Vapor World is a good chain when it comes to vaping, they seem very consistent overall but my to go location is the one in Ozark; Ive been a costumer there for many years now and their current management/team is probably the best Ive seen over the years. They are very knowledgeable and so friendly! They always take their time to explain you flavors, stay within your budget without pressuring you spending money, Ive had issues with a device in the past and they replaced it without problem! Theyre very good! I go there once a week and often hang out for a bit chatting with some of the staff ( when theyre not too busy ) and Im always happy to walk in the store and happy when I walk out ☺️ Great staff! Their employees truly make a difference. Ozark Vapor world 💪🏼

Ozark Vapor World is GREAT! Friendly and very helpful on any questions we have. My husband uses the cbd gummies for back pain and it helps him sleep.....JUSTIN has been especially helpful!!

So Ive been coming to this store for years now and I definitely wont be going anywhere else at all. The employees here all are extremely knowledgeable about any questions I may have. Im treated like family and anymore I dont even have to say anything when I come inside, they see me and know what I want and have it ready before the door closes behind me! Its a great time every visit and if Im not careful Ill spend hours just talking to the staff. I am definitely going to remain a loyal customer to this store alone. Great job guys and ill see you soon

We stopped in to grab a pack of vape coils on our way out of town. I told the employee what I needed and he rang me up, but when I grabbed the product I told him they were not the right ones. He looked again and said they didnt have what I needed but could do an exchange when they get them in. I hadnt even left the store and the product was still on the counter. They told me their policy is no refunds and thats policy! The employee said he made a mistake and it was his fault. This is a terrible business practice and we will never shop at a vapor world again. I would leave ZERO stars if possible. When I told them I want my money back they called the manager and told me there was nothing they could do.

They where rude and kept arguing with me over what coil I needed in the end I had no choice but to buy a coil thats to high up there until Im able to find a new vape shop Im so disappointed dont waist your time go to Springfield or anywhere else for that matter

I’ve bought 2 vapes from here now and both bought same purchase yesterday and are already blinking both lights red basically saying I’m out of juice and battery this has also happened to a friend of mine would not recommend as go to vape shop

Showed up 15-20 minutes before the posted closing time. All the lights were on, but the door was locked and nobody was in sight inside. Called the store and got no answer. Very disappointed in this. I get that it was almost close, but it wasnt after close. Not a great way to run a business, but a great way to loose customers.

Worst vape shop around. I went in and bought some juice and two coils. One of the coils was the wrong coil. I called as soon as this was figured out and talked to whoever was there at the time. I was told as long as there was no juice in the coil, I could get a replacement. I told him I would bring in the wrong one and switch it out the next day. Got there the next day, explained the situation to the guy that was there and was informed by him that he would not switch out the coil, even though I was told differently. He, very rudely, told me I was pretty much SOL. I asked him if I could get a refund. He stated absolutely not. So, I said, you mean I just spent money on a coil that you wont replace and I cant use? So I am screwed out of that money? He smirked and says to me, yep, thats what Im saying!! Worst customer service. I will never come back and I definitely will never recommend them. There are too many other vape shops around. I refuse to give my money to someone who is going to be rude and disrespectful.

I have purchased 2 vapors at this place and I have purchased 2 bottles of juice and was told that I got a 30 day warranty since I had trouble with this same kind of cap that my daughter had purchased elsewhere and they told me it was the kind of juice I was using so I purchased the kind they suggested and here we are 18 days later and it burned out and when I took it in then a different worker was there and said it was a 15 day warranty and that it was the juice I bought. Well they need to all get on the same page and learn about your refund policy and your products because me as the customer is the one that paid for the mistake that your worker told me about and of course no offer to make it right so I will no longer go to vapor world because you do not stand by your word. This is a warning to anyone buying from them.

I have always had a great experience here at this store. I am always pleased with the store, so much that I never shop at any other vapor shops. I am very impressed woth tye stores manager, Andrew. He is always helpful in answering any questions I may have. He shares his knowledge and gives me any suggestions he may have. He also helped me out a great deal by finding a solution to a problem I had when my debit card was double charged on a transaction. He immediately contacted his supervisors and had me reimbursed in a very timely fashion...

Card was mistakenly charged twice. Andrew really went the extra mile to make sure the error was corrected. He took time during the regular chaos of his day to make sure that my situation was improved. Andrew really offered 1st class customer service.By far the best customer service I’ve had at any store, not just vapor world.

I quite literally have been coming to your store spending nearly 100 to 125 dollars every week buying the Shamrock Cookie Sad Boy Vape Juice for my mother who I live with and take care of and this has never been a problem. Until today. Your rude cashier not only refused to sell to me but he refused because I was buying it for my Mom which I said out loud as I do every single time I come in and he claims because he has never seen us before he thinks we are lying and my issue is HE IS THE NEW PERSON to your store, not me. Wont be coming back now.

Great service. The staff is very knowledgeable about all the different mods and juices. Large assortment of different brands and flavors. If you are new to RDA coils, they will show you how to build a new setup. If you have any questions, they will have the answers.

They do not honor their warranties on any products. My smok kept shutting off right away and the manager and district manager said they had to witness the problem or they wouldnt exchange it. The problem was it was random and it would do it whenever it wanted. DO NoT buy from here. The manager was rude and the district manger was even worse.

Bought Vape Pen and tank on Thursday, May 29, 2019. It immediately broke when I got home and TRIED to open it for the first time, to fill it! I took it back today, Saturday, June 1st, young man was having a big cuss party with his buddies when my wife walked in! They were throwing F-bombs left and right, ridiculous!!! Well, he quickly told her that he couldnt replace the POS item, I had just purchased!! All I wanted was a stinking replacement for a faulty vape tank!!!Think about this, Friends, before doing business at Ozark Vapor World! Ive been to probably every vapor world and Ive never left disappointed. My favorite is the Branson one, but these guys killed it and came in at 2nd place best vapor world! Vapor world is the only place Ill go to buy my vape necessities.
