Vape O2 Chinatown

The guy who helped me buy my Vaporesso device a few weeks ago was wonderful. His name was Cal. He even matched the color of my device to the color of my nail polish. With his help I was able to stay well under my budget and get a quality device and good juice flavors. He was very patient and welcoming. Answered all of my questions and helped me adjust my airflow after I set up the device in the shop. 10/10 experience. Please give Cal a raise.

This place has absolutely ruined me, and I say that in the best possible way. I cannot go to another place for my vape-related needs. The staff here is so knowledgeable, so kind, that you feel like family the second you walk in. I will travel out of my way or even wait and struggle with my nicotine addiction until I get a chance to go here, knowing the product I get will be both fresh and priced similarly to online.I cannot recommend this place enough. If you own it, you need to give a huge raise to the manager of the Chinatown location. No lie, his customer service skills exceed legitimately anybody I’ve ever met in my life, and every time I go in there and there are other customers, he seems to be making new lifelong customers while paying attention to everybody. Kudos.

This spot always get me lit 🔥. The team here is very attentive and they have plenty of products to offer. You’ll definitely find something you like. Also, great rewards program they offer as well😏

Went in and got mansplained by the guy there, even after I said I knew what I was looking for. not too suprising though considering most vape/smoke shops are male owned and run, and expect women to not know anything about it.

They used to be a good vape shop now they’re just a drug dispensary.

Went in not sure of what i wanted, but was interested in some dessert flavors. Was recommened blueberry cereal donut milk flavor juice and it didnt disappoint

This is a correction. I left a review on the wrong vape. 02I have been going to the one in Chinatown for over a year. Now my initial experience was great. I came in the employees were very nice very very helpful and I came out very satisfied. I quit smoking cigarettes to start vaping and it’s been the best decision I have made, on that they have great flavor juices a lot of selection they’re very reasonably priced for that uses the pods the entire vape System, and the workers there know what they’re talking about. Every time I go in I come out happy.

Appreciate the time spent down in Chinatown. Great people. Didn’t have a clue where to begin, being the I wanted to experience the vape life. The Guys were very helpful, walked me through the ins and outs. “Nice smoke, great food” in this area. Well worth it!

Everyone here is so helpful. My favorite vape is Loy brand and they have such a large variety to choose from and no hesitation on ordering what you want. These are hard to find in my area..Also-many incentives w their rewards program for frequent shoppers. All employees are courteous and welcoming.

Friendly staff with extensive knowledge in mods and liquids. Seemed a little pricey in my opinion but the girl who helped me was able to recommend what juice would work best for my needs. Definitely would visit again!

First time trying cbd, they had so many products so I had a lot of questions. The lady working there took the time to explain every one to me, which ones better for sleep or what I can start my day with. I love the cbd tea I got and will definitely stop back for the cbd honey to go with it. Im so happy to find this shop in my neighborhood with prices that are in my budget !

Ive always been very hesitant on quitting smoking, and never gave vapes a chance until I came here. They took the time to explain all types of different brands, flavors, what works for me specifically, ect. Im very happy with prices and service, this shop will be around for quite some time... 5 stars all day
