Came here on a Monday evening and Nikki was so patient and helpful! We weren’t sure which glass piece to go for and she happily showed us several features of several pieces til we found the perfect fit. Would go back to this shop based off her service alone! First time buying from cloud 9, heard about the store for awhile and was finally able to go to one. The people where chill definitely a vibe, walked away with two new pieces imma enjoy for sure. Since Im down for only two weeks, I like walking away with this experience and only wish to visit it again.

My Fiancé and I were just touring and decided to stop in. Mat was very helpful and affluent in his glass pieces and various items that we had questions on. He definitely has returning customers and I can’t wait to shop here again!

I forgot The womans name but she was so wonderful ❤️ (Wish I remembered her name lol) She was nice, she knew what I would like far ad fruity flavors for my vape and she was just overall the best! Everyone in this smoke Shop is great! Great prices too. This will be my smoke shop to go to from now on! They deserve just 5 Stars on the customer service they have😊

Bought a dab rig here to use on vacation and it was the worst rig i’ve ever bought. couldn’t even hit the dabs i bought there and had to just use them in my bowl and joints. came back a couple days later to return it and they say they are open at 10 AM and their not at all. had multiple people try to open the door to get in and no one was here. a guy said he was waiting for an hour for someone to show up and no one did. idk how they even get business

As a customer to many of the locations all over Georgia, moving out of state worried me a bit. I worried that I wouldn’t be able to find a shop like cloud 9, however with a google search I saw that my favorite shop was very close to where I moved. I went by and wasn’t disappointed at all. The staff was wonderful and very knowledgeable. The store was awesome!!! It was fully stocked with so many great different products! The whole experience was awesome. I didn’t know this but there is a tourist tax and Trevor told me they didn’t increase any of their prices or tax tourists at all! All the prices I’d find back home are the exact same here! Trevor helped me get a brand new piece in my price range without hassling me or making me feel like my budget was an issue. I felt like I was at the shop back home. I will DEFINITELY be back! Thank you guys for all the help!

I bought a vape last week. The next day it wouldnt charge. Today I went there to buy pods they didnt have any. They offered me a free juice well what Im suppose to vape out of without the pods. This was truly a waste of time. Yes, they are friendly but in my case I just wasted time and money.

Horrible customer service, managerial skills are severely lacking. Manager is downright rude and aggressive. Employees are very impersonal and can be generally rude.

Noah was super helpful! He showed us multiple times how to put together a tool we bought and was very patient and knew a lot about the product. Our experience was awesome 10/10

Bought Calibur GK2 pod system. Got home and didnt work, leaked bad. Took it back and they said pod was bad. Wouldnt replace. Bought new pods to put in and they did it for me. Took one drag at business and it worked. Got home and went to use it, took 1 puff, got very hot and quit working. Spent over $40 to start and over $19 for new pods. Employees tried to help but said boss wouldnt replace, told me to contact product app. Cant get nothing there either. Pretty bad business wont back up product . Over $60 for junk. Never again will visit this store and will let other people know my experience

Bought a vape when I got home the vape didnt light up and charge when I called about it they told me there nothing I can do you have to try the vape first when you bought it so it works if not then your out of luck they give you a replacement if only it works in the store there is no sign that said check the vape before you leave sign so they took 40 dollars from me and do not care they need to check there vapes and make sure they all work because you have lots of people upset if they bought a product and just say all sales are final and there nothing we can do Im sorry

I definitely recommend going to this location! I am familiar with this franchise being that I live in Georgia so that’s why when I went out of state to FL I chose this location that was further than other vape shops closer to my air bnb. (They are also the cheapest Vape store with the best deals I’ve seen in Panama FL close to the tourist spots) WORTH IT!!! I bought 2 products (Candy King Vape & Dome-Wrecker) and they worked very well! (: the very nice, helpful, and informative gentleman behind the counter helped me decide the best thing for me and I felt comfortable enough to trust his judgement and let him pick the flavors for me. (I wish I remembered his name he deserves props 10/10) I went back a few days later and get 2 more products only this time they fail on the drive home and when I get home. (Sugar stick was busted, Disposable vape tasted bad) Not only did the employee that answered the phone do everything he can possible do for me in a positive way, he went out of his way to call the GM for the store closest to me in Georgia without me even asking him to do that. He was apologetic even though this is not his fault, and even though 2 products failed on me, he was caring enough to a point that made me feel like the customer really does matter. No attitudes, no bs. Anyways, I went to my nearest Cloud 9 back home and they had it all set up for me, I went in and got my new stuff without any hassle. This is my forever vape shop in Panama because how they proved how much their reputation and customers matter to them. The cheapest deals are just an added benefit at this point. I will be leaving a 5 star review on the location in Jonesboro, GA as well. Star was very helpful and made sure I got what I paid for!
