On vacation my tank broke! I called and they sadly didnt have a valyrian 3 tank however. They did have some other tanks. Upon arrival they found a replacement glass for my tank. And helped me replace it. While their I bought a different backup tank to have a backup.Amazing service they worked with me to solve the problem!

So, my husband and I came across this vape shop while out shopping for a vehicle. My husband forgot to fill his juice before leaving the house. We live a pretty good distance from this place but we will be back. For me. I dont think I would have been able to continue to vape if I hadnt walked in this place. I was having a very hard time with vaping due to the sweetener that is added to the juice. I gave up smoking cigarettes and needed to find something to help me kick that habit. We walked in this place not knowing what to expect but I have to tell you, from the minute we walked in, we felt very comfortable. We met the owners of this business the day we were there. Keith is who helped us but the other fella ( sorry, forgot his name ) joined in after spending some time talking with Keith about their products. They are very knowledgeable about vaping and their products they sell. We were very pleased with the purchase we made here. They didnt push to make sales. They talked to us like we were friends for 20 years. I have to say I really enjoyed being there and spending time talking. I would say we spent a good hour, maybe an hour and a half. A big thank you for your time!! I look forward to seeing you guys in the future.

Products are customized by choice, and the interview you to see what youve liked it dont like in your product. Like I said very personal. The juice selection is not as vast as some other places, but they have great knowledge on the juice they do have and are able to mix up something similar with a nicotine level of your choice. Best on the Beach!!! Ive tried several Vape Shops and this one blows them all away. Their juice is good and they will customize it to your needs...no one does that!!! I really like that they use name brand equipment, I did see some clones but not many. The prices are in line for the area and the staff is friendly. Only place Ill go for any and all of my vape needs....the staff is by far the best part of this shop! They never fail to go above and beyond to assist me with my needs! Just this weekend, my brand new mod glitched and was stuck on lock...while I was out of town...I called and Rooster went above and beyond to try and help me fix the problem....even calling me back when hed thought of another possible fix!! Unfortunately it was a manufacturer defect, and they replaced the mod...no questions asked! Thanks for all you do to help your customers!!

We are here on vacation and needed supplies for our vapes. These people here are very knowledgeable about what they sell and know what is out there. In a week, we have purchased 2 mods, 1 tank, replacement coils and replacement glass for an older tank. This is the place to come! I am from out of town and was looking up shops in the area as I got in the pool with one of my mods. I spoke with a guy named David and he helped me pick out a replacement. The guys knew everything about his stock and paired me up with the perfect product for my needs and vaping style. I would recommend everyone skip the other shops and make this the place you go when you have vaping needs. Knowledgeable and friendly staff for sure.

Love the vape mix but prices are much higher than Dr. Vape and the customer service guy could be more friendly and maybe a smile now and then wouldve been appreciated. If I didnt like the vape I wouldnt go back.Ive been back several times since my first review. Still love their watermelon menthol vape mix and the service is good. I realize that we all just have a bad day every once in awhile and thats what happened that day I guess because they have been very friendly since. Definitely 4 stars at least.

My boyfriend and I stopped in, while on vacation, to get him some juice. Ive always had trouble vaping because it would make me cough but one of the guys at the shop explained it was probably the nicotine level. He was right. I wish this place were in Tennessee!!!!! Definitely recommend!!!!

Out of Towner here and needed some juice and the guys really helped me get the flavors I was looking for. Friendly service and extremely knowledgeable of their products.

The people are very nice.The liquids are made in house and I really dont think the guy has a clue on how to make them.Their liquids are more vg, which, I personally ,dont like because they tend to gunk up like glue in a carto.They also have a weird , perfume like,taste to their liquids.I dont care for them at all.The equipment is hit or miss when it comes to life and quality.I have had dead tanks from them out of the wrappper, and I have had one last me a MONTH!I dont see this place staying in business long, but who knows!
