but the kratom tastes like cardboard. I dont know maybe they had a poor wholesale distribution who is taking advantage of them. All I know is you should not have to pay $42 for 2ozor $14 for 1/2oz of kratom even if they have a satisfaction guarantee.

These guys know their stuff, and ate always super friendly. They have the best assortment of vaping hardware Ive found. Their juice is good, but they have no trouble mixing specific nicotine levels vs other places where you only get a few options.

Dirty and not very useful. The 2 house juices I bought because trying didnt appear to be an option were pretty disgusting and had an oil and water appearance. I guess they make their money from kratom or something which Im not interested in so I wouldnt dare go back

The young lady that waited on us was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind. We were new to vaping and wanted to quit smoking cigarettes. With this young ladies assistance and our new smoking we are 5 days cig. Free. Yay to all the people that were at the store that day for us truckers and our dog Max!!Thank you so much

Ive been buying cheapy little throw away vapes from them almost every day and I just walked into their shop and the owner, the dude with the gages just pretty much ignored me when I walked in and i said, hey man whats up! And that dude barely looked at me and was staring at his phone the whole time.... I felt completely unwelcomed... I USED to go here because it is literally right down the street from where I reside, but I will NEVER go back to this shop!

Came here a few weeks ago. Its sad there wasnt many vapes to choose from. The small vape I wanted was $40. But its all good. The guy was very friendly.

The worst and most overpriced vape store Ive ever been to. The Highest ML they sell is 30ml. Its ridiculous they only care about making a little more extra profit selling lower ml then making a good quality product at a reasonable price. EVERYTHING, AND I MEAN EVERYTHING IS OVERPRICED. Find somewhere else. There guys are a joke.

Awful customer service I actually felt uncomfortable asking the man who was “helping me” to help with anything. It’s like I was interrupting him and his co workers chill sesh. My vape wasn’t working correctly, and I just needed someone who knew what they were doing to tell me what I needed to do to make it work- but I guess that was too much for 23rd street Vapes.

This is the most convenient vape shop if you are at the bar around the corner and run out of juice. They dont do samples (most places charge per FDA, this place refuses to and just lets you smell, which doesnt really help) and they have only their own juice. Its a very small location and their mods/tanks/kits are overpriced.

They admit they charge more than everyone else, but youd pay shipping too if you order these replacement coils from Smok. They wanted 27 dollars for a pack of coils that was 14 dollars at Vapor World. They also do not carry the most recent items to come out or replacement parts. Staff is very unknowledgable.

I came here on my way to Ponca City and stopped here for Kratom. I ended up staying to talk to the staff because they were so friendly! They told me about all the cool things to do in Oklahoma City and gave me directions. Besides all this- their maeng da kratom was of great value and I continued driving the hour and a half to buy kratom and talk with the staff (Kyle is awesome!) Until I left Oklahoma.

Ive learned there are way better shops around town. Jimmy used to be known for some quality juice, not sure if he still makes it or has passed it off to someone else by now.

I want to personally acknowledge Kathy and Kevin of 23rd ST. Vapes for their outstanding customer service and eagerness to help. I personally recommend that if your going to 23rd st vape you ask for Kathy or Kevin. Their willingness to help is above and beyond what I have ever experienced.Thanks guys!

This is the best vape shop in town. The employees are awesome and very helpful.Jimmy and Kyle helped me and my parents who have smoked for 40 years get off cigarettes. Bottom line these are good people.

I once wrote and gave them a bad review but they have since changed my mind and i think they are awesome. Truly the best in town highly recommended

Wish i could give a zero .Sold us what seemed to be a used vape for $110 with no box ,no charger and no receipt .So we fet home charge it and it needs batteries ,we go to a different vape shop and spend another $40 for new batteries and sure enough the vape just dosnt work .we go back to 23rd vape and they make my girl settle for a smaller ,way less expensive vape kinda take it or leave it deal .Could have got the one they gave us for $49 to start with .Bad store just bad and they feel they did us right .WOW just cant understand how they are still doing business if thats how they do people. Never ever going back and will make sure to spread the word as well .fool me once ya know .......

Almost $30 for an ounce of kratom is outrageous, especially at the watered down quality it is. Better off going somewhere else to spend your money.
