Ive been seeing Alexandra once per month for like 6 years now, I think. Definitely since before the pandemic. Anyway, shes great and everyone else has always been super nice and accommodating. I always look forward to my massage once per month.

The worst massage envy location I’ve been to. No customer service. Everything just seems chaotic. My facial was 20 minutes long. Not relaxing at all. Just seemed like she got a an exfoliating pad put it on my face for 10 minutes took it off and wiped my face and put some moisturizer on. She didn’t even bother closing door or dimming light. I felt ripped off. My face broke out the next day. Not sure if she even used proper products.

Massage Envy on Camelback is great! If you want a phenomenal deep tissue massage, Leonardo is the man. If you want a facial and good skin care product recommendations, Tavah is your gal!

An exceptional massage at ME in Flagstaff. Intake staff was most pleasant, ensuring comfort and setting expectations on wait time, which was as scheduled. The massage was all I needed and more. KaylaS is very professional, adaptive to my feedback and thorough to the areas needing more attention.

Vanessa is amazing at what she does. She is the only therapist I will schedule with. She does deep tissue and knows the right pressure! Amazing

Try the customized facial with Jenny. She is very knowledgeable and ensures you get exactly what you want. The shoulder massage was sooo relaxing. I can’t wait to come back next month. I immediately booked my next appointment.

UPDATE: even when they agreed to the refund after fraudulently charging me they processed the refund onto the wrong card that was old. They can’t even rectify their own problems correctly.Avoid this location and membership at all costs. The staff that runs the counter are beyond incompetent and like the make mistakes/charge you when you’ve cancelled your membership then blame you. They take advantage of people terribly here.I would like to also state that this is no reflection on the estheticians or therapists they’re wonderful. The front desk has ruined the reputation of this location and I’m beyond mad that I’m still fighting for money back when they took it illegally.

I’ve been a loyal Massage Envy customer for 12 years. Second time in row they cancel on me day of the massage. Both times unapologetic that it’s been done and unhelpful with trying to reschedule. No sort of assistance offered for the inconvenience.

Fabian is one of the Best therapists at Massage Envy at Camelback location. I appreciate his care for the client as well as his skills and professional manner.

Jenny is the best! If you want/need a facial of any kind, she is your gal. I ended up at this location one day because it’s close to work, and I have come here since, all because of Jenny.

Massage and facial services are great. Make sure you book with Mercedes for a massage!I do have one complaint, they recently remodeled and took out a warm inviting waiting room that had a fireplace and plants, and replaced it with a cement dentists office. My picture generously doesnt capture the stark coldness of the room.

Extremely unsatisfied. I have been trying to cancel my membership for months, and have been lied to multiple times now. They have now told me approximately 6 times that they have canceled my account and 6 months later, I am still being charged. Never received a refund. I will be contacting corporate with this information.

Went for massage. Went for full body massage even told the therapist I wanted all over but they only did arms legs and back didn’t even do head, shoulders or feet. Will not be back to this location they don’t know what they’re doing.

Alyssa is an absolute gem! She remedied an issue in the beginning that left a sour taste, suddenly sweet! Can’t wait for my appointments coming up.

June 2020- I continue to use this location with a different massage therapist. Simeon (Simon) has a great touch and technique for me. I am so relaxed by the end of the 90 minute session that I dont want it to end. He is polite, kind and offers a very good massage experience. He will adjust if you want more or less pressure. Hes not a talker, which is ideal for me. I prefer quiet time where he - and I can focus attention on me. If youre looking for conversation during your session, thats not his style. If youre looking for a great massage, Simon is your guy.April 2018- Had a great experience at ME Camelback location. I read many of the reviews including a couple that recommended Ed Bailey, a massage therapist with 13 yrs. experience- most at this ME location. I had an excellent session with Ed who exceeded my expectations. Alexis, was very helpful when scheduling my appointment with Ed. When I arrived, staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. As a ME member, Ive used and reviewed other ME locations and found service to be consistently good. The Tranquility room was nicer than other locations and included water and hot tea selections. Next time Ill go earlier to enjoy a cup of chamomile tea (photos provided) before my session. I understand there was an ownership/management change at this location at some point, which may account for some of the opinions expressed in older reviews. My experience was very good and will use this location again. Part of a good massage experience is finding a therapist with the right touch and personality for you. I will use Ed again and will try Adrian another time. That way, Ill have a choice of therapists based on their and my schedule. I recommend. I will update this review if my experience here changes.

Not happy with my massage I told the therapist where she needed to focus my back between my shoulder blades and she spend most of the time on my arms and feet!! I was looking forward to have a great massage but I was very disappointed!Will not be going back!

I have been a member with Massage envy for two years and everything has been good except this specific location on camelback staff are very rude and unprofessional. Mainly by front desk lady named Rebecca. People come to relax not get worked up with people being rude after a massage. I wasn’t even going to complain about the massage tech falling asleep during session because I did enjoy the pressure. Until I walked out the door to get ready and leave and I said bye have a nice day nobody said nothing until I put my hand on the door handle lady rudely mentioned restrictions about me being pregnant which is fine….it’s the way she said it and she put the icing on the cake with her attitude. The massage was fine wasn’t the worst but I would want respect as I respect. No one was on the phone they could have say have a good day… as I was the first to say and didn’t even get customer service back. I complain end up getting one credit back but not worth it I wish I never came here now I’m worked up and my anxiety is up from the way I was treated.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was booked for an appointment, and made other plans around the scheduled time. The next day, the office called back, telling me they could no longer honor that time and that I needed to move my appointment to another time. I begrudgingly accepted although I had already changed my schedule around to make the initially scheduled appointment. After changing my personal schedule again to make the second attempt at an appointment, lo and behold, they called back a few hours later to tell me that the second time was ALSO unavailable but they could book me next week if that worked. Garbage customer service.

First and last time I place foot into this place. I was really looking forward to a massage needed and recommended by my doctor. Showed up for my appointment, and was turned away with no solution besides rescheduling me for a later date. Massage therapist had an injured hand and was not able to provide the services needed. A phone call to let me know ahead of time would have been greatly appreciated. Would have avoided the long drive and inconvenience of being turned away. No proper apology, horrible customer service from the lady’s.

I go monthly and have for more than 10 years. Always a great massage! This was the first time I had Abel as my therapist and he did an excellent job. He was courteous, thorough in his questions about what I wanted for this session and responded accordingly. Very pleased and would definitely recommend him as a therapist.

I paid for a year of massages on the advice of a doctor, but I couldnt find massage therapists at this locations willing to focus on the areas that benefit from massage and avoid the areas that dont. That and too many cancellations and scheduling mixups for my liking for a service I had already paid for.

I love Sheila! She always customizes my massages and facials to fit my needs for that specific session. The walls at this location are definitely thinner than I would prefer for a massage because you can definitely hear people in the hallways and getting set up in next door rooms. Besides that the location in clean and employees are nice and professional.

Visited Massage Envy today and received a very relaxing professional massage from Jai/Jamie. She was very attentive to the stress that built up in my body. I left feeling very relaxed and at peace. Thanks Jai, you rock.

Magali (Maggie) is awesome! Best massage I’ve had in years. I’ve been hopping around the last year trying to find a massage therapist to see regularly, I’m done hopping around. Maggie is my girl! Her firm hands were exactly what I needed, I’m at the computer 10-12 hrs a day and she really understood what I needed without saying a word.

Simon was my massage therapist and was the absolute best massage I have ever had. Staff was nice, quick, and efficient. My only complaint, and not something I would dock stars for, but the chatter in the massage area hallways is very easy to hear. There was some laughing and loud conversations happening amongst staff. It didn’t ruin my experience but just something to note!

Terrible terrible massage started 10 minutes late and finished 10 minutes early I very clearly requested work on my hamstrings and glutes and got 60 minutes of an elbow in my back Where do they get these people?Then they ask if I wanted to leave a tip 🤨

Semeon is amazing! I like deep tissue but am currently working on a specific area and I have the most range of motion I’ve had in 6 months in just 3 sessions with him. Yes, my next massage is already booked!!!

I needed to get a facial before an appointment with my dermatologist and, while I wasn’t able to get one at the location by me, I was able to book one here. Amber, the aesthetics professional was gracious enough to stay late to accommodate me and I am glad she did. She was friendly and professional and didn’t object once to staying the extra time. Mary, at the front desk, was also awesome and because of her and Amber I decided to renew my membership. I did work for this franchise as a Massage Therapist in their Moon Valley location at one time and I am happy to see Camelback keeps up the customer service and service quality standards ME and Encore stress. Thank you!

Chris was absolutely fantastic. I have not had a massage that efficient, professional, productive, and enjoyable in eons. He is knowledgeable and very easy to communicate with. As a former therapist myself, his talents are respected and appreciated from more than just a client perspective. We could do with more therapists like Christopher!

The young lady at the desk was amazingly welcoming. Simon was my massage therapist and was awesome. I have major neck and back issues and he focuse exactly where I asked. I could not have had a better deep tissue massage.

Great experience from start to finish. Check in was fast and thorough. Magali was my masseuse and she was phenomenal. Really took her time and found the right pressure points. I could tell she really knew what she was doing. I have lower back issues, but after the massage I definitely felt more relief than I have in a long time!

Had a great massage here from Sierra. She worked on some knots which was painful and I was sore the next day but I felt so much better. The front desk staff was great at getting me in and out as well as helping me sign up for a membership. Definitely recommend this location. Ive had two massages here from different people and both were great.

I wanted to take a moment and recognize an outstanding employee at the Camelback location. Tera is the esthetician that took care of me while I was visiting the city of Phoenix on business. Tera has remarkable customer service and a brings to the table a skill that is honestly second to none. Because of the above and beyond customer service, I will recommend this location to any of my co-workers that has to visit Phoenix. She has the talent that needs to be mimicked throughout the customer service world. This location has been far the friendliest one since I have joined the company in 2020.I also wanted to point out the front desk representative that made my visit special as well. Aalaiah both times I have entered into the location as met me at the desk with a warm smile and very kind words. Your location once again has set a new standard in customer service. My daughter gifted me a massage for Mothers Day. The massage with Sierra was excellent. Gentle but just enough pressure. I loved the warm table. I felt very relaxed and she released all of my shoulder tension as well as gave a great all over massage. Location is clean and beautiful. I will be back here.

Michelle was awesome!!!! I have only had a couple professional massages in my life. While they haven’t been bad experiences, they were also nothing spectacular. Yesterday though, I went in with some trouble spots and Michelle did an awesome job addressing each of those spots without taking time away from everything else and made the entire session a relaxing experience while also addressing the pain in those other areas. Made the time and money spent worthwhile. Whenever I’m back in Phoenix, this Massage Envy, and Michelle will be my go to spot for future professional massages and pain relief. Thank you!

My therapist consistently provides excellent deep tissue massage. Hes so good thats why Im scheduled on his book 6 months ahead. Suggestion- provide paper gowns for that rare occasion when the client has to use the bathroom during a massage session, and you need to cover-up without putting clothes back on to access bathroom in the hall.

Melissa was a kind, thoughtful, and extremely professional massage therapist. She focused on my problem areas that needed attention and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable. Every step of the process was smooth and I felt taken care of by the sweet staff. Definitely going back!

Mercedes went above and beyond to help. She was extremely personable and professional. She was very courteous and did a great job with getting rid of some muscle spasms that I couldn’t get rid of. I’d recommend her to anyone considering going, to ask for her specifically.

My therapist Fabian (Jose) was amazing! I usually don’t care who I see because my schedule is so hectic but I made sure to book with him before I left! Best massage I’ve ever had! I also really recommend adding the rapid tension relief it was incredible!

Victor was great! Initially I was apprehensive about a male message therapist but he ensured my comfort throughout the entire massage. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He is AWESOME!

The most unprofessional company I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They make it extremely difficult to cancel your membership. Managers and workers at franchise locations just use the sorry this is told to us by corporate when trying to cancel, I have been trying to cancel my membership since October and have gotten the run around by management. When asked if I could transfer my 1 remaining credit to my wife, they told me there is a $10 fee. They will nickel and dime you to death. I will NEVER do business with Massage Envy again and will tell everyone I know to stay far away from this company. The entire companies process needs to be thrown in a fiery dumpster and started over from scratch. They will prey on consumers as long as the government allows them to run their company like the mob.

My massage was amazing but thats not the issue. Why is this big chain company sending clients into rooms with carpets so dirty that I was scared to take my flip flops off? Theres chips in the pain on the walls. The room had a moldy smell, and what you make your masseuse work in these conditions? The staff is amazing, this company needs to treat them better.

Sheila was new to me, she asked in detail what my areas of concern and my preferences were and she did a great job focusing on those. She asked me multiple times if the pressure was OK which it was and made sure I was doing OK. She gave me a YouTube site for particular stretches she thought it would be helpful for my particular problem. I felt very comfortable with her and booked another session with her on my way out

Update on my second massage with Mellissa D. was the best...once again! It was one of the best relaxation massages I’ve ever had. She has healing hands of gold because I walk out with relief from my chronic pain. She is very good about communication and has a wonderful sense of calm and peaceful energy.

Derek is always professional and polite. Last time I was in I was told by the front desk staff hes also incredibly kind and thoughtful in the work environment. I consistently look forward to getting my monthly services and continue being a massage envy customer!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Ben was professional, an excellent masseuse and worked hard to get the knots out of my back and shoulders. I almost don’t want to post this because I might not be able to get an appointment with him after members start booking him. I made sure I booked him in advance.I’ve been sick in bed for over 2 years and ended up with bulging discs in my lower back. I know he will be able to help me loosen up those muscles so walking will be easier and less painful. Thanks for your help, Ben.

My experience at ME @ Camelback was nothing short of amazing. I was visiting from out of town and began to experience tension in my neck and shoulders. Stacey answer my call and understood my need. She worked diligently to get me in. When her first availability did not work for me, I thought to try another location but not 5 minutes had passed and there was a cancellation. She got me in with Rose.My service with Rose was great. She was patient and asked me what I needed. She explained to me that deep tissue was not her scope of practice but she would be firm enough to help relieve the tension. She delivered and also gave me tips to help relieve tension to include sticking with maintaining a regular massage schedule.Thanks to ME @ Camelback. REFUSED to give ne a scheduled massage, the lmt Mercedes said, Oh, you were in a wreck recently? I cant do it.I have no physical injuries from the accident, just a little muscle tightness.What a waste of time.

I love coming here! But unfortunately this last experience was really bad. My masseuse at the end kept stopping for I don’t know what reason. I asked for medium pressure and it started great but then at the end there was no pressure at all. My appointment was at 9 pm and I was sitting in the waiting area till 9:09. By the time I got to the room and the bed it was 9:14. At the end of my massage when walking to the front desk it was 10:03 pm. Which makes no sense if it’s a 60 min. massage. It was really upsetting I will not be going with that same masseuse again, and at that time, feels like everyone is rushing to get out. I will not be putting her name just because maybe others have had a good experience with her but unfortunately I didn’t.

Mona was very knowledgeable, had good suggestions for maintaining myself beyond the appointment. She gave a great firm massage and concentrated on the areas that needed it most. I have already booked another appointment with her.

I found the experience to be enjoyable. Staff was wonderful. My massage experience with Melissa was the best massage Ive ever had. Jenny was a pleasure to be around and very knowledgeable and willing to share. I would choose this location every time.

I have been seeing Sierra for several years & always look forward to my massage. She really works out my lumps & bumps. I cant wait for my next massage. Shes a joy to be around.I really enjoy my massages with Cristal, she gives me a good workout on my bumps & lumps, breaking them down.

From the call to schedule and set up membership to the digital check in and massage itself, an awesome customer experience. Kind, efficient, communicative staff & Shiela was an awesome massage therapist. I was looking for medium pressure, relaxing & no deep tissue work this round & she was perfect. Left feeling more grounded & at peace in my body again after a really hard week.

I think the facility needs a good carpet cleaning and when the lights go on, the walls could use a cleaning. Veronica gives a great massage. The people checking in are very efficient and friendly. They do seem a bit over zealous about how a customer is going to tip the masseuse. Discussing how I want to tip prior to a service is uncomfortable seeing as a tip should reflect the quality of services rendered.All in all, I appreciate what Massage Envy offers to the community and myself.

The massage was great. The therapist was a couple of minutes late and ended a couple of minutes early but I have to emphasize, the massage was great!As a follow up only one person there has given such a great massage. Ask for Amelia, like the pilot. Also the customer service has been mediocre. I always get put on hold.

I had a massage with Vanessa and facial with Jenny. Vanessa keep great communication with me and made sure the pressure was prefect. Ive been getting facials with Jenny for years now. She does an amazing job. Definitely recommend them both.

I have been seeing David majorly for about five six years. The reason behind this is his knowledge of the body and what area to work for the best results. David is truly professional ,courteous ,friendly and all those aspects you need to do good at what you do !!!Gordon

Derek was very professional and thorough in getting my aches and pains. The massage was absolutely fantastic, perfect pressure. The facility was very clean, front desk was very helpful in adding services.

This location has amazing therapists, yet sadly the customer service is lacking. The staff gives inconsistent information and had my credit card charged twice even though I was told my account was frozen.

I have had Shani for two facials, Ricardo for two hot stone massages and Kara for a 60 minute massage and all 3 have been wonderful! My skin is improving from my sessions with Shani and her at home care suggestions are always wonderful. My muscles and state of mind are always relaxed after a hot stone with Ricardo and my 60 minute massage with Kara was a nice mid-week muscle tension reliever. Thank you so much to all 3. I cant sing their praises enough. Front desk staff is always professional and ready to help.

Derek was PHENOMENAL! His touch was great, not too strong and strong enough to get my tired knots to loosen. I don’t know what oil/lotion he used was, but it was super smooth and didn’t pull my skin not feel like baby oil.

My massage was absolutely amazing and Chantae definitely heals with her hands. She was kind, caring and uses her skills to connect with the customer. The techniques she used on my back felt SO good and loved her firm approach. Book with Chantae today, you won’t regret it!

Cannot say for the whole office but I found a great massage therapist there - Sebastian! He is very professional and I enjoy my deep tissue massages every single time- especially it is super enjoyable after a long stressful day at work we all probably are dealing with. Sebastian can customize massage according to my needs and pain areas as well as apply enough pressure to help with the issue area and at the same time relax my body and mind. 90 minutes massage is about the right amount time to be fully reborn. And please ask him for hands and feet massage - delightful experience !!!🧖‍♀️🧘‍♀️

Ricardo is exceptional! His massages give me so much relief. Ive had several massage therapists over the last 10 years and he is by far the best. The staff at massage envy Camelback is also professional and quick when checking in/out.

Scheduler had a tone. Was annoyed I wanted to book two different sessions I guess. Massage was good, definitely “intro” massage. I was more upset with the front desk staff.. rude condescending and blamed “computer issues.” For everything. Somehow they didn’t have my second appt booked but I got the reminder text stating they were “looking forward to seeing me and to check in via link.” Sent me to another location.. Arcadia- who were more than accommodating..

Shiela is amazing. So professional, great communication and she really made sure to focus on the areas I needed, checking in with me about the pressure. Super relaxing massage. Great experience. I will be requesting Shiela again on my next visit!

I love this place! Customer service is always outstanding, and the girls at front desk, go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. Simon gives the best massage, EVER! He always listens and addresses all my needs. Extremely professional, kind and respectful! I highly recommend this place!

First Massage I ever had. I must say they did an excellent job. I walked in with lots of pain in my neck and shoulders. When I left I felt like a million bucks. Unfortunately I already have the pain back, but that has nothing to do with the massage. I obviously have something out of wack. The massage was excellent and the place was very comfortable, relaxing and very professional. I would recommend Massage Envy to all my friends. Definitely going back.

Edit/update (also advice at the end for the complaint about their tables). Ive since gone several more times and I have to give a shout out to Alexzandra! She was great at using as much pressure as I could handle and was really able to get some serious knots out. Alex is another go-tos for sure for me!Sheila was AMAZING. It was my first professional massage, it was worth every penny. She was able to provide as much pressure as I needed, and was very attentive to problem areas. She recommended coming back in 2 weeks, but Ill be back much sooner! I noticed I am more relaxed while sitting, Im at a computer a lot so this was immediately noticeable.The membership is also an amazing deal.The ladies at the front desk were extremely polite, kind and professional, and made sure I understood everything and felt no pressure for upsells or anything like that.I really cant say enough good things!Also, to people/person who complained about getting new tables.. the face cushions not only high but ANGLE too so if its too flat it plugs my nose up too. So if it happens I just ask them to angle it up and no problems. I also take a hot shower before and try to clear my sinuses out.Its not their tables... Their tables are actually very nice, heated, electronically raise and lower... Not sure what kind youre expecting but I promise its not the table.Hope this helps.

My service provider was Carlos/Alberto because he is absolutely THE BEST! Ive been a Massage Envy client for years, through an assortment of providers, and find him to be knowledgeable, compassionate, interested in meeting my expectations for each visit. I continue scheduling my visits with Massage Envy because of him.

Outstanding massage tonight from Sierra. She paid attention to my requests and the massage couldn’t have been any better! I had a ton of knots up and down my back and neck, but she got everything all worked out and feeling great. Will be going back soon without a doubt.

My massage therapist wasn’t very good at communicating. I asked for a firm touch but it was more deep tissue….I kept asking him that it was too hard he would stop for a minute and then go back to deep repetitive tissue. It was probably one of the worst massage qualities I have had as a member.

Unfortunately, this was a waste of money. My girlfriend and I went and she had a wonderful experience but mine was not. Everyone there was so nice and friendly, however, I do believe anyone can be a therapist there. My massage did not leave me feeling relaxed and did not address any of the issues I had. Truly, my back feels worse. I’ve had massages before but the “karate chopping” technique did nothing for me and that felt like it was a majority of the massage. My therapist was incredibly nice, but felt very inexperienced and it was a waste of money. I would recommend spending extra money and going somewhere else.

Alexandra was professional and she asked me whatl level pressure I needed and what areas on my body did I need. She did not talk to me during the session which I liked but she did check in with me once to make sure I was okay which I liked as well. Overall great relaxing experience.

I went in for a facial and massage, Jasmine for facial and Sierra for massage. I have to say both these ladies did an amazing job. Both so kind, attentive and great at their job! I feel so much better than I did before I went in!

It was awesome! I feel better than great. Prenatal was awesome, scalp massage, I forget names, but my appt was a 9am on 7/16.....only issue I have is upper right shoulder blade......needs more, hurts and needs knots kinked out.......I will use her for my prenatal massage! Next month?

I was scheduled with Victor for my regular massage. I got there and it literally took 7 minutes for someone to greet me. Once I completed paper certifications and temperature, it was 12 min into my scheduled massage. Then, a gal, who’s name I don’t know because she didn’t even introduce herself called me. It was until the massage started that she told me that she was called in because .several therapists called out.I never received a call prior to my massage to notify me of my reservation change. This is unacceptable!

I had an absolutely amazing session with David!! He is very intuitive and was able to help alleviate the hand pain I’ve been experiencing. I already have my next session booked with him and I’m counting down the days.

The staff we nice, and able to get me in quickly - I just am not a super fan of the cookie cutter vibe of the Massage Envy brand. Its always hit or miss on whether youll get a good therapist. They were able to get me in for what I needed on short notice, and my therapist was a 7 out of 10. He focused on the areas I asked him to, and gave me the pressure I needed, but I definitely could tell he was fresh outta school. He needs time to perfect his techniques though, as he was a bit all over the place.

I have been going to the camelback massage envy for over 2 years. I recently had Veronica, she used the perfect amount of pressure and helped alleviate all my pain and pressure. Ben at ME Camelback is the most responsive therapist I’ve ever been to. I have some serious shoulder issues (separated AC, torn rotator cuffs, and scar tissue), he never skips a beat with my verbal micro adjustments to get to just the spots that need the care. On top of it all he’s got the strength to go super deep tissue which is crucial for the therapy my shoulders need. just did 2 hour session (1hour for each shoulder).

Ive been a member of ME on and off since they opened. The atmosphere is great. Most therapists are really good. The front staff is ok. The front lobby is bright and their voices can seem really loud when coming out of a massage.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They make you feel welcome when you arrive. The waiting area is peaceful. Derek was very attentive to my needs during the massage session. Thanks again

I updated my review because despiste the unpleasant experiences I went through here at least the GM gave me a call and tried to amend the wrongs. However, I still canceled my membership but I was able to transfer my credits to my partner so at least they didnt go to waste. I strongly feel there needs to be adequate training both over the phone and with the masseuse to give others a better experience than the one I received. I remain firm this was not a pleasant experience and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My masseuse Chantae was the best I’ve ever worked with at any Massage Envy location. If you’re a fan of deep tissue massages, she’s the one to see. Definitely want to keep scheduling wirh her.

Two hours before my appointment that Ive been waiting for for a couple of weeks was canceled. Its unfortunate that my therapist was sick and I hope she feels better but there should be a back up plan in place for this type of situations and there is not. I was a new client. Guess Ill take my business elsewhere.

My favorite massage therapist is Mercedes. I go to her on a monthly basis and she keeps me healed and feeling good. Ive been to a few others and they all do an awesome job, if you like deep tissue. I keep going back.

I went ahead and got the monthly package for 6 months ( I dont think they really offer 6 months but I didnt want to commit to 1 year) and i have been happy with all the LMT that I have scheduled appointments with. Front desk staff are professional and personable. Appointment arent 60 minutes...its actually 50 minutes of massage.

The location is nice, the rooms are comfortable and the tables are good. But, it is tremendously hit or miss with the therapists. My last two therapists were both terrible but in different ways. The first one really needed to cut her finger nails and needed to take directions better. The second one simply forgot to do one of my legs. When I said something, she said that we were out of time and wouldnt do it.

Wish I could give a review based on the actual massage but I never got to it because their scheduling team is a disaster. My fiancé and I booked massages for the same time both for deep tissue. The day of they called and said one of the therapists was running behind. Finally when being pulled back the therapist says she doesn’t do the service we added on nor does she do deep tissue. There were no other therapist at that time that did either. I had to sit and wait for an hour for my fiancé to finish with his massage. This is the LEAST organized massage place I’ve been to. Complete opposite of relaxing. Never coming back here.

The Thermal Seaweed Wrap, is the coolest spa service Ive ever had! I highly recommend this service, as well as Keisha, who blessed me with the perfect care! The service is super rad, & filled with sensory indulgence. Smoothing, detoxifying scrub, warmth, water... Spend a few hours before, preparing yourself, with the spa amenities & fresh treats... then relax afterward in the solarium or quiet room. Wonderful experience.

The massage was decent but the expectations/hospitality ruined the experience and kept me from purchasing more.My wife and I checked in 15 minutes EARLY (as instructed) on the iPad with a polite and friendly host.5 min after our scheduled time I ask the front host when well be taken.3 min my masseur took to the groom.After she explained the usual, I asked if wed get the full 90 minutes; she replied Well you checked in late... I informed her we were there 15 min early.She told me to take it up with the front desk after... Tense and not wanting to ruin my wifes birthday I stayed and kept quiet5 minutes later the massage therapist returned and commenced a fine massage, but it was awkward given her accusation of us being late.She finished 84 minutes after our scheduled time, understandable as she likely has other appts.But by my count we started at least 12 minutes late and finished 5 minutes early.The same hostess checked us out, made no mention of the late start. And we left. (Originally I had wanted to surprise my wife with extra massages but Id rather not deal with the poor service every visit).Mistakes happen and people dont get checked in, I get that. It was the lack of accountability and acknowledgement that irks me.

Jenny is an amazing esthetician! I know my skin is in good hands when I get a facial with her. I have gotten facials at Massage Envy for over 5 years when I first encountered Jenny and have refused to go to anyone else since.

I dont write reviews often but had to on this one. Small issue when I got there but not the locations fault, an employee mixed her schedule up but Micah the manager up front moved me to another therapist. I get massages every month and had a gift card here so I tried it out. By far the best sports deep tissue massage I have ever had. Therapist was Carl, and again Ive had hundreds of massages and Im claiming this the best. When I checked out they discounted my rate in half and apologized for the inconvenience. As far as the other reviews, if these were the same employees you were either drunk or have the wrong location. Definitely will be back!

Unfortunately had a bad experience with this location. Made an appointment a week in advance, took a half day off from work so I could attend, and they cancelled the appointment 2 hours before, saying the overbooked. No attempt to make up for it… just an offer to change to a time that I couldn’t attend.

I was in Phoenix and had a free afternoon before my evening flight. I wanted to find a way to relax that was not in the airport all day! I randomly passed by massage envy while doing errands so I thought I would give them a call. I have to say I was blown away at the exceptional level of customer service I received. Not only were they able to accommodate me for a 90 minute massage, a stretch session and an outstanding facial but they also kindly offered to store my luggage so I could relax & enjoy stress free. I felt like I was visiting an amazing high end spa. All of the staff I encountered from the phone, the front desk, my therapists and the management were all top notch. Vanessa provided me with the best deep tissue massage of my life! Jenny custom made a facial for me to work around my skin that had a little too much Phoenix sun. Both Jenny and Vanessa are truly gifted in their fields. I was treated so well and I cannot thank you girls enough:) Zuilly at the front desk was a sweetheart to deal with. Alyssa, the manager was phenomenal. Not only did she go above and beyond to help with my special requests, she made me feel completely at home, like I was a welcomed regular guest. That rarely happens, especially when a facility knows a client doesnt live in the city. I really enjoy this location! I have tried multiple massage therapists and Sebastian is one of my favorite therapists. He does a very good deep pressure massage and remains consistent throughout the 90 minutes.

The staff here, both the front desk and the massage therapists, have always given me the best care I could imagine. When youre suffering from a migraine & someone makes the extra effort to get you a last minute appt.- that is going above & beyond, & the staff here have performed this feat for me countless times, for which I am truly grateful! With Ben’s previous experience as a personal trainer he understood exactly what pain I was experiencing and how to resolve it. Getting to the resolution is not without pain. No pain, no gain! During our session, I asked him to explain my sciatic nerve condition, he educated me and calmed my concerns.

I had a very good male massage therapist (I wish I could remember his name). Needed last minute deep tissue and I would HIGHLY recommend him. Very talented, good technique and was attentive to my problem areas and actually spent time getting the knots out.

2 stars because hate is a strong word. It was my own fault i allowed myself to roped into a gym type membership, I should have known better. However the dishonesty and underhanded contracting is always appreciated. Now, when you couple that with mediocre to poor massages. Thats when things get uncomfortable. At best 9 out of 10 of the cattle call massage mill masseuses that are employed there are new to the industry and are still learning their craft. Couple that with a intensely high turnover rate and you get a recipe for bad business. Now being new to the Greater Metro Phoenix area and seeking out a good massage I have to say that this is the best in town. However saying that you are the best massage place in Phoenix is like saying youre the prettiest waitress at Dennys. There is a caveat however, a masseuse named Mercedes excellent in every aspect and she well knows the art of listening to the Customer. This place should be called Mercedes Envy not Massage Envy.

David was fantastic. Remembers where my hot points are, address the pain points and gets me back going. Continuing to see him as the massage has loosened up both shoulders rather than a surgical option.

She really took her time and paid attention to details and problem areas. I walked in with lots of tension knots and walked out feeling great...one of the best I have had in awhile. She even gave me some helpful tips for between services.

I got a massage at 5 PM with Chris today and he started at 5:05 and ended at 5:50 ,so my 1 hour massage was only 45 minutes of hands on time. This also happened the visit prior to this one. I scheduled a 30 minute percussion massage on Dec 19, 2019 and it was 15 minutes. Is this common practice at your location?

If they dont get new tables I wont be going back. for some reason when you lay down on the table and you put your head on the pad something happened. The massage therapist ask me how I was doing and I said good others then I cant breath out my nose now. And she said Im srry I think its the pad other people were complaining about it as well.

Horrible customer service. Each time I give them another chance because they are close and I never know when my schedule will permit a massage, they let me down. Rude, dont answer the phone (called four times and finally left a message, and when I asked to speak with a manager, there isnt one. Now, what do I do with the gift card my husband got me for our anniversary? Any takers?I love how the spa replies to the clients who leave a good review, but zip, nada, zero for those of us who have had problems. Massage and stretch services are usually excellent, but sometimes the person working the front desk is coughing and not wearing a mask.

Demi is wonderful and really customizes therapy to what my body needs each session. I suffer from back and sciatic pain and have had great results after seeing her.

This is a very busy clinic but in session that fast-paced environment melts away! If you need a good therapeutic Deep Tissue session I recommend David W., Chris or Tonia. If you need a great Hot Stone session and/or you need your soul nurtured see Loma! Shes a god send!

Jose was amazing! I feel like I never get to see the same masseuses, due to my hectic schedule. However, he was amazing and professional and was active in checking in on my needs.

Havent had a great rub here in over a year. The deep tissue guys seem to want to prove a point that they can hurt me and I wont whimper. I am a tough broad that enjoys a stiff massage, but there is no reason to brag about how people who ask for deep tissue dont realize your strength. It hurts and I end up black and blue. $65 a month is pretty steep and as soon as I can wipe out a year of pre paids I will probably close my account. Management promised the increase in dues last September covered employee raises, but after a full remodel and new I-pads the staff got nothing.

Horrible first experience...So my appointment was at 1pm I showed up at 1245 pm like they requested then I didnt even get my name called until 109 pm they assured me that even though they were running late that I would get my full hour then at 154 pm he says he done and leaves the room like wait I still have 15 minutes... And it was over still paid for my massage but I had to pay full price for a short massage. Very unhappy with my first experience here...

Danni always has great suggestions for me to help my skin during my facials. Since going to her for months now, I can see a big difference on how my skin looks and feels.

My husband & I have been going to the Camelback location for almost 5 years now and only had a few bad experiences. However, the three times they did happen, the managers on duty did not charge us for the session. It takes time to find a good therapist and surprise, they dont always stay in one spot. Everyone is different, this is a GREAT location and has some of the best therapists in the business. Jus Sayin!

Called to set an appointment, they said come on down no appointment needed, I said are you sure I dont need to make an appointment? she confirmed none needed. It took approximately 10 min. to get there. When I asked for time they said they were booked for two hours...I mentioned that I had just phoned, and she looked like a deer in headlights.So calling in makes no difference. Thankfully there is a place next door called The Joint having bad neck pain I thought I would try it. The got me in right away, just walked in, they were awesome!!! Massage Envy is crap!!!!!!

Due to no fault of our own this location arbitrarily moved massage sessions from my wife’s account to mine leaving her with no sessions. We are married with separate billing accounts. The transfer of sessions was never authorized. But ok you made a mistake, just correct it and move on… Not that easy at this location with poor General Management and even worse Front Desk Supervision. So today my wife was forced to pay for her session and then I was called to ask for updated payment on my account. I until today was still considering my options for either continuing my membership or cancelling it due to the poor customer service we already experienced.My wife had been a member for many years and referred me. Since then you have raised dues and instead of honoring her original price you raised her rate but didn’t raise mine. This alone was enough to make me question the value you place on long term committed members but after my phone encounter with the GM and Micha, I can say that my decision was easily made that I would not continue to do business with any organization that teats members the way your GM and Micha did today.The General Manager was not only rude but very abrasive - he was not open to understanding that his team did something that they should not have done since my wife and I never authorized anyone to share sessions without the others consent. One would think that he would not only apologize but then take the burden off of us as the client and deal with his team behind the scenes. Not this guy. He got overly combative and condescending. He insinuated that we were trying to get over on them when in reality all we wanted was our accounts to be corrected and my wife to be refunded her money that was not due in the first place. Finally, after verbally attacking me he agreed to reconcile the accounts and refund my wife’s charge for today, then proceed to tell me he would cancel my account for me and just before hanging up on me told me “have a merry Christmas,” thanks but I don’t even celebrate Christmas.I see others have commented on the customer service at this location and little has changed – clearly the owners are not that concerned with losing a couple members a month…

I went to this location. Never had a professional back massage or been to Massage Envy. I was having severe back pain so I went hoping for relief. I did get the relief I needed for a while. But, I dont know that I would go again. At least, not for a 30 minute session at this place. First, I scheduled an appointment online. When I got there, it did not register in their system. So, I had no appointment. They said they could see me anyway. So, the massuese comes to get me after 10am. I am sure it was around 10:10am. Then we walk back. He asks about my problem areas. That takes about 5 minutes or so. So, he proceeds to tell me he doesnt have a lot of time. So, he does minimal hand massaging. The rest was with a Percussion Massager like Hypervolt or Tim Tam. So, then he stretches each of my sides once. At 10:28am, he says my 30 minute session is up. That was no 30 minute session. More like 10-13 minutes. They should not say 30 minute session when it truly is not. Then tell you that they dont have enough time and have to use electric massager. I didnt mind the electric massager. It really helped. But, if thats the case, I can buy electric massager and do it at home as much as I need and want and it will be cheaper over time. I dont need to pay Massage Envy for that which is why I bought my own Percussion Massager. I told the front desk representative that my session was not 30 minutes and she did give me $5 off. So, I gave it 4 stars because I got my back relief and they took $5 off for my shortened session. If you dont have your own Percussion Massager, invest in one instead of continuing giving this place your money. Maybe, its worth going for other services or maybe if you get the hour or 90 minute session. But, not the 30 minute.

You lost a potential member who loves massages and gives a ton of massage gifts. Saw a google ad for 49$ introductory offer and called this morning at 10. Had to leave a message. Got a call back and said rhey could book me for 11 for deep tissue that i requested.Here is all that goes wrong without writing a novel:* as he is booking me, he says 11 is gone now.Books me for 12 and again i ask for deep tissue.*get there and go through forms etc. Get in the room at 1207. Massage starts at 1213 or so.*starts me face up and tickling my scalp and rubbing shoulders. Realize i wont get any tension relief so i ask her to just focus on upper body.*2 hot towels, a little rubbing...more like swedish. She tells me she only does medium, not firm.* massage is done, im paid at 1254.*your front desk staff asked me how it was...i said just ok. When they asked me why, i explain i requested deep tissue. They now tell me she only does medium. Why did you book me?Get in, get out, next...pretend they consult and are experienced but i now see how this location operates. I will stick with elements, hadn and stone or massage heights. All way better.

Cristal is great. Professional and nice. And an excellent masseuse. I feel so relaxed when I leave. And ready for another week of work

Massages at Massage Envy are competently performed. The turnover in technicians has been huge in the past 1 year with the pandemic. Despite this fact still able to get a decent massage on short notice.

Amazing this was the third time seeing Ricardo and he is amazing so professional really works on my problem areas but also makes it so soothing, highly recommend getting the hot stones and aroma therapy best add on services plus an extra 30 non makes a huge difference :)

The massage room was very cold, the masseuse had cold hands & used cold oil. The massage itself was good. I couldnt relax because I was so cold, even though a mini heater was on. I wont be going back!
