Mark and Jeff are always so helpful. Ive been going to this store for about a year and these guys never let me down! They are so kind and knowledgeable. They test the majority of their products before selling them and are always willing to talk about anything. Plus they always make sure to give the best prices. Im sad Im moving away because this is by far the best shop Ive EVER been too. They truly do care about their business and customers. Even though I come in infrequently theyve remembered me from day one. Id never shop anywhere else if I were staying in the area!!

I love this place! Everything is reasonably priced. Juices are on point(they have a great bundle). The guys in there take their time with everyone who walks in. I never feel robbed or cheated leaving there like i do a some places(artifax & holy smokes). If they dont stock it they will order it for you. now that philly vapes and love vapes closed lucky clouds is really the only good neighborhood vape shop in the ne!

Mark & Jeff, guided me, an inexperienced Kratom user, . My experience has been a night and day difference! I am a double leg amputee, on medication (Gabbapentin) and depression/ anxiety meds ( Zoloft). I am 3 days taking kratom, off my pain/ anxiety meds.. it’s a whole new world for me! No side effects.. wish I would’ve tried Kratom sooner! pay Mark & Jeff a visit! Tell them Debbie sent ya!, nothing ventured, nothing gained!

This place is great! The perfect shop for beginners! Its not your typical vape shop with a bunch of kids hanging out In there, who make you feel like you are bothering them when you ask them questions. The guys who work there are very friendly and try and help you the best they can. Walking into some shops can be pretty intimidating especially being a woman. Not here! They always make you feel welcome. Their juices are on point too! Give em a shot you wont be disappointed.

Such a great local shop. Wonderful customer service and selection of smoking accessories. They are always adding new things and have a huge selection of vapes and juices that they make themselves. I am always pleased after visiting here and mention it to all of my friends to stop by and check out the place. Its not a large store run by a corporation but a quaint place owned by two great guys. Keep up the good work lucky clouds and stop by if youre ever in the neighborhood.

Been coming here for at least 6 months now and since day one it’s been like going over to a family member house lol. Forreal these guys are very professional and knowledgeable. I come here so much now I’ll be at the next thanksgiving.

I went to buy a replacement cartridge because mine broke. Not only did they know exactly what I needed, they also helped me transfer my juice right in the store! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Good prices too =)

Ill start off by saying that if I didnt love the customer service here before, then after today I am extremely pleased by the way they deal with customers. I forgot that they were not open on Sundays. I took a trip there, got out the car and started to walk towards the shop. Another guy was walking towards the shop at the same time. It was one of the owners who proceeded to open up the shop and let me in to make a purchase. Not only did he allow me to make a purchase but he gave me a discount as well. Wow!! Customer service at its finest. One suggestion...I always buy the flavor exacta or something like that and would love to have that same flavor just a little stronger or sweeter. Maybe you can call it exacta extreme or reloaded. Other than that, it is a blessing to have such great owners who believe in customer service when a lot of the other shops around, fall short in this category.

THIS PLACE HAS GO TO BE THE MOST AMAZING VAPE SHOP IN THEIR TOWN, respectful, willing to help and all the knowledge to your questions that you can think of. Went in to get a Aegis Legend 200w, came out with a triple mesh and 2 dual mesh coils and great tasting juices 10/10 will always visit again. check them out great deals, great location, great place only draw back is I couldnt stay longer. really friendly people.. GO CHECK THEM OUT ASAP!

Would recommend this place in a heart beat! Came in wanting to learn how to vape so I could quite smoking and the owner was so informative!! Their juices are all house made and FDA approved.. he gave us many tips on how to keep our vape going. And said if we ever needed help never hesitate to come and ask questions. He didn’t let us leave until satisfied and questiones asked!!

This place is awesome, they help out with everything you need and go far beyond it. I travel 35 minuets just to go there vs the other million vape shops near me.
