My massage therapist was amazing. Very professional and nice and helpful. I would highly recommend elements massage. Thank you so much staff is great. Highly recommend it. If you need a massage please do go you will be very satisfied with there work especially my massage therapist I scheduled with is the best. Keep up the good work . My massage with Sara this week was terrible. It was 90 minutes of her pointing out every imperfection on my body she noticed and bringing attention to it. It started out with my ankles asking if I sprain them a lot because my feet point inward naturally and how it must be so interesting to see me walk. She asked if I ever rowed before and if I know how to do the exercise correctly because my back muscles are atrophying. She would say something so rude about my body then follow up with “but you’re in great shape though” or something to make it not seem like she’s being blatantly rude. My session was 90 minutes of comments like this, there were so many more but those were the highlights.I’m a confident person but if it were anyone that wasn’t as secure they would have left that session feeling extremely terrible about their body.All of this was condescending and confusing why she chose to spend the entire service making comments like this. I couldn’t enjoy any of it and was extremely close to ending the massage early and asking her to leave the room.I had a membership and love Benji, he is who I am usually with. I booked this massage for my brother who got sick that day and couldn’t make it. I took this appointment to avoid the cancellation fee and really wish I would have just paid the $40 cancellation fee than ever meeting or having an appointment with Sara.I was having a terrible day, thought 90 minutes of relaxation and massage therapy would help but I left there in a worse mood than when I arrived.I have a hard time recommending this facility or company to anyone now. Other than Benji, he’s seriously awesome. Since the appointment on Tuesday I have cancelled my membership and felt the need to share my experience because it’s still weighing on me.

The therapists are great. My partner and I were members for a while and would continually run into issues with scheduling. Massage therapists quit regularly at this location.We recently cancelled our memberships. Both of us filled out paperwork, they “lost” the paperwork, and we were charged again with the excuse, there aren’t any notes about us cancelling.Seems like they’re intentionally preventing us from cancelling our plan - very frustrating.

This was the first massage in a long time. My boss gave us a 90 minute massage for Christmas. DJ was super professional and did a great job. I had so many knots and tense muscles due to my job. I signed up for a membership.

From easy online booking and reception to the massage itself , top notch class, professional and curative. Highly recommend! I rebooked.they have packages that discount repeat clients.

Im here visiting the area, and was able to book a same day appointment with Nickie. The website was very easy to navigate and use. Check in was smooth and the girls at the front were nice. My massage therapist, Nickie, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to work on my tight spots and even showed me a few stretches to work on to loosen my lower back, glutes, and neck area. I would recommend this place and if ever in the area again, would return. 😊

I want to start by saying Ms. Isabelle took my call today. She was polite and Uber-professional. I had several questions about gift cards, and she answered every single one. I can tell shes a high vibrations person with a good mix an good balance.Respectfully Mr. Cooper

Sent my husband in to get a gift card for my mom so she can go to any Elements Massage at her convince, he stated all this to the woman and she completely lied to him and gave him a gift card that is only redeemable at their location. Transparency is key to running a business this makes y’all look so desperate and greedy. Happy holidays!

This review reflects customer service only, since I never received a massage at this location. I treated my daughter to a membership for a year so she could receive a massage once a month at a better price. When I called to discontinue the membership a year later, I was told I had to come to the location to sign paperwork. I live over 2500 miles away, so that isnt feasible. Still waiting for them to reverse the charges for the months that werent supposed to be charged.Thank you for resolving the issue quickly and efficiently.

Not my favorite. Ive only been twice (at two different locations), but both times I left feeling underwhelmed by the service and the prices are on the higher-end of typical. I cant judge the whole company by one or two massage therapists, so Ill give them the benefit of the doubt and provide 3 stars. I would rather go to a private studio, or massage envy though in the future. My last visit the therapist had very dry hands, which made me feel uncomfortable during the massage and also felt that my time was not well respected as a much longer time than necessary was spent getting my body acclimated to touch rather than massaging.

Alexis is wonderful! She truly cares and focuses on the problems that you may have when you come in so that when you leave your sore neck, bad back, or stiff legs are moving and working great! I highly recommend going to Elements Massage and taking advantage of their membership services where you pay less than if you were not a member.

Leo was great and the reason why I went here. Unfortunately, he is no longer here so I had to reschedule with another person and they wouldn’t let me cancel. So I’m done with this place but why does it take 30 days to cancel a membership??!! If I cancel on the 15 and my auto pay is on the first, they have more than sufficient time cancel. If you can do bank transfers in 1-3 days … you can cancel a membership in 15 days.

On time, clean and my therapist is amazing and I’m too selfish to share his name. 😊

The massage therapist Alexis was great; however, the scheduling for an appointment was the worst service. I booked an appointment online specifically for 2:30pm with a specific therapist based on the great reviews I had read, I receive a call the next day the online system overbooked. They offer an appointment for 4pm or 6pm, I selected 4pm since it was the closest to the original time I selected, and they assigned me a new therapist. When I arrive the day of my appointment, I am then told I am assigned a different therapist, this would be the 3rd therapist I was assigned since booking my appointment.I was extremely disappointed with the service since I was required to adjust my schedule to work around whatever appointment issues had occurred at this location.

All the people there are so nice! They go above and beyond to make sure you get the best care. Richard is an amazing therapist! I highly recommend him!

I am quite disappointed with the overall service that I received when I went for a 90-minute massage with cupping. I had to repeatedly ask the massage therapist, Nickie, to press harder and to remind her to focus on the right side of my neck. I told her that it would likely take a lot to get the knots out, to which she replied youd be surprised but did not fully address the knots. As a result, I had to go seek out other treatments from other providers as a result of Nickie at Elements Massage falling short of my expectations for a professional massage meant to alleviate soreness and discomfort. I mentioned all this to a Brittany when she followed up and all she offered was $10 off my next visit… HA! I will not be returning to Elements Massage. Frequent local businesses that appreciate the business.

The only reason I am giving three stars is because some of the therapists are good and nice. But the rest are terrible. I never understood their price plans, and maybe thats intentional! Problems I had:Every person I spoke with would give different answers. We were promised a free massage for this month, and when brought up, acted like I was never promised, no notes on the account. After our therapy they made us pay an extra hour because they had no notes.They got my phone number wrong and my wifes. Which caused us to get our massages cancelled and rescheduled.We cancelled our membership, which might still result in another charge, who knows.... This has been a nightmare.Oh ya, they will randomly call you to reschedule.Over all, if you decide to go here get everything in writing. If you get lucky with a good therapist try to schedule with them, my wifes therapist was on her phone while giving massage. Never will go here ever again.

90 mins is best with Gee, great pressure and thorough. I have tried several massage therapist and try 60 mins at first. I was so pleased, Im returning ASAP for 90 minutes nothing less!

My massage with Kehau was by far the single best massage Ive ever had in my life—no hyperbole. It was amazing.I train pro athletes for a living, and have had massages and deep tissue work from countless massage therapists, chiros, PTs and everything else in between. I booked my massage with Kehau, and expected a somewhat deep tissue massage that was “fine” in terms if deep tissue work, but more relaxing than anything.When we started, she told me she looked at the notes and saw the last time I was in that my lower back and my right shoulder were bothering me, and we talked about those issues.She was amazing, and thorough, and really found every knot and issue in my body. She didnt just go through the motions and go from one area to the next to check the boxes. She really spent the whole 90min on the areas I needed work on, and was surprisingly effective. Great pressure. Great spot work. Great deep tissue.

I had a wonderful experience at Elements! My first professional massage was at the Elements location in Phoenix/Arcadia and I scheduled with Ivan. He made sure I was comfortable at all times and the ladies at the front desk made the experience excellent, too, with their fun and sweet personalities. Recommending Elements to all of my friends and I will be back there myself in no time!

I had the opportunity to have Angel as my masseuse. He was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to help me with my sports related injuries (golf). He shared practices and stretches to do at home to help stay on the path of recovery and keep me my healthiest. It was the best massage I’ve ever had!!Also, management is incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this studio to anyone and everyone looking for a new massage studio.

Elements Massage is a fantastic massage studio. I have had several massages over the years, and this experience was by far the best I have had. The owner Veronica and the therapist Alisha both sat down with me and discussed what issues I was having, what areas to target, and what I was looking for in the massage. The environment was comfortable and inviting, the girl at the front desk was friendly, and the massage was great. Alisha was very receptive to how I was feeling, and adjusted her pressure as I needed. 1 full hour later and I felt fantastic, and they sent me on my way with several stretches to help with the stiffness I had been having. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting a great massage.

So, I woke up with a really bad lower back pain two days ago, and was visiting family in the Phoenix area. I found Elements Massage on google and thankfully Bryon had an opening on short notice. I am so thrilled that I found this place and had the massage with Bryon. He was amazing. I could barely walk, sit, bend, lift anything before without feeling pain. I feel so amazing now after a 50-minute deep tissue with Bryon. It’s like he’s a miracle worker!!! If I wasn’t flying out so quickly, I would have booked another 90-minute with him but unfortunately I will be gone before his next opening. I HIGHLY recommend Bryon and just this place in general. The staff is so incredibly nice, attentive, warm and does not push for anything. They make you feel comfortable. And it’s very clean. Bryon not only allowed me to get back to a normal visit but he really listened and asked questions before the massage to make sure that he focused on the right areas. He periodically checked on the pressure level, and explained what he was doing and why it was helpful to me. He also gave me a 15 minute time check without my having to ask, which I appreciated to know that the massage would soon be done and I had to enjoy that last part even more! All in all, 150% recommend this place. Love it.

The flexibility and variety of options to choose from regarding types of massage, level of pressure preference, atmosphere (aroma therapy, salt rocks, etc), male/female therapists preference and club discounts for those who join. For my birthday I was able to choose from a list to upgrade my next massage, where I choose 90 min massage for 60 min price! Front desk staff are professional, courteous and very helpful. My 81 yr old mother is very pleased with this location because they listened to her specific need and placed her with Maria, who only massages her hands due to her ailment. We definitely recommend coming here.

My massage therapist was very good. She checked often to make sure the pressure was what I needed and asked if there were any spots Id like her to go back to. She was friendly and attentive. I felt like it was safe to be there and staff took serious precautions with preventing spread of the coronavirus.

My whole experience with this location has only ever been great. The entire state are taking precautions with covid and are very efficient. My massage was 90 minutes with Krystal. She was wonderful! She was knowledgeable and knew how much pressure to apply to be effective. I cant wait for my next appointment!

We’ve been going to this location for sometime. I’ve seen several of their therapists. All of them are great! We have a membership and highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys or needs regular massages. The spa is always clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming and has a great tranquil vibe. I had my first massage with Jason, and it felt so therapeutic. I have knee pain that has been gone for the last 3 days ever since my massage. Staff here are all professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this place over other massage places I’ve tried.

I went in with hip pain radiating down my leg and I had a 90 minute massage. Ivan did an amazing job stretching and massaging the hip area and applied cups to the hip and leg. Felt so much better when I left and even better the next day. I never would have believed that cupping could make such a difference. The atmosphere at Elements Massage Arcadia is professional and relaxing and I would recommend going there any time you need help with stressed muscles or just need a pampering massage.

Calm, clean and relaxing environment is great to walk into. The professional staff are friendly and helpful upon greeting. I had a two hour massage and loved every minute! Very skilled masseuse had great technique while also being informative about taking care of your body. Equipped rooms with comfortably heated massage-tables a huge plus too.

I was in such distress and pain when I scheduled my massage.I was hoping that who ever gave me my massage was able to do the job. Boy was I ever surprised. Blue gave me the best massage I have ever had. He took the tension and pain away and I slept like a baby. I was so impressed that I booked again for 2 weeks. Excellent experience every time. Due to my schedule, Im not able to see the same person every time. However, every single time, I have a great massage, exactly what I ask for/need. Pressure is on point, they are flexible to adjust pressure, position, etc., on the fly. Extremely gracious and professional staff at front desk. Simply furnished, comfortable, welcoming atmosphere. Rooms smell subtly fresh and clean.

Dude! Jason is so awesome. I have seen him multiple times now and every visit he does such a good job. He knows where my knots and areas that need work are even when I don’t tell him specifics or just need a general rub down. Without fail I feel him working around and finally landing on the problem spot, then he works his magic in and around that area to fix it. Super nice and comfortable too, I can let him know what I need and he is super supportive of it. I keep coming back to this location to see Jason, he is the man. Thanks guys!!

I had a great experience for my first time which made my decision to sign up for the monthly membership. My therapist was Yunuen and she did an amazing job on working out my sore muscles. I also tried cupping for the first time and highly recommend it. Pressure was perfect and I felt so much better once I left. Thank you!

Ramon is AMAZING! He consistently works out all the knots in my back, is chatty when Im in the mood, but also seems to know when I just need some calm and quiet. Checking in and out is easy, and everyone Ive worked with at the desk has been super friendly!

I booked a mothers day massage for my queen...and they canceled on me without letting me know beforehand. My queen showed up and was turned away on her day...shameful. And to top it all off I DID NOT GET MY REFUND. Never again.

I have been getting massages at Elements for about 1 year now. I am always impressed with their professional, caring, competent staff, their excellent communication and customer service, and the relaxing, clean, welcoming ambience. As far as results, I have had “miraculous” levels of pain relief in addition to general stress and anxiety relief. I’m a huge fan of the Arcadia location. Great price, convenience and experience every time!

My favorite place for massages. Ramon is by far the best therapist Ive had at any massage place. Stretches are Incorporated with the massage while youre on the table and theres a lot of thought and care put into the session when addressing problem areas. Im firmer pressure so yes it hurts at times but I walk out of there actually having knots or pain worked out. Not just feeling lightly rubbed down like at some places.

Let me start this off by saying, I LOVE MASSAGES especially good ones! I needed to get in last min due to my lower back pain. My usual location was booked and boy I am glad you guys picked up the phone! I got in for a 90 min deep tissue massage with Alisha and loved every moment of it! Alisha was very friendly and professional. What I thought to be a lower back issue ended up being a hip issue, who knew! Alisha knows the body very well and worked out knots I didnt even know I had!The front desk was also very friendly and helpful. I will be back! Thank You Elements!

I absolutely loved the massage I had from Louis. He took the time to focus on my problem areas and the pressure was perfect! I always have a hard time finding a therapist who can do a deep tissue massage while still giving me the relaxation Im looking for. The eucalyptus aromatherapy experience was fabulous and just what I needed!

Whichever massage therapist thinks they are in any way qualified to be telling a customer that their pain, injury, or illness is because of they got the covid vaccine needs to check themselves and not spread misinformation. Absolutely irresponsible and inappropriate.

I had a great experience at Elements Arcadia. The customer service was great and the massage was fantastic. My massage therapist, Andrew, listened to what was going on and focused on the areas that really needed attention. I went in with a lot of discomfort and came out feeling great. Andrew gave me stretching recommendations and the front desk gave me little cards with the stretches on them. I will definitely be going back!

They got me in within an hour when I called last minute they are always friendly and my massage was perfect I know I can rely on quality at element every time I have not been disappointed. They even gave me card stretch recommendations which was super helpful and above what I expected. I ended up signing up for the membership.

Best experience ever!! The most relaxing, calm place with professional, nice staff. My therapist is Esther. I highly recommend this well educated and effective young lady. My husband took me to help alleviate my symptoms from a medical condition i have and I was blessed with Esther whos very educated in medical massage 💆, I can truly say Ive been pain free ever since and have not needed any pain meds!! 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 its now part of my treatment plan😁 Im all smiles😁 definitely going bi weekly

I have always consider these franchises a lesser quality massage. The competition offers an hour massage but strangely the hour is only 50 minutes. ELEMENTS does it RIGHT! An hour massage is 60 and the therapists are GOOD!!! The competitor has therapists straight out of school who seem to be lacking in massage experience and personal communication skills. ELEMENTS surprised me. My husband and I were both blown away by their service and our therapists. (By the way, I am a retired massage therapist of 30 years). Good job ELEMENTS!

I dare you to try to be stressed in this place. The ambiance of relaxation is present as soon as you walk in. The staff are professional and helpful. There is clearly an attention paid to quality and beauty here. My massage with Rhonda was deep and luxurious. I heard Stephanie does very deep work as well (thats my favorite and sometimes hard to find). The price is affordable and well worth what I received in return. Will definitely be going back here!

Maria (at the Arcadia location) is amazing! I have been to many different masseuses, & I have never experienced the patience that she exhibits. Her technique is truly relaxing while still providing the right amount of pressure to get my knots out. I work around Xrays & have to wear heavy lead all day, so the tension in my back gets pretty bad. Maria is able to loosen me up, & I feel SO much better when I leave. I have also been to Louis & Shamika, & they were amazing as well! Highly recommend this location

I visited Elements Massage for the first time and saw Jeff Simpson and had a fantastic massage. Im a chiropractor from another state and was passing through and found him last minute. He has great depth in his massage and he has a great personality. He knew his muscle groups well and how to break down the musculature effectively. If any patients need a deep massage to help muscle restriction, tightness, or chronic pain he is your guy! The staff was very friendly as well.

I have been coming to this studio for a few years and they always have great therapists on staff. The additional services like aromatherapy, and cupping add a great touch. Highly recommend it if you’re looking for a relaxing break or even a gift for a friend.

I love my massages at Elements - from the moment you walk in, the front desk is helpful and knowledgeable and matches you to a massage therapist that will give you the experience youre looking for. The waiting area is beautiful and relaxing, and so are the treatment rooms. Ive had many massages over my life at high-end spas and my experience at Elements easily rivals them.

Covid 19. This business is closed as it should be. Almost every other company and business large and small are reaching out to customers to determine how they can assist, make it easier, accommodate. This Elements (they’re franchised so I don’t k ow about others) CONTINUES to charge me the monthly fee for massages that they cannot perform. It MIGHT be okay if they reached out and asked...but they haven’t and $69/mo continues to come out of my checking account. Do I still have a job? Am I still employed? Am I in financial distress? No one’s asked. While local restaurants and bars and other service businesses suffer, Elements just continues to take in monthly revenue from “members” without any regard for their well being. It’s a great massage and environment and I enjoy it would normally give 4 or 5 stars—but they’re closed!! And no one has bothered to contact me.Poor public relations/customer service. I’m very challenging times. If you guys read this...I suggest a different strategy.

I love coming to this Elements Massage. It is never a hassle to book an appointment and the receptionists are always upbeat and helpful. Maria is THE BEST masseuse I have ever had. Getting a membership here was the best present Ive ever gotten myself.

Amazing work! The customer support is impeccable and they take in consideration every suggestion you may have. Very thorough with identifying what would best work for you and what massage techniques would best support you. Very clean and following all guidelines! Will continue coming back.

What I loved most about my experience at Elements in Arcadia was was the atmosphere. I was relaxed as soon as I walked in. I was a little late but reception made me feel relaxed. The massage was very good. I had an injury and my massage therapist had a lot of ground to cover but ws able to address the injury and tend to other areas. Really needed 1.5 hrs.

So far I have no complaints at all. Im new to this but I loved it! I felt renewed and the pain I had in my neck got better. The staff is very professional and attentive.

Tim is an incredibly nice, caring, and FANTASTIC therapist. He dug into every muscle and walked me through what was happening. I will be going back specifically for him. In addition, the receptionist ladies were incredibly kind and the building itself is in a great location, clean, and comfortable.

I got in on the same day when I was really hurting, the price is reasonable and everyone was nice and easy to deal with. I like that you dont have a fee to join the membership and you are not locked into a contract.

Really great massage while on vacation - receptionist was lovely and gave me a great recommendation for brunch - easy to book.

I did not go into the location, but was approached by a staff member while I was still in my vehicle outside the store, to ask if I had an appointment there. I did not see the reserved parking sign that was partially in front of another vehicle. I apologized and said I would move, and then the staff member pressed her point further by telling me how members pay for time in their studio and she would hate to have to tow my car. Please tell tell staff to be more aware of their sign placement and to chill out a little with the condescending parking lot ambushes, lol.

The staff was super friendly, detailed and attentive. The office was very clean, the rooms nice, and I really really liked being sent home with the little stretch recommendations, I thought that was a great touch.

Ivan really listened to my concerns and focused on a shoulder that had been bothering me. He really worked on loosening up that muscle and now I have much better range of motion and less pain. Thank you!
