Only place in the area that gave me trouble when I called to ask their prices so I could compare prices with other shops, to see which shop I could afford to go to. They did tell me the prices but they had a bit of an attitude about it. Said they couldnt tell me prices over the phone but did it anyways? Which I did appreciate but yeah, not crazy about the customer service. The other two places in walking distance of me were friendly and straight up when I called them.If its company policy to not tell you any information over the phone or give you a hard time, so be it, but I can just go elsewhere.

Awesome store. Great owners. They have everything you could need and take the time to show you how to use it too. No pushy sales or over priced products. All around fantastic place and I couldnt ask for a better shopping experience. I highly recommend!

The guys who work here are super helpful and knowledgeable. I am relatively new to vaping and they always take plenty of time to make sure I get products I am happy with. There are plenty of shops closer to me but I make a point to continue coming here. Plus they have the cutest dog which is just a bonus.

The owner Steve was cool and really helped me out because I personally dont Vape but was purchasing for someone who does. He was very helpful and friendly and explained everything I needed to know. Thanks Steve. Please use this guy he can use all the help hes a small business owner. I drove down from Belmont Hills and he waited for me to get there. Cool as hell, thanks Steve I appreciate it and will be using your store even though there are a few vape shops closer.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I went in for one thing, they convinced me to get a more reliable, more expensive item, which died after two days. When I called, I was told that I had to go through the manufacturer, who told me it isnt under warranty. If it was 6 months old, ok, my problem. But two days? I cant recommend them anymore.

Nice place inside. Clean and friendly. The employee Mark there helped me with my mod parts and hooked it all up perfectly. Even went the extra mile to meet me after hours to fix a problem i had with my mod later on. Highly recommend you check this place out. Ask for Mark he knows his stuff and is a cool guy.

Came here before. Had a good experience and got what I needed. Staff was nice. Came back for more juice. Sign says open at 11am. Not the case. Guess they went out of business. Cause USPS mailbox is overly full. Sad.

Just went in for the second time just for juice. Its a great spot, good deals and product. And the girl who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. And not to mention absolutely beautiful. She could have talked me out of a kidney.

Spent over $135 for me, my wife and friend for nothing. When i called to explain how all 3 of our 1 week old brand new vapes were not working properly the owner simply told us that its not his problem.

This place is great! I moved from across the county to philly, and this has become my new hometown vape shop. They remember who you are and what juice you buy, usually by the third visit! Very chill vibe as well. Good selection of Vapes and juices.

Best vape shop around. I literally would never go anywhere else. The guys are friendly. They provide honest advice about what you should purchase. They make great suggestions on flavors. They have the best prices and they never try to make you spend more than you have to (not to mention, they always have some kind of sale going on). I hate a lot of vape shops because its such a Vape Bro culture, but the guys at Vapordelphia are wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. They love vaping and they have top notch customer service. The guys know my favorite juice, have great suggestions, and want you to have an awesome experience. They also have a frequent buyer/points system with great rewards (free juices, discounts, and if you hit 2000 or so points, theyll give you $150 of free merchandise). Its the only vape shop Ill visit!EDIT: Its just the owner running everything now since they reopened after lockdown. He is absolutely wonderful and I still recommend Vapordelphia to everyone I know. Great guy, and again, super knowledgeable on all things vaping related. WEAR YOUR MASK when you stop in!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I havent vaped in a few years but had an idea what I was looking for on a device and juices. In and out in about ten minutes. Super chill, highly recommended. Definitely better than the stereotypical vape shop.

Decent little shop right off of south street. Staff were very knowledgable and helped me get what I needed without any fuss. Can definitely recommend if you either live in the city or are visiting south street and need supplies. Check them out.

Very disappointed in this place... I been going here for over a year but I usually dont buy my devices from there. I recently brought a aspire puxos and havent even had it longer then two weeks and its broke. I went I into the shop and you clear can clearly see the device wouldnt stop turning and something snapped off which is clearly a manufacturing problem. I never dropped this device or nothing but I was just offered to buy another device. I think theres better vape shops in Philadelphia and New Jersey that would be more helpful with a faulty device.

Best vape shop in philly. Havent had a cigarette in 6 months and these guys are a huge help. Watch out though, that French bull dog is cute as hell...but his butt stinks!

I switched from the juul to the Orion and the guys helped me throughout the process of picking my new vape machine and they were patient and knowledgeable with me. I would recommend anyone to come here.

Its like all vape shops have the same type of people that dont really want to help you unless you look a certain way. I got what I wanted thats about the only good thing about this place.
