The person that was working at the time tried to scam me he was making up his own prices on the spot and then he sold me a box of coils that was missing a coil and try to say he gave me a discount. He charged 2 for 20 when he originally told me a box of three cost 22 I told him that makes no sense y wouldn’t I pay the extra $2 for the 3rd coil it’s a nice store but just be careful when you’re purchasing things. Normally I have a good experience but now I won’t be back

Dev is a great employee. He has always been very helpful in finding me exactly what i’m looking for, and you can tell he cares about his customers. The shop has a large, large variety of smoking products and they all seem to be of quality design. 5/5 stars all the way around: customer service, pricing, selection, the setup of the shop, etc etc. Dev also helped me pick out this super fun piece and all the accessories for it, and after a part broke - my own fault not the products - he was super helpful and understanding, and helped get me setup with new accessories. (lighter is for size reference)

This store is amazing. literally anything you could possibly need, this store has. Dev’s customer service was out of this world. he was very attentive and easy to talk to. he was always more than happy to pull down anything i wanted to get a closer look at. 10/10 would recommend and they have a customer for life!

Decided to come here based off the reviews for a battery pack. Overall, pleasant vibes, it’s a clean store with no overpowering scent and neatly displayed items. Maverick was a great help, opened up multiple packages so we could get a feel for the packs and provided great explanations given the variety of products with no personal use. Definitely recommend this shop!

Awesome shop! My first time coming in here, the guy not only was attentive, but greeted me with a smile! He has a great selection of everything having to deal with smoking and vaping. From Kratom and CBD, to all your medicinal needs, this place is where it’s at. Right across the street from Bubbas. I’ll be a regular here!

This shop will make you feel like you’re in a vaping paradise. From Hookah to basically any piece thought of, the associate willMake sure you get the best bang for your buck. Absolutely the best shop around and ontop of being the best.. their hours and customer service are far superior compared to other shops in the area. We have been shopping at the 101 for about 6 months. At least once if not twice a week we go in and see all the new really nice glass that have, or we mostly buy some good ;) , I must say that they are INCREDIBLE people and always friendly. We always talk and smile, and leave there happier then when we went in. Ive never felt rushed, or like I was taking up their time, they will take the time to show you anything, and talk to you about anything. Incredible people and an incredible shop. Always perfectly clean and spotless as well. The only thing I dont know is their name haha. This shop is one of the best smoke shops in Pensacola. Very nice selection of glass pieces, one hitters, electric pieces, I could go on. This place has everything you would ever want in a smoke shop. Dev helped me pick out two nice pieces. He knows his stuff and it shows. I did not expect this walking into this smoke shop. Some of them in Pensacola just see you walk in and they just dont even acknowledge you or even help you with anything unless you seem to buy something. Dev did the complete opposite and now has a returning customer for life.Other than that, the shop is very clean and well taken care of. Just a relaxed vibe it gives off when you walk in.Thank you Dev for everything! Dont hesitate to go here!

Oh my gosh such a great place, we went on a whim as it was new to the area and let me say this no regrets at all. Everyone is incredibly sweet and selection is pretty off the wall! 10/10. Will be seeing this place pretty often!

Questionable elfbars. Bought my fave flavor today, first visit here, it tasted off. Like an old shoe that was burnt. Man behind counter was somewhat nice about it and let me exchange for another one. But its been 2 hours and this one is already spitting and flavor was still off and has only gotten worse. Strawberry pina coloda is a great flavor puff Ive had last me weeks but this is a either a bad batch or a fake elfbar. 2nd miss in this city. 😖
