Reasonable prices and service, but the selection is far inferior to the nearby Pewaukee Vapor. I recommend going to it instead. The owner here doesnt seem to be trying very hard.

They have tablets to navigate through all the juices which is so helpful and every vape shop should do it. I was in the shop for the first time in a couple years yesterday, 5/5/18. I purchased a squid industries, double barrel mod and some liquid. I just wanted to reach out to let the owner/manager know that I am super pleased with the service. I called later to find out who it was that helped me. The young men working that afternoon were Tyler and Rob. They both helped me at one time or another. They were friendly, and very helpful. They both were a wealth of knowledge when it came to vaping and the products included. They were also very thorough and very professional. Ive had so many bad experiences at many shops with the workers. I was ecstatic to have had such an awesome experience. I will never go to another shop again! It may seem that they are only cashiers, but with their knowledge of building, mods, rdas and the industry in general they really are more similar to skilled tradesmen. As a mere customer Id just like to request that these young men be considered for a raise. They do an awesome job! Thanks guys!

They have super friendly staff that will greet you (by name if you are somewhat regular). Seth the manager is super helpful along with all his coworkers. Super knowledgeable staff, with great products at super prices. I love their points program, this is the only vape shop/bar I shop at now!

Recently, I revisited the shop after about a year of consistently shopping elsewhere, and I must say the improvements I saw were outstanding. Seeing some similar faces behind the counter, I was already comfortable entering the shop as the staff that I could remember already seemed somewhat knowledgeable. The layout also remained the same, and it being extremely comfortable before, this didnt bother me at all and actually was relieving to still be familiar with the layout after over a year since my last visit. They seemed to have plenty of new options for vape gear as well as juice. The familiar staff was extremely helpful and friendly, seeming to take care of all of the customers at once with ease. They actually had a sale on my favorite juice, so I ended up getting twice as much for less than what I was paying at nearby competition. I am happy to say Chasin has my business back.

Staff is very helpful and will take the time to explain features of mods/tanks. Juice selection is ok but I feel they dont change as frequently as some others. The juices they carry are high quality and I really enjoy their house brand.

Very nice vape shop! Fair prices on juice, standard mod prices, very cheap coils.. which is badass! They have a reward system which is a nice perk for a person like me who buys a lot. Workers were knowledgeable. Sampling is available. Their juice selection is off the charts with both savory and fruits available. Most shops either have a lot of Just one or the other and chasin vapor supplies a wide selection of both. No complaints here. 10/10 from me

IF I COULD RATE 10 OUT OF 5 I TOTALLY WOULD!!! Every employee there helps you step by step from what juice you want to building your own vape, including various choices for tanks and mods. If you are into the CBD they help recommend you for what your looking for specifically. Everything is easy to find and visible so you can veiw all your choice as well. The customer service is 100% all the time, it is always a Great time when you visit.They also have so many seating area including seats around a fireplace and even a Beach themed bathroom for the public. If I had to pick one favor thing out of this place I honestly would say the employees, its like visiting friends every time you go. All employees are enjoyable to be around and talk to. You can have open conversations and they always know the answer to your questions. If they dont have what your looking for they do everything in their power to either order it or they get something similar in your interest!Both my boyfriend and I travel 30-40 minutes from out of town just to come here. We both recommend this place to everyone we meet. We dont have to- but we go weekly just to see whats new (as they change out there inventory regularly) and to see who is working (: if you have read this review I recommend over any other vape store weve been to.

Great, friendly staff who definitely know their stuff, but they do have a tendency to point you towards the crowd pleasers; not necessarily a bad thing, just something I noticed. Really awesome lounge-like atmosphere. Pretty standard equipment selection, but they did have more accessory colors than Ive seen anywhere else. Small warning: they do have a big selection of ejuice, but a lot of the options are their own in-house brand. Its good stuff, but I always get it in HVG, because the standard blend is a little too harsh for my taste. As for other brands, they do have them, but not necessarily a ton of them, and I think its a little misleading when they boast their selection

Very chill atmosphere. Staff is very knowledgeable about vaping and all your needs. Juices are priced great. Another benefit is that you can try flavors before you buy. Just know your strength of nicotine you need and you are set.

Chasin Vapor is the best vape shop in the area, hands down! This shop is really gorgeous inside- everything is displayed so well. So much to look at, because the juice selection is huge. HUGE! I have about 8 different juices on rotate from this store, because I cant decide on a favorite liquid. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff is great and the knowledge that you can learn is rewarding in it self. I went there to see how complicated if any it was to build coils to save money.. come to find out with just a 5 min course on how to build them it is now the easiest way to save money and see what coils I could and can make for what I want.

Very relaxed atmosphere, staff has a lot of knowledge. Unlike other shops that ignore you these guys want to help you get what you need rather then try and sell you what you dont. So many great flavors to sit down and try. If your still vapeing on that gas station junk you have no idea what your missing, stop on by chasing Dragon you will not be disappointed. The very helpful owner helped me find the right juice for the flavors I liked. No hassle what so ever after visiting once I know I finnally found a vape shop for me. Decided to stop in because I saw good reviews. I was not impressed at all. This was the first time I have ever been told I have to pay to taste the flavors. The guy behind the counter was no help. He didnt know the product and even had a hard time finding basic flavors. Finally, when I saw something I wanted to try, he was all out of it. I feel like I wasted my time here.

Went to Chasin Vapor on my trip to Wisc. This has to be the finest Vapor Bar/Lounge EVER... the Staff was friendly,helpful and WOW, the place is Fabulous inside. I live in California so you see a lot of Vapor Shops some really nice, some meh, others awful. This Chasin Vapor is Premier. Like the Top Shops out here. They carry the Best E-liquids, Great Mod choices and have a Knowledgeable staff. I love that you can try the flavors without pressure. Awesome place, came in to get replacement glass for mine that broke. Didnt have it, but they set it up with a spare tank and showed me how to use the new one. Very helpful and friendly.

Best vapor (e. cigarette) bar/store in Waukesha. Good juice selection but not overwhelming for new vapers. They dont sell cigars or any tobacco no matter what google says.

The store was clean and well kept but the e juice they sold me was NOT what they had me taste in the store. I got ReFresh and when I got home and put it in a vape it tasted like plastic.
