I had the most amazing experience at Spargo. Soon to be college freshman, I wanted a new look! My hair was damaged and box dyed before going in, so it needed a great deal of work. Sloane made sure every single detail was perfect and I was walking away with something I loved!

Updated Review after a helpful discussion with the owner and operations manager.Amazing spa. I have been going to this spa since it has opened - it is truly a luxurious experience. I would especially recommend the massage service and the infinity soak tub. It has been increasingly difficult to get an appointment for these 2 services. The spa opens up all 2025 reservations on September 1, 2024. Hopefully our discussion will lead to the implementation of a rolling schedule to allow greater opportunities to make appointments.

Always lovely going! Carter is such an amazing esthetician and Alice cares so much about actually providing relief with her massage. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Carter was great my first time getting a facial. She listened to my concerns and gave me advice for my skin which helped a lot! Would definitely recommend her!

The salon itself is very nice and clean, however my friend and I did not have a good experience whatsoever. We both got lash lift and tints and neither of our lashes stayed lifted for more than an hour. I understand with different lash types there will be different results but the esthetician who did my lash lift personally did not explain this to me. When I walked in the room he just started the service and didnt explain to me that different lashes lift differently. The lady who performed my friends service told her that since she had long lashes they should lift well and then they did not. After my lift and tint he did not clean around or under eyes so when I left I tried to clean off the extra dye on my skin but it ended up staining around my eyes and is still there now. I called the salon to let them know about the issue and the girl who answered the phone was very kind and understanding and she even said we would get refunded for the issues we encountered given that the lift did not work and the tint stained my skin since it was not cleaned up afterward. However when the owner called me the next day she said she could not refund the service (after a refund was already offered before) but she said she could offer a free lash lift and tint. Why would I want to go back and get another one after the first experience was so poor? She also claimed I left happy but I am the type to leave the nail salon without saying anything even when I hate my nails. I did not want to call and complain but given the fact that my skin is stained and my lashed are not lifted I feel this is an issue that needed to be addressed. I also left happy because the room is very dark and I couldnt see very well inside, but when I got to my car I was instantly unhappy. Overall we are not happy with our experience and I wouldnt recommend getting a lash lift and tint here.

I have been going to Spargo since May and absolutely love it! Claire is my hair wizard and always makes my hair look fantastic! She also does my lash lifts and I never realized my lashes would look so good! Carter did my wedding makeup in November and took such wonderful care. She is so good at making sure you are happy with the results and is open to any suggestions.The atmosphere, customer service and all around environment is amazing!

This place is amazing its so fancy inside. They have a cute shop full of amazing products. The staff is very nice and helpful.Especially , Autumn she did amazing and helped explain what would work and what wouldnt cause of my natural curly hair. She taught me how to do a few styles with my new cut.Thank you sooooo much

Edit to add! Had my first botox recently with nurse Sandy! And it was a wonderful first time experience for me!I always have a wonderful experience at Spargo. From the moment I walk in the door and am greeted by the lovely staff at the front to getting my hair, nails or facials done. I recently started utilizing the medical spa also and have loved the treatments my esthetician gives me. She is so thorough. Im always happy. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly. Thank you for a great experience every time Spargo!

Been here for facial services many times. Its a high end salaon, with appropriate pricing. The products feel nice on my skin. The esthetician always gives skin product recommendations, yet doesnt try to pressure sell them to you. Its clean, friendly, and the staff is well trained at what they do. Its always a treat.

I’ve recently just finished chemotherapy and radiation and my body has been thorough a lot. I started seeing Carter for their Oncology facial and my skin is feeling amazing! I’ve done 2 sessions and already have another booked! The whole appointment is so relaxing and such a treat and Carter really takes great care!I’ve also been diagnosed with frozen shoulder and started seeing Kristen for massages. She is so talented, so friendly and such a good listener. She targets exactly what ailments I have at the time and I leave there feeling relaxed and refreshed!The entire staff, from the moment you walk in is so friendly and the ambiance is beautiful! I look forward to my next appointments at Spargo very soon!

Love this place. Everything from the ambience to the professionalism I experienced. Worked with Desiree and she was so knowledgeable of the products offered, the outcome and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

I havent had great experiences here lately. My facial was cut 20 minutes short and I had to say something about it. My hair also had to be color corrected after getting highlighted as it turned out bright orange instead of strawberry blonde. The color isnt even and they ran out of time to do a cut.

Felt like a queen today after my massage. The staff are all so nice and Trillian did an amazing job, listening to all my concerns and checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Highly recommend Spargo!

I have been a client of Paige for years and every time I see her I’m thrilled with the results! From haircuts to color, she is fabulous at meeting all of my hair care needs. She listens attentively to what I am looking for at each appointment and has great solutions for any hair care problems I bring to her. She’s simply the best!

I have had many services done at this beautiful salon and spa. I have been extremely happy with all of them. The staff is amazing and everyone is very friendly. They take their time to listen to all of your questions and help in any way they can. The atmosphere of Spargo is one of beauty and class, but it also feels like home. I love seeing how the staff interacts with each other and they always seem to be having a good time. It feels like one big family unit! I would highly recommend this salon and spa to anyone, who wants a quality service done by knowledgeable and friendly staff!

Massage with Callie today was fantastic. Excellent restorative facial with Katie too. All the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming and the facility is clean and cozy. I have been here a few times with friends and always a great, relaxing experience. I will be back again!

I had a massage with Kristen. She was super nice and was able to help with my stiff neck. I had problems bending my neck for over a year and even 4 months after the massage my neck is still feeling a lot better! I also had a bikini wax with April. She made me feel super comfortable and talked me through it the whole time. I definitely recommend coming here!

I had the platinum hydra facial with Dean at Spargo. He was very informative during the whole process. He told me what he was doing on every step. My skin felt so rejuvenated! Dean was wonderful. I have been to Spargo several times and will definitely be going back.

I had a facial done here. They got me in quite fast and the facial was amazing! They also gave me recommendations for products to help my combination skin and acne. All I can say is my skin has never looked better! I went in to purchase more of one of the products and they were out. However, the front desk staff went out of their way to check rooms and see if they had any left anywhere. They did not but, I really appreciated that they looked. I will continue to go to spargo as my spa location. I am looking forward to the chakra massage I have scheduled! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and it is such a relaxing environment.

Hailey Rearic is my stylist and has done the best on my hair of anyone else I have been to. She and the other ladies make sure it is a great experience for all who walk through the door. It is a clean and comfortable setting..Very relaxing..I would not choose to have my hair done elsewhere. I recommend this as a great place to come to get hair done :)

My middle schooler had her first highlight done yesterday by Jenna and it was fantastic. She was comfortable, everyone was so kind and her hair looks amazing. She walked out of there with her head up and feeling beautiful. What more could a moms heart want then to see her girlie feel more confident?! We will be back 😉

I have been getting services at Spargo for almost a year and I can say, it’s the real deal. From getting facials and getting AWESOME skincare recommendations my skin has never been better thanks to all the outstanding estheticians. They all make the service so enjoyable and they do the absolute most to make sure I feel safe and comfortable which is something very important. I have also gotten a few massages and the only issue I have ever had is that I don’t want it to end!!! All the massage therapists are SO talented and really know what they are doing. Not only do they provide amazing massages but they let you know what you can do after the treatment and at home! Along with that, I have also been getting my hair done at Spargo! My hair has never been healthier and looks exactly how I want it to. Thanks to Maddy, my hair only has to be done after almost 11 weeks! She seriously is amazing and knows exactly what I need to keep my hair healthy. Last but not least, the front desk staff is alway so welcoming and will go above and beyond for every person that walks through the door. Overall, Spargo is amazing and I will always recommend it!!!

I have consistently gone to Spargo for deep tissue massage for over 2 years and can’t tell you how much I have enjoyed every experience. I wish I could do more than the 90 min. Great atmosphere, professional attitude and ofcourse the very best of Alice’s gifted hands bless me. I would recommend Spargo over and over again.

I absolutely ADORE Spargo. All of the staff are so friendly, and they truly show that they care about helping you become the best version of yourself. I started going to Spargo 4 years ago for my hair cuts and one step color. Laura has been doing my hair every 4 weeks ever since. I now have had balayage, scalp treatments, highlights and conditioning treatments. My hair has never looked so good or healthy! I’ve also had waxing, pedicures and manicures, as well as some incredible massages!! My latest Spargo addiction is my every 5 week scheduled facials by Carter. I’m obsessed! My skin is glowing and healthier than it has ever been. I appreciate Carters direct approach to my treatments and how she never pressures me to buying excessive products. She advises me on how to maintain my skin between facials without “breaking the bank.”My son and daughter get their hair done at Spargo and they have also had facials. My daughter has used their waxing and pedicure services as well as had her hair done and makeup done for special occasions. My kids are cherished and I only trust their care to the best.My favorite part of any visit to Spargo is the front desk area where they allow local artists, candlemakers, chefs, and even a beekeeper, sell their wares. I did 90% of my Christmas shopping there last year! The soy candies were amazing and the ornaments, organic honey, hair products, jewelry and scents were all loved and appreciated by the recipients.The staff at Spargo are friendly and knowledgeable with their eye on the customer experience. Spargo is a wonderful salon/spa experience with a very relaxing atmosphere. I regularly visit for haircuts and color/highlights. The best part is the staff - everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful and takes the time to really listen.

Love the atmosphere of this place! You go down into what is basically a basement, which sounds creepy but is not. It is decorated in the theme of Roman baths and the lighting is very low. Considering a massage can be anxiety producing for those who are insecure or not used to being disrobed, the low light is appreciated. On the other hand, Im sure the employees get tired of working in a dark basement. I know I would get depressed. Maybe fill a room with SAD lamps for them to recharge 🌞 all jokes aside, love this place.

I received a spa day as a gift and was completely impressed by the experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I truly felt that each service that was provided was top notch. I had a massage, facial, manicure, haircut and makeup. Each of the staff members were truly passionate about what they do and and it showed. I felt I was in great hands. I had a signature facial with Carter yesterday and let me tell you it was NOT just a facial! It was heavenly! The facial also includes feet, hands, back and scalp treatment. Carters touch was very relaxing and gentle. Zen to the next level! Highly recommend 🙂

If you want to relax and feel pampered while receiving excellent customer service, then Spargo is for you! Last night I had a Signature facial with Katie, and OMG my skin is glowing today! She was extremely knowledgeable, asked me about my skin care goals, and customized my treatment perfectly. It was such a lovely experience!

I have been going to here for a few years. While I think pricing for a women’s haircut and color was over priced, they did a fine job. However, the last time I went, I left the salon with a dye line that was at least a inch wide along my hairline. It was incredibly obvious and there was no attempt to clean it up

Katie gave a Brazilian with strips and trimmed my hair then the wax didn’t stick to the hair. It was such a long and painful process after about 40 minutes I had to end. Katie was kind and compassionate with the pain that was occurring but it was not a pleasant experience. It was very different from the regular I go to.

I should have know at the consult to go elsewhere, the front desk staff are not welcoming.On the day of my appointment my stylist was late then the one step color was applied, she was still working with another client and I was left to process 50 mins .. not checked on once . No one was very friendly that passed me.the color was quite dark at my hairline which in the consultation I specifically told her I don’t want. For $135.00 no cut or style there was color all over my skin and ears and and she rubbed the front so hard I have a sore. Unfortunately I will not go back.

We were there for the Kohler bubble tubs and 90 min massage. Its such a great experience and a great value for what you get. I have had really good massages at other places but Heather really got in there and worked out the knots as I was hoping for. They have a place to relax after and then the locker room has both a really nice steam shower and the regular one pretty much has water coming from everywhere. We will definitely be back.Edited 7/8/23 - Ive been back frequently over the past few years. I have a regular massage therapist and now a couple backups Ill see - I cannot say enough for the work they do. I have a physical job and I have recently been in some pretty horrendous pain, enough that I had trouble sleeping and it was a constant in my day-to-day. Id been to my chiro too but in two visits (first Trillian then Callie) my pain was first lessened and after today almost entirely gone. They really do some exceptional work here. It can be difficult to get in but you can also ask to be put on the cancellation list. I did get in that way between my scheduled visits so definitely give that a try.

I know its all water under the bridge more or less, but I just wanted to apologize again for how poorly I handled that whole situation and how well the staff handled it. Have a happy New Year everyone!

I HAD the bet experience yesterday with Dana. She is the absolute best stylist and I have been going to her for at least 7 years. She does AMAZING color, and is the only person I will let color my hair. I feel like she is the doctor for my hair. She is also a pleasure to be around and always has a smile on her face. She is so incredibly talented, and I love the chairs at the hair washing station. SO COMFORTABLE!

I scheduled a Mom and Daughter massages. The appt was scheduled in March. The first we could schedule was in June. 2 hours before our scheduled appt I was called and told that one of our massagers was sick. I asked to get me with someone else and was told sorry can’t help you. They offered the next AM (how could they do that so quick when it took us 3 months to get an appt originally) but my daughter has 2 small children and had a sitter all set. They were VERY rude about my anger. I will NEVER use this salon/spa again. A good business would have back- ups for those who call in sick. I have spent a lot of money and have given gift certificates also. nEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had been going there for over 10 yrs for facials and loved it. Recently went for a peel. I had no results the 1st time. They graciously booked me again. My face is peeling this time but he got it on my eyelids which are now burning. Also I dont know that my face should be burning 3 days later

Dana is the absolute best! I always feel gorgeous after I get a cut from her! She’s so good at what she does and omg, her head massages during your shampoo are sooo relaxing ❤️ Highly recommend!!

This has always been my favorite place to get my hair and eyebrows done— but they really stepped up during this pandemic. I felt incredibly safe getting one last eyebrow waxing in before delivering my baby. The facility even before the pandemic was always so clean and the staff has always gone above and beyond my expectations.

Sad day to share I will never spend my funds at Spargo again! I have been a long term customer but after calling during regular business hours to get a voice mail then to leave a message asking for a manager about a facial that I had many times made my neck have three big red spots on it which to this day 8 days later still there. Never got a call back. At the time just asking to why this happen and asking for a call back. That never happen. Customer Service became very poor and now with my messed up neck I will not return even for pedicures as I often I did! (FYI my scheduled last name is Firkus)

I went in to get a spa package for my fiancé for a Christmas gift and was told I could put my card on file.my fiancé then called to get an appointment set up and had a date set for February 2nd. She came in for her appointment and was told that an appointment didnt exist. after a few minutes of looking the receptionist said the appointment was made for March 2nd and not Feb 2nd. so she wasted a drive out there. ( no big deal )now today my fiancé called to reschedule her appointment and was treated incredibly rude by the receptionist because the receptionist could not find my card on file. The receptionist was so rude that she doesnt even want to go to this place for any kind of service anymore.a simple scheduling mistake isnt a big deal but to parlay it with the incompetence and rudeness is just ridiculous.Im not one to leave reviews on anything, but this experience made it warrantedBe Better.

My regular stylist was not available. I saw a person named Drew. She was very nice and did a great job styling and cutting my hair. So nice to be able to have another stylist and get the same satisfaction . Sign of a great business!!!!!! Shirley Hansen

To really spoil yourself or someone special, you must try the Spargo Signature Facial. I have been to spas all around the country and a few outside the US and this place is one of the best I have ever experienced. From the luxurious robes to the soothing environment you wont be disappointed with any of their services. The one story waterfall is beautiful to relax next to while you wait and they offer juice, water and snacks to keep you hydrated and fed while enjoying their services.

Good ratings on google, but not so great experience. If you return a less than stellar review, the owner somehow turns it back on the client as being rude or having unrealistic expectations. Excuses instead of responsibility. Poor management in my opinion.

The owners of this salon are outstanding! I always have an outstanding experience whenever I go here. Spargo always meets my needs and they have excellent customer service. If you are looking for a salon or spa, choose Spargo.

I have gone to several other places for massages and Spargo tops them all. Their massages and facials are outstanding! The rooms are dark and relaxing. While I have tried other spas for massages and facials, I always find myself coming back to Spargo.

I came in today getting an ombré color and hair cut. it came out pretty but was very disappointed that my stylist Bailey did not protect my skin from the dye and when i asked her to remove it she told me to use rubbing alcohol after spending 300 dollars on my hair. will not be coming back

Went here for a platinum blonde bayalage and ended up with orange hair. Told them that my hair was super brassy and all they did was toned it and it did not do anything. Ended up having to go to a completely different stylist that actually listened and took the time to fix it. Over $200 wasted. Will not recommend this place.Edit: the stylist said it would have taken too long to get out the brassiness in one sitting and would need multiple apts to fix it. But I went somewhere else and it was fixed in one apt and sitting. I did not have that much brass when I even went in for the first initial apt.

My poor poor poor bride - riddled with worry the night before her wedding- Who messes up at a brides Brazilian wax appt 2 times and the last is the day before she consummates her marriage - and still no effort to correct!!! I’m Appalled at the unprofessionalism and lack of responsibility exemplified by this business. “Andy” needs a class on ethical business practices and procedures- and I think her employer should probably provide it for her unless they would like to continue to disappoint and devastate clients expectations. I would NOT trust this business to come through for your wedding or special event - no apologies- no concern or care- absolutely ridiculous - highly don’t recommend
