Anica is hands down the most amazing massage therapist I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot. She’s extremely knowledgeable about the body and can solve any problem area you bring to her. My favorite part is that she really works at whatever the problem area is, and other areas that can contribute to the pain/discomfort/tightness to ensure she gets the problem solved on the first try. I trust her 100%. Highly recommend booking with her if you can! Jenny (I believe that’s her name?) at the front desk is also an absolute delight. Very friendly and professional, and keeps those waiting entertained with great conversation.

Krissy, at Message Envy in Palm City...Learn to speak to your customers with more respect. Your customer service and attitude are completely discourteous. Would never recommend this location simply because I would never want any family or friends to be spoken to the way you spoke to me. Its a shame to see such a great company hire such a poor character person.

Worst massage ever. Been a member of massage envy for years. Was shuffled in and out with 44 minutes and charged for a full hour. Massage itself was non therapeutic and rushed. I was asked to lay face up, then down, then face up again. Ridulous. Complaint at front desk Im sure will go nowhere and nothing will be done. Beyond disappointing.

Last two appts cancelled same day as massage scheduled. When I cancelled the morning of my massage due to having a fever and not wanting to expose them-I lose the massage I’m entitled to with my monthly membership. In addition, very difficult to schedule a massage as availability is very limited. Have been a member for years. Am cancelling it now.

I always have a great experience when I come here. Everyone is friendly and willing to answer any questions. They have products you can buy up front from them as well. Riki did my last facial and she was knowledgeable and kind during my treatment. I will definitely be back!

Worst company ever!Do not waste your money. They do not have enough staff. The only appointments you can ever get is at 8:00pm. I have had the last 4 appointments canceled and now cant book a slot till next month but boy they keep taking their payments.Spoke with Manager who states I hear this all day long and understand your frustration. My response is fix it! In order to cancel, they delete the 4 sessions they owe me and that I paid for and wont refund me the payment they just took out. What a scam!Will never be back or recommend.

WARNING TO ALL: SAME FRANCHISE OWNER OF STUART, FL. If you are trying to get away from this franchise because of how poorly management treats people, DO NOT GO HERE. RUN AWAY!!! A closer proximity to home is NOT worth the stress and painful experience. Travel to Port Saint Lucie or PGA instead. The aesthetician manager, Julie and the Clinical franchise manager for Martin county, Lori, both treated me HORRIBLY!! They do not care at all about their customers. They are argumentative, rude, and will talk above you and interrupt you. Not to mention, in trying to excuse their poor communication, she literally said it’s not their jobs to inform customers of pre-peel do’s and don’ts. YIKES.If you cancel within 24 hrs they will crucify you for it but if they cancel you within 2 hours of your appointment, TOO BAD! Deal with it, right? I was given an IPL add on for the inconvenience only for Julie to take it away because ‘I had canceled first….’ That’s vindictive and I don’t doubt that they canceled my appointment on purpose.The most unprofessional management I’ve ever dealt with in my life works for the Martin county franchise. RUN AWAY!!

They have always been VERY accommodating for me. I am a member and get my massage every month, but I do make the appointment at least 3 weeks in advance. Ken is AMAZING! Best massage Ive ever gotten, especially if you workout or play sports. He is the first one to actually get as deep as I like without hurting me and always finds the spots that hurt, he also takes time to stretch you out if you want him to. I cant say enough or even express how great they are.

This was my first massage experience and I loved it.I had my appointment with Erik.Upon arrival I filled out some cursory paperwork, basic stuff.Then I entered into what was the Calm Room which is essentially a waiting room with relaxing music, and some not so expensive candy.The front desk woman brought me some water, explained to me what would occur during my appointment; namely that Erik would consult with me for five minutes to customize my experience to my needs and to be sure and communicate regarding your comfort / areas of focus.Erik came, I met with him we went back into the therapists massage room, which was dimmed lightening and more relaxing music. Erik talked with me, found out what I needed regarding treatment and then left while I undressed to comfort, and went underneath the sheets of the massage bed.Erik was professional, nice, and effective. While I may have neglected to communicate he insured my comfort and my experience was fantastic.Having read most the other reviews, one appearing to be a duplicate and to be honest a bit spiteful. I cannot guarantee everyones performance but the staff I encountered today and my experience was great.

I won a gift certificate to go here and enjoyed my 90-minute massage. Jen was my masseuse and she did a great job. She listened to what type of pressure that I like and was very professional. They are a bit pricey, but nice for a treat.

Its hard to rate this with stars because I think the Massage Envy membership is a rip-off. Ive read many bad reviews of their customer service and while sitting in the waiting room, heard them refuse to accommodate a long-time member whose spouse had just died. Consequently, I am NOT a member. I just pay as I go. The individual massages are more expensive that way, but I dont go every month anyway, and at least Im not locked in.Also, the first massage I ever had there (with a female massage therapist) was terrible. She did not listen at all and despite repeated requests during the massage to ease up, continued to hurt me throughout.However, I tried it again upon the recommendation of a friend, who said to ask for Jay. I absolutely LOVE Jay and have been going to him for a couple of years now. He is the best massage therapist Ive ever been to. He is what keeps me going back, despite the shadier busy dealings of the organization.Bottom line - Massage Envys customer service is 1 star, Jay is 5 stars.

Ive had a membership for a few years with this company.Ken gave me the best massage and full body stretch Ive ever had from anyone.Everyone in this location seem very professional and clean.I will be back. Thank you!

BEWARE! Use another Massage Envy, ANY other one but this one! They will rob and cheat you even after years of loyatly. I was a member here for several years. I asked to cancel membership, was lied to and told that I have to fill out a cancellation form and couldnt just send a 30 day written notice. When I sent back the cancellation form, I was told that my membership was cancelled a month ago and my 6 paid massages were gone. Needless to say, do not do business with the company under any circumstances and if you are a member, use caution!

If youre new to massage and are looking for an easy introduction, this place may be for you. If youre serious about your body and are looking for a more personalized service to address the specifics, I would seek out a private practice with more experience and tailored credentials.
