I had a great experience at Coastal Vibes Massage Therapy. Chris was very friendly and helped me pick from their long list of the massages and extras . Today I did Swedish massage with Amy and had foot scrub and body puff added to my massage experience. Amy was amazing, I requested a medium to a firm pressure and she was able to do just that, she gave extra attention to my tense muscles especially around my neck and shoulders. The foot scrub felt so good, and the body puff was a good preparation before adding oils and massaging. I also enjoyed her music track it was relaxing and added more to the whole experience. The place is very clean and smells fresh. I will definitely consider going back.

BEST MASSAGE hands down! Chris does an awesome deep tissue massage. I have been having some issue in my low back and hips, and Chris was able to help restore my range of motion and get rid of my back pain. If you are looking for a great male massage therapist Chris is definitely your guy!

I received a swedish massage today from Chris and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! I’ve been to several other places in the Pensacola area and no one has compared. On top of that the overall experience was awesome, Chris is incredibly nice and is really thorough, I left feeling so relaxed but feeling brand new, I look forward to going back!

I had a lovely experience! I went in for a prenatal massage and it turned out to be the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve been running pretty warm lately, so we had to take a break about 20 minutes in so I could cool down and Chris was so attentive. He positioned the table so I was sitting more upright, he pulled the blankets off my feet, provided a cold water and put some cold, damp towels on my chest and neck. Within a few minutes, I was cooled down and comfortable enough to continue the massage. I had asked for extra attention on my feet and low back and it was perfect! Will definitely schedule another appointment soon to release those new parents knots!

I went to Coastal Vibes with a gift certificate and was so pleased with my experience that I will definitely be returning again. I got a massage from Chris and a facial from Sheila. Chris gave me the best massage I’ve ever had. The room was clean, had pleasant music, and was perfect for a massage. I then went to Sheila in another room which was also immaculate and designed well for a relaxing experience. Since it was my first facial, Sheila talked me through each step, what to expect, and what it accomplished. The facility as a whole was very enjoyable and the staff was friendly, professional, and very experienced.

Chris started off as my massage therapist for deep tissue massage about a year ago and does great work. After I had several surgeries I was googling in the area who offers Manual Lymphatic Drain massage after my doctor recommended I receive at least a total of 10 and there weren’t very many places that did offer the service. Coincidentally enough, he popped up as one of the first recommendations. He has been so kind and informative (he even offered to allow my husband to sit in on a session so he could he me better recover at home in between appointments). He offered a wide variety of services but has such a reasonable price list for his valuable skills and always tries his best to accommodate my schedule when he can. The building is historic and feels very luxurious also.Thanks Chris!

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a massage session with Chris at Coastal Vibes. Walking into the spa, the serene ambiance set the tone for the session.Chris was warm and welcoming, and he took the time to inquire about any specific areas of concern. I scheduled this massage to work out some neck and back issues.With that in mind, Chris tailored the massage, which was nothing short of exceptional. He spent most of his time dealing with those two areas. He seemed to have an intuitive understanding of my tension points and applied just the right amount of pressure to alleviate the knots between my shoulders. Chris thoughtfully and skillfully combined various techniques, seamlessly transitioning from long, flowing strokes to targeted deep tissue work. By the end of the massage, I was relaxed and rejuvenated.The experience exceeded my expectations, and I look forward to scheduling my next session!

I have had severe pain in my neck and left shoulder for several months and after visiting my chiropractor two times recently, and even after using TENS units and other methods to find some relief, I visited Chris at Coastal and he did some incredible work on me. He was very open to hearing my treatment history, and he suggested we try cupping (in addition to massage) which I have never tried before. We also discussed possibly using some acupuncture in the future if I continue to have trouble. I felt very well attended-to, and he treated me very individually. His massage was the best I’ve ever had, and the cupping did in fact help. I am feeling better, and I plan to see Chris again as soon as possible. Very professional. A beautiful facility! Lots of talent! Highly recommended!

I was in ecstasy the entire time. Chris and Amy were also extremely friendly and made sure we were taken care off. During scheduling for a couples massage, had a very detailed, multiple text conversation with Chris the therapist to discuss options and pricing and confirmed we wanted that service with a Cranberry Scrub add on, told $200 total. Went in for couples massage, therapists were wonderful, but the scrub add-on was not done, never had one before, wasnt sure where it came in the process. When checking out and was given a higher price than originally quoted with the add on scrub, at $220. Mentioned that the scrub wasnt even done, and that was higher than the price we were told in the text. Therapist stated Oh no, you didnt did you, I didnt even look at the appointment notes. Im sorry about that. That will be $180. Mind you, we thought we overheard the therapists, Chris and Kim(?) discussing the scrub service prior to entering our room. Didnt seem to care that the add on was omitted, or that the pricing was misquoted. Not offered anything for failure to do add-on. If you go, watch the pricing quoted and make sure to double check the services requested for at booking.

1st appointment with Chris today and I was not disappointed! After trying numerous massage therapists in our new hometown I feel I have finally found my new person! Lymphatic massage is a speciality massage technique that is unique in it’s healing properties if performed well and Chris was amazing! Already have my next appointment scheduled! The environment is soothing and comfortable plus such a quaint part of East Hill!

Everyone was friendly and professional, from initial booking to when we left after our visit. They made it so easy and the massages were very relaxing. Sought out a massage for help with an almost debilitating pinched nerve problem in my shoulder and left arm. Chris made me feel instantly at ease and listened to and though at times the pressure was painfully intense, I knew that what he was doing was helping me. The studio and table were comfortable and welcoming and I enjoyed conversing with Chris while still benefitting from the relaxation that a good massage provides. Chris gives hands down the best massage I’ve ever had (both prenatal and regular). He is a magician I swear he unerringly goes right to the spot that has been nothing me and when I walk out I feel ten pounds lighter and ten years younger. I have had massages all over the states and internationally at spas five times the cost (Ritz, Ashford Castle, The Grand Hotel, Grand Bohemian, Ross Bridge, etc) that don’t touch Coastal Vibes. I almost hate that I have to recommend him so highly since I’m scared he will get so booked I won’t be able to get in!

Chris performs a genuine deep tissue/sports medicine massage! He was able to find all the problem spots and work them out incorporating stretching to further loosen things up. He knows the human body mechanics and it shows in massage session. I rarely write reviews but this is an exception. Excellent experience…. hope to book with him again soon.
