I will never go back. Yes the juice they sold me was nice, however, $70 for 3 bottles was outrageous. If I had not been desperate for juice, I would have walked out. The same three bottles would have been much cheaper farther from NAS.

I walked in about 10 minutes to closing, but the employee was still helpful, patient, and super friendly! The prices are reasonable on juice. They even had some on clearance. I wasnt looking for anything else, so I cant speak about prices on mods or parts.The store had a pleasant atmosphere. Ill definitely return!

Wanted to like this place due to its close proximity to base. The staff seem great and knowledgable. I bought a bottle of cuttwood from this shop for $45 and as soon as I got home and turned the bottle upside down the entire thing busted open. $45 laying in my lap, I returned to the store the next day to see if there was anything I could do but they advised me that they buy from a third party vendor and cant do returns without the manager who was out of town and werent sure of when hed be back. I contacted Cuttwood directly about my issue with their bottle and they are going to send me another bottle but also advised me that their MSRP for 120ML bottles is $29.99...I paid almost $20 over that. Wont be coming back to this location with that steep of price gouging being the primary reason.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐If I could leave more stars, I would. This shop and staff deserve 10+ stars! This place is THE BEST vape shop in all of this area, no questions asked! The staff is more than knowledgable and every single one of them is so lovely and never fail to put a smile on my face, or make me laugh! They have a consistent stock of juices, coils, and very reasonable prices! ALSO... I would like to specifically recognize the red head gentleman (Im so sorry, I dont know your name!) Because he is an absolutely beautiful soul. Through and through. I have never met someone as knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, courteous, generous, and just 100% kind hearted, as that gentleman. He is a true example of the goodness in human beings! Such a valuable, and rare, asset to this shop, that I definitely wont be going anywhere else for any of my vaping necessities!

If I could give more then 5 stars, I totally would! The staff here rocks, they are all so friendly and knowledgeable. But I need to give a special thanks to Josh. I’m a hot mess everytime I come in there, whether it’s not knowing what I need or having a broken vape that’s beyond the point of no return. He is so patient with me and takes his time helping me set everything up. He is so kind and attentive. There’s really nowhere else I would go for help with my vape. You guys are awesome!

Prices are way to high compared to other stores in town by my calculation 40 percent higher the one thing in their favor is their proximity to base but I suspect their prices are higher because of that relying on military members in ability to go across town for better prices is well I don’t like it I will never shop hear again.

Definitely one of the nicer shops in the area. It is really clean and pretty inside with vintage video games. The woman helping us was so knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Highly recommend this shop!

This place is nice. Check out the selection of cash juices. They are good, cheap and they go to charity! Also there is an arcade machine. They have comfy couches to chill and vape. You really cant go wrong here. Fun place to unwind after work.

I personally wouldn’t want to vape anywhere else in Pensacola. Seriously I’ve been to multiple vape shops and none have the genuinely friendly and helpful service that Jim’s provides. Plus they are incredibly knowledgeable about any and all vape products. These are the people you want to see about any and all vape needs in Pensacola!

Poor customer service walked out two minutes later decided that I wanted to return the batteries that I bought not Juice not mod batteries. Instead of offering my return he offered me store credit instead when I live on the other side of town. Cloud City never would have given me store credit they just would have returned my batteries.

Best customer service. Always helpful. Answers all questions each I have been there. Highly recommend.

I was upcharged, they never seem to place requested orders, and I was told to find another vape store - I dont understand why some staff are very polite but the oldest gentleman seems to dislike me.

Went in for the first time today and by far the best selection of mods around, that said the reason I don’t give them the last star is because I found several of the mods they sold cheeper online and the man their wasent to welcoming. If you don’t mind paying for the convenience of not waiting it’s the place to go otherwise just order online.

Top notch shop came in for the first time today. Great selection of equipment and juice. Affordable and they have everything you need from pod vaping regulated, or even mechanical. Do yourself a favor and come see what they have for you.

I absolutely love this vape shop. By far the friendliest and most helpful staff and a very inviting atmosphere. Come in play some ping pong, have a cloud blowing contest if you want, or if you’re new to vaping the staff is very knowledgeable and can help with any questions you may have. 10/10 would recommend!

I was able to find my pods here for the vaporesso. Which fly off the shelf at any vape store that has them. Very friendly lady. I didnt get her name. We had a great conversation. Very friendly. Will be back again

Sells premium liquids at a lower cost than Vapor Republic and Vapor Haze. The place is relaxed and does not have that arcade feel like one of the afore mentioned places.I recommend this place to all my friends that have the ability to drive, to come and check this place out.
