Just moved to the area from the west coast. Definitely weird coming from a completely legal state to here. But the staff were very helpful and gave me plenty of recommendations on what products I should try. They also had a large assortment of glass pieces and nicotine devices. Happy to find a reliable smoke shop with quality goods.

This place is my favorite place to go. i really enjoy going. they have many lovely things and great ejuice. John is a really a big help and a wonderful manager. He is always there to help and listen. I do truly enjoy going every month. I even got this beautiful Cheshire tray and there inscents are great. great choices to pick from. its pretty kool if you ask me. I highly recommend anyone who hasn’t been there. rather you vape or do the hookah. there selection are great. but if you go just ask for John. he’s always there to help :)

I LOVE Ozark smiles r us— it’s the best smokes r us. It’s my favorite one to go into. The staff is always friendly— Chels is the most helpful when it comes to finding something for my personal preference. She knows her customers and remembers their favorite picks for ALL my products. She’s helped me pick disposable delta-8 vapes, nicotine juices for my mod vape and anything else I want. John is super friendly and funny, he makes the store feel less scary when you come in without any knowledge of the products or how they affect you. He can walk you through fixing or repairing a vape mod and teach you how to change out coils or juices or mods entirely. He’s got a really big variety of knowledge for the accessories of mods or glass pieces. John has always been extremely helpful to me since my first day shopping with smokes r us. Gabe Johnson is a welcoming energy in the store, no body feels uncomfortable around him. He makes everyone laugh, he helps customers find the products they want by talking with them about their recent products. Overall, the three of them know the community and that’s so important for a small town like Ozark— customers appreciate the locally grown and living experience. All three of them have become good friends as well as good businessmen and women for the Ozark location. Ozark smokes r us feels more like family and home than a store.

I have bought a lot of things in this store. It’s really a fun little store! However after purchasing a $100. vaping device that didn’t work properly, I have to say I won’t be shopping here again. I tried to get a replacement 2 days after I made my purchase. They were zero help!!! I now have to deal with strangers in China to try to get a replacement. I didn’t buy this device from China; I bought it from this store! If they can’t stand behind their products, I will not give them my business anymore. It’s really a shame!

I came in here for a new tank and John was amazing very knowledgeable about which tanks were good for cloud production and which were good for flavor and then a mix between the 2. Then realized I needed juice as well and John was with another customer but Chelsea was available to help me out and she recommended a bunch of different flavors that were all really good! All in all a great place and will be recommending to friends and family! Thanks guys!

I was looking for a grinder for my significant other. And I seen this store when I was running errands at work. So I decided to stop by. And when I step for inside. I was greeted with a smile. The owners are so friendly and pleasant. I was able to purchase what Im looking for. My whole shopping experience with them was so positive. My SO loved his grinder especially since the lid is magnetic.

The owner helped me as soon as I walked inNot only did he help me find a hookah but gave a wonderful cultural lesson as wellHe broke everything down on how to clean and upkeep it. Great product but too pricey. D8 and CBD are making a come up in popularity. But, I will still opt to order straight from the companies. 3chi dabs are the same price for 3g direct as 1g is in store. I understand profits has to be made but I cant justify spending that much extra just for local convenience.

Any questions you have, they are more than happy to answer! This is a shop, that you can’t help, but feel good vibes radiating. You’re Not treated like a customer who is just spending your money. You are treated like you are a really close friend or family. This is a high class premium product place to get anything from CBD to tobacco. Highly highly recommend.
