Smoker Friendly - Ozark

Weve been regular customers of this establishment for 5 years and have come to despise going in to shop due to horrible customer service. The employees typically card us and scan our IDs despite our protests, claiming its corporate policy but they dont do it for everyone. They pretend like they havent been selling to us at least once a week for the last 5 years or cant remember our faces. Ive been cussed at by one employee, another said she hoped someone I loved died of COVID, and just recently another told me to shop elsewhere if I didnt like not being recognized as a regular customer and treated as if my patronage mattered. So thats what were going to do from now on. Gonna drive to Nixa or Highlandville for cheaper prices and better attitudes. Oh, and corporate office doesnt care either, so dont bother trying to get any solutions from them when their horrible employees treat you badly.

Great place to purchase all of your tobacco supplies! Friendly staff and prices are great too! They have a good selection of cigars in their humidor. Also have a good selection of cool novelty items as well. You owe it to yourself to check them out. Conveniently located and easy to access.

This is my favorite smoke shop. They have all the standards and they also have a nice humidor with a diverse cigar selection. I love the occasional cigar, and Ive found both old favorites and new favorites here. They also have a variety of other items that make great gifts for yourself or your friends: Cute accessories, incense and incense holders, unusual ashtrays, and other nifty bits and bobs you wont often find other places.

My husband just went in to buy papers as he has done may times before and was refused service because you didnt ID the 2 people ahead of him and when he said something about it you tried to ID him then old him to leave, hope the right people read this. Because IDing someone IS the law. The lady proceeded to tell my husband her BOSS told the employees if regulars come in you dont have to ID them.....IT IS THE LAW TO ALWAYS ID YOU ARE PART OF THE PROPLE SMOKETS FRIELDNY need to change your name

Helpful and friendly staff, excellent prices, and not only a good variety of tobacco products, but also many other items that make great gifts or collectibles. Of course, I would be remiss if I didnt give a shout out to both Adam and Liz... both bring a smile to my face, joy to my day and never fail to share a giggle or a laugh with me every time I visit!

Always friendly but a few times a year there are stocking issues. Last time I just went to a shop in Nixa instead, and I can definitely day Smoker Friendly had a much cleaner, open environment with very friendly staff.

Great staff. They carry a wide variety of tobacco products at really good prices. They also offer some interesting novelty items. I highly recommend them.

I havent been here in a while but what my memory tells me is they have a large variety of tobacco products and the staff is very very funny and are very very nice Im going to have to get back there and the prices are great 👍
