Your staff tried to charge me $20, not $10, to get in probably cause they thought we were drunk. I have been going to deseos for a long time since the 90s. Never had this problem. Were you the owner then? Probably not. Maybe you need to work on your managing skills brother.

Place is a scam if you dont buy a bottle you cant sit on a table. As a person that used to run a club my self I find it very seriously for people not to come here its a waste of time. Music was nice. Service sucks.

Fun party scene, beware of the neighborhood. If you are a salsa lover and I don’t mean food, you will enjoy this place. It feels like dancing with the starts, great dancing crowd. Mostly bottle service, prices are decent for a nightclub.

Place is absolute trash. The entire tables are empty, its midnight and they wont let you sit down. The bar is also reserved for apparently nobody. I ordered 3 drinks and apparently it wasnt enough to sit down. I left the drinks and left. And definitely not worth the 10 dollar cover charge. Place looked dirty too.

Its like being in CaLi, the dJs killed it on Fridays aaaaand Saturdays with those salsa classics from the best eras (60s,70s,80s) muuchachoooos, I would definitely go back ooohhh, and the women oooo la laaaaà🤩💃🏻

My family and I came here on 1/15/2023 at 1am. From the start, I was surprised to see we had to pay an entrance fee of $10 per person. After paying for 4 people we go inside and found a pretty slow and lackluster lounge with a handful of people dancing in the back and a few people sitting around the bar. Quite sad for a saturday night/sunday early morning. As we try to make our way past the bar, a man approached us and tells us we cant go inside until we hand in our coats... We walk downstairs and to our surprise, we had to pay 3 dollars per coat. Once we walked up, we tried to sit in a table near the dance floor when a Hispanic man around 56ish with short hair and beady eyes approached us and told us in a rude tone that we cant sit unless we buy a bottle. We told him we where just trying to dance and we would buy cocktails at our own pace but he wasnt having it.We decided to leave to another more friendly and less money hungry place.Of course, when we went downstairs to get our coats back, this short, older Hispanic lady decided to try her luck and keep a scarf of ours. We had to point it out to which she handed over with an attitude.May I add that there was no refunds on our entrance fee or their infamous coat security service?Very disappointing and quite a scam of a lounge.Save your money and find another place that doesnt charge you for every step you take here.

The ambiance was very nice. The music was slamming all night long and the service was impeccable. The bathroom was very clean as well. Its a very nice place for a mature crowd to go and chill, have a drink and dance. The staff ensures that you feel comfortable and safe. Very good place

Music wise this place was pretty decent, but lets not talk about the security guard...Story time: last night as we were leaving my friend needed to use the restroom and their restroom was clogged one of the gentleman that works there told us to use the one upstairs that was for handicapped. The security guard turned extremely aggressive even though he was explained why we were using that restroom, he was disrespectful. I understand he has to do his job but they also need to have restrooms in working condition for the amount of people they have. We were yelled at... mostly me and he wouldnt let me use the restroom, we had a long drive. As we were leaving the security guard tripped my friend and she got hurt.

Drinks and service was great. Can’t complain. Music was good. Will be coming back here soon.

Went in just for a drink and some salsa but the owner and bartender we got tonight went above and beyond to serve us. I have zero complaints. And will make sure to come back here soon enough.

Worst place to have a drink with music, there’s better live music places that don’t change admission fee, and the security is very nasty, he doesn’t even bother to look at you. As for the drinks, cheap and gross, hot beer and rude bartenders

If you go alone, they dont charge you an entrance fee. I went and to sit at the tables you have to buy a bottle and if you dont drink whiskey its your turn to go to the bar when I went to the bar all the seats were reserved I went and left then a couple I met on the way out invited me to come with them What if they were going to drink whiskey? Then when I ordered the serveza and it was hot, in my experience I didnt like how they treat people who dont drink whiskey. The atmosphere is good, the music is good and I think they should improve that. Thank you.

Unfortunately I have to give this place a star. I have known it since its former owners (claro de luna) attended to it personally. Last night I decided to share with the family but the attention given when arriving at the place was very poor, unfriendly and without any kind of respect. For us clients, its a shame because we really like to enjoy good melodies and rumba, they tell me that the owner is in Colombia and unfortunately things like this happen due to lack of administration, if there is something that characterizes us Latinos It is respect for people and more so for our customers, thank you and if I were the owner of the place I would give some training to my employees on how to treat customers, especially the first people who receive them 👎👎

The service is terrible, the drinks are very expensive, a Margarita for which I paid 10 last weekend, this Friday they sold them to me for 15 because according to the waitresses, the owner of the place raised the beers that my friends ordered to 8 dollars, the girls attached of the phone taking photos they did not return to the table that place became terrible I do not recommend it at all after 5 years in a row visiting them I do not want to return

This place is disgusting, I dont know how they allow something like this to work in New York. This looks more like a prostitution center than a night club. They charged me $10 dollars for the Estrada and there was not even anywhere to stand.

In conclusion, the tension and the service was terrible from the people who received it, the treatment for us clients was very bad, it was obvious that the owner was not there.
