I have dealt with a great deal of smoke shops and most of them are the same cookie cutter set up. Red Star Vapor is different. Not only do they make great flavors, they will help you to find ones that you loved from somewhere else and have now discontinued. They will find a flavor that is surprisingly close to your favorite, continuing to satisfy you. With multiple different strengths, and additives to get your juice just the way you want is a great specialty. I know because this is what happened to me.So I call before coming in to make sure my flavor which is high in demand is available and 99% of the time it is. Red Star Vapor knows their customers, my shopping habits and usual times I refill, so I can count on them too keep my favorites in stock, which I greatly appreciate. They are pleasant, educated, and knowledgeable, making their customers continually happy. Use to love this place and come in weekly. New floating manager has significantly decreased the quality. IDs full party that enter. I had mine but we are 40s with grey hair and not everyone brought theirs (i insisted upon sharing location). Def not a place id return to ever again.

The vape shop I used to go to recently moved, so I stopped by this shop to see if I could get my usual stuff here. They didn’t have my regular juice, but I asked the girl working there (I believe she said her name was Cat) for a recommendation based on what I usually like. I have a hard time finding juice that I like but she recommended one called Ghost Town and I genuinely don’t think I’ll be switching it up for at least a while because it’s soooo good! Will definitely be coming back here from now on. The staff is attentive and professional, prices are reasonable, and as mentioned before, this juice is my new favorite. Thank you Cat and Red Star!

I came in today and i was helped out by derrion today he was super helpful and even helped me set up my new vape and walked me the the whole process I had a great experience!

Going to start this with saying I have worked for over Vape shops in multiple capacities. Red Star is not one, its simply the closest one that carries what I need for the most part. Today just popped in for 2 disposables. Nothing amazing, not dropping a ton of money, just what I need and out the door.Walked in and was met by Eric. Now before we go on if going above and beyond and having awesome customer service had a name, It would be Eric. This young man had customer service, knowledge of the products, and a great attitude all rolled into one.I hope everyone is able to experience Erics customer service, and Red Star Cooperate, Give this guy a raise and let him do some of your training for store reps, been to a few that I felt less than welcome, and down right a nuisance, but not today.

Every visit at this great location has resulted in an outstanding experience. On a couple of occasions, I have gone in with very specific challenges. Trevor listened to my needs, not only presented options, but completely thought outside the box to assist me. They take the time to listen and service their customers. When Im in the area, I make it a point to purchase from the store as their prices are almost dollar for dollar what you can get at the bargain online sites.

I really loved the customer service here. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and very informative, which for some one like me who has a million and one questions meant a lot and they happily assisted in setting up the new systems for my husband and I. 10/10 will return. Also, the pricing is affordable for the product and quality.

Great place to buy any kind of vape youre looking for. I recommend speaking with Erich. Hes extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was a first time vape buyer and he went through all the different options available to make it easier to transition from cigarettes to vapes. His recommendation of flavors for the juices was spot on, as well. Every flavor I purchased sounded bomb, and my favorite so far has been muse. Hands down, I wont be purchasing my supplies anywhere else, and from no one else but Erich. Ask for him when you go!

My favorite vape shop!

Wow. I go to Red Star in several other locations and have never really had an experience that was terrible except for this location. Dude behind the counter was super condescending and not helpful. I just moved the the area and I rather drive all the way to Mesa where the guys there are friendly and always have a smile on their face. Every question i asked had some snarky answer. It’s just a shame because this dude represented my first experience in this location. Like I said I never had an issue at any other location. Bummer.

Ive been coming to Red Star Vapor for a few months now. Im so glad they opened up so close to my house. The staff are super friendly and helpful and they know their stuff. I always buy my juice here and its really good juice. They have a huge selection of flavors but my go to juice is the Morley Red. They have pretty good prices on hardware also. This is definitely one of the best vape shops in the valley!

Just happened to visit red star Dairian help me this is one of the best store in town. I would highly recommend it for any Vape products. They have thousands of your products and their customer service is I would say 10 out of 10 and entire Phoenix.

I went in looking for nothing but CBD cartridge. Not I owing exactly what to look for i trusted in the knowledge if the seller. Since my purchase, I noticed my throat hurt everytime I would use it. I have since stopped using this product that I paid $27 for. Needless to say, I will NOT be back.i don NOT recommend this place for beginners.
