He truly takes the time to listen to your needs and knows exactly how to apply the perfect pressure for an unforgettable massage experience. I look forward to my weekly massages with him—he’s definitely my go-to! If you’re looking for someone who really cares and delivers incredible results, Louis is your guy!

First time going. Not easy to get an appointment, shows also how good the experience is. Aubrey was amazing! I walked out feeling completely better! They are all kind and attentive to your needs. I highly suggest that you go to this particular Massage Envy, you wont regret it!

Joanna was so great! I came in after having a sinus headache after getting off a cruise. She gave a great facial and focused on massaging my face, neck, and head in order to relieve the pressure. It was so relaxing and I left feeling much better!

Tiffany is exceptional at what she does. I cannot group her with other massage therapists because she has a blessing, a purpose to heal and refresh the body and I’m so blessed to have experience her touch. I’m on the road to recovery from an injury sustained over a year ago.

Massage envy is getting more pricey but then isn’t everything? The environment is clean and calming. I do think I have stumbled upon the best masseuse ever. Dani is fantastic. I like my massages firm. I can feel a massage from Dani for days afterwards. Of course if you are mainly there to get sauce rubbed gently over your body she will accommodate you too!

Dani was amazing! Had been a minute and greatly needed a massage. She found all of my problem areas and worked them out. Took a chance with a new therapist and already made my next 2 appointments!

Guillermo was absolutely fantastic. I came in with very bad tension in my neck and shoulders. He communicated with me and made me feel very comfortable, and I’m happy to be turning my neck today with a lot more ease.

Tiffany at Message Envy Lee Vista is amazing! I cannot say enough great things about her! I like deep tissue and she is the best message therapist I’ve ever had. As a nurse I get a lot of back pain and she knows just what to do to melt it away! I only see her now. I have a Massage Envy within 2 miles of me but I drive to Lee Vista just to see her!

Massage Envy has great customer service. My massage therapist was okay. I state this as she had not catered to the two areas of request. She did, however, apply the pressure requested. Quick massage for 90 minutes.

I’ve been going to this massage envy now for about 5 months and it’s not the closest one to me but I go there for Mackenzie. She is absolutely amazing and she has helped me tremendously with the sacral joint pain and back pain I suffer from. She’s so kind and we always have great conversation. She makes my comfort her priority and she checks in to make sure that I’m doing okay throughout our session. I see her once a week and it’s the best part of my week. The women up front are also so kind and their customer service is great!

I’ve been a member at this massage envy for almost four years now. I’ve been with Tiffany for almost the entire time I’ve been a member. She is the absolute BEST massage therapist I’ve had. She is professional, informative, funny, and just an overall pleasure I think that she is a gem and massage envy is blessed to have her.

I will say I think the massage was good, but asked for deep tissue hard pressure and received medium. However, the massage was nice.

My therapist was amazing! He focused on the areas I asked. He was polite, courteous and communicative. I booked another appt with the therapist.

Bryce was very good! When he was finished with massage. I looked at the time and it was a45 minute massage. The massage felt rushed. I paid for an hour and got 45 minutes. Not to mention it was expensive. The two ladies at the front desk were not personable. They made me feel uncomfortable!

Had my first prenatal massage with Brice at Massage Envy Lee Vista Orlando location. He too great care of me and eased some tension I’ve been carrying. He was wonderful, we went over problem areas before the session and he took his time chasing tension and knots.

The reception staff (Shameika) was very professional and friendly. My therapist (Tiffany) did an excellent job! I will be back.

Brices massage was incredible! His attention to detail in addressing aches and pains was exceptional. The way he targeted specific areas was spot on—I felt so much relief. It was a fantastic experience overall. I highly recommend Brice for anyone seeking a skilled massage therapist. He’s got a talent for making those stubborn aches disappear.

They schedule you and then said that the esthetician is not available and then they want to charge a full session for canceling when they said they canceled. Poor customer service.

Tiffany is the best massage therapist I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. She tries new techniques every visit. She is warm, and friendly her touch is carefully planned and meticulously placed. I actually leave her table feeling as if this was a physical and spiritual therapy session.

I drive 35 minutes out of my area and pass a few other locations to visit this one all because of Mackenzie! She is the best. She listens to me, she advises me, and she gives the BEST massages! I’m so particular about who does my hair, nails, etc and it took me so long to find a therapist that I love! Literally the best ever, not a bad thing I could say.

Staff were very friendly. Facility was clean and relaxing. The massage was very disappointing. A waste of time and money. Mackenzie, my therapist, did not address the lower back that needs addressing, per my filled questionnaire. And she spent very little time and effort on the main focus parts, the shoulder and neck area. Furthermore, she has very little strength in her hands. She didn’t perform stretch exercises after the massage, which felt like it was abruptly interrupted. She skipped body parts like the fingers and toes. To say the least….

This was a birthday gift for my daughter, she truly enjoyed it, and says she feels more relaxed after working through all her problem areas. She definitely wants to go back and plans to add a facial next time. The staff are super nice and helpful. I love that they have a separate area if youre just waiting on someone, very cozy. My massage experience yesterday was with Mackenzie, and she did an awesome job as usual! Ive seen her now a few times, and she works out all the kinks and uses good, firm pressure, which I prefer. Her technique helps work out a lot of the knots and soreness, while still being very relaxing. Highly recommend, and Ill be back for sure!

Jay is an amazing masseuse. Every time I go to her she knows exactly what to do to make me feel better. And the receptionist are just so engaging and genuinely kind.

Brice is awesome. He does a great job of walking you through what he is about to do and gives an excellent massage with just the right amount of pressure to relieve tension without causing excessive pain. You can tell he really understands anatomy and the science of massage therapy (sadly not the case for all massage therapists). He has really helped reduce my back pain when I’ve strained it! Highly recommend! (Just don’t book up all of his appointments now that I’ve spilled the secret!)

I had a massage with Latasha, she is great. I asked her for deep tissue and provided her the area of emphasis. She exceeded my expectations and I still hurt today (in a good way) and am no longer having 8/10 sciatica pain, it’s now a 4/10. I can’t recommend her enough.

My therapist, Jeremy, was very knowledgeable and skilled. I appreciated his attentiveness during my session. One of the best massages Ive ever received at Massage Envy. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends, espcially for medical/sports massage and stretching.

Front Desk Staff were super helpful and knowledgeable. My therapist Latasha did her thing! I should of book a 90min. She addressed all my concerns and frequently checked in on me. When she got started on my legs, I’m almost started crying from how good it felt. Released all the stress. I’m on my feet 12 plus hour a day. Helping me realize I need this more often. Self care is essential. I’ll definitely be returning to Latasha.

Joanna was one of the best estheticians ive ever had! The entire facial was perfect. Shes extremely gentle and made my skin feel 10x better immediately, extractions were not painful at all, and the massage was a perfect touch. She was also very informative and gave all the knowledge needed to continue a skin regimen she thought was needed. The entire experience was a 10/10.

McKenzie dominates her craft. I should not leave a review because then she’ll get too booked and might be harder for me to get an appointment. She helped me with my knotted back and I felt quick relief. Amazing!

Although the facial was nice. I don’t like that I added on a service and it was completed within my hour time of my facial. If a service is being added on, that should add the time onto my initial booking so I was a little upset about that.

I live in merritt Island Florida but I drive 45 to the lee Vista location every Saturday for a therapist named Mckenzie she is wonderful. Gives a great 90 minute massage. I highly recommend asking for her she is great at her job!!!!!!!!!

Dani is always amazing!!! I like a deep tissue massage. Dani is able to work deep for a full 1 1/2 hours and hit all the bad spots.I have enjoyed regular massages my entire adult life and I can honestly say Dani is the best.

Brice is an excellent massage therapist. He applies his knowledge to relieve all sources of muscle tension, a great full body session.

It felt like it was the massage therapist first time. He seemed insecure at his job and it showed through body language and technique. If this is your job you should be more confident in what you do on all clients. On the positive note my back pain was relieved. It just cost me an expensive awkward 90 minutes.

Front staff was nice, but booked us a couples massage without saying that they would be in separate rooms.Both me and my husband’s massages ended before the hour time. For $125/pp I’d go to a nice local spa/resort spa.

I booked an appointment at this location while I was in town. I was trying to fit in a massage before leaving. I even worked my travel plans around it and they called me 15 minutes prior and canceled my appointment. Now I’m stuck in Orlando until this afternoon for nothing. This was highly unprofessional. The only compensation they offered could only be redeemed at their location, when they know I’m from out of town.

From personal experience I had nothing but issues with this location. From my gift card I purchased having not been activated to Mgmt not returning calls. Would recommend Narcoossee Lake Nona. I never leave negative reviews. But I am being honest I would not go back.

I was very glad to find Tiffany for my massage. She was very competent and understood my health needs and was able to provide a therapeutic massage that was just what I needed.

The massage was good but it felt very clinical. In the past with others there has always been relaxing music and low lights for a spa like atmosphere.

Tiffany listens to the client and the body in order to combine optimal firmness and technique. She knows her craft and the anatomy resulting in a healing touch.

Love coming to this location, the staff are very friendly, professional, and contribute to the relaxing atmosphere overall. I had a 60 min massage appointment yesterday with Rea, she’s fantastic. I came in feeling pain from how tense my muscles were, and I left feeling relaxed, stress free, and with no more pain. Highly recommend her!

This is my favorite Massage Envy location in the area. Thomas went above and beyond with my 90 minute deep tissue massage. Communication was great throughout the experience, he really focused on my knots and areas where I needed extra attention. As a young woman, I especially appreciated his professionalism with draping. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I normally have great experiences at both the Massage Envys that I visit (SODO and Lee Vista), but I had such a fantastic experience with Giesel Williams at Lee Vista that I will probably be visiting her and this particular location more often. Giesel was amazing at communicating with me during our session to make sure I was in optimal comfort. Additionally, she exuded great professionalism the entire time. I went in feeling really tense and sore from the stresses of teaching the past few weeks, and I left feeling like all my boxes of issues has been checked by her. Highly recommended!

Ana is amazing!! If your looking for a deep tissue massage 💆‍♀️ she will not disappoint. Very attentive and professional. I was gifted a card to massage Envy and decided to book an appointment. I am so glad I booked this location and booked with Petra. I requested a deep tissue massage and she did not disappoint. I have been to some other places where they say the massage therapist will give me a deep tissue and often times, I am disappointed with the lack of pressure received. Petra really gets into those muscles and you will walk out feeling amazing. Also, if youre a talker like me she will also talk to you while massaging. I never considered going back to this place after my massage but for Petras massages, I will reconsider. Thank you so much.

Tanya did an AMAZING job with my facial. My face was so hydrated and glowing when I walked out of Massage Envy. I highly recommend Tanya!! She really tailored my facial to my needs and the type of my skin. She recommended couple products that specifically target my face needs. I loved all the knowledge that came with my facial since I enjoy knowing why a certain product is being used on my face. Tanya kept me informed throughout the whole session and explained 👌 the products she used on my skin.

I was able to come in and get the massage the next day and it was wonderful. Rea was very wonderful, she made me feel very comfortable. She was sensitive to the areas of my body that hurt. She also used a cushion that was appropriate for my body type. She knew what to do, how to do it, and was very efficient. I do not let any person touch my body except that Rea made me feel most comfortable. Ive had a lot of massages and she is one of the best. Shes very knowledgeable and knows what shes doing. I teach massage myself and I can tell she knows her stuff, and doesnt push it on people.

Called in on a rough Friday for a last minute massage. Called at 12 they had an opening at 2. Tiffany was AMAZING!! I asked for medium pressure to work my stress points but to still make it relaxing. She was Personable, friendly, worked on my knots and tension points and asked simple questions along the way to see where I held the most tension. For the first time I thought “I REALLLY NEED A MEMBERSHIP”.

I have been using Massage Envy for ten years. This is the best massage I have had in several years. Petra really listened to me and focused her work on my trouble spots.This location is not requiring masks during massages if both the therapist and the client are comfortable without them. Other locations in Orlando require you to wait in your car, which can be hot in Florida). They observe social distancing in there waiting room.

I am a health care worker and sometimes my job entails emergencies where I may have to reschedule. One of these situations came up a few hours before my appt where I called and asked to reschedule later in the day. I was told there would be a 30min massage time penalty assessed to my account even after explaining the emergency situation. They didn’t care. The manager called later to make it right and credit me back again. I thought the issue was resolved. Today, my husband went to use my hour appt as a transfer and they told him the hour would not be counted and he would have to pay for 30 min because the manager never credited my account back. They made him pay without getting a manager and without a care in the world. Worst front desk I have ever experienced. I have been loyal to massage envy for about ten years and by far this is the worst location I have ever visited. It is a shame because the massage therapists are fantastic and are suffering under poor management.

I ended up getting a 6 month membership here, I liked it so much. The location is very clean and makes me feel safe, even during covid. I like that they have evening and weekend appointments, and you can book online.

I have been a member for years but am increasingly frustrated at the lack of availability of female therapists. I recommend you look at other providers until they find a way to hire and keep enough staff.

I really enjoyed my experience at this location. From start to finish, the process was seamless. Isaiah is an incredible masseuse, as well as super friendly and comforting. Id definitely recommend!

My massage started late and finished 9 minutes early. The masseuse took a bathroom break halfway through and played loud pop music with ads during the whole massage. Not very professional. This was a disappointment considering it costs so much. Sadly, would not recommend this location.

I’ve been a ME customer for several years. This location is nicest ones I’ve been to. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean. Thomas hands down the best therapist I’ve had. He understands my problem areas and makes sure to work on them, while also making the experience as relaxing as possible.

Traci is truly gifted! I will be making this my new home location. I felt a thousand times better after my session. I sit at a desk all day so I frequently need some kinks worked out. I think I prefer this location to the Waterford one now.

Great staff, friendly and knowledgable!Not so much during this pandemic. I called to freeze my account because like everyone else Im having financial difficulties. I was told I could freeze my acct for 2 months but in order to use any of the 22 sessions Ive already paid for, I have to continue to pay $10 a month.They cant care any less that theyre losing a long standing customer. Ive heard this complaint from others.I canceled my acct.

Guillermo listened to my needs and helped with my shoulder which has a lot of knots and tension. Definitely recommend him.

*****BEWARE!!!***** HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Go elsewhere and get your moneys worth there! I scheduled a 2 hour massage 2 weeks ago since i will be getting married tomorrow. After dealing with so much stress from the wedding, I was really, really looking forward to this day! I get a phone call less than 2 hours before my appt that the massage therapist has to leave early and they have to shorten my massage time. The manager Cynthia was not sympathetic to the inconvenience nor did they have or offer another massage therapist in leu of the inconvenience they caused me. She was not trying to hear it and would become more irate the more i spoke! Not even a small compensation!!! I will be canceling my monthly membership and going elsewhere where they will value me as a customer and my money!

I always go to Oviedo but they were completely booked and I had a really bad headache so I called this location and they had a spot available . I went in and Tracy did my massage . I am very picky because I only like deep tissue and not everyone knows how to do a good one but Tracy was Amazing. I really recommend her . Will definitely come back here.

I was not aware of this & there was no expiration date on the gift card. Jazz went the extra mile to contact the store where it was purchased to see what could be done. In the end they honored it. Was looking forward to this massage as I haven’t had one in 5+ years. First the website and app made it hard to schedule an appointment which appeared open on both platforms. As a result, I called and scheduled it once the store open. The CSR was very helpful on the phone and scheduled the appointment with one of two available therapist at the open time slot I was looking for. Once I arrived for the appointment, the CSRs were great once more. Then the massage happened...I’ve had a few massages in my life and always felt relaxed and refreshed after I left; this was not the case here. When I talked to the CSR when scheduling the apt, I made mention the area of concern. I also answered the questionnaire and talked to the therapist about it, but did mention that full body massage was okay as well. Needless to say, the area of concern was barely focused on and I left more sore then I went in. My neck which wasn’t the area of concern, now feels incredibly sore. I work out a handful of times a week and the neck feels like my muscles a day or two after I’ve worked out; this is instant soreness right now... Also, the therapist wanted to talk about nothing but Covid related things and how the need to wear a mask (which is now currently mandated by the county) is a stupid idea and she won’t do it while in the public. The therapist also asked about the firmness as I kept tensing up and I mentioned it was a little rough, the firmness continued...At any rate, the review gets a 3 because the CSRs weren’t pushy and did a good job. The massage was adequate, but I feel a massage should be relaxing and not something I feel generally sore after leaving the business.

Did not have a great message experience with the person I went and saw. Decided to treat myself to a holiday present with some relaxation and the release some tension in my neck, shoulder, and feet. All places I indicated was were my issues were coming from.When I met my massure Rea I had a feeling that she was probably new. While there is nothing wrong with that it might indicate why I had a lousy massage. When looking at my marks of parts I wanted worked on she seemed confused as to why I didn’t want other areas done..I was a bit confused at this questions when I believed that I was just telling parts that I wanted focused on. Not nesscearily that I didn’t wanted my back or legs or others addressed if there was time. Which there should be I was getting a 90 min massage.When the massage started I felt she did start of well addressing my neck and shoulder with stretching and what not, but the way she spoke to me during and what not was not relaxing and was very casual and louder, almost if like a friend was out of the blue would say “I’m gonna do this...” “I’m gonna move you around now”As we progress it’s just seemed like she was rushing and was just taking more like on my legs. While I did want my feet looked at it felt after awhile that more and more time were spent on my legs and thigh area, which were not really to important to me.While I could have lived with all that it was at the very end something was super off and had never experienced in a massage before and I have had many several massages in my life. At the end you could tell that she realized that she had time life but had finished her thing. I even heard her make a sort of sound to indicated her mistake. So for the last 5 or maybe even closer to 10 mins of my massage she kind of just would push my body around or making sure the blanket was smooth. One point she started like chopping my body and then the only way I could describe it would be slapping it...It was completely strange and I had never had that happen during a massage. It took me out of the relaxation and I left not relaxed at all.When I left she could tell I wasn’t happy and asked what was wrong and all I could tell her was that I had wished she had given me more focus on the neck and shoulders and not my legs. She kind of rushed me out of the hallway after that...I hope that she realizes her errors and improves.
