Creating the appointment here for Botox was the only pleasant experience about Suddenly Slimmer since it was quick and easy. When I got there on the day of my appointment I was the only one there and Still I waited over 30 min to be called back. Receptionist was professional but not sweet at all. When we were called back the injector didn’t introduce herself. Neither did she make us feel welcomed . I had to ask her if I had to sit or lay on the stretcher bed since I was standing and she was doing nothing standing there . I had questions and wad nervous since I had never had the procedure done. She seemed annoyed and irritated with my 2 questions and it seemed like she just wanted it to be done so she can go on to the next customer. I asked her how many units I would need since frown lines usually need from10-25 units, without looking at my face she said 20 . I would have wanted her to see my face and maybe I needed more or less . But she went with the 20 ! It felt like a business only . I understand it is one but they do not ! I repeat THEY DO NOT care about their customer/patients!!

Suddenly slimmer Med Spa is such an An amazing place! I had my service done by Danielli and she did such a great job. She is so knowledgeable with all the latest treatments. The receptionist are very friendly and very nice. They sell a lot of products in their front lobby. That are really great. I would encourage anyone that does aesthetic treatments, to go to this Suddenly slimmer Med Spa on Indian school in Phoenix. You won’t be sorry!

Where to start. My goodness I had such a pleasant experience, all due to my laser tech. I came in to get my underarms lasered so I wouldn’t have to deal with pesky hair anymore. Don’t get me wrong I was skeptical to begin, even after I walked in. But as soon as I saw Natalie’s face and heard her speak I was at ease. She made me feel so comfortable and assured me every step of the way. I will only ever see her now. The pits are on their way to being silky smooth!!!!!!!

I have just come from a body wrap and cellulite cupping; both for reduction of size and detoxing. My therapist was Paola. She was amazing and so caring. Paola is absolutely professional and very knowledgable. Paola was able to explain the process of how cupping works on the body and the benefits. She was able to explain how the body wrapped worked on the form as well. The Spa was very clean and well appointed. Everyone in the staff was kind and friendly. If you were new, they made you feel welcome. I brought a friend and she also loved it. We will be returning. I so recommend this spa.

Been going here for Brazilian laser appointments and this place is like no other. Got a quote from LaserAway that was nearly 3x the price of what I’m having done at Suddenly Slimmer, but unlike LaserAway this place is not pushy or gimmicky, has quality techs and customer service, and provides a warm and comforting and safe environment. My laser results specifically have been incredible! Their machine cools down the skin in an ice-y way before zapping you, so it’s much less painful than other laser treatments I’ve had in the past. Highly recommend!

I had the best experience at this place! As soon as I walked in it felt warm and relaxing! The ladies at the front desk were super sweet and kind! I have never had lip filler and let me tell you the experience was exceptional. Daniellie was super sweet, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy. I am so happy with my lips! I will definitely be going back when the next time comes around. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for lip filler. Scheduled a consult, when arriving I was waiting over 20 minutes past my scheduled time. Was told one thing over the phone VS what I was being told while sitting there. The lady was helpful in figuring out the issue, but just felt very disorganized/haphazard. With the amount of $$$$ this spa charges over similar spas -- maybe have a more professional/organized system.Its a hard no for me..

Danielli is the best with a needle! I wont let anyone touch my face other than her from an injection standpoint as I require perfection since it is my face. She makes it where I look refreshed and you dont really know I had anything done.

There is absolutley no way this Med Spa has a 4.8 rating in customer service. I have seen people leave here PISSED. This place has gone down hill since Dr. Suze left. For more honest reviews go look at their reviews on Yelp.According to the Manager and Director they have lost all of their Medical records from a certain time period ( or at least mine lol). I requested my Medical records after calling them and complaining of a twisted face after recieving treatment from on of their nurses. They invited me back for more treatment when all I requested was my medical records so that I can submit them to my physican. They gave me all of my treatment dates, but made every excuse not to release my records and then told me, we dont have to keep records like a traditional Medical office. Now I have to submit a complaint to The Arizona Medical Board.

Carole was super patient with me and informative, she knows a lot about the coolsculpting process & doesnt pressure me to buy more or upsell me on things I dont need. I have neck pain & she brought in a bunch of different pillow options to help make sure I was comfortable since it was a 4+ hour long appointment. The front desk staff were really kind, patient & followed up with me when I requested. My first appointment there I did wait 20 minutes or so, I’m not sure who I was scheduled to see but I asked the front desk how much longer & they linked me up with Carole right away

Today I had my appointment for CoolSculpting and everything went super well, the place is very nice and clean and everyone was very friendly and professional, also very informative and aswered all my questions, the CoolSculpting treatment was very comfortable and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful clean spa centrally located in Phoenix with plenty of free parking. So grateful I found Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa and grateful to have Nurse Dannielli RN patiently answering my questions then giving me my Botox injections. Very professional! Very helpful! Fair pricing. Look forward to continued visits, adding on more services as needed.

My experience at Suddenly Slimmer was amazing! I got my Volbella lip filler done by Dannielli, and this was my first time ever getting filler done. She not only did an outstanding job but also ensured my comfort by explaining each step thoroughly. The entire team was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place!

No one talked to me! Only said have a seat. I was there for a $310 hydra facial that included red light, gland clearing, and a couple of other things. The entire facial took less than 35 minutes. What!!! The red light was over my face for only seconds. She did not talk, did not explain... Nothing. 😳 I gave her a nice tip because she did provide a service, but after leaving, I thought about it. This was a very expensive waste of time. Maybe it was because it was a Saturday. I expected a relaxing experience. Will not recommend it.

I absolutely LOVE this place!! As soon as you walk in you feel super welcomed!! I’ve been here 3 separate times and each interaction was awesome! Carole took care of my HydraFacial and It was the best!! I’ve also been taken care of by Kent and Im super happy with everything! I would definitely recommend both of them!!

I just got home from my first session of cool sculpting for under chin. The staff was amazing the service was amazing and the cleanliness was superb. My technician was Sharon and she was the best. She explained everything thoroughly and helped with alleviating any discomfort. It was my first treatment there and I will be back for more. I cant wait to tell my teacher friends about this place and all the fun things they offer.

Im so glad I chose this place for my Coolsculpting services.The staff here is amazing and friendly.My sculpting tech was very personable and we had great conversations.The girls at the front desk are also super sweet - one even jump started my car because my battery overheated during my appointment today (super embarrassing but the way I was helped really touched my heart).They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and I already see results after a few weeks of my first sculpting service!I recommend them to anyone seeking cosmetic procedures! This spa is the most welcoming and economical facility in the Phoenix metro area. I have had nothing but good results, at a reasonable price and with great service. I’ve dealt with a few different nurses since I started going (about 5 years ago) but I can honestly say that my current RN, Dannielli is the most efficient and professional of them all for all my Botox needs.

Danielli is an ABSOLUTELY outstanding!!! She takes so much time to discuss your overall goals you want to achieve. She is the Queen of the refreshed subtle look! My experience with Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa has been extraordinary! I have had multiple procedures performed throughout the past year including Botox (forehead, crows feet, frown lines), Restylane (lips), Juvederm (lips), B12 & Lipotropic injections. The most recent procedure done about 4 weeks ago (end of July) involved injecting Juvederm Voluma into my cheeks, chin, & jowl area (and at the same time I also had Juvederm in lips). This was the very first time I had ever had any injections into my facial/cheek area and it was a significant step forward for me as I was always very nervous about any type of facial/cheek injections. Moving forward with this procedure was only possible due to the unwavering trust I had in my Cosmetic Injector, Dannielli RN. Dannielli is beyond amazingly magnificent! Ive had lip injections and Botox throughout the past 15 years with various physicians & cosmetic injectors and not one of them comes close to Danniellis perfection. To this day, I have the absolute best results ever with Dannielli. She is truly phenomenal and has such a deep passion for what she does which reflects in all of her work. Her extensive knowledge, experience, and professionalism is of the highest quality, 100% top tier. In addition, every single team member at Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa is friendly, knowledgable, and absolutely incredible! DO NOT RECOMMEND. Based off my experience, the charges are not communicated nor received on the breakdown of the invoice/receipt. Ive spent a lot of money, time and the lack of communication along with disappointment after coming back to me with multiple charges and discrepancies have yet to get any answers. Jana, the spa director, goes back on her word and refuses to provide valid proof, will not answer my multiple requests to call. I absolutely refuse to ever come back based off my experience, they are very disorganized and have had the worst experience given scheduling, charges, and overall disappointment with the services after spending over $8,000 since being a client July 2023.

Suddenly Slimmer is the only place I get Dysport or Botox done. The staff is very friendly and I always feel welcomed and not rushed. They often have great deals that they offer their clients in this competitive market.Dannielli is amazing, kind and knowledgable. Services are top notch, but the way the business is run on the front end seems messy. I wish I took before pictures but the results from my CO2 skin tightening treatment on my arms were outstanding. Way better results than I expected and I will be going back.Ive spoken with them a few times for my first service and then additional services and those were the experiences I struggled with....the sales people Ive worked with didnt seem to know what services would be best, or the prices. First consultation I had with them was remote and I was quoted for the completely wrong service for my needs. I went into the office and was quoted something way different and signed up for the services at that point. The next experience I had I tried to book another virtual appointment but I was left waiting for over 20 minutes in the virtual waiting room. So I booked another appointment in the office and then I waited over half an hour past my appointment time in the front office waiting to get pulled back. I was never pulled back so I told the office I was leaving and was given the same response as the other few times, theyll be right out, so sorry for the delay. Which is fine but half an hour past an appointment time for a consultation on NEW services isnt a great way to get and keep new business.Once again the services were top notch but the front end seems a little messy. I do only recommend this place for anybody looking for skin treatments because I used and see the success of their services. Once again, top notch!

I recently visited Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa and had Botox and Juvederm Vobella injections by Nurse Kent. He was very professional and the results were noticed by my husband right away. I am a long time client of Suddenly Slimmer and I usually see Danielle. I would definitely recommend any of their services.

I was gifted a trip to Suddenly Slimmer for my birthday. I was looking forward to a facial and upon arriving, I asked for a menu and the front desk said we don’t have a menu of our services. They suggested I look online, I told them ok I will have to reschedule and go home to get on my computer to take a look. The front desk then said the esthetician performing the facial would go over all the facial options with me. This should have been a red flag but I agreed to continue with the service. They asked if I had filled out my paperwork which I responded I had not but would happy to do so now. The lady was very annoyed that I didn’t have a smart phone and rolled her eyes at me when I asked if her I could fill out a hard copy. She stated she didn’t know how to use the printer. Another lady stepped up and said she knew how to print and would get me the paperwork to fill out. When I went back into the room with the esthetician we discussed what I was looking to achieve. I was looking for a treatment that would provide my skin with glowing and moisturized appearance . I shared that my skin is NOT acne prone (also says this on my paperwork) she let me know she was offering 4 facial types all under the diamond glow. She went with diamond glow moisture. This is supposed to be a 45 min service that only last 20 minutes. Basically this service is done with a suction stick with an agitator at the end (I didn’t realize this until she started) She rubbed something on my face and then began scrubbing my face with the suction stick. I shared with her that it was painful so she turned it down. Still it was very uncomfortable and she said this is as low as it goes. I asked her to stop the service because my face was having a burning sensation. She wiped the goop off my face and called it a day. When I looked in the mirror I had raspberries on my cheeks and neck. She said this was normal and would go away. after spending 200 on a facial I expected better interactions from the staff and a better service for my skin. I went home to look into the “diamond glow” service. It specifically states that this service for acne prone skin. I was surprised that she suggested this service when my paperwork specifically stated the opposite. I also saw that they have hundreds of facials and didn’t understand why they didn’t provide a menus or options. I left a poor internal review, a lady called me and said sorry you had a bad experience. How does a $25 off coupon sound? Sounds terrible and I won’t be coming back. Now 6 months later the raspberries have turned to dark spots on my cheek and neck. Do not go to suddenly slimmer, this place is a gimmick and the staff doesn’t care about anything but the commission. I definitely warn friends and strangers about suddenly slimmer when they ask for my opinion on where to get services.

Had an amazing experience using the coolsculpting elite machine at Suddenly Slimmer Spa. The pain was absolutely harmless once they put the device onto the targeted area. Then you have the device on for 30 min , which goes by so quick because your watching t.v. or on your phone. But let me tell you , once I started seeing the results I was so happy and excited and this isnt even the full results , im only 8 weeks in. It typically takes 3 months to obtain full results but some can take longer depending on how your body flushes out the fat. Now 100 % transparency, I ate healthy on top and exercised , so id highly recommend that anybody who does this treatment maintains a routine of eating well and training at least 2-3 times per week. The cool thing about coolsculpting elite over regular coolsculpting is the normal machine takes an hour and this new advanced machine only takes 30 min. So suddenly slimmer spa definitely has the best coolsculpting machine and service, that I have personally seen in my area. Check them out guys , you will not be disappointed!

I just recently had Volbella lip injection done by nurse Dannielli, RN. She did an amazing job! It was my first time ever getting my lips done so it was hard to trust someone but she did everything I asked for and I will definitely be going back to her again! My friends are amazed by my results and wanted to immediately know where I got them done. Suddenly slimmer med spa is amazing, the staff was super kind and made the entire booking, scheduling, and check-in process so quick and easy! They were able to get me in next day and helped me achieve the results that I wanted. For aftercare I followed Dannielli, RN’s instructions and healed very quickly. Bianca helped to make the process go a lot smoother too by numbing me up prior to the procedure which helped significantly. I’m absolutely in love with my results and highly recommend them!

I had gotten lip fillers and dysport done as an early birthday present. Normally I go to California Cosmetics but I moved to Alaska and didn’t plan on going to California anytime soon so I went to Suddenly Slimmer. I’ve gone to them before for dysport and have had no problems. I had asked for the keyhole pout which I did not get, at first my lips came out nice but after a couple hours I had bruising on the top of my lip, like under my nose which has never happened to me before. The dr had also told me to lightly massage my lips which I’ve always been told to never do after getting my lips filled. It’s been 2 weeks, they’re fully healed and my lips look like they never had any filling. I would absolutely not recommend this place at all for lip fillers! Don’t waste your money!!!!

I visited Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa on Saturday, May 7, 2022. I had the Ear Candling service on both ears performed by Alyssa. I have been coming every two months for the past year and I look forward to spending quality time with Alyssa. She is warm, caring, and provides expert service. My sinuses cleared and opened up and my right ear pressure is gone. At my first visits my ear wax was brown with lots of debris. Now the wax is a light yellow with a few small patches of wax. What an amazing difference! I look forward to coming back in July. Thanks Alyssa!

Avoid at all costs. Customer for 12+ years and spent over $10k here. They performed a treatment incorrectly ($188 value) and wouldn’t correct the issue. Basically a tech was not properly trained on the laser hair removal and the treatment was null. I did my original treatment and have been doing touch ups for the last decade so I am very familiar with the process. They wouldn’t make it right! After 3 months of trying and 2 site visits, the lies got bigger and bigger. Even their manager was lying! So disappointing. They tried to coerce me into signing a contract saying I wouldn’t talk about this experience or the spa. Super shady and unethical in my opinion!

Got filler in my lups. 3 out of 10 for pain due to the numbing med and the dr doing my lips before numbing wore off. Listened to my preferences an talked me through it all. Great first time experience.

Suddenly Slimmer was a recommendation by a Scottsdale Local knowing I would be in great hands. I’ve struggled with pesky dark long hairs around the neck area and decided enough was enough. I took action and decided to schedule my first laser hair removal session. Four appointments later, less shaving, less hair growth around the areas of laser removal and a happy customer. I’m always welcomed warmly by the front desk staff. Each provider that has greeted me for my services have been professional, kind and efficient.Thank you always.

Just had my first deep tissue massage with Alyssa and it’s hands down the best massage I’ve ever had! She’s absolutely amazing and really listened to my needs. She’s a ninja with her hands. The front desk is amazing as well and were so kind as they greeted me when I walked through the door. If anyone needs a massage book with her!

I have wanted to use a medical spa for some time now and I finally made the move. I was nervous never having any of these treatments done before, but the customer service I got at Suddenly Slimmer was so amazing that I quickly felt at ease. My latest service was the Diamond Glow Facial with Brooke and it was amazing. I have also done Botox there and I am already signed up for both again. Everyone from the front desk to the people performing the services are so kind and helpful. I was the last appointment of the day and after I had so many product questions and they answered them all and didnt make me feel rushed at all. I highly recommend.

I went here before my San Fran trip to get a syringe. The lady kept telling me I didn’t need one and just gave me a touch up and sold me some eye patches and eye cream. I told her that I didn’t believe in eye cream because it doesn’t work and she assured me it did. I went to other places and felt really confident about the work/money I spent. Here I didn’t have a good experience. Honestly you should just do what people ask, and not waste 400 dollars of theirs for no reason. I am going to stick with the place I go to in chandler. They do a GREAT job. Thanks!

She is extremely professional, did research before I came in for my consultation and is incredibly knowledgeable on skin. She had created a plan of action on how to best heal my skin and I trust her completely. I’m glad I finally found an aesthetician to work with in Phoenix to get my skin right. She’s the best, and I will be using this business for a long time.

I received a wax here a week ago, and it was an excellent experience. My appointment was on time as scheduled and the employees were all very kind and courteous. My aesthetician was friendly and provided great customer service. Before the end of my appointment, she confirmed that my wax met my expectations, and recommended products that would be suitable for me. The atmosphere was very calm, relaxing, and most importantly, very clean. This was the best wax Ive received after trying two other places. It was painless with exceptional results! I definitely recommend Suddenly Slimmer Day and Med Spa.

I went out of my way to get treatment at Suddenly Slimmer because my previous experience was excellent and they ARE the longest ran Med spa in the valley. About 10 days after paying over $300 for dysport injections to treat my “11” and forehead lines, I called concerned it didn’t work as I could still see lines and lots of movement. Front desk girl I spoke with was extremely helpful and reassuring and advised me to wait (can’t remember time frame) for full results. I do remember saying and asking are the full results really going to happen overnight weeks after treatment. She made it seem like a possibility. 2 months have passed and it’s the same. I want to get another treatment but do not live close and it will take up at least half day. The cost is higher than other Med spa’s but I’ve always thought “you get what you paid for”, now I’m not so sure about that. If you don’t have busy schedule or if you live or work near suddenly slimmer I recommend them, just in case you need to go back for touch-up in between treatments. I will update my review accordingly.

I was extremely impressed by how friendly the staff is. You can quickly see its a profession that everyone enjoys. I got a HydraFacial MD from BrookeShe did a fantastic job of hydrating my skin and making it feel fresh. She also educated me on the right products to use daily. Im now a regular customer its a very enjoyable atmosphere 😃

I’ve come here for three wax treatments so far and every session is a pleasant one! My first wax session was done by Tara and so was my most recent one. She’s very sweet and makes you feel so comfortable! I did get lucky once and received a wax treatment by Dannielli! We laughed and talked the whole time. It was great. I love coming here and will definitely recommend this spa to family and friends.

I had my first ever jawline slimming botox with Sylvia RN at this med spa and had a great experience. Its a lovely place, and I got exactly what I wanted for a really modest price. If youre looking to get high quality service at an affordable rate, definitely give this place a try. I will be returning!

Years of being a client here and Im still in love with everything I experience. I started off just getting waxes (Brazilian and legs), then I got Amy as my esthetician and she told me about the benefits of laser hair removal and she would be my tech. I already had an amazing experience with her doing my waxes, I had no issue putting my trust in her for laser. I currently get Brazilian and Chin Laser Hair Removal and its simple, super quick (never longer than 15-20 minutes) and Amy makes sure that you are comfortable and know whats happening the whole time. That is important to me because Im plus size and I know there are some estheticians out there that just dont know how or dont desire to have us as clients because well, gotta be more thorough. It can be a little intimidating trying to read them and see which side of that they are on. Amy has never made me feel that way. Like I said she makes me feel comfortable and is super thorough. Super grateful for her and for Suddenly Slimmer. Ive been going here since Rio Wax Salon was a standalone. Even when I move out of state I will still come down here once a month (or year for maintenance) for these services. Thank you Suddenly Slimmer! Thank you Amy!

I am a massage therapist and am very picky when it comes to finding a Massage therapist to work on me. For the past 5 years I have been seeing Alyssa at Suddenly Slimmer. I can honestly say, Alyssa is the very best at what she does. I always get a Swedish Massage and have had her work on me when Ive had surgeries done to help relax muscles from being so stuff from surgery recovery. I recommend her to all our family and friends. She is always on time, the massage room is peaceful and clean. I highly recommend Alyssa and Suddenly Slimmer.

I came to Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa for Coolsculpting. I am skeptical of cosmetic procedures and had never had one. I am healthy and fit but had persistent love handles. After just 1 treatment, I am seeing better-than-expected results! I am so pleased. My pants fit better and the appearance of back fat is gone. Alyssa was an excellent technician. She thoroughly explained exactly what the procedure would be. No surprises. The procedure is quick and painless. I had no ill effects and saw the results just 3 weeks after.The staff is friendly and efficient and the salon is very clean and comfortable.I would highly recommend Suddenly Slimmer and Alyssa.

Today I had a Dermalinfusion with Erin and she was amazing. We did a Dermalinfusion together and did some extractions for the first time and she walked me through it and was very easy and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely come again and recommend Erin to anyone that want a good cleaning facial. The front desk staff was helpful and very professional.

Great experience today! My husband and both got Dysport. From when they answered the phone, we were treated very well, were able to be booked same day and even offered to be apart of a current promotion. We were greeted with smiles from the front desk upon entering and the spa itself is very clean and modern inside. Or nurse who performed the procedure offered high customer service and was very sensitive to all needs we had and explained each step well. We definitely will be back when visiting.

Starting with the positive- front desk is exceptional! Every time I called, I was pleased and excited to visit the spa due to the warm demeanor of the ladies on the phone. However, the day of the appointment I was extremely disappointed that I did not receive that same customer service from the provider. Maybe because it was late in the day? I brushed it off at first, but it only became more uncomfortable. Responses were sharp and was looked down upon for only getting 25 units of botox (~$240) vs the 70 that was recommended. I was forced to leave the room to pay and then come back. The worst part was being charged a cancellation fee for not getting filler even though I was there! Talk about a money hungry business. Definitely not the first spa experience I was expecting.

Ive been seeing Dr. Jeffers every 4-6 months for about 8 years now. I couldnt recommend her services more. She is upfront, honest, and direct about pricing and services. I had the deluxe hydrafacial with Erin and it was amazing! I came in with acne and acne scarring and she educated me on my skin and how we are going tackle it in the future procedures. I have never had a facial before nor have I ever been to this location. From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel so welcome! The two people at the front desk were beyond friendly. I had a Hydrofacial appointment with Danielli because the reviews people had written about here were amazing, and I understand why! She made me feel SO comfortable and answered all of the questions that I had (which were a lot). She explained everything to me while she was doing it and was incredibly friendly. Ive been getting the cupping massages for my cellulite. I saw a difference after my first one. I definitely recommend this if you have cellulite youd like to get rid of. Alyssa has been doing mine and shes amazing. The whole spa is amazing and the front desk has great customer service. I plan on coming here for other treatments as well.

Cool Sculpting. What a great, life changing experience. I just had my 90 follow up where I got to see my before and after pictures of the cool sculpting treatments I had on my stomach and love handles. The loss of actual fat takes place over a three month period so you dont notice the loss but after a month you just feel thinner. I knew I had lost a few inches in my waist but when I saw the after pictures, I started to tear up. I am so happy with the results. I had been considering cool sculpting and visited with three different companies and Suddenly Slimmer not only gave me the best rate, the team there was truly wonderful to work with. Jeanie did the treatment and she was awesome. She explained how the next couple hours would go and answered all my questions. The procedure itself is painless but theres a five minute period when they remove the unit from your skin that is not a lot of fun, but its over as quickly as it starts. Ive already shared my pictures with my friends and Im sure they will be visiting Suddenly Slimmer soon too.

I got an eyebrow and lash tint done by Irina and I am so happy with the results! I am blonde, so I naturally have really light eyebrows and eyelashes, and I was a little worried that the eyebrow color would look too dark. Irina was so helpful and understanding, and took the time to tell me which products she recommended and how long we would leave the color on to get the perfect result. I am so glad I trusted her because my eyebrows and eyelashes look amazing and I dont even feel like I need to wear makeup! My daughter and I have been coming to Suddenly Slimmer for about 3 months now. The online menu is very overwhelming, but the consultation process is free and very easy and the staff was very helpful at navigating the treatments options to suit my personal goals.We opted to start with facials, and have both had hydra facials and a dermalinfusion. My goal was to clean up some of the t-zone blackheads that have haunted my since adolescence and I have been very pleased with the results and the overall renewed look of my skin. I was suggested an at home skin care regimen which has been easy to manage and not only feels good each time I use it, but has clearly supported my goals of younger and clearer skin.Everyone I have interacted with is very helpful, friendly and welcoming. The time they spend making the environment friendly and welcoming sometimes results in longer check-in and or check-out or purchase times, but it is well worth it. Time at the spa should feel rushed and I never do when we are here.

Irena was AMAZING!! It’s not my first time getting facial but with her she made it worth it. She took her time with my face and the ones I got service with before were very fast and rushing but her is amazing. My face felt like a baby skin. If you want to get any facial services get it with IRENA. You’ll not waste your time or money I promise!!!! And she is so lovely and polite.

Never will I ever visit this place again. Its a shame that they have a cancelation policy, One which if not canceled in adequate timing, theyll charge your card on file... which didnt halogen to me btw.I had a 11:30a appt. I arrived at 11:20a. Not to bore you with all the details, but at 12:30p I was still sitting in the waiting area to be seen. Finally, i gave up and left at 1240p. Thats over an hour of my time that I wont get back. Ridiculously poor scheduling... at my expense.There are other good spas in the area. I would recommend trying one of those first.

I received 2 cool sculpting treatments from Alyssa at Suddenly Slimmer. She made the whole process more comfortable due to her expertise. Alyssa was knowledgeable about the procedure & projected results and answered so many of my questions. This helped me set great expectations and timelines for when I would see some slimming results!The treatment itself can be uncomfortable because of the weird sensation and coldness, yet Alyssa helped to ensure I was as comfortable as possible.I love that Alyssa is a perfectionists and studies my body before putting on the patches or applicators.It’s been 4 months since my treatment and I’m impressed and pursuing 2 more treatments in follow up. Exercise and diet are helpful.. but certainly cool sculpting has provided technological tools to chisel & sculpt producing happy results! .Alyssa is highly recommended for this kind of treatment!!!

I was also very choosy on where to go to have it done and one of my best friend that has done previously at Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa in Phoenix; but even though I live in Scottsdale, suggested me to come there. So I went to see Dannielli! She was very patient and carefully explained what the process will be. I also loved that she will be the one to do the actual laser procedure. I got a package for my legs and underarms and so far, Ive had 3 sessions and my legs are much, much smoother than ever! Sure, there are still some stray hairs, but you barely notice them unless you look really close and I still have 3 more sessions to go and seen my friend final result I am sure mine will be as perfect as she got!Anyway, Danny was very patient and also very meticulous making sure she zapped all the hairs out. She would mark small areas to make sure she knows which places shes zapped through. She also has this machine that blows cold air onto your skin so it doesnt hurt that much; of course it still hurts a little bit but not as much without it. I also really loved the fact that shewas the one that worked on my friend laser hair removal for her bikini and leg areas!If youre looking for a great, caring and very knowledgeable professional for laser hair removal, she is the best. For the price, you cant beat it. Her service is impeccable.After all, my friend found her here at Google!

I have been coming to Suddenly Slimmer since I moved to Phoenix 2 years prior and I love the staff and the services. They are very attentive to my needs with sensitive skin for facials. I also receive massage and Alyssa is incredible. Tara provides my facials and we do a dermaplaning facial that leaves my skin feeling fresh and clean.

The girls are nice. However, I would like to start with what I don’t really like. The prices are extremely high you can go other places and get the same thing for an exceptional and fair price.Second, I was offered a free service and was unable to cancel and would be charged a fee for a free service? So I ended up showing and said I wasn’t going to do the service and so they sat in the room to make sure I did the service. Very weird. However the girl that did my service was very nice. I am unlikely to never return.Better cancellations other places and better prices.

The appointment process was seamless as I was able to get an appointment fairly quickly and could do so online. When I arrived I filled out a few papers and was taken back in a timely manner. Dr. Jeffers was very pleasant and made sure I was comfortable throughout my entire treatment even giving me two stress balls. The staff was polite and the ambiance in the spa was perfect. I got a very good price on botox. I just didnt feel that they cared whether I was there or not. I felt like I was corralled thru the process. The Dr was very nice. The front desk girls were very serious and impersonal. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant. Pay for what you want, get it and get out.12/19/20 Edit** Although I appreciated Suddenly Slimmer reaching out to me, my response to them is not required. I did not write this review to get something for free. And a free consultation is not going to change how your staff treats clients. Or are you saying had I scheduled a consultation I would have received better customer service?Also, my botox treatment didnt quite hit the mark. Ive had this area treated before with botox and got much better results.

Erin gave me a hydra facial today and it was amazing . Also great attitude towards me loved her positive attitude and how she was willing to help me out with my skin and gave me an amazing outcome. Kind of disappointed. I made an appointment for a consultation that went great. At that appointment I booked for micro needling that the esthetician put in the system for me. I showed up for my appointment and was told that I was on the “walk in list” and that they did not have time to get me in. So if you book here make sure that you are not put on the “walk in list.”apparently you are not safe even if one of the employees put in the appointment for you

It was very easy to schedule and appointment and they work with me to cancel as I suffer with chronic debilitating migraines.The procedure was for me a bit more painful once the suction part was taken off . Though it only lasted for 5 minutes it felt forever. The procedure felt strange at first but they did everything to make you feel comfortable even afterwards when I felt like my skin was on fire but I am one of the few that has very sensitive skin.However 4 months later I am 15 pounds lighter and that weight was all from menopause weight.The staff continues to work with me and I am a happy continuing customer!!

As soon as I entered, the staff in the front welcomed me, had me sign in, and fill out all the necessary information about my allergies, etc. Today was my first ever facial, being a hydrafacial. Erin was my esthetician today, and gave me the upmost amazing experience, within 30 min, she made me feel welcome and relaxed. She was outstanding, professional, and capable of answering all my questions, would definitely recommend you request her! :)

My husband and I came in for a 10 year anniversary treat. We did the couples Slimming and detoxifying package. At the time of my reservation they only had 1 masseuse so we had to split up. In exchange of the massage they offered my a Deep Pore cleansing facial. Which I happily accepted, since Ive always wanted one of those anyway. :) Anywho, the body wrap as interesting, but enjoyable. The facial was great and really cleared up my skin. My husband even noticed when we were out in the sunlight. The ladies that worked with us were super, polite, and very professional. I will definitely return in the future.

Got my lips done by Dr Jeffers, she was the best. On there website it says new clients get FREE CONSULTATION plus 20% off. Well I was new and went in and had my consultation but scheduled for another day and when I left I had to pay 100$ for it because lady at front desk said consultation only free if I got service done same day. Well, 2 weeks later I called to make appointment for my mom for Botox, she was also a new client and girl who answered front desk said consultations are always free whether you have service done same day or another time. I really couldn’t believe lady scammed me like that and there were 2 other girls behind desk too. I went there because of all the good reviews and how known it is. But I will NEVER go back or refer friends or family. Everywhere I’ve gone consultations are always free.

I had Great Results, it took a while for me to fully see the Botox working; which is why I am giving this review now. Botox and Juvederm were done 2 weeks ago. The coolsculpt process is very well executed at Suddenly Slimmer. The staff are friendly and Alyssa is friendly and informative in walking you through each step and the recommendations. It was comfortable no issues and yes it worked! It took about 2 to 3 months after before I saw significant improvements. Three months ago I had a CoolSculpting treatment of my lower abdomen with Alyssa, and today was my 90-day follow-up. Reading through all the what to expect literature, I had my concerns as one would with any treatment, but Alyssa was fantastic! She made sure I was comfortable during the entire treatment and was there to answer any questions I might have. And the results speak a thousand words! I knew there was some fat reduction in my abdomen, but after seeing the before and after photos, I am impressed. 18+ months of consistent healthy eating along with 4-5 days of exercise per week couldnt get rid of that stubborn belly fat, but CoolSculpting made a big impact! Definitely worth the time and money!

I got lip fillers and upon going I was nervous bc I hadn’t had anything done before. I told her what I wanted and everything. She said she’s been doing fillers for 11 years but she seemed very nervous to me. She was very bossy and almost commanding and I didn’t like that. There were 2 instances with this doctor where I had to be firm with her and really stick up for myself. First for taking “before” pictures she wanted my whole face I said I don’t want to and she said “part of the spa, it’s a requirement” I said ok but you’re not taking one of my face. She finally obliged to take photos only of my lips. And the second time we were in the middle of the procedure and ofc I was nervous but she acted like I needed to do what she said to feel calm. I said uh no I’m okay lol I had calmed down but I think she might’ve been desensitize to that.Also as a doctor you think to take what the patient wants and use your experience and expertise to deliver that but it seemed I had to tell her what to do. I told her where she might need to place most of it but I assumed she would use her skills AS A DOCTOR to achieve the look I wanted. She lacks confidence hence what could show in her work and what she does on you.Ultimately, I am okay with my fillers but I don’t LOVE them. Especially paying $500 (when I was quoted less at consultation).Sorry, but I’m not going back. At least for any kind of filler, they use a different doc. Not sure about the spa/facials.

Ive done laser hair removal here for many different areas and I am so excited to say that Ive seen dramatic improvements! My hair was so dark and thick and it would grow in a matter of hours. But now, it is impressive, it has been life changing. I feel so much better about myself, feminine and free and Im a little bit over halfway through the treatment. I am so hopeful that I will be completely hairless by my last treatment.Just a heads up, but from my personal experience, I just use the painless laser hair removal. No joke, the lower legs, especially near the ankle, hurt just a bit! Obviously, they do laser hair removal, waxing, Botox and Dermal Fillers. I also see on their website, that they do tattoo removal, cellulite and stretch marks and I like the fact that I can book online and get some money back with their discounts!I would recommend them to my friends!

Way overpriced!!!! I went in for a coolsculpting consultation and was quoted $4700 for one treatment on my abdomen which is 4 applicators thats $1200 per applicator with a $100 discount, I asked how much for just 2 applicators and I was than quoted $2400. I politely declined this horrible offer. Went to Ideal Image the following day and was quoted $3600 for 8 applicators (2 treatments) 30 days apart. Thats less than 500 per applicator!!! I paid in advance for 2 treatments at less than half of what suddenly slimmer was trying to scam me out of. This place rips off their clients and totally takes advantage of people who are vulnerable. Save your money and do your research! UPDATE!! I had coolsculpting done and it does not work I had 3 different sessions and zero results, I ended up having liposuction for about the same price. Save your money!!

I love this place! I have had the hydrafacial, Pixel Laser, and laser hair removal. I find that everyone who I have seen for a service is extremely knowledgeable and excited to be doing what theyre doing. After the pixel, I even texted the esthetician several times about follow-up procedures and she would text back instantly (even at night - lol)! I love that the spa offers a large variety of services (massages, body wraps, laser services, and so on); I cant wait to keep trying everything else!
