My first time in Cloud 9 in Petal this week. The guy that helped me was awesome! He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the products.

Shane gave incredible customer service and throughly explained everything to me and my girlfriend about different vapes and helped us choose the right ones for us! We walked out with everything we needed and with more knowledge about our products! Couldn’t ask for a better in store experience and will have our business from this point forward. Super nice staff! I went in a few weeks back, and the staff was very informative and helpful. I followed some recommendations and am happy to say, I’ve been able to stop melatonin at night, and have also been able to come off another prescribed medication! These guys actually care about their consumers, and are not out to just make a paycheck! I will be a customer for as long as they are open!

I absolutely have to say, from having experience working in this industry these guys are definitely on their game, i went in last week and they were very welcoming and friendly. I asked about their selection and they were on top of what they knew, the guys were very helpful and got me EXACTLY what i wanted, i am very pleased in how these guys work. I definitely made some new friends and I DEFINITELY will be back!!!!

The people in there were super nice and also very knowledgeable about the products they sale. Never had an experience where the people actually knew what was going on with the products in detail. Definitely will be back

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and were more than happy to help me start caping in an effort to stop smoking. Amanda set me up with a flavor that tastes almost like my cigarettes, as well as a few fruity flavors I just cannot get enough of. Best place to shop hands down.

I come in and am always greeted with smiling faces. Staff is really knowledgeable about what they sell. Amanda is the most bubbly one there and I love her personality when she is describing flavors and everything.

Cloud 9 is the only vape shop in the Hattiesburg area worth visiting. There’s guys are the best in town. All of their locations are staffed with super friendly, well informed employees that are dedicated to helping you make a purchase you’ll love.A few months ago I had a device go down on me after about a week of owning it. They didn’t have a replacement in stock, so they gave me an alternative device until they had the original back in the store. They called me the day it came in and let me keep both devices. They have earned my business and will continue to earn it for as long as they’re around.Also their premium juice selection is second to none. They carry a nic salt called dope whip. If you haven’t tried it, I would highly recommend it. Cloud 9 is the only place you can get it.

I went in there looking for a particular vape and the guy working there was more than helpful. He showed me how to set it up and also gave me a great recommendation for vape juice. I will be going back in the near future.

Been coming to cloud 9 for about 4 years, for pretty much anything I need in regards to my vaping, be it juice, coils, cotton, whatever. Ive always been treated well there, they ALWAYS have the best flavors of juice, and theyre always really respectful and knowledgeable on any topic in regards to vaping.

Greatest place to go for vaping. Idk why anyone would have a bad review. The staff knows what they are doing, they are well over in stock with anything you need, and if you need help with finding something in particular they know what it is right away. I would rather drive 40 miles to go here than any other vape shop near me.
