Only been here a couple times but omg their prices!!! They are so much cheaper than many other shops I’ve gone to. At my original go to shop they were selling a mod for $140 and this place sells the same one for $85. They don’t have as large of a selection of juices but they have plenty to choose from still and great brands!

I quit vaping over a year ago but I used to go here all the time. Great staff large variety of juices and Vapes as well as CBD. The staff are so awesome I miss them and stopped in to see them the other day. They are all so sweet and very helpful

Go here!!... Hold up though, if youre JUST looking for juice and you are on the cheaper side, honestly, other places have the cheap juice as well as the name brand. This is a name brand place I would say, but prices arent the highest Ive seen either. Coil prices seem to be on target if not cheaper than other places, so you might have that trade off in the end. Now this is why I say Go here... Service, I always choose the place that does service after the sale. Bought a new device a while ago, finally broke my glass, but I moved since I bought it and cant find my old box... I know, I know, first world problems...I came in and explained the situation, the dude comes back with multiple glass replacements, I think hes trying to sell me multiple, however, he says, Im not sure which one it is for sure but I will figure it out...a 5 dollar piece and he spent time and energy to help me solve my problem... He could have said no dice, now buy a new device, however, he did not and fixed it on the spot. If you have questions, go here and keep them here as long as we can. Tell em I sent ya, and when they give you a confused look cuz they have no idea who I am, then Ive done my job. (Hero pose, with a slight wind)

Boyfriend is trying to stop smoking cigarettes and wanted to invest in a starter kit. The younger guy that helped us, didnt need to tell us he was over answering questions; his body language, tone, and short answers said enough. If he had been more friendly we may have purchased more, but hurried up feeling a total inconvenience.

Train your customer service people better. We had an immediate issue that the store owner should have been contacted immediately for, and the issue was not resolved as it should have been on the same day. Now we have taken other measures to solve the issue and will not be returning to this company for anything, ever. Card fraud isnt a joke, and this business is treating as it is one. My friends account should not have been completely drained when she paid in cash for her items, and charged a very small amount to her card to cover the remainder of her costs, and nobody worked to solve the issue so she could continue to afford living.

I went in and explained to the staff that I was a smoker and wanted to try vaping. The two employees jumped right in and patiently asked me questions, made recommendations and addressed my concerns. They even stayed past normal closing time to help me get started and try different flavors. I was definitely impressed by the level of customer service and their knowledge of the products.

The vapewaukee staff members are all incredibly kind. Ive had many questions answered thoroughly and professionally. I guarantee youll leave with more knowledge than you came with!

Called them and asked if they had a specific part. They said yes. Made the drive, and alas, 20 minutes later they do not have it. Whether a vape shop has something I need or not, its a sad day when I leave without buying anything. The guy literally stood there, mechanically answering questions and not making conversation. The second star is for the fact that they carry a few decent products. Customer service sells, dude.

The guys behind the desk are completely aloof. They did not bother moving, despite not having a single customer in the store otherwise. When I walked up and asked questions, they were vague, silent, or didnt know. Your trade is supposed to be vape products & customer service, guys.Id say work on your people skills or find a new trade.

Ive been coming here for probably 2 years. I used to go into Jackson religiously but then I found these guys. All the workers are very kind and never afraid to sit and help you in whatever way you need. I tell all my friends that ask where to go, to go to Vapewaukee. Very well priced!

This is a great shop to go to. For me, its close by, has a great environment, and friendly staff. They all know exactly wahat they are talking about when it comes to anything from mods to juice and even the up and coming things. I think that the juice is a bargain and the mods are very well priced. The atmosphere is definitely one to come and see. Compared to others around the milwaukee area, this takes the cake! Definitely give this shop a go!

Was traveling with a friend who needed to purchase a vape. We arrived 15 minutes before closing, but the two gentlemen in the store took their time to help my friend find exactly what she wanted. Great Customer Service, Friendly, Costs in line with other vape shops. Great experience.

This is one of the better vape stores I have been too. They have a wide selection from starter kits all the way up to mechanical mods and anything in between . The workers there are welcoming and they are very helpful. There premium e-liquid is some of the best juice I have ever had. The whole inside of the store is very welcoming and settle with a very nice vape bar. Overall I am very impressed with this store 5/5.

Best place around for anything to do with Vapes, period. I wish they carried more local Wisconsin brands of Delta 8 like Sconi Boys and D8 City. Staff is super knowledgeable. Get Sconi boys dabs and I’ll be there everyday !

Just found it. A lot of times places like this can be off-putting, as they usually have a pretentious air about them, not this place.Super inviting, great selection, and a very knowledgeable staff. I will be going back for all my vaping needs, and will be checking out the area in back too.

The guy who helped me was awesome. The first guy asked if we needed help, then..walked away to help someone else and never came back to us so I was going to leave. But the man with the glasses was really nice, very chill demeanor, and very helpful. He helped my girlfriend get what she wanted and helped me/told me what was good and not good for the new vape I bought. I never bought one before so I was a bit clueless.I will be back due to the man who sold us our things. He was great.10/10 for him.Thank you for getting me started on my journey to throwing my cigs away

I was impressed at their selection of juices, batteries, and atomizers on my first visit. Store was clean and uncluttered, staff was helpful and friendly. Shake of the day is a plus. Cant ask for much more, Ill buy from Vapewaukee again.

Hands down best vape store in the Milwaukee area!! I literally come out of my way to go here since the juice selection is so vast. Same thing with vapes/coils, they are usually the most up to date shop. Plus they offer rewards now which is a good bonus.

I bought 2 yocan evolve plus wax pens the first one lasted less than 24hr I dont know what happened but the next day it wouldnt take a charge so I bought another one it lasted 3 days and then it would charge but wouldnt put power to the coils. My first ever evolve lasted me 4 years so idk whats going on with there products maybe they got a bad batch but I dont know. The staff is cool though.

This place really stands out in a sea of look a likes. I had given up on the vaping industry and relegated it to just another bad habit I need to quit, but Vapewaukee got me excited again with their amazing inventory and knowledge. I purchased a high end device that other shops cant or wont carry, and their juice selection is fantastic. Keep it up guys.

Vaping helped both my husband and I quit smoking. Ive been to many vape shops all over the country and none compare to my local favorite. Everyone is knowledgeable yet laid back and not pushy. They know their stuff and always help with all our needs.

The staff is very knowledgeable about their products. Also they have a great selection of mods and pods to choose from. There is a good amount of clearance as well. If you are in the market for a new mod or pod but dont want to spend a lot of money look at the clearance products. I was able to purchase a new mod, some batteries, and some liquid for the price of what I would have paid for a brand new mod that just hit the market. Very happy with my choice of mod. Normally I dont need help setting up a mod but Owen was able to help me set it up and teach me how to use the mod and I am grateful for that. Great prices, great selection, why go anywhere else for your vape needs? Also they have CBD oil for those who indulge in cbd as well.

Staff was knowledgeable, and friendly. Helped me find just the product that I needed. Definitely a return trip in the future when I am back in the area.

Love Vapewaukee!! They are amazing! There isnt a single employee here that doesnt exceed expectations. They order my specialty bottles just for me considering Im the only one who uses it(cuz i vape at ridiculosuly high nicotine levels)..they never complain even when I get all sorts of confused and dont know anything about my vape stuff. They always have my 3 120ml bottles waiting for me when I come in! They are super quick and have a really awesome loyalty program that gives you half off a bottle when you get so many punches! On top of all that awesomeness, my yeti bottles are always buy two get one free! Cant beat that amaziness!! ;) Vapewaukee is O to the M to the G AMAZING! I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience! Even when they are super busy, they make it a point to get to everyone but not at the expense of shorting another customer of their time. They keep the staffing perfect to ensure people are taken care of and all employees are knowledgable in everything vaping which believe it or not, is NOT always the case at vape shops. Vapewaukee is where its at! Never doubt you will find everything you need and if not, they can find it for you and I love that their owner is available pretty much anytime via phone if he isnt there. His employees dont hesitate to call if there is something they arent sure of or need clarification on and I have yet to see him not answer their call! NEVER will I return to this vape shop. There was a older guy with spikey hair and my significant other went in to get us vape juice and the total was 20.99 So we should of got 19.01 back but he only gave us $9. He pocketed the other 10. My significant other went back in immediately and when the employee was questioned he got extremely defensive. A bunch of thieves. STAY AWAY

I have tried diff modes, juices, and strengths with no luck. I walked in this shop talked to the 2 guys. Explained I was a 30 plus year Newport smoker with no satisfaction. I was introduced to the nic salt. I can’t believe the diff between nic salts, and the standard juices. Thank you guys for introducing me to nic salts. I am completely satisfied with it. I went from being a pack a day smoker to 3-5 a day, in just about 3 days. This place is GREAT!!!

Went in trying to get some refill for my husband. I was totally a fish out of water. They were patient, honest, and explained everything very well to me. Glad I stopped in.

I really like this place plus its the only vape shop that sells high end mods and stuff. Great prices and great staff. They offer more than a lot of shops but I really dont like that they close at 8pm cause some people work late but I never have that problem. But try not dropping $500 each time like me.
