Relaxing Massage & Facial

The massage itself was good. The customer service was lovely. They got me in quick when I called. My only issue is the lady charged me a 25% tip. She worded it as if it was mandatory. I said I would feel comfortable tipping 20% no problem. But when I got my receipt she charged me the 25% she had tried to force me to give her. I did tell her that her math was absolutely off point and I didnt appreciate it but 4 is nothing I wanted to fight over. I would have returned again but I do not like people thinking they can just take whatever tip they want. So I will not be returning. Tips on top of service prices is not mandatory! Its a tip for good service which I was glad to give. But to take more than generously given will never be ok.

Well I hate to ruin your Image here, but lets be honest?The massage I got from you yesterday, was the worst Ive ever had. I am so sore and bruised today, that I stayed out of work, losing $300 pay!!I spoke to the masseuse before she started and told her I had a swollen disk in my lower back and to be careful Not to hit my Spine, but that the muscles around it were inflamed and I wanted those massaged, and I had tension In my shoulders and neck. Thats all i wanted worked on.And then she proceeded to do her own thing, totally ignoring what i said, which started with her set routine, and eventually grinding down my spine, against the bone, one vertebrae at a time, with what I can only imagine was her elbow because it was very hard and she could not feel or tell that she was pushing on my bone?! If she had been using her fingers, she would have felt that she was on top of my spine, not the muscle, as she was grinding down my back and 4 times I said, Youre hurting me and she didnt act like she even heard me say anything. She had an ear-piece in, answering the phone with 1 ear and she was conversing with her Partner in Chinese with the other. She stepped out of my massage 4 different times to speak to someone, then came back and started grinding again. There was no precision in her movement, there was no finding knots in my muscles, it was just a generic rub you all over kind of massage, that any dummy in high school could have done. Not something a trained masseuse would ever do.And then after charging me $80 for this painful massage, she complained about me not leaving a tip? I was holding back from blasting out, but i gave her $5 and walked out. Sore as hell, and still feel severely bruised today, I didnt go into work because my back is hurting so badly it is far worse today than it was before I went in there.Needless to say Ill never be going back there and I dont recommend them to anyone. Sorry, just being honest.

Such a lovely little place! Sophia gave an incredible massage! I didn’t ask for a deep tissue massage but she sure found all the knots in my back and worked very hard on them. I will absolutely be back!

Great massage! My wife and I have been there several times. The spa is very clean and convenient. The women who work there are very friendly and welcoming. We have visited several spas in the Bradenton area and feel this is our favorite one because of the excellent service and the friendly staff. 5 STARS.

I had a great experience, I came in for 1 hour massage, and got one hour and 5 minutes, Sophia loosened up all the muscles in my back and legs she did a great job thank you

I had my hip displaced ,the pain was unreal .I went to this new spa in my neighborhood . Very impressed with the cleanliness and the sanitized environment. The calming music, the candles made for a relaxing visit . I recommend this spa to anyone who is looking to be pampered and cared for in a professional manner. Called and tried to make a couples appointment for the weekend but all i got on the phone was no no and just me. no no and other things i could not understand from her. will be going to another masseuse. if i cant even make an appointment whats the point. horrible first impression so i wouldnt suggest this place.

We came in for a 60 minute couples massage. Both of us agree that it was the best massage weve ever had. Very clean and comfortable. Both masseuses were able to locate the knots and work them out without our input. Wonderful experience overall, we will be back again!

I just had a massage with Marcia it was the best massage I have ever had. I immediately made an appointment for my husband who is going today. They are very accommodating, I plan to make this a regular occurrence. I had the deep tissue and feel like a new person. She also used the hot stones and then finished with a rub down with the hot stones, it was amazing, I highly recommend getting one.

Amazing massage, friendly and polite and clean

I came in and got the four hand massage I had explained I had something that felt like it was pinched and making my shoulder hurt well I dont know what they did but the two of them definitely had me able to move my arm around a heck of a lot better by the time I left it was well worth it!!
