This store I would recommend to anyone. The people who work in this store truly care about their customers. If they don’t know an answer to your question they do whatever they can to find the answer for you. They truly go over and beyond for their customers. The environment there makes you feel at home for how kind and caring the employees are. They also have a wide variety of products, they have pretty much everything there.

There is a huge selection here with a focus on Delta 8 and Kratom products at the moment. The prices are reasonable (with the exception of a few things), but most importantly the staff are incredible! They aren’t pushy and are so friendly every time I visit. I never feel rushed or unwelcome and it’s a calm environment in the store. If you’ve never been to a smoke store before this is probably one of the best first places to go.

Never is open on time when the regular woman is off. She is the only one with knowledge of products. Other employees are not trained and clueless. Fix the damn door so it doesn’t slam. Stop changing store around its stupid. Never a pleasant experience without the normal lady working and your point system doesn’t work and totally sucks cause I spend $100’s in the store and never get the correct coupons. Used to be much better. I have been shopping there for several years and Wendy was the most knowledgeable person. She guided me and helped me figure out what I needed. How could you possibly get rid of the only qualified adult? The others are not knowledgeable about products and gave me some bad information. I will take my business elsewhere and I suggest you do also.

Awesome shop. Very helpful employees when looking for a product. Wide selection of products.Unfortunately, they switched their type of gift cards about a year ago. If you happen to have the type from before the switch, you’re Pretty much screwed. They have a “tech guy” that should be able to tell them what’s left on your card to reimburse you/give you a new card ... but he apparently doesn’t answer the phone. I waited for 2 weeks to hear back from somebody about the issue, until I finally decided to call the shop myself. The employee on the phone seemed to be uninterested and unconcerned about my issue and let me know that if the tech guy ever called back, they’d let me know. Great customer service !!!! You guys really want to keenyour customers happy !

This place is amazing. The set up, the style, the selection, the quality and the prices. The service was excellent. The employee that assisted me was Dave and he certainly exceeded my expectations. He made me feel welcome the moment I walked in. I am very grateful that Dave was not only well educated on each product in detail, but that he was also extremely genuine about making sure that I walked out with what I needed. No more, as most would only being interested in making money and selling as much as possible. And no less, by asking me all the right questions so he could get a better idea of whatwould be best for me, as an individual. I was referred to Holy Smokes by a Friend, I wasnt really sure what I was looking for but when I arrived there I was greeted by a worker and he was very knowledgable and was able to help me with all of my needs. I found the prices very fair. When I had gotten home I called to ask a question... The person who sold me my items was done his shift, I then spoke with a very nice well spoken female who was able to help me with my questions. I all around had an AWESOME experience. Keep up the great work! I will be returning there in the future! Well worth the ride!

Excellent selection of CBDs, but terrible customer service and clearly dishonest employees. We left the store and looked at our receipt and realized wed been charged for something that we didnt buy. I called immediately to say a mistake was made and Id be right back. When I returned, a different associate (supervisor or senior employee maybe?) had my receipt reprinted with the mistaken item already circled. He told me right away that he would put it back on my card but it would take a few days, but I had paid cash. He then called his supervisor because apparently, they cant open the cash drawer for refunds. After he got off the phone, he told me the most he could offer was a discount on a future purchase. When I told him that this was unacceptable, he offered me a store credit. I told him again, thats not acceptable. The young lady who rung me up then told me if she had the money, shed give it to me? Why would she say that unless shed rung the item up on purpose for herself and hoped I didnt notice. We did leave with cash but not before hearing them discuss which of them would pay for it. They tried to scam me and I strongly advise that you make sure you know EXACTLY what youre paying for before you pay. I thought the total sounded high, but thought that my husband added something that I missed and he thought the same about me. Im glad I checked before I left the area. They had a great selection but I will never go back.

The people working here were really friendly and helpful! I was looking for a very specific piece and although they didn’t have it, they found an alternative that does the job. They searched all over the store for it and were very apologetic and genuine. They have a massive collection so I’m sure I was a tad unlucky. I highly recommend and they definitely deserve a 5 star rating.

I went to the Northeast BM with my girl and was honestly was just in the market for a new dab rig but, was debating on a new glass rig or treating myself to a nice E-Rig like a puffco...So the guy working there Joe was a huge help he took his time and was super informative about everything and any questions that my girl or I had he was able to answer them all. Joe made my shopping experience there fun, that I actually spent way more $ than I planned on spending and thats an understatement lol... I would recommend Black Market smoke shops to anyone that is into the canna culture and or people that vape and have a need for the products they carry. If you do take my advice and stop in the Grant Plaza store or any other Black Market locations please do yourself a favor and ask for Joe or if he is working.

Worst customer service I have ever seen . I will never step foot back in there. Completely disgusted4/12/2016 - To respond to your comment lets back up completely. This is the third not the first time of bad service.This was the last time i was going to deal with it. I have spent a lot of money there and have bought NOT one but three mods there. Your sales team told me they will hold it till whenever the tech guy comes back and it would be a charge of 10 dollars. Your employee rolled their eyes and had a horrible attitude. Lets get your facts 100 percent correct first. I would not ever step back in there ever again , the moment I walked out and i went somewhere else where I explained what occurred at your horrible business and my vape was fixed that day with the most respect I have ever seen. Remember this is the same store who sold me clone coils and NEVER once told me they were clones. Your staff a year ago was a lot better to what it has been the past year. What else can I say? Inviting environment, personable staff, variety of product, good pricing. And I dont have to go down into Center City to get what I need. These guys take care of their customers and are willing to work with them if they have a budget. Also know their product very well and can point you in the right direction of what youre looking for. Definitely wanted to recommend them. Great guys...great shop!

I went here today for the first time to look at their cbd products. The people were nice, I’m bad at names but it was a girl and guy. She helped me choose some flower, a bong, and grinder and I got a couple edibles. I didn’t think the prices were too bad but I don’t know what to compare them too. I’ll definitely be back though because they have a great selection especially if you need to get something in person.

Customer service was excellent. This will be my new go-to store for everything vape. Went today for a non-working Breeze 1 and left with a good feeling and a working device. Prices are awesome sauce as well.

I love this place. I stopped in today. They have a VAST amount of products, and all things CBD. The girls were AMAZING! I dont know when I have had a better interaction in a store. They were extremely knowledgeable of their merchandise. The setup of the shop, and their varied selection of goods was impressive. Did I say that I loved the girls?? I also got a new music artist to check out! Oh and they have shops in center city as well....and CBD edibles, and coffee, tea and hot sauce etc...A shopping BONANZA! GO!

Lots of products and sales girl was super friendly. However apparently ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS. Its not posted clearly in the store and theyre wayyyyy overpriced, products can be found close by way cheaper. When I called with overpricing questions, staff member was extremely rude and nasty. Go someplace else for your smoking/vaping supplies!

Went in with a rig problem (brand new peak pro wasnt working) and a really sympathetic guy Joe had no problem replacing it and making sure it worked properly! I honestly expected to be told to take it up with puffco but he really went above and beyond to make my purchase worth it. Really glad I chose them so much so I would rate it 10 stars if I could 👍

This place was so nice to visit/shop from. The pieces are beautiful and the people are so sweet! They let me take my time picking what I wanted, and even took some pieces out to compare. I am so happy with what I purchased! And because of the quality of the products and people, I am definitely coming back whenever Im in the Philly area again.

Been here twice, each time was a great experience. New to vaping so these guys have been a great help. This time my husband and I brought new vap mods. We took them home and thought we knew how to fill them but didn’t do such a great job, lol. It’s started leaking really bad. We took them back and Jim and Zach took both units apart, cleaned them really good. Even filled them to make sure it didn’t leak anymore. Now they work perfect. Thanks guys, your the best!!!!

If you dont know jack about vapes, tanks, mods, salts, juice, whatever, theyll answer any questions you have and get you set up. If its quitting smoking by transitioning to vape, then tapering down your nicotine intake- or just sitting around your apt and blowing super thick smoke rings that smell like a pineapple mango milkshake like a tool, black markets got you covered.

Never disappointed when I take my shopping needs to Holy Smokes. Always greeted by a friendly staff who will make sure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. Sometimes I see myself leaving with more than I planned on buying. This necessarily isnt a bad thing. In my opinion Holy Smokes is one of the best Shops around town.

I love this shop. Everyone there is super friendly, helpful and informative. Some things are slightly higher priced or about the same as most other places like it but they have a perks type of program where you earn points for $$ off your bill. And i mean they build up fast and you can get $5, $10, $15 or $20 off your purchase. So when you add the rewards of that program i think their prices are fair. They are always very nice from the second you walk in, youre always greeted by whoever is working atm and they always take the time to answer any questions you have about any of their products. Also i trust them as my kratom and cbd supplier. They have their products lab tested and honestly they just seem to know their sh*t and have helped me tremendously in my experimental search for the best combination of supplements to help my chronic RA pain in a natural way. I cant say enough about how great this place is other than to say i barely ever write reviews so a place has to stand out (good or bad) for me to write one. ive been going here for over a year now, i even won a raffle that they had. They are very good to their customers and also nice to chat with when its not busy.

This place is real dope. As soon as you walk in you are greeted kindly by the employees. The vibe of the place feels soft and welcoming. The employees feel like they are actual humans not just people who want to sell you product and kick you out. Definitely going back!

Went in here a few times with some buddies. All they really had was a bunch of cheap China glass behind the curtain and its all overinflated price wise almost three times what its worth ordered online. Their American made glass is scarce and also overpriced. Staff wasnt very helpful either and seemed to rather be on their phones than talk to customers. This place is ripping you off and they know it. Save your money and spend it elsewhere unless you like buying knockoff products for more than their worth and being treated like a nuisance. Theyre doing a promotion now that if you review them they give you $5 off your purchase. Youre going to need it. Hell mention this review as well and use my $5 off because I certainly wont be using it.

My vape pen stopped working after two weeks, I had the receipt and box, the guys checked it out, could not determine if it was faulty, but they replaced the vape pen for me even thou their policy is no returns. I appreciated that, the replacement pen is still working fine after a month. Salesperson was knowledgeable about CBD oil, store is big, clean, interesting and staff all seem to be well mannered.

Bad service, asked a simple question about my other options on getting a herbal type of vape juice instead of the regular flavors, cause I heard good things about that product and he just looked at me with a blank stare and had no idea what I was talking about. I asked him why he never heard about it since he works at a vape place and this should be common knowledge and he still gave me a dumb/blank stare. Not really sure if these good reviews are authentic or not but my experience was sub par and will not be coming back here again.

So I have quite a few things to say here... Theyre great, fantastic, friendly, have super competitive prices and best of all an unbelievable selection of pretty much any glass piece you could imagine and a great vape selection as well! Love this place, 10 out of 5, but Google doesnt get that, so 5/5 must go!

About 2 weeks ago i stopped by to purchase a oil vape. I asked the young lady at the counter for assistance because i was not well informed on the item I was looking to purchase. I told her my friends told me the price range of what i was looking for is $15 - $30 the lady started showing me my options. The other staff person(male) interrupted her with the cheapest youre gonna find is $60 but would be wise to buy the one for $99 cause you get what you pay for and i dont want to have to another in a week.... i went to a smoke shop near by and the sales rep immediately showed me one for $12 its been working fine so not only could i find it for 500% less but i feel like this guy tried to pull one over on me. I have lost trust in holy smokes.

I went to Holy Smokes to test out their inventory and boy was I impressed. Top of the line, quality vape equipment and experience. The employees are friendly, personable, and detail oriented. They will answer all your questions without an issue. I’m going to make this my go to vape shop!

I was sold a defective whip it dispenser, after getting home and realizing I called and explained that it wasnt working and if I could exchange it, they told me to bring it in with the receipt and it would be up to the manger. I drove 45 mins. back to the store just for them to use one of my canisters and tell me it worked fine, I went back out to the car to try it. Seeing it still didnt work I went back into the store and saw that the manger was no longer out front but in the back of the store I told the girl that helped me that it still wasnt working and if she could show me how she got it to work. When she explained that it didnt and they used a different one to pop my canister I asked if I could exchange it and she told me no that all she could do was sell me another one for 5.00 less then what it was (25.00). I asked to speak to the manger and she told me he wouldnt come out to talk to me. To top it off I couldnt return anything because one of the canisters was popped and the dispenser was broken, which they said was my fault. Bottom line.... their prices are ridiculously high, their products are crap, and their service is atrocious. Need a better smoke shop go to Lallous in willow grove, everything over all there is way way better.

BEWARE. They do not accept credit cards. which is fine. I then used my debit card and was charged a $3.00 ATM fee! !! I had no idea. I just called them and spoke with T.CALDWELL the man who also had rung me up then, when I saw this on my bank statement, and he said theres nothing I can do. Will not return...

Love this shop (on grant ave). The first thing you notice is the huge selection. Lots of different products and ejuices from a variety of vendors. There are a lots of mixed reviews about this place. I will tell you straight up that they are a little bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. Every product ive ever received from them has been VERIFIED AUTHENTIC. They do have some of their own products as well. According to one of their employees who look at the yelp reviews, they offer a 6 month no questions asked warranty. that would explain the prices. Like is said, ive never had to return anything EVER and ive been shopping there for a few years. The employees at Grant Ave are very knowledgable. They are all quirky, especially the lady who works there lol shes funny as hell. But overall, i have nothing bad to say about this store. All pleasant experiences. Ill go there all the time just for their selection of ejuices.

What a great experience, I found the place after being at a local restaurant for a funeral luncheon and what a treat. Anything in this store can be purchased online for a mere fraction of the price they charge. They wouldnt make good on a return after two days of purchase with original packaging and reciept. Ive patronized this store all of last year, no more. For not replacing or refunding one of their products they lost a customer for life.

I have been here a bunch of times. I purchase vape juice and I used to purchase coils as well. Recently I have had a problem with purchasing coils for my g priv 2. Every time I come in, they never have the one I need. Today they finally had them but instead of helping me out with the inconvenience I always encounter when I come in, I was told that they only sell the coils in packs. Every other vape shop that I have been to sells them individually. Also, considering the fact that they never have them, you would think they would help me out. Customer is always right and should be helped out if it is the shops fault for not having the products. I think Im done shopping at Holy Smokes. Inconsistent at best.

Good shop knowledgeable staff pricey. I purchased a vape pen and CBD cartridge went back and bought another cartridge same employee who sold me vape pen. Returned with cartridge a female employee tried to sell me another vape pen I told her I didnt want to make a purchase wouldnt return cartridge. I explained that Holy Smokes sold me the vape pen and I just wanted a cartridge that would work with the vape pen they sold me. NO! Then I write a review and notify Visa now all of a sudden theyre offering me a free vape pen, sorry your customer service is too little too late?

Really a nice store and selection but come in informed or prepare to overpay. Oh and dont bank on the associates giving you assistance without attitude.I dont hate this place, but other local shops are better IMHO

Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the girl who helped my wife and I, she had purple hair and pointed me in the right direction with cbd flower best suited for my needs. She also helped my wife find a cbd oil that she would definitely recommend to others.

Terrible. Overpriced. and they sell you most utter crap at over prices cost. Never going back again. They are selling magic flight box for $145!!! When it retails for $125. Wtf? Do not waste your time buying here. Crazy greedy and they wont get any business for over charging people.

Its a nice place with a wide selection of ridiculously overpriced items. I went in to pick up a few vape supplies and the mark up was insane. When leaving the store, I felt like I was robbed. I only got minimal items and decided to order on the internet. One example: A cartridge they sold me for $6.99 was only .68¢. RIP OFF.

With the FDA cracking down it leaves there hands tied . I would suggest to anone if you have a problem go in and talk with them like a person . To get respect you should also give it .Just so you know there is nothing wrong with Clone Mods depends on what you buy . American companys make a better product then these imports people love . ALso Off brand Mods are great as well .Holy Smokes is a great place to shop , great staff and good selection especially e juice . They up sale the crap out of their products, make them sound great and wonderful. For example, I bought a Pax vaporizer and only when I got home to use it did I find that the bowl, oven, pot, whatever you want to call it, is so small you are so inconvenienced ti keep replacing dry product. I called to express my concerns and get a refund ad there are NO REFUNDS. ALL SALS ARE FINAL. I will never ever shop here again.

I went in to get some shisha flavors. I asked the guy how much each one was and he said around $11 so I got 3, I also grabbed a small mini tong and today my credit card shows a charge of $53. I definitely think I got overcharged:/

Great customer service. They have 3 locations (two downtown) and are rebranding their company as Black Market. They have a phenomenal selection of just about anything. The glassware is in the back display, while vape tools, CBD, nootropics, rolling papers, etc.They are aware of the shortage of juul pods (especially mango which will cost you an extra $5 over the other flavors). However, they also have a good variety of juul compatible cartridges with similar nicotine percentages at much cheaper prices. One brand in particular has great flavors (named MNGO) and offers 5 pods at 6% nicotine for $21 and some change. While you may be hesitant to switch over,you should talk to the people working there (they REALLY know what they are doing and are not trying to rip you off).They will also be able to help you with any questions.Another great quality about this place is they have their own supply of CBD strains in various forms (bud, tinctures, concentrate, etc). While they have name brands like Kind Pen, they also grow their own buds similar to Charlottes Web. Bud is thoroughly cured and is definitely great.Just a professional feel to this place and the feeling you have more options than whatever product smoke shops usually try to switch you over to.

Nice selection but mostly cheap china stuff at 3x the price of the internet. I bought eye glass pipe case at wonderland it was $14 and at holy smokes it was $32! They did have a selection of penis pipes if your into that ha. The person working there was either really high or really dumb. He kept dropping his phone while talking to us. He hesitated every time to say tobacco pipe. I wouldnt buy anything there.

Bought vape gear here in the past had no problem initially. Turns out the battery I thought was a Samsung 25R was actually a clone and they sold an IPV mini II at the price of recent high end equipment, which was their discounted price. I just recently bought an authentic Samsung 25R and now notice the difference clear as day.

Normally I would say it was a great experience but due to a very rude woman that interrupted us while we were already being helped by one of her nicer and better coworkers I left not buying anything I was planning on buying lots of things but because of that I may not even go back hopefully they fix the problem and address this situation this will hurt the business immensely

Our Company was called out to fix the heat at the Juniper St. Location. The bill was never paid, and after multiple attempts to collect, Frank Datillo has failed to respond. If a man cant pay his debts, I can only imagine how bad his other business practices may be.

Been buying kratom from here for about a year, the staff is great, but lately ever since they switched their kratom bottle labels, the quality of kratom is not even close to how it was before. The last 3 times I got white sumatra and green maeng da, the quality and potency was completely off. Normally these 2 strains give you energy but instead they had a similar effect to a red borneo or bali. The color of maeng da was even a tone lighter than the usual dark green.Would appreciate if you guys fixed this. I dont mind the price (even though online its cheaper), but what kept me coming back is the quality.

Holy smokes is a good smoke shop only reason Im giving them to stars is because theyre always put down all their head shops an artifacts is one of the best ones around on Cottman Avenue whenever I go in the holy smokes the prices are so expensive and they dont seem to care about their customers they used to when they first opened but I wouldnt go back there again theres a cheap place up on verree Road thats a head shop their prices are really good and they have really decent stuff there and if they dont have it in order it for you is its Red Lion and verree artifacts would be my number one pick

Terrible experience!!!!! I’ve being doing kratom for over 4 years from multiple different sources and I just recently gave their kratom a try! They have the MOST expensive kratom around and it’s not even good! also their vape selection is poor and way overpriced as well!!

Ive purchased a pack of aspire cleito coils from here and after going through 5 coils in two days I realized there was an issue so i checked the authenticity with the manufacturer and the coils are counterfeit on top of that he sells them for twice the amount you can get them for onlineAlso purchased a pack of smok baby beast coils and guess what they were counterfeit as well so im sure the owner knows he’s purchasing counterfeit coils its not just a 1 time issue

They repackage Chinese bangers and sell it as “original holy smokes” brand for $35, these things cost like $9.99-$19.99 everywhere else... at least get some real American quality quartz if you’re gonna charge American quartz prices ...
