$160 IN THE TRASH!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! This was the worse experience I have ever had in my life!!! Not only was the costumer service terrifying! The women said she was going to kill her self over the phone simply because I asked if I can move my appointment up and asked why I would be charged ! I was charged $20 just to have my appointment moved up, ORIGINAL appointment was at 1:45pm, I moved it to 2:30pm. And you can’t pay when you get there you have to cash app or Venmo! Very unprofessional! The Women (in the photo) who I spoke with was crying and screaming on the phone and I was so scared, I was driving in the car with my 6year old daughter while she was screaming on my speaker through the drive free head set! I was so polite to her and she lied and said I yelled at her and she hung up on me. I didn’t know what to do. I tried to calm the woman down to let her know I was thankful for her help, but she just kept talking about if she wanted to kill her self she will and I was soo scared and confused I just had questions that’s all!!! When I arrived the message was absolutely TERRIBLE! No pressure!! When I asked for more pressure the women huffed and snarled with an attitude! I have sciatica and nerve damage in my lower back, I was expecting to get a nice deep tissue massage and she never once touched my lower back!!!! This was not a real message! The women just rubbed on my body the whole time and was rushing! I almost cried when I left ! I’m so emotional writing this! I just wanted to have a spa day with my sister and I left in tears!! I didn’t even say bye or thank you because I was so emotional and couldn’t believe the money I just wasted!! -0/10 Management NEEDS TO DO BETTER !!!! The owners need to do better !!! I have never in my life experienced something like this!

ReLets is seriously, the nicest massage place I have ever been. The staff is so caring. They are sweet and caring women who are just trying to make a living, and they do so - with so much care. They talk to me like a real human being, they ask about my needs. I really appreciate how detailed they are. The facility is extremely clean, there is nice music that plays, and for the price they are offering - it is so affordable in my experience. The price is less than what I would think for the high quality of service they bring. I have been going over the course of several years and I will never go anywhere else! They charge $20 to book, which is really smart ! It helps me feel encouraged to make it to my appointment and take care of myself. Alot of places charge more. Great service. My favorite person who has worked on my body here is Coco! God Bless her heart !

Lucy gave me the most amazing massage. I didnt even tell her that my shoulder was in pain which was why I booked the massage. She found the spot within 5 minutes and worked on it and I was so impressed and amazed. I even added an extra 30 minutes because she was so great. My shoulder been sore for 5 days prior and was not getting better. After 2 days of my massage, the pain was completely gone thanks to her. I will definitely come back when I am in the area again. There are no bells and whistles about the place, but if a good massage is what you want and at an amazing price, this is definitely the place to go

My masseuse had magic fingers! I felt so relaxed and feel like every knot I had in my body was released. Rachel was also very friendly and accommodated the three of us very easily for a same day appointment. Would recommend!!

I booked massages for three of us for my best friends bachelorette weekend, none of us had ever had massages before so we were a bit nervous. The staff was so friendly and communicated with me from the time I booked until the day of the appointment. The massage was incredible and the facility is very clean. We will definitely be back!

Belated review for this amazing place! Im passionate about massages and used to get them at least twice a week back in my hometown, so Im familiar with massage quality and masseuses. The masseuse I had was highly professional and responsive to my requests. The place is very clean, and I appreciate that they dont pressure me to book additional sessions. From the receptionist to our masseuses to the affordable price, I would highly recommend this place. I had a wonderful experience coming here. We got deep tissue massages and although quite uncomfortable at some points, I could tell my body was gonna thank me. My massage therapist really worked at the knots on my shoulder blades for a while which was intense but very much appreciated. We got the 90 minute session and it was worth every penny. I can for sure see myself coming back.

Maybe because I was the last costumer? They were very rude to me from begging to end. I was treated very poorly and yelled at.I was so embarrassed I didn’t know how to react.I brought 10$ in cash but they charged 10$ for extra time! I ask if they took Apple Pay they said yes but at the end they DIDNT. So I took a picture of their Venmo and told them I DID NOT HAVE VENMO, just Zelle But I would ask my husband to Venmo them!So I was yelled at. And they called someone else, who also yelled at me.It was a gift, I would tip them, but this kind of treatment?Very very embarrassing.I’m not going back to that establishment.RE: never said Apple Cash, did say Apple PAY!And yes I know what happened, it was a bad experience yes! Establishment will never admit, you were on speaker after, before they were yelling and not talking to me! Also, if you were on the phone you could definitely hear how embarrassed I was.They were pointing and talking in another language, THEN they call you.Is not my obligation to have any of those apps! My whole family visited this spa when we were traveling Philadelphia(visited based on yelp review). We received the 60 minutes deep tissue massage, and it was an amazing experience!

Got a groupon for a couples massage.they were super straight forward massage style wise. a little rough at the beginning but when i asked for lighter pressure, it was much better. no frills, not worth paying full price IMO, it’s just fine.ladies are nice, to the point, straight to business!

What do I even say about this massage but Ill try. Lets start by saying that this massage gave me the best nights sleep that I had gotten in a hot while. Not only that but for the first time in MONTHS I had felt no pain in my body.We got the deep tissue massage. Since it was our first time getting one, we did not know what to expect. When my massage began, I felt some level of pain and discomfort; at one point I thought I was going to end up with injuries but I continued since I wanted to believe they knew what they were doing and that is how deep tissue massage is supposed to be. Needless to say, I wasnt one bit disappointed. My massage therapist was giving it her all and was quite strong. She targeted pressure points in my body that I did not know existed and when I came out of the spa, I could feel that my body had received some kind of therapy. There was some inflammatory soreness between my shoulder blades for a day or so but nothing bothersome, however, my body felt light and relaxed. 10/10 would recommend them. Oh, and not to forget - the place is quite clean so if that is one your reasons for not going to a spa, you neednt worry about it in this case.

This was my first time at this location and I had a relaxing experience. The women were very professional and kind. The massage experience was great too. Everything she did on one side, she did the exact same thing on the other side. I also don’t like talking during my massages and I appreciated that the lady I had didn’t speak much. She got out all the kinks I didn’t know I had, and my body felt relaxed when I got off the table. I would definitely go back to this location.The only thing I’d recommend is turning up the music a bit, it was kind of low. Also adding a few touches to the room like some plants and smell goods would add to the massage experience. Other than that I enjoyed myself and would recommend this location to others :)

Tl;dr: they do a good job, but don’t adhere to appointment times and don’t give you what you pay for.My partner and I recently booked a couple’s massage here, followed by a dinner reservation nearby, for a cute date night during a stressful week. On our way to ReLet’s, we received a call asking us to push back our appointment as they were behind schedule. We couldn’t do that because we would lose our dinner reservation and be charged, so we said we’d cancel and re-book for another time. But then we were told we would be charged a cancelation fee… what? So we insisted we keep our original appointment. When we arrived, we were made to wait 10 minute past our appointment time, guilted about the staff having to cut the prior couple’s massage short, and then the massage did not start until 10 minutes after being let into the room. It was supposed to be a 60 minute massage and only ended up being 45 minutes. Granted, they did a great job and listened to all of our pressure desires, focused on our most tense areas, and provided a peaceful setting. Ultimately, we were 20 minutes late to dinner and thankfully did not get charged. It had taken us a while to find a great massage spa, so while we may be back in the future, we definitely will not be scheduling anything after our appointment again.

I am visiting Philly and this is my first time at this spa. I had a very good time, the ladies are very professional and gentle. Place is nice and clean, music is very soothing too. Will definitely come here again.

The massage was fine. However, the service was terrible. I felt freezing there and asked them to turn down the AC for a bit. They told me that they couldn’t turn down the AC because it is a central one. I asked if there were other ways to make me feel less cold. They blamed me for feeling cold in the summer. They did give me an extra blanket at the end, but I didn’t like their attitudes throughout the whole time. The massage needed me to take off all my clothes, and the temperature in the room was like 15 C. By the way, I don’t know how dare they ask me for a tip…

I did not have a good experience here. The person who did my massage could not communicate with me and was yawning the whole time they were giving me a massage. I want to go somewhere that I can speak to the massage therapist about where I’m holding tension, what feels good/bad, etc. I also don’t want to be getting massages by someone that is putting in minimal effort. I will not be back.

I have been a regular customer for over a year year now. The place is always clean, and the service is consistent. Lucy has strong, knowledgeable hands and you really feel her working the knots out. The rates are quite affordable as well. I highly recommend this place if you want a solid massage without the added spa treatments.

I visited ReLets Foot Spa last weekend and enjoyed the 90min deep tissue massage. The therapist worked my knots out on my shoulders. I felt so refreshed after then. Excellent Spa. Very relaxing environment. Customer focused staff. Have been there a few times. Each massage was amazing and helped relieve stress and loosen tight muscles. Highly recommend.

I called the Spa before hand and asked for all offers available other than what is shown in their website, and I was told there were none. However, when I went to the spa on the same day, I saw several offers. I suggest being mindful regarding the same.Masseuse was okay, but she could not focus on the areas I needed help with. It appeared she expected generous tip.

Excellent massage! Was a breeze to schedule via phone with a friendly receptionist who explained the pricing and sent a reminder text with location information. I walked over so didnt have to park but parking might have been difficult, fyi. Spa is very humble and located in a building on the second floor. I got a 90 min combo- 30 min foot 60 min body. The entire 90 min was done in the couples massage room, which was nice since its a larger room. The foot massage was good. Started with a hot towel (no foot soak in water) and the typical reflexology. The therapist used medium consistent pressure on feet and calves. After the foot massage, she had me turn over on the table and did the back and leg portion. I asked for medium pressure, as I dont like it too deep. Out of the hundreds of massages Ive gotten in my life, this therapist was in the top 5 excellent techniques on the upper back. She focused the majority of the 60 min on the upper back and shoulders. The pressure was absolutely perfect and she alternated between each side with short deeper strokes and long strokes of entire back and arms. She moved my arms to the side to better massage between the scapula. Hot stones were used at the end to both soothe the muscles and go deeper with no pain. She was excellent at the stones- before putting on my back she did several passes in her hands to warm me up then did fast strokes to not burn. It felt so great. Paying was easy and I will be back next time Im in Philly!

Wow! I’m a massage connoisseur. I get a weekly massage. This is my first time in phili on a golf trip. This is by far one of the best massage I’ve ever had by Lisa. She’s a great listener. She worked on all areas I asked her to. I’m super happy we found this place.

Very professional experience. The masseuse paid expert attention to my shoulders and back. I normally feel quite a bit of tension in my back. After the massage, the relief of standing tall and straight with zero tension was incredibly satisfying. Highly recommend.

They ruined my back (more pain), they never told me to flip over and massage my front side. I was cold and they didnt try to cover me up with the sheet, always leaving me bear if the area in my body is not getting massaged on.The massage was sporadic and did not feel like a routine, thus, they do not have REAL massage therapists at this location. There is no parking in front so be prepared for that.I am new to the city and experiencing different spa areas. I never in my life went to the spa and come back where my body feels more tense after the massage.Beware!! Do not come here!

I bought a Groupon deal for a 60 minute full body massage. It was well worth it. My husband and I were happy with the service provided. Our masseuse were very knowledgeable and kept checking with us if we are doing alright with the pressure they were applying. For $5 each we had a hot stone massage as well.

The best massage Ive ever had. Ada and Lucy are majestic and I reckon the whole team is. The owner is so sweet and accommodating. This is a hidden gem and they feel like family to me. Love this place. Support these folks if you can. They deserve it! Im only in town for a bit for work but I will visit them as often as I can! I found this spot on Groupon and decided that the 1hr full body massage and 30 min foot massage deal for $77 was a steal and I had to get it! I arrived on time and was seen right away. My massage was done by Tina and she did an amazing job taking the knots out of my neck and shoulders, where I tend to carry stress and pain which was relieved after massage. My only suggestion is to have the massage lotion or oil, warmed before applying for massage. Also having the heat on low in rooms, especially during winter time, so that it doesn’t need to be turned off and on do to bring overbearing at times. Overall, with these amazing prices and good results, I’ll be booking wit ReLets again. Thanks.

Dismissive/argumentative staff. Not very accommodating. Not a place that I would ever revisit. Massage was basic with not enough pressure applied. Made zero impact whatever. Even when asked, nothing changed. Left feeling a bit irritated with my overall experience. The positive is that the place is clean. However, I would not recommend this place. Just had an amazing massage at ReLets Foot spa. Purchased a Groupon for a 30-minute foot and 30-minute body massage. Super friendly and professional front desk receptionist. Lucy was my masseuse, and she was fantastic. Often places advertise foot reflexology, but they are doing a regular massage and not actual reflexology, which puts pressure on certain points to release stress and anxiety. Reflexology rests on the ancient Chinese belief in qi (pronounced “chee”), or “vital energy.” According to this belief, qi flows through each person. When a person feels stressed, their body blocks qi.I did ask Lucy not to use too much pressure on my back and she was really careful about this. Asking throughout the massage if the pressure was okay. She did a great job, and I will schedule my next appointment with her.The Groupon price was great, but they also offer specials that are worth looking into. Especially if you pay with cash.My favorite spa closed a couple of months ago and Ive been looking for a new place. I finally found it and have already recommended ReLet to several friends.

I’ve been going to Relet’s foot spa for a couple years now and it is my favorite Chinese reflexology massage. Their massages are very affordable and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The type of massage they practice is different from traditional spas in the city. It’s a little more intense but the massage therapists there are receptive to your needs so you can always ask for less or more pressure. It’s easy to book and appointment and I usually go on Sundays or mondays to start my week off right.

I booked a couples massage with my sister yesterday. They had us get undressed in the same room without asking if that was okay. When they knocked on the door to see if we were ready, we weren’t yet and asked for another minute, but they left the door ajar while we scrambled to get comfortable on the table. That was all strange for many reasons, but then the massage was even more so. My experience was overall pretty decent, but my sister described hers as extremely painful and uncomfortable. The woman working on her hit her instead of massaged her and today she is in serious pain with absolutely no relief. I’m also in serious pain today, more so than what I should be. I understand that massages are meant to leave one sore the next day since the muscles aren’t used to being rubbed, however this feels like I’ve been genuinely hurt. Don’t fall for the Groupon deal and go somewhere nicer.

Took my daughter here for a full body & foot massage & they did in fact do as I asked & massaged her not roughly but just right so she can enjoy it according to her own preferences. Some people like to be massaged extremely rough but me & my daughter do not, so that was a plus in itself. My only complaint was that they are on the second floor & there are steps out front as well so there was not a single way for a wheelchair user like myself, to get inside which meant I had to leave back to the hotel until she was done. That part made me feel somewhat bad cause every business establishment should have wheelchair accessibility at this point. If my money is good enough to be taken than there should also be an available seat for me in the waiting area.That didnt take away from the incredible experience my daughter had. Prices may change from time to time because please keep in mind that at times they have promos or some sort of special deal that will not be available for too long. I paid $80 for 1 hr full body massage & 30 mins of a foot massage for my princess.One more thing that I was caught off guard with was when the gentleman on the phone told me the total & than told me Thats not including the tip. I replied I know & he than said, Ok just making sure you know. Tips are not an obligation but when you tell a customer some thing like that it makes you sound desparate & unprofessional. My tip would have been bigger if he hadnt said that.I do recommend them for a nice body massage for yourself or as a gift for a loved one like I did for my daughter 😊💞

They have the best massages in the Philly! I personally enjoying their deep tissue massage the most, and I will definitely be come back again.

By far the worst massage I’ve ever had. Reflexology (light foot rub) was a joke and the massage itself was a bigger joke! The person who did my massage was untrained and seemed to lack knowledge and skill. I left extremely frustrated as I was hoping to leave feeling more relaxed than when I entered. Instead I departed frustrated and annoyed for wasting my time and money! Not even a 1 star experience. I’m leaving this review several month after service because things skip my mind but this experience did NOT.

ReLet’s is the best!! I’ve gone to Lucy on a bi-monthly basis for the past three years. I refuse to go anywhere else. I have tense shoulders and she always makes an effort to work out the kinks, I honestly don’t know how she does it. Also, foot massages are so underrated- I swear they’ve made such a difference! I always leave feeling so much better than when I walked in. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for an amazing, deep tissue, clean, no frills, affordable massage!

This place has become my go to place for a spa. Being a runner and working on my feet everyday, the ladies there, especially Tina really know how to make sure its a great experience. Never had that before and it was a wonderful end to the massage.The masseuse used a strong hand on my tight muscles and made them relax. Decore plain and true to pictures. Did wish for a heated blanket under me, I like to be warm.I used to go here for foot massages but stopped during covid. Will make this part of my care regimen again.

I did a couples massage through Groupon a few months ago and it was not a good experience. First of all the cash price was cheaper then the groupon. That is something I should have looked into, fine. During the massage the woman attending me hit me on the head at least 3-4x .. like what??! The massage itself was fine minus whatever she was doing to my head BUT the timer went off and she was holding both my feet in the air and just dropped them and said okay thanks and left. I will NOT be going back here.

She kept running to management instead of asking me if it was feeling ok. I ended my 90 min massage early because I was way more stressed than relaxed. Welcoming, friendly, staff and prompt service. Was able to relax, soft music playing in background, clean environment. My therapist, Charline, was very skilled and could tell she was experienced. My boyfriend and I went here for a 60 min couples massage. The first thing Id like to note as I didnt see this on reviews or on the website but they only take reservations 2-3 days in advance. When we got there the staff was friendly but got down to buisness, they didnt ask where wed like our focus on or pressure. I dont normally like a hard pressure but it was perfect. My boyfriend also said he enjoyed his and felt it was perfect pressure. We had Ada and Coco. They did ask if we wanted hot stones or extra time on an area but we didnt feel pressured in getting it.We will definitely be going back.

Best massage EVER! I mean it - I’m not an expert but this was just so great. Lucy got into geological layers of tension I had been carrying around for months. Clean non fussy spot, deep massage, good vibes.

These ladies did a great job on me and my girlfriend. Upsold us on the hope stones too which I was very comfortable with. Good customer service. Kept asking us if we were ok with the pressure. Will be coming back later to get fort massages too.

Went once. Very nice atmosphere. Hospitable staff. My particular masseuse may have been new. She was a little harsh, but she knew it, she kept asking if it was too hard, which I could let her know, yes. She re-adjusted and all was well. Going back for reflexology!!

Not too hard to find as they texted direction to us in advance, I thought that was a nice touch. We did have a bit of a problem getting up to the floor the business was on and nobody was answering the phone at the time but as we waited they called us at the point of our appointment and we notified them we were downstairs, they proceeded to let us up. Other than that the service was excellent. One of the best messages Ive ever recieved in the city. Prices are reasonable as well. I would certainly go back.

This whole place was trash. I visited back in November. Was treated poorly since I walked in. Gave the receptionist my Groupon on my phone, which was snatched out my hand. I paid for 2 60 minute couples massage and received 30 mins of pain. They tried walking in when I was getting undressed. Had the nerve to ask me how many mins I would like 10 or 30? Umm no. Actual massage seemed like a beat down session. Also, lady was tugging down my underwear against my will. Caught lady recording in the corner of the hall behind a curtain. Also, I was charged an additional fee with the tip I gave. I didnt forget, i tried playing nice the whole time. Money back or be investigated. Congrats you both were caught! Now I want the whole world to see this. 😘

The ambiance was nice. The hot stone message was great. But there were times when the masseur was putting too much pressure. Causing back pain on the upper shoulder back. But otherwise it was a good experience. But I think on the process the masseur should confirm the pressure is too much.

Awesome place. We were running late because of traffic but they were super accommodating. The couples massage combo was amazing. Their at store discount beats Groupon prices, but it was absolutely worth it anyways.

Horrible man masseuse!! He was extremely rough stating that I was tight. My cousins had woman masseuse both said theirs was GREAT! So if you go get a woman not that man and he jipped me my cousins said their hands, scalp & forehead was done he did not do my hands or none of that, the WORST massage ever & that was my Mothers Day treat to myself damn him😨😠😡

It was s amazing gift from my children but then I saw a price list and they paid $25 more on Groupon and the Gentemanat the front desk said there is no tip and that I am suppose to tip her I was going to do it any way but got distracted at the price list the women excellent but the man seemed very i’m professional no customer should feel as if they have to pay a tip !!! This place is weird. Not professional over the phone. They say, walk-in is fine, then they say no. Ask weird questions. Sounds like they were arguing on the phone, because one said yes and the other said no. Weird, rude, unprofessional and no sense of respect for their customer on the phone.

Called for an appt and the nice lady told me they could accommodate us in 10 min heres what to expectWe booked couples massage w hot stone*private room you need to undress because they use oil*starts off w some foot acupressure then hot towels wrapped on your legs then massage*lots of stretching and trying to get thise knots out ;)* last 5min is the hot stones-oh so good relaxing and a wake up at the same timeSuper nice staff, try it if youre in the area

They were very heavy handed and didnt care about the work they just cared about the pay. She rushed through the whole session and it was extremely cold in there. And they forced me to pay a tip to the lady even when she didnt finish the time I paid for.
