X O Lounge

1st of all this establishment is an AFTER HOURS CLUB! Meaning it doesnt get busy until about 1:30-2 am. We were visiting Philadelphia for a week and checking out places to go. We were charged $20 at the door (which is not ylthe problem) we arrived at 11 pm and I paid a total of $60 just to enter BUT upon entering the club was completely empty except for the security for the evening. I feel that the people at the door could of and SHOULD have asked if we knew what type of place this was and gave us the chance to make a choice for ourselves. It is cash at the door which I had to go up the street to pull (after directed to do so by the front door people) after entering I saw there was an ATM just upstairs. I truly believe they did not let me us it so I didnt see the empty club. After walking in we went down and asked for a refund but was told they would not refund our money but would remember us and let us back in later in the night.I found it all to be very deceptive and I will never be going back there for that reasons.

I think I went to the wrong spot. This was not the XO I remember it was quiet had a security guard that did a rather aggressive pat down. There were 2 women inside I guess greeting and said it cost $20 to get in I said no thanks and walked out. Goodbye XO thanks for the memories of your heyday.

Its a very spacious lounge customer service 10 out of 10 is now called room service and in the front is actually called Black lotus and I love that is six black men that owns it and the security is top-notch they will make you feel very safe I give it a 10 out of 10

Bartender was the best and the guy that great us the team is the best
