Went for a couples massage and me & my girl loved it. Relaxing afterwards to the point I wanted to go take a fat nap. We went to Disney right after the massage, my advice is after the massage to go eat & take a nap 😂Loved it! Would definitely return.

Received a couples massage while on vacation. My significant other really enjoyed the massage from Cici! My massage was good and the masseuse (didn’t catch her name) was responsive when I needed more pressure in certain areas. Gave 4 stars because I’ve personally had better massages. But I appreciate the kindness from both of them.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place--my sister and I came here for a massage and facial after doing some hard-core theme-parking, and we saw the prices and reviews, and decided to give it a shot.They were very flexible and were able to accommodate us when we called the day of. The massage was good (the hot stones were definitely the highlight), the facial was great, and both of us left feeling rejuvenated. It was a good experience, excellent considering the price point.Minus one star because the door to our room was left open during the whole hour and a half, which wouldnt have been a problem except both of us were totally disrobed. Otherwise, I have no complaints.

The environment is quite low key and not packed for a holiday weekend. At first, it didnt sound like anyone else was there besides for me, untill I heard a customer in the next room. My massage was performed by Amid very professional, as he puts the customer first. He asked questions to get a better understanding of what you want and looking to accomplish. I will say I have not come across this type of service, maybe Im going to the wrong spots or maybe it was my lucky day. Either way, I was relax and felt better coming out. After all that that was the goal. Dont get me I have had great massages before, however they did not really try to figure out why I was there. Yes I need a massage but everyone has a story. If you are in the area give them a try let me know how it went. I would like to think all of their trained professionals cater to all their customers.

This is a no frills place, but its the best massage Ive ever had. Amit was recommended to me when I was having a lot of tension in my upper body, between my shoulders and in my neck. It had gotten so bad my arms and fingers were starting to tingle. Amit knew exactly what I was dealing with, and he really helped alleviate the tension. I go to him often now whenever I feel it coming back. This isnt a place to get super pampered and spend all day hanging out in a robe drinking wine and tea, if youre looking for that go elsewhere. But if youre looking for specific help with muscle tension, tightness and pain and for an expert massage, I recommend this place and Amit hands down. Theyre also very easy to work with and schedule an appointment. Also, I think an hour for 70$ is very reasonable, especially considering I actually feel like it made a difference for my muscle tension vs other massages that are nice and relaxing but dont actually help with my issues. I will definitely be coming back to Amit!

The massage was good but setting up am appointment was a huge hassle that took a lot of effort, then the staff was 30 mins late opening the location, so I was left waiting outside and then for them to figure out a wrong key situation, with no apology for any of it. There was also a musky odor which is very unpleasant during a massage.

Amid was excellent with on hand experience, kindness, warmth, professional bedside manners and customers service oriented. Today I received my first Lymphatic Drainage Massage on the 5th day after my surgery. I went in feeling sore and walked out relaxed and with better mobility. I booked my 2nd Lymphatic Drainage Massage and will continue every week until I can start regular massages again. I highly recommend his services.

Went here with three other of my friends to get a deep tissue one hour massage. We had each our separate rooms. I could hear two of my friends interacting with their massage therapist. The lady that was in the front desk was the same lady that give me the massage. I had my mask on while waiting. She came in 10 minutes later (From the start it was not a one hour massage) I was in the room and legit ripped my mask off my face and told me to put my head down. She was on her phone the entire time. She even answered phone calls while “massaging me”. Used one hand because she was on her phone with the other most of the time. It didn’t felt like a deep tissue massage. Only reason I gave three stars and not one is because my friends had a better experience with their massage therapists and said it was amazing. I guess if you come to this place make sure anyone except the front desk lady which you will see her face on the permit in the front. Oh and by the way, no temp checks are being done here.

Anna was awesome. I went in at 10:55am on SundayI was going with a 10 chair massage she suggested the table.I started off with a 30 and end up doing 15 minutes more and those knots definitely were worked out. I feel so much better and should of did this days ago. I wish Anna live in Atlanta at where Im from.Her hands have GPS. Wonderful job.

One of the worst massages Ive had in a long time. Super light pressure even when asked to go harder multiple times. My fiance and I booked a couples deep tissue massage not a 1 hour light pressure rub. There is a restaurant next door that is also extremely loud.

This establishment, is so wonderful, He did so much for me. I work at Amazon, so he understood what I needed. Just know if youre tense, he is not hurting you, your body is tense and its going to be resistant to relax, hes not being rough or hard, its youre body that got comfortable being tense. In the same moments I made a noise, every time, he said I feel the tension too. He helped me by saying to breathe really long breaths. Go here. Its ridiculous how good he is.

I can only speak for the person who gave me my so called massage. All she did was push on me some for 30 and even sat on my back for some reason. Not sure what she was thinking on that one. I was killing time while my kids were at the mall. Waited for over an hour before I got my what they call a massage. If I was not waiting on my kids I would have left plus the place A/C sucks or they are cheap and keep it warm in there. I have had plenty of massages in my life I see a chiropractor 2 twice a month and get a 30 min massage before hand. This person has no training 😕. I would not mind giving them a second chance who knows I may get a trained person but if I see her again I am walking out.

Peter gave me the BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE. And I’ve had a LOT, but this was different. They use several techniques, some definitely going back to the Orient. His pressure is firm but he is a gentle healer. When I left, I instantly bought another one for my hard working husband to come back tomorrow

I work long hours and its tough to make appointments at some locations. I walked in and was greeted by my therapist and was taken immediately. The place is clean and has a nice ambiance. The massage itself was amazing and Cici is a true professional. Always asking how the pressure was and were I needed the most attention. A true hidden gem.

I found this massage place by Googling Reflexology at Florida Mall. The location is hidden but GPS brought me there.Jenna, the massage therapist is friendly. I told her that I loved super strong massage (deep tissue), so she did half an hour on my shoulder and half an hour on feet. Jenna also put hot stone on my back to help in relief of stiffness. She has passion in massage and also ensure my shoulder has no more pain.I had a great conversation with Jenna during massage, she provided a great massage.I will highly recommend Jenna if you want a good massage. Even though the facility welcomes walk in customers, I prefer to call in advance to schedule my appointment and worked really well for me.When I walked in the facility this morning, I was greeted by Cici who listened all my pain related concerns and showed me a list of massagd options I could pick from and I picked up the 60 min hot stone which I believed was the best choice for my case.The atmosphere was wonderful, the music, the energy...a truly peaceful environment.Cici was extremely professional, polite and friendly. She did a terrific hot stone massage with essential oil.I felt so comfortable and relaxed that right after the hot stone massage I got a 45 min facial massage and a 15 min foot massage as well. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!High recommend a visit, 5 stars all around.I will be back for sure!!! 😊

And always of the massage i had it and ask for my money back and what she replied is that she couldnt do that. I use to visit often but never mind.

I get weekly massages but I have a lot of trouble finding a good massage place that was consistent. I’ve been going to Class act for now two months now on a weekly basis the gentleman that does my massage he gets better and better and start understanding your body and where to really focus on. The hospitality there is superb. I really really really recommend.

This place is on par with universal and disney parks.Now that i have your attention, i am visiting orlando and this place scammed me out of 200 bucks (including tips). This place is run down and the owner screams across the room to command people including customers. They wasted 15 mins out of an hour and put an annoying show and timer on... they kept the door open the whole time because it had no lights in the room. The therapists are highly untrained although certified by florida state. This was not a relaxing experience. When you read this just run away or burn your money away.At the end this place is a class act because the polite side of her came out when it was time to collect the tips. Save yourself from the misery and i am 100% certain all the reviews are paid.Man i should have listened to my gut and drive away as soon as i entered their lot.

I found out about this massage location via Groupon and paid for the foot reflexology with detox as a birthday gift to self. The following week I finally decided to receive my service and was upsold on the hot stones as well as sea salt treatment with my detox which I agreed to.There was no one at the front desk when I arrived as I quickly realized the masseuse was still providing services to another client as well as working the front desk. I waited for about 15-20 minutes after my appointment to be served. Thank goodness I had no other plans this day however if I did I would’ve been inconvenienced.During my session the masseuse stepped away several times to tend to customers at the front desk, I felt disappointed as this was my very first visit and the lack of customer service could have been improved by just having someone manage the front desk so that you can give your undivided attention to your paid clients during their session.My reflexology with massage was good but I don’t plan to return due to the lack of attention. Also the masseuse asked for a tip on top of the upsells I’d already paid for which she shouldn’t have given the circumstances I’ve already mentioned occurring.Note: This business does offer a few free services if you check-in through Yelp. I did receive a free 10 minute shoulder and neck massage which was pretty good

Was passing through the area during Covid and decided to get a massage with my daughter. We called ClassAct massage and facial spa and they were able to get us both in right away, the woman over the phone was very friendly and accommodating. Both our massages were exactly what we needed. I get massages often and never have I almost fallen asleep. We left there feeling very relaxed and I had so much more movement in my neck, shoulders, and back.When we come back through this area, we will be sure to visit ClassAct massage and facial spa again!

We had tried all day unsuccessfully to get an appointment for a massage... left dinner & drove around the corner & saw Class Act Massage Parlor, Cici gave me such an amazingly caring, intense, relaxing & pain relieving massage. Do not! go here! i had a headach so i went to get one hour massage. i had tatoos on my hand and she kept asking me what is it? i said its tatoo. but she kept asking and asking why i got it why the color is like that while my head was about to explode. eventually the massage began. she was kept looking at a phone massaging me with one habd. she kept leaving during the massage going here and there. and when i was done and it was time to sign she literally stared at the paper. like she bend down to put her nose on the recite to see how much i would write down for tips. and then she had a nerve to ask for my numbers telling me she will call me to book me again. avoid this place at all costs. you have been warned.

Stopped in for some relief during lunch from to much computer work- 20 min chair massage. It was perfect! Very clean business, nice staff and relaxing atmosphere. Might try the reflexology next time!

If you are in need of a real reflexology massage. Unfortunately, this place is not it. I paid $35 literally just to have someone rub my feet with absolutely NO pressure whatsoever. She wore gloves due to Covid which I want to say I understand but not really because I’m not required to wear a mask, so honestly it’s kinda pointless. I truly wanted and needed an experienced reflexologist who knew what pressure points to do.Now if you just want someone to rub on you and you’re ok with JUST that, then sure, it’s ok.

Peter is excellent, and you can see that he knows his work well (pressure during the massage was perfect). I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality massage.

Amid was great! Only wish they had a hanging head rest with an opening for your face cause it was a little hard to breathe. And a longer blanket to cover whole body cause my feet were hanging out.

Eh. Got a 30 min foot massage. Therapist left 2x for 3 min each to talk to walk in customers Bc no one was at the front desk. Did not tack on 6 more minutes and ended my massage 4 min early to “clean my feet”. I have gotten like 300 massages and it’s never taken a therapist that long to do that. I was annoyed I had to pay for that. Also, no music and could hear some weird sounds (Man moaning) coming from another semi private area down the hall. Save your money and go somewhere else.
