Toxic lounge

~“Miami”~ feel and with the feel of being in a parking lot in OBT, Trying charging me with two shots of vodka and two waters for $25.60, bouncer physically took me down when I refused to pay. I’ll be in touch with my attorney and if it happens to you act fast cause they’ll delete the video footage they “apparently had” within (30) days.

This place is such a money grab. Its a copy and paste setup from every other lounge in this city, but they try and nickel and dime you nonstop. They dont mention that gratuity is included and are very persistent on tipping additional even though they pay no attention to you. Way too much furniture in there to move around even though the place isnt packed and the DJ was not it lol. Place is over hyped and they will try to sneak money out of your pockets nonstop. Plenty of other options in the area.

I worked here to provide security and the employer ignored my texts and emails for 6 months and refused to pay. Meanwhile the owner is on social media posting about her lavish lifestyle. Only after informing her that I would be taking her to small claims court did she pay for the work.

Very much over priced for a “lounge” Very cheap with alcohol brands and do not give chaser amount correct to alcohol. They will over charge you however they can. I paid for a birthday package which was supposed to include a few things like a small cake ( never got) birthday shout out sign (she got) shout outs she never got, balloons (never got), flyer name and photo (never got) and two bottles ( never got) was told had to purchase bottles and told rum was two for $100 so I bought it and paid $126. I was given two small chasers like 16 oz to cover two bottles smh I will never again waist money or time. Was a birthday for my daughter and her 6 friends I paid for two more another $20. It was jus constant paying more and more. I VIP downtown get way more and never have to pay over and over. Bad service and lies. Do not go here unless u want to spend a ton of money. Go downtown. I can’t complain about the vibes cause like any club the vibes are good but the service was horrible and that’s enough to warn ppl not to take their money here. Nothing special bout this lounge on Obt.

Overpriced and over hyped. Dead on a Saturday and told we couldnt sit at a table in a dead club because they were reserved.

Their flyer said one thing and the music was another... SUPER EXPENSIVE BOTTLE SERVICE AND THE WORST DJ !!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF $500+Owner responds to this comment and cant even apologize for the bad experience. Says alot about the type of business owner he is.

Horrible service and small venue what type of club has that small of a venue not only that i had a friend go to a concert for there and got shot up and they never cared and lied about were the shooting took place i would think twice before coming to here it really is toxic

We went on Saturday night for my wifes birthday and the first thing was that we reserved a VIP and at the entrance they always charged us $20 this time they charged us $25 in the VIP. Liz told us that they had a promotion of $300 for two bottles and when we went to pay I charged each bottle $175 or $50 more, I charged the soft drinks to consume with the bottles separately, it seems to me a lack of respect and ethics on their part, thank you very much for your attention but I will not return again my advice, check carefully yes check before paying

Very nice and cozy, BUT, they tell you that the VIP is an amount, and then that same night they charge you much more than that, from $300 they charged me $534. Make sure they tell you exactly what drink is INCLUDED IN THE VIP because then they tell you, “that one is more expensive” and they charge you more, I think they should tell the customer which ones are INCLUDED, because it is disrespectful for people to be stupid…

I went when they opened! And I liked it, I went recently and the place has like 1000,000 furniture tables in the middle and neither walking nor going to the bathroom nor dancing in the center of the club is possible.

Sara gave me the best attention I could have, I had never been treated as well as she treated me and my guests. I really recommend it. God bless her and the business! 🙏🏽

For me, the best night spot in all of Florida, what you pay for a single bottle in another place you pay here for 2 bottles and just by buying a promo I automatically enjoy a VIP and the music is the best

I didnt like the music, pure reggaeton, merengue, bachata or salsa, nothing good. What a disappointment about the place.

Everything was fine until I found a tapa on a drink, the security is so good that there comes a time when it gets uncomfortable🙂
