Terrible Customer Service and Disregard for Loyal CustomersI am extremely disappointed with the service at Massage Envy in Pier Park. On two separate occasions, they called to cancel my session just a few hours before the scheduled time. THOSE 2 CANCELATION IN A RAW HAPPENED IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS! I DIDNT SAY ANYTHING AT THE FIRST TIME THEY CANCELED. This is completely unacceptable and highly inconvenient.Despite being a loyal member for four years, their response to this repeated inconvenience was to offer minimal compensation that costs them nothing. They showed no genuine effort to rectify the situation or ensure my satisfaction as a customer.Their rigid policies clearly indicate a lack of concern for their customers’ needs and experiences. I expected much better treatment and consideration given my long-term membership. Massage Envy at Pier Park has failed to meet even the most basic standards of customer service.I strongly advise potential customers to consider this before choosing their services.

Want to start of with the good. Massage therapist was very good. Medium pressure spot on. The not so good was starting late and ending early. My husband was taken back quite a bit earlier than myself and was still in the room quite a bit after. I had time to get dressed go to the restroom and sit in lobby for a few before he came out. The night that I set the appointment was told my massage would be 135 since I wasnt a member but today was told it was actually 195. We found a way to transfer his credit.to me so that it shaved 100 off but that was not their suggestion it was something I had hear from another member. Manager was sitting there when I mentioned the time and didnt seem to care.

A waste of $160… Me and my wife arrived an hour early to get the paperwork done but didn’t get called back to the room until 5-10 minutes after the scheduled time. We payed $160 for a 60 minute massage but they did not even start until about 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Along with this, when we arrived we signed in an iPad they handed us where we pick the spots on our body we don’t want touched. It’s literally a “consent form.” I only selected to not have my gut, glutes and feet touched at all. Yet, they completely ignored this throughout the massage and massaged my feet not once, not twice, but three times. She even did like karate chops on my glutes a couple of times. I’m no genius, but I’d assume when I say “I don’t consent to these parts of my body being touched” then they shouldn’t be touched. Started late and they even finished the massage 5 minutes before the scheduled end. We payed for 60 minutes and were only massaged for roughly 40. When checking out and telling the lady up front that we were very dissatisfied she had the audacity after taking our $160 to ask what we’d like to tip. We will NOT be coming back, and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone either.

I am a caregiver, I took my client to pcb Florida as a paid job, I found a need for a massage, so I tried massage envy. Nice, good, first massage was only a 2 on 1 to 10. When I went to pay, front desk talked me into a package at a discount, 300.00 for 3 60 min or 2 90 minutes, ok but I would like a different Mt, set me up, great job, requested her for my final 90 minutes. Had it set for Monday, my client got serious ill on Sat.hospitalized,had to get him back to ILLINOIS asap, so I needed to cancel my appointment, called explained the situation to Jordan (mgr) he said unfortunately nothing he could do about it, sorry, but it would never expire, I could come there next year, but no refund! No refund because it was at a discounted price! Wth! Drive 760 miles to avoid losing 150.00, or come next year! Terrible, terrible, terrible business practice. I could provide proof to back my situation, no sympathy, none, all he could do was say unfortunately this, and unfortunately that! I will never recommend massage envy to anyone, although I cant say anything bad about the Mt who done my second massage! I was so looking forward to my last one with her! Just their ridiculous policies about refunds! Wow!! Learned a lesson!

Ive been getting massages for roughly 10 years. This was unfortunately the most undelightful one Ive had. The lobby was super hot, approaching sweating temperatures. I asked 2x for increased pressure but didnt get it. The massage lasted roughly 40 minutes not 50-60 minutes. The restroom was out of toilet paper. There were no options offerred for types of oils/lotions.

Had a wonderful and deep massage here. The therapist was prompt, courteous, professional, and listened to my needs. I usually dont talk during massages but I enjoyed talking to her and it was very relaxed and enjoyable. The only thing I would critique is that in the small waiting room before being taken back by the therapist, there was no music (silence), only water to drink, and only massage therapist magazines or massage envy pamphlets to read. I have been to many places throughout the years and a small snack, an iced drink such as lemon cucumber water, and or music is there to help guests relax. It was a little sterile. I would go back here though and likely will.

Even after I canceled the membership they still charge me $80 and wont refund me. I keep getting the runaround from everybody. Been dealing with this for 2 months.

Highly recommend this location! Received the best deep tissue massage from Sherri! Outstanding session! Sherri is very knowledgeable and experienced. I had a great session and will be returning soon!

First time getting a 60 min. massage. Before getting in I was a little nervous but once I got in the receptionist was very welcoming and Casey (my massage therapist) was so chill and made me feel relaxed. She did such an amazing job. So grateful!

Andrew is the most amazing massage therapist i have ever had and i have been doing this for decades!!!!!!

Andrew is a great massage therapist with a great 10+ years of experience definitely knows the body. Very professional and kind. The front desk ladies are very welcoming and helpful.

First visit to this location! Jennifer did a fantastic massage. She did a full body massage, but with my direction on problem areas. She is knowledgeable in several types of massage techniques, The check in was efficient and courteous. The business was clean and well maintained. Jennifer maintained my comfort level and my dignity! Well done! I will see you next month!

Front desk staff is very courteous and professional. Before I even walk into the door they know me and have me check in! I appreciate this. Andrew is one of your best massage therapist and I always prefer his treatment. It can be difficult to get in to his schedule but the wait is always worth it. I also want to make mention of your aesthetician Mallory. I visited her last week. She is very talented and also provided me with some very good advice and helped me to select some skin care products from your store.

That was one of the Best Massages I have ever experienced! I will definitely be back for more! Sherri was recommended and I would love a standing appointment with her! The receptionists were so kind and professional! Because of the Jazz Fest we were a few minutes late and there was not a problem. My husband and I were so happy when we left. No sales pitch.🙌

I called around 10, Wed 1/4, and was able to get a 90 minute massage with Jennifer the same day at 1:30. My back really hurt and I was miserable. When I got there, I answered several questions about my expectations and immediately went to a room. Jennifer was very professional and did a great job. She was knowledgeable and gave me good advice about taking care of my back. The only bad thing was when the massage ended 😂 It was a wonderful experience. I’m from Amarillo Tx. and go to PCB a few times a year. I will be visiting Jennifer every time from now on!!Thank you!

I had one of the best massages ever with Jennifer. Pressure was firm but gentle. She was able to release knots in my neck and back that I didnt even know I had! Usually the good feeling from massages last for a few hours. After this massage, I felt loose and relaxed for days afterward. I would love to go back! Unfortunately I live about 600 miles away.

Massage therapist was late and finished early. The therapist seem to also have a neurological condition, as I experienced a trembling sensation throughout the entire massage. Front of the legs and feet were skipped, too much time spent on back.

She was very friendly and patient.Since Kasey left, I have struggled to find a therapist who could provide the massage therapy I need.After seeing more than a few therapists in recent months who, for one reason or another, did not meet my needs and left me feeling like I had wasted my time and $ on those sessions, I have finally received very good services from both Sarah and Brandy recently.I have had a long term membership with ME specifically for severe neck problems. This is always discussed prior to any session. That is why I come and, if that isnt addressed first and foremost, I may as well not be there.Thank you to Sarah and Brandy for listening and doing their best to address that specific problem. Just wish I could get those visits back that left me feeling disappointed afterwards.Regardless, Im thankful for Massage Envy and find everyone to be very professional, as well as very nice. 😊

Had my first full body massage ever. It was a couples massage with my lovely wife. We thoroughly enjoyed the services offered. Luis worked out all the stress knots in my shoulders and upper back. We were able to book a last-minute massage which was awesome I was beginning to think we weren’t going to find one. They rocked it out!

Just received first massage here. I received the massage from Casey. Words that kept coming to mind throughout the experience were: exceptional, may I send my family to you? This and you are so special! As a former massage therapist I highly recommend. Please be clear on exactly what you want as she will deliver.

Went for a stretch with Kenny he is kind, funny and is very knowledgeable!

The two people that worked on my husband and I were absolutely amazing. They were genuinely concerned about our comfort and needs during our massage and after. Pam made us a list of restaurants to visit and they were just what we needed.When we come back we will definitely be back!!!Our massages were amazing !!!!

It was clean and set up very nice. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing. The young lady at the front was nice and helpful. My massage therapist was very friendly and asked questions to accommodate my needs. This was my first time at this facility. My only regret was not asking ahead of time about the person I would be scheduled with. I need medium to hard pressure to relieve muscle tension. My therapist could only do soft to medium pressure. So I ended up with just a light “rub” massage. But that was totally my fault for not asking ahead of time.

This is the best ME location I have been to, and I have been to many in over 13 years of membership. Therapists are good with several to choose from. Scheduling is efficient and I don’t have to lock in a month ahead like in some locations. Desk staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been visiting this Massage Envy location for years and it never disappoints. This particular location stands head and shoulders above the rest. They are in a class by themselves. I received the best massage I’ve had in years from Connor. He also gave us a fabulous dinner recommendation. You will not be disappointed.

Luis was amazing. His technique for working out my neck issues were great. I have arthritis in my neck and he knew how to work each area of my neck. The overall massage was definitely five stars. I signed up for a membership because of him.

Nell was great, warm greeting, very professional and made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. Massage therapist was super. Very good and professional. Massage was for an hour but she was so good that the time flew by. Hated that it was over. Would ask for her if I get to come back again. Very satisfied

We had Jared and Andrew as our massage therapist. They were so friendly and professional. It was an amazing experience. Probably the best we have had. Raina at the front desk was also so friendly and so sweet. She made the experience even better with her happy and sweet personality. We will definitely return. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I highly recommend.

Destini was very good & her facial was wonderful. She wasnt pushy (which is so very pleasant) with the products but did give you information & let you feel that like you could make a choice for yourself without feeling like it was a must to buy. I appreciated the way she handled that. I understand that her company wants her to do the sales but she was very pleasant & I felt totally comfortable with her. Thank you, Destinies for such a lovely experience & facial!

If you have shoulder tension and like medium/firm pressure then you need to come see Jennifer. One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! The salon was great and I’m so happy I decided to schedule here.

Awesome 1st time experience. Jared does a great job on following up with how you answered the check in questions to make sure my needs were met and to and focus on areas that needed to be worked on. He consistently went over everything through the entire massage. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with the check in process.

One of the best massages I have ever had! I’ve been a member of Massage Envy for about seven years and PCB ME is the best! I had Jennifer yesterday and she is phenom! Going back Friday for 90 minutes! Can’t wait!

This was my very first massage and I absolutely loved it. Jarad did a fantastic job at making sure I was comfortable, using the right amount of pressure for me and conversing with me during my appointment. When I return to PCB I will definitely book another appointment here!

Destiny was wonderful as my massage therapist- took time to inform me of the process, asked if heat / pressure ok & read my survey sheet to be aware of injury areas & areas of concern! I felt relaxed & tension was released in neck & hip areas! Your front office staff was very friendly & welcoming also- I’m sorry I didn’t remember receptionists names!😞

I am from out of town and I stopped by the Massage Envy in Pier Park to see if they could work me in without an appointment because my sciatic nerve was bothering me going down my right leg and also my back and shoulders were just sore. They were extremely helpful and was able to work me in within the hour. The Massage Therapist I had was Ashley and he was AWESOME, he worked on everything that I asked him to when we first talked and throughout the hour session he would ask about pressure and make sure that I was comfortable. I will definitely be back whenever I am in town and I will definitely be asking for Ashley, I would recommend him to anyone.

Seems to be well run with professional people doing both front side reservations and message people doing very good jobs from my experience. Do wish it was a little less expensive.

The massage therapists are right out of school and dont listen well to what you really want. I had one guy who kept pushing way too hard even when I asked him to back off. Just bad experience all around...overcharged, hidden fees. Try to cancel and have more fees. Customer service is horrible. And the massages werent thorough. One guy would only do my legs... never did arms and shoulders. The girl was the best... I forget her name but still only so so

I had a massage with Sherri and I was very happy. I was given a gift card and being a new client and never having a massage before, I have to say, I will definitely be back. When I scheduled the appointment they prepared me for what to expect upon my arrival. It was very simple to schedule and when I got there, it was a breeze through. I have serious tension in my neck and shoulders, I left feeling amazing and even better the next day. Sherri focused on my neck and shoulders and it helped me a lot. Everyone wore their masks, the receptionist took my temperature and made me feel comfortable while I was there. I will definitely be back. Thank you.

I have been to Massage Envy several times for a massage. Yesterday was my first time getting a facial. Everything was nice and clean. Destiny was great. She explained beforehand what she would be doing. My skin felt very soft and smooth. The massage to the neck and upper back was great. Great experience.

A wonderful experience! Connor was amazing! He asked appropriate questions regarding what I wanted out of the session and used enough pressure during the massage to alleviate tension. Overall a great experience! I would highly recommend 👍

Martha and Connor have been amazing therapists! I’m making a point to try all of the therapists at some point. So far, I have not been disappointed. The front desk staff at the Pier Park location has been helpful in guiding me with selecting the best fit for the massage style, I’m looking for, at each appointment. I’ll be trying the stretch session and facial at my next appointment. Looking forward to it!

I would definitely recommend Luis. He is knowledgeable and professional, kind and applied just the right pressure that I required. I am looking forward to my next appointment with him. The receptionist, Kim, is very friendly and personable.ME is clean and accommodating.

Massage Envy is very clean, very professional, I don’t know how the employees manage to stay awake in such a relaxing environment! Jennifer did my 60 minute massage and she was so friendly and made me feel comfortable (which, this is only my second ever massage in a totally different place and I initially wasn’t sure how to feel about it). For me, Sherri is awesome for my aches and pains. Ive had massages from several of their knowledgeable and well trained staff, who are all friendly and know what they are doing. Many of my friends have been here and Ill be back.

Connor the massage therapist that I have seen several times is the most comprehensive knowledgeable therapist I have seen in decades. I have a number of issues from surgery and he knows exactly what to do. He is very personable and answers all my questions. I would not see anyone else. I am grateful for his ability to help me. Ken was great, and he made me feel so comfortable. In past experiences, my masseuse would sometimes hurt when kneading the deep tissue muscles. However, Ken made sure to still massage those out while not hurting me at all. I was so appreciative! I thoroughly enjoyed my time at this location.

Luis was INCREDIBLE! I pulled something in my lower back that was ruining my vacay. I was lucky and got right in. One hour later I was able to walk without pain again. Luis was Extremely knowledgeable and engaged. So much so that I booked my husband so he could work on his hip pain. TKU ME and Luis. Side - Note: the receptionist was very kind, helpful and welcoming.

These people are fabulous. Took care of me from the moment I made an appointment to the time I walked out the door. Pam was awesome and focused on my needs with a pinched nerve and guided me in healing my issue. Well worth the visit.

Sarah really gave me the worst experience Ive ever had. What a waste of 200 dollars I definitely want a manager to get back with me as I ordered a couple massage for my wifes birthday and it was horrible. She was screaming in agony because Sarah kept rubbing spots that were NOT supposed to be touched. Thats why we came in an hour early to do paperwork but I dont think it was even evaluated. She did everything wrong, she was trying to pick her up when she was laying down, sticking her fingers in between her toes like ew why though?!??? sarah the masseuse also made my wife put her hands on the floor, sarah the masseuse was talking the whole time and also sat on the same massage table while talking. Extremely unprofessional, I have never in my life had to deal with this especially for a gift that went way wrong.

I had a deep tissue massage with Aiden and left feeling restored. I could tell all my pressure points were hit right and toxins were released. I had a euphoric feeling afterwards. All the therapists Ive had are really good. Ashley and Luis also very professional and excellent at their craft.

Had a facial with Mallory and it was FANTASTIC! She is very pleasant. She made the experience relaxing and explained every step. Highly recommend

Cant get a couples massage with my fiancée because apparently employees cant get massages on the weekends even though Im the one paying for the services. Weird policy to have. Not exactly the best for relaxation.

Been going off and on with my wife for the last 5 years and have always enjoyed. The last time we purchased 3 massages each, 6 in total, and wasn’t aware that all three massages must be used in 90 days. I called and spoke with management and was told I should have read the contract, which I should have, even though it would have taken an hour to read all the fine print. In total we paid for and lost the use of two massages. I expected some degree of understanding, I didn’t get any, and I won’t ever go back again. There all several businesses in the area that offer massages, with so many offering the same service, you have to be service centric!

I was away on vacation and desperately needed a massage for the pain and tension I was experiencing in my neck and back. As someone who suffers from chronic pain, I usually avoid booking treatments on holiday, as you can never be sure what type of service you will receive! Sometimes, a treatment from a therapist who is not familiar with my body can make the pain worse - but I needed to take a chance because my discomfort was becoming unbearable.Hoping for the best, I booked a 90 minute ‘firm pressure’ massage with Aiden. SHE IS AMAZING!! This was honestly one of the best massages I have EVER had and as a 44-year-old who has been receiving massage treatments regularly for more than half my life - that’s saying a lot! Not only is Aiden approachable and professional, she is exceptionally talented - for a tiny person, she is shockingly powerful!The experience from the moment I walked in was wonderful. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the clinic as well as the warm and friendly nature from all of their staff.The Massage itself was PHENOMENAL - Aidan was attentive to all of my requests and truly intuitive when it came to treating me. I felt relief almost instantaneously and my back pain dissipated over the next two days.On a sidenote, the treatment room was immaculately clean, inviting, and relaxing. Various sizes of bolsters are available, should you need to prop or adjust yourself physically on the table. The table itself has a built-in warmer that can also be adjusted for your comfort.This was a fantastic experience, which is a rarity when you’re on vacation and unfamiliar with either the local providers or their massage therapists.I would 100% recommend the Massage Envy location in Pier Park (Panama City Beach), as well as Aiden if you are looking for an effective and professional treatment by a gifted massage therapist! Next year when we are back I intend to pre-book multiple appointments with her!!

I had been experiencing really bad lower back pain. I tried everything you can think of and nothing was helping. I went in for a massage somewhere else before this and it didn’t help. However I decided to give it another try and Ashley was absolutely amazing! I walked out of there without a single ache in my back. I didn’t think it was possible to feel that much different. Highly recommend a massage here with Ashley!!! You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely incredible! Kenny truly goes above and beyond. He is professional, kind, and great at his job. I swear he transmitted creative energy into my body and I left feeling stress free, ache free, and creatively inspired. 10+++ highly recommend

I Just have to compliment Pier Park location for how well they are handing client safety during COVID. I wanted to wait for a little while longer before coming for a massage due to fear, but could no longer wait due to back pain. When I came in I didnt Have to touch any doors (they opened for me), they took my temp, provided me with a mask (you have to wear when facing up), and all staff wore masks. Very appreciative of the precautions!! Also Sherri is always amazing.

Kristie is wonderful!!! I had my first massage there this past Saturday and she is so personable and worked out so many knots I had. I felt like I wanted to go home and take a nap once I was done! This place is also clean and very professional. I really enjoyed being pampered SO much, I became a member. Thank you so so much for such a wonderful experience!!

Jennifer is amazing! She has the perfect combination of pressure that offers relaxation while also offering pain relief for my tight achy muscles!So thank you Jennifer for my all in one Swedish Deep tissue massage!

The positive: the massages were spectacular. I will definitely be back and ask for Stacie (not sure of spelling).My main complaint is not a big deal, but it was frustrating. I booked, the spa called to rebook, and both times I made certain to book a couples massage. When they rebooked, they said the original appointment hadnt been set up as a couples massage, so they made certain it was set up as couples. We got there, and it was still not a couples massage. They fixed it in the end, but it was aggravating.

Lovely relaxing and serene location. From the phone call, with making sure we were booked with the best therapists, to the friendly smiles when we checked in, on to the wonderful Massage where the therapists listened and did just what we asked for, this was a terrific experience . The shopping center is convenient and easy to find too. Local or tourist, I would highly recommend Massage Envy Pier Park! Brandy, Cody and Ashley were all terrific. We will be back!

The massage was just ok. My massage therapist was coughing and sniffling at times and wasn’t wearing a mask the entire time she was with me. Now I’m having Covid symptoms. I just went to get PCR tested and waiting for results.Update: My covid test result came out positive. Now I have to spend the rest of my vacation sick and quarantined!!!!Employees should be masked just like in any health care facility!

I read the negative reviews before making my appointment. They were not recent so I thought I would give it a shot, since I am on vacation.Booking my appointment was easy, the lady was very polite and accommodating.My massage was with a gentleman named Andrew. He was very polite and very professional. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a deep tissue massage!

Jennifer was amazing! She listened to me as I told her about my most problematic areas and really focused there. She’s upbeat and focused. Next time I come to PCB, I will be asking for her!!

Since the Pandemic, there has been a lot of turnover at this location and the level ofProfessionalism up front and experience of the therapists has gone way down. Worst massage I’ve ever had. Very young therapist, weak massage, talked a lot, put a towel on me that was way too hot without checking the temperature first. Probably will not have any more massages there, even thou I’ve been a member for almost 2 years. 😔

Jarad was great. He found and worked through all my problem areas without torturing me. He listened to my requests and did what I asked. My husband and I had a thoroughly enjoyable couples massage.

Had a great facial with Mallory this week at the location at Pier Park in Panama City Beach. She is professional and super attentive to her clients. I will definitely be back and will be sure to ask for her again!!!

I have great experiences each time I come here. I’ve seen Brandy (massage + enhanced muscle therapy), Kenny W (massage + rapid tension relief) and Tyrsa (massage). They all listened to my needs (back pain/migraines) and helped relieve pain and pressure. Thank you!

I got an amazing black gentleman that worked me so good my body went to jello and so did my brain because I cant remember his name but he was incredible. I enjoyed a one hour deep tissue massage from Connor. It was amazing! The receptionists (Austin and I have forgotten the nice young ladys name) were both very pleasant and made me feel like a queen. Wish I could take the whole team back to Atlanta with me!

My husband and I went to get a couples massage and it was amazing. Our massage therapist were LeAndra & Luis. They were amazing and Id highly recommend them. I think well be returning.

Probably one of the best massages that Ive had at Massage Envy is from Sherri. The deep tissue massages that she gives really help to work out the tight muscles and knots. Shes very professional and thorough. Thank you so much Sherri.

I had a really great experience at massage envy! It was my first time getting a massage. Not sure why others gave it a bad review, but if you go, you should ask for Bradley! He was really amazing and is great at what he does!

Really annoyed. I booked a deep tissue massage but definitely received Swedish. Granted I could have said something but I was already upset/disappointed from the get go because the massage therapist wouldn’t touch my upper back without a blanket (which is where all my tension and pain is) because I have acne there. I’ve been getting massages for years and have never had any therapist do this due to my acne. He also did not massage my upper thighs, gluts, or IT band area (again places I’m always sore). I’m not sure if this is due to him being a male, but if that’s the case I feel it should have been mentioned prior to my booking the appointment. I would not have been offended if he massaged these areas, in fact I actually expect it during an hour session. He also massaged my feet through the blanket which I’ve never experienced before (I’m not ticklish at all, nor do I have acne on my feet). All around disappointing experience.

Ashley is the BEST massage therapist! His touch, timing, speed, motion, pressure, presence of being, politeness, thoughtfulness, consideration of others both client and staff.... his willingness to interact if I want and ease of being quite when I am still... he is intuitive and instrumental in my session for relaxation, renewal and refreshment.

They told me come early to fill out some paperworks so I can get full 60mins massage that I paid for.I went there 30mins earlier and waited there 40mins.Massage reservation time was 1PM and it started 1:10 then finished 1:56.I only got 46mins of massage and the massager didnt say anything about it so I told the person at the counter.she asked me if I want her to know about it.I answered No because all I wanted was apologies.I felt the counter woman just didnt want to take the responsibility.

I’ve been a member for over 15 years and look forward to every time I get a massage there. The facility is very clean and the staff is very knowledgeable. 90% of the time I leave very satisfied.

Ken was the best! So nice and educational. Gave me tips to help release some upper neck and shoulder tension!If you have a choice, choose him!

Luis is the man!!! Focuses on exactly what you ask him to do, and communicates very well. Incredible technique! One of the best massages Ive ever had, which is why I keep going back to him and will be for QUITE some time.

I made an appointment for someone over the phone and gave the associate the date of birth (will be 18 in 4 months). The associate said nothing about anyone under the age of 18 needs a parent present. When the customer went to get the massage and showed her ID, she was told that because she was under 18 she had to have a parent present and was then charged 60% of the massage fee since she could not keep the appointment. I called later and spoke to a manager and was told that the associate said that the date of birth given over the phone was over the age of 18. It absolutely was not!!! My word against the associate. The manager would not refund the fee. I understand that if you dont show up for an appointment, you are charged.. BUT she showed up and was refused service and still had to pay. I also had an appointment and I was so upset that I wanted to leave but I would have had to pay 60% of my fee too. So I got an OVERPRICED massage that I wasnt able to enjoy. Needless to say, I wont be back.

As a massage therapist, its hard to find another therapist who will listen to what I want instead of assuming what I need. Brandy was amazing. She gave me exactly what I asked for and left me feeling so relaxed for my vacation. The clinic was calm and very clean. I will always come back here when I am on vacation. 💜

I’ve been here a few times on vacation. They are always nice. Try to be there 5 minutes early if it’s your first time whereas it can be tricky to find. I wouldn’t say it was my best massage ever, but I left relaxed and feeling good.

All l can say is corperate places are horrible. Constant staff and management changes, so any arrangement or agreements made are NEVER known to the next team or manager. Its the most ANNOYING thing. So if you do go, NEVER DO A MEMBERSHIP as any adjustments, etc., made to your account WILL be lost in their frequent staff changes.

Lol but this one here in Pier Park was the absolute BEST and we have been to at least 7 in different states.....ANDREW WAS MY MASSAGE THERAPIST AND HE IS PROFESSIONAL AND AWESOME WITH THE HANDS......HE PUT ME RIGHT TO SLEEP HE SET THE ATMOSPHERE AND TOOK HIS TIME AND HIT ALL THE PRESSURE POINTS I NEEDED TO MAKE MY MASSAGE A SUCCESS. Great experience, they will focus on areas you are having the most issues with and how much pressure you would want. Needed a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. I had my session with Luis, very professional and overall friendly. Would recommend!

STONGLY advise that you find another massage company!!! My 90 minute massage was only 65 minutes, my facial was canceled as soon as the poorly executed massage was finished. One of the employees told me that the 19 year old girl just called in herself saying she had a heart attack.! The employee did not believe that she was telling the truth being that it was Christmas time. She called at exactly the time my facial was to take place. One would think that if you were unable to be at your place of employment because of an illness a least 15 minutes before a very expensive setvice you would have contacted your manager much earlier in the day!! The girl that took care of me when when I was told I would have to reschedule my facial said she would compensate me by giving me a free facial & massage. Because of the short massage & highly unprofessional lack of communication. She re-scheduled both for today. I had the facial done but still had to pay $30 ?? I left because my massage was at 4 oclock, I was then called 15 minutes later and was told that I wasnt going to get a free massage because they dont go around just giving out free stuff. The girl that called me was condescending and rude and rude I asked to speak to the girl that promised a d scheduled the services she said I already called her at home and was ttold thats not what she said. If you are looking for a professional Competent trustworthy place of Zen, DO NOT go here because all you will find is IRRITATION AND INCOMPETENCE!!!Make sure to tell your friends!!!

My therapist, Brandy C., is a highly talented and gifted professional, who has made a major change in my energy level and enjoyment of life over a number of years. The facilities are 5-star and comfortable, and the support staff are professional and friendly. Highly recommend this habit! The reason I give ME 5-stars is because there are not six, seven or eight....ten stars.

I visited this location for the first time last month and I had a great experience. Aiden is so wonderful and gave me a great massage with the perfect amount of pressure. I was running very late (hw98 traffic...grr) but Aiden was so sweet about it. I had a really great experience here and I cant wait for my next massage with Aiden!

I always get Aiden when I visit PCB. If you like an array of pressure, she is the one. I like very deep tissue and she checks all the boxes. She finds the knots and works them out. Not gonna lie, if you ask for deep, you will be sore for a bit, but its what I call a hurt so good feeling. I love everything about massage envy when I visit. 5 stars for ME and Aiden, no doubt.

Called to book an appointment at noon for an 830 slot on the same day. I was extremely excited to have a massage after having my daughter 4 months ago. This was the first thing I’ve done for myself since having her and I needed to get a knot out of my neck. I arrived at 805 for my appointment but it was double booked. I waited 20 mins for the receptionist to tell me she couldn’t fit me in. The other person they booked was a memeber so I didn’t get to have a massage the other person that wasn’t there yet did. Something went wrong in their system with booking me but it sounded very shady that someone who was a member got the appointment over me. Needless to say I left very upset and had to get in a good cry on the way home

Massage was amazing! Kenny went above beyond! My sciatica is always the issue and he was able to stretch and massage the pain away. It made such a difference!! Def ask for him if you reserve a booking.

Firstly, I booked an appointment two months ago they canceled my first appointment and moved it to another day because the aesthetician called out rather than getting me a different aesthetician for the same day. Secondly, I set up another appointment for a month later and I was unable to make it due to work. NO ONE informed me that I would be charged for the entirety of the service that I did not receive because I did not call and cancel the same day. I tried calling numerous times once I got notice of their payment they so graciously took. I was told I would be called back within five minutes after finally getting someone on the phone and he never called me back his name was Ben. I called back an hour later to have him simply tell me sorry there’s nothing we can do you should’ve canceled, extremely rude I am so disappointed in everything that I have gone through with these idiots and I will never give my business to another massage envy again!!! Poor poor POOR!

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and relaxing the facility was. Connor was awesome and the front desk receptionist was so welcoming and kind! Will definitely be back.

Andrew was great! He was attentive and accommodating for my problem areas and always made sure he was using a comfortable amount of pressure through the whole 90 min massage.

Ashley is very good at what he does! U have chronic pain, neck, shoulder and back problems. I walk with a cane from a brain stem stroke 4 years ago.i always feel so much better and relaxed after a session with Ashley!! I would HIGHLY recommend him!!

Emailed my desired appointment and received a quick return phone call, arrived ahead of time for my 10 a.m. massage. Massage did not begin until 10:07 and ended at 10:57. Sorry, but that is not a 60 minute massage. The massage therapist was too chatty for my taste, but being raised properly I was forced to cooperate with her conversation. I doubt I will use Massage Envy again, instead finding a non-franchised spa that offers a true 60 minutes with a nearly mute masseuse.

I have had 2 deep tissue massages with Luis! He is truly wonderful! He knows how to work out problem areas and he is very attentive in every way! Go see Luis, you will not regret it!

The massage was great, but when teeing to make a future appointment online is a little frustrating. Its constantly asking me to create an account but once you finish your setup it gives you an error message and makes you start over. It requires you to call sure to an unknown error...

Poor customer service, did not ask me if I preferred male or female therapist and the male got rude when I was uncomfortable being worked on by him. The atmosphere is more retail with a clinical feel, than a spa. This is a chain with prices that are too high. The products they sell are far too expensive. Bought a family member a gift card and now regretting it.

Full time resident BEWARE ... JUST HAD the worst 10 minutes of a massage therapy in 4 years.   I have been a client/customer of massage envy for years.  My husband and I scheduled an hour and a half message after a long weekend of house guests.  At the start of the consultant I asked for medium to deep tissue.   A cat pawing in the same spot would have been deeper and more relaxing- Long story short the front desk person could only suggest canceling my appointment for the day (very gracious of her since I didnt actually RECEIVE a massage) or picking another day while 4 people stood around listening to the exchange, and my husband was in enjoying an hour and a half massage.   Her best explanation was deep tissue can be very subjective. . Funny since its a clinical explanation of a therapy. JUST DONT DO IT... PICK ANOTHER PLACE.. I will from now on and I live here full time Google massage beach 30A

I wanted deep tissue and got medium pressure. I almost felt like it was rushed. It was relaxing but I wish I could’ve walked out feeling refreshed. As long as you don’t go in with the mindset that they will get all the kinks out- you’ll be fine!

I had a very wonderful experience and a much needed and restful massage. My technician listened and knew exactly what I needed to release all the pressure points in my shoulders. One day later and stress-free.

We didnt want to cancel but schedule a latwr time...literally as we stood there within minutes of maki g the appointment...so it wasnt like we made an appointment days in advance then wanted to cancel. We made the appointment at 1pm...wanted to change ot to next day at 130pm because we got really sleepy...nope they were going to charge us 50% of the fee to reschedule. Then, i have def. Had better massages...i paid for anxiety relief....the only difference was i inhaled essential oil for 30xtra dollars. Then the therapist was very polite...but went over same areas alot...not hitting some area..the red head up front appeared to be a know it all and rude to incoming calls...do not go here...u are treated as cattle. Nithing custome.

Booking an appt with this location is a complete mess. I recently moved here and three times already they have called me telling me that I have missed my appt because they decided to change it or double booked and tried to blame me for their mistake. The worst customer service I have had at any massage location.I read the reviews before coming to this location and am disappointed to find the negative reviews are spot on. The massages I have received are fantastic, the problem is with the schedulers.

Massage Envy is perfectly located with a nice storefront. Brandy is an excellent therapist and 90 minutes with her is life changing!

In the last month I’ve had them call the night before the massage and cancel not once but twice in a row for a massage for me and my wife. Save yourself the headache folks these people don’t want your business. 👎👎👎
