Loosen Up Foot Spa & Body Massage

We have been going to this place for at least a year and have enjoyed individual and couples massages. We will continue to go and enjoy!Clean, cozy and scheduling is easy! Prices are more than fair for the wonderful work they do.Those in the comments complaining about the tip are people who are under tipping. I have seen 1st hand people enjoy a one hour massage for 55 dollars (very reasonable price) then tip 5 dollars.I dont find 5 dollars to be acceptable for one hour of manual labor and neither would you if you had done the work.I highly recommend you visit but dont mess it up for the rest of us who know how to tip. Its great to have a local place with great prices and quality service.

Love this place I try an go as often as I can. Easy same day appointments. Massages are perfect, friendly staff. I just was there 2 days ago and I am ready to book another appointment. Just go with 90 minutes it’s so worth it and they do deserve good tips! ❤️

The massages are good. The massage rocks where too hot left me marks . And after paying $120 with a $10 they asked me for $10 more to tip $20. And they also did that to a friend of mines that went kept her change and asked her for more money I didn’t believe it but they did it to me . And someone else who had a solo massage told them to give the tip. I don’t mind tipping I just don’t like to feel harrased to so so. Made me uncomfortable so I will not going back . And I still have red skin in the part of my back where she laid the hot rocks 😞

My husband and I had the couple massage, it was just amazing! We called and got an appointment same day. It was super clean, it smelled good, everyone was very nice, no waiting time. I personally felt very comfortable. We are definitely coming again!

My honest experience is the first time here. Went in for a couples massage. The girls were great. I loved the pressure. Disappointed at the talking, none stopped. 😒 went for facial as well. Very old school cleaning with Dual-Ended Blemish & Pimple Extractor Tool. So if you dont like that dont go.

Ten stars! Loosen up is by far the best massage place around. The women that work here are such hard workers and great at what they do. It’s such a clean and calming place. First time I ever got a massage and it was fantastic. Every part of my body felt great and I was so calm afterwards.Nice peaceful quiet atmosphere - extremely relaxing.Worth every penny of the $55 for 1 hour.

I’ve come to Loosen Up about 3 times and they have been the absolute best massage I’ve gotten every time. I have chronic lower back pain and my back pain is nearly gone for almost 2 weeks after each massage. The staff is professional, they keep a very clean business and are very reasonably priced. 100% recommend!

I loved this place! Sadly we ran a little late due to traffic we called and they were so understanding, not only that as soon as we arrived they took care of us. I got the 90 minute massage and when I tell you it was so worth it. When they say a full body massage it really was, from the top of my head to my toes. I loved it so much I used to go to another place and I no longer will. This will be my new spot and I recommend it to anyone in need of a massage. Will be going back very soon.

This massage place was my very first massage. They don’t really provide explaination on what to do, your preferences or like making sure the stones etc aren’t too hot. My massage was definitely too firm for my liking but I also don’t speak up. If you go, make sure you’re verbal about what you need! Staff were nice. They talked during the massage as well which was meh. Overall 5/10, don’t think I’ll go back

Love the staff. They are all very kind and try to fit you in, even if its last minute. I have been going to them since they opened and its great. They do their best to make sure that you are comfortable. Its gotten so busy that sometimes you do feel a little bit rushed to change if the appointments ahead of you were running a little longer than planned. Other than that, I love going there.

We had a great couples massage there last year, left a regular $10-15 tip and were harassed to tip more. I can see from the reviews that it is their standard procedure, very humiliating and unprofessional. Don’t go. Massage is ok, but the staff is horrible.

Have been here quite a few times and it is amazing each and every time. The ambiance is soothing (I definitely prefer a no-talking type of atmosphere), there is gentle music, lights are appropriate. The actual massage is wonderful. Hot stones are included with the price unlike other places which charge additional. This is definitely my go-to spot and the prices are very reasonable! Side note, I’ve also had just the foot massage experience and wow!! Just an awesome place!!

I went there today for a couples massage with my boyfriend and was a tad disappointed. The massages were awesome, however the therapists talked and snickered during our session which I thought was inappropriate and slightly annoying. .If someone come for a massage the last thing they want is to hear talking and laughing when the atmosphere is supposed to be relaxed.. Don’t know if I’ll ever go back.

I came in for a couples massage expecting to be in the same room but we had separate rooms. Aside from this me and my fiancé received phenomenal massages. I felt like a new person after I work as a mechanic and feel like they got all the tension out and my fiancé felt the same. My wife was just in there for the first time getting a massage for her birthday, I was coming to pick her up after the hour session with a tip in hand, however the second my wife came out to look for me from the massage, the staff was all hounding her for the tip! Fortunately my wife had the money for a tip in her pocket, but it threw her off they way they immediately had their hand out, because she knew i was going to leave a tip. That is unprofessional and classless. She is new to the area and was looking for a place to be her regular go to for services, but I dont think I want her to use this place although she said the actual massage service was good. It just rubbed me the wrong way.

I wanted to comment because I was thinking about making an appointment here but the reviews saying that the staff forces people to tip which is crazy because in this economy you should be grateful to receive anything, we all going through it honey.

My sister had an awesome massage. Mine was ok. Its hard to communicate due to a language barrier but, also, the girls arent trained massage therapists. So, if you just want a relaxing massage, its fine. But, if youre looking for a serious massage to work out knots, this isnt your place.

Great head to toe, deep tissue massage. Was in the couples room with my lady, very clean and the staff are extremely respectful and gracious. The deep tissue is serious and not for those who are looking for a lighter touch. My lady had the heated stones, which were also lightly applied in my session, which she enjoyed very much. We booked another session for the end of the month and Im definitely looking forward to it. Including a decent tip to the ladies it came to 180.00, a respectable fee for a greatly needed service.

First time visit. Massage was great BUT prior to Massage a tip was asked for from my partner which he was upset about because it should have been his choice or mine to tip depending on how good I thought it was after the Massage. I was taken back before he even made payment so I didnt know he had tipped. When it was all said and done I gave a tip of $15.00 which the lady took and ran back in the room. The other lady said after the fact that my partner had tipped already and took the money and guided me out. The money wasnt even offered back. They were very Shady on how they did this. I didnt tell my partner because he would have been furious knowing they got tipped twice. For it being the first time that doesnt look good on their part and I will not be returning. Greed is not good business. Had it not been this way I would have returned with nice tip each time but now its their loss!!!

Came for a one hour massage & a facial, was informed no facials due to COVID. Was sad but it’s okay.The massage was lovely!! I enjoyed it very much! My masseuse did such a wonderful job getting all my knots & kinks out. I will definitely be returning ❤️

Absolutely the best massage place locally.. My sister, mother and I had a massage day this year for mothers day. When I called the salon the lady in the phone was very helpful accommodating 3 massage for the same time. The price was very reasonable. The spa itself is very calming, clean, and beautiful. I felt very relaxed right as we were greeted. The massage tech was amazing. She took her time to really relax me. I felt like a million bucks when leaving. I cant wait to return to get my next massage.

Great service and prices are amazing. Girlfriend goes for the facials which she says are very professional and loves the way her face feels after. I usually go for the massage while she is getting a facial and I am very happy with the results. I have gotten a lot of massages and can say this places is much better then places like Massage Envy or Hand & Stone who try to sell you on memberships etc.This place treats every customer with respect and makes sure you are happy with your service. My wife and I are frequent traveler. Every place we have been around the world we always get a couples. We have paid good money for theses services in the pass, however to date, this is the Best massage we have ever had hands down!!!!! The ladies here are professional and welcoming.The environment is relaxing and pleasant. The funny this in Lossenn Up is literally several blocks from my home. No need to say we scheduled another appointment in 2 week. If you looking for a reasonable price, exceptional services Loosen Up is the place to go!

Have been to the spa couple of times for deep tissue which was quite satisfying, taking into consideration the price, good atmosphere, friendly staff but my recent prenatal massage was semi-satisfying because I did not get prenatal pillow and foot massage. Hey ladies we need foot massage during the last trimester.Otherwise the session was pretty relaxing 😌

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called today to make an appointment and I was asked for my telephone number, before I can even give my number the person responded OH WE HAVE YOU DOWN AS A NON TIPPER! I explained that this would have been my second time coming to this establishment and originally I tipped 15 dollars when I was there. He goes on to say someone put it down in the notes wrong and then proceeded to book me. I said no thank you i rather not book anymore and hung up. This was by far the rudest most embarrassing thing to be FALSELY ACCUSED OF. Let’s just say that was the case and I did not tip I still paid 50 dollars, it could of been my absolute last penny to my name or I could have not like the service by that particular staff member. Needless to say this place is very unprofessional and discriminates against people that may not be able to tip. Although I did tip I was highly humiliated for something I didn’t even do. Don’t waste your money there give it to another company that is more organized and professional. Clearly they write down things and downgrade people service.

Jenny is my new massage therapist....I love how she works at the pains in my back and actually loosens me up. I walk in with pain, and walk out with none. Their prices cant be beat in my opinion, especially after having a subscription with another massage place for more money and an upcharge for additional services. I received a 30 minute foot reflexology and 60 minute full body massage and this place did NOT disappoint. Relaxing, clean, and gives full spa/massage experience with oil, hot stones, and wipes off with a hot, moist towel I wish I knew the name of my masseuse to thank her in this review but just know I tipped her well. I literally left feeling like I was in a dream/cloud and felt so good to release so much pain and tension, I ended up crying and sighing the whole time. As someone with chronic pain and recovering from a broken collarbone, frozen shoulder, migraines, etc. this is a weekly must-have!

My wife took me there as a wedding anniversary gift, so this is my first official massage. I got the foot massage and full body also. They did an excellent job, it was very relaxing, and the staff makes you feel very comfortable. I love the place, its very beautiful. This was one of the best massage places I have been too. We went with a party of five every single person was extremely happy when they left. I would recommend this to anyone thats got sore muscles. We had all done a marathon race today and went there afterwards, everyone said it helps with the healing and the stiff joints.

My wife purchased a hour full body massage as a Valentines day treat. My body definitely needed it from the labor work has put on it. This was my first real body massage surprisingly and it felt Amazing! I’m so upset I didn’t get the name of the woman who did me but I know her face and will definitely look for her my next time. When they say full body that’s what they mean. The shoulders all the way down to the toes. The main focus was the shoulders, back, & legs. Once she got to my legs I dozed off to sleep because I was so relaxed. The amazing reviews are real and I’m now a witness of it. I cannot wait to return!!

I just came for my 2cond visit and it went well this place is very clean and relaxing whit meditation music to relax your body & mind . I had an one hour session and the deep tissue was good I just wasnt used to it. the lady work alot in the area where my pain was but just a little too hard my muscle still hurt a little bit from the deep tissue but the pain is gone for now and I loved the hot stones it help alot on my pain... I pay 50$ for the hour and they always expecting tips or they will ask .I just like to be nice and I tip the massage lady.

Literally just proved my point. Never is a tip mandatory. If you as a owner feel a tip is mandatory you should probably get out of the customer service business. And you should probably pay them more if that’s your logic. Because it’s just WRONG. It’s nothin you can say. A tip is mandatory?! Are you kidding me. That explains a lot actually. Poor Girls probably gettin paid minimum wage or less. And Like I said the service was great but you don’t get mad when someone doesn’t tip you what you want them to tip you. Terrible...I called for a 6 pm appointment at 11am on a Sunday. The owner called me at 430 pm to move me back to 7pm ok fine. I get there at 7pm , where they continued to let me wait. At 745 i finally just walked out. There are better places for cheaper. Its a shame this place is 2 mins from my house, but Ill drive now.

Best place for couples to go if its your first time so save up 200 and get a 1 hour back massage and 50 minute foot massage believe me you will want to give them a big tip. Me and my wife will definitely go back again

I used to like this place and my last visit was today I told the lady to work on my right back is where i have my pain and she gives me the massage in her way ok. Then when Im going to paid I was going to tip 3$ just to be nice and she didnt like it she asked me for a 5$ tip I said no and she got mad and rude and say to me ok no money Im not coming anymore they greedy and rude they be asking for tips and forced you to tip 5$ I thought it was a 4 star at least and now they dont even deserve 1 star..for being greedy whit tips

Wow, wow, wow, a very good experience, my wife brought me in advance celebrating Fathers Day, 1 hour of massage, everything was perfect, relaxing music, aroma of eucalyptus essence and taking away all the stress of everyday life. The facial massage was a little bit, but very good. For those drooping eyelids, I recommend it for those wives who dont know what to give to the most fatherly father, by the way, the prices are within reach. Well see each other for another section. I liked this place!!
