Theyve even helped me with warranty issues on items that they didnt sell me. I have had some last minute questions or needs and theyve ALWAYS hooked me up! Great staff that are Willing to help you out.However the prices are really too high compared to online...I understand they have rent and employees to pay but damn...15 dollars for a 30ml bottle of juice is crazy when you can get the same thing in 60ml form online for the same price.Slightly lower prices or do some kind of loyalty program to make it worth while to visit your store.

The owner Phil is the best. He takes great care of his loyal customers most of the time. I will only go in when Phil is working. This is my choice. However, his employees are good too, James and Brian!I go to the Cogan St shop!

Im a former smoker, smoked for a consistent 12 years, and havent used tobacco at all for the past 3 years! Ever since Phill from premier vapors introduced me to the vaporizer. This guy is a rip off do not buy anything from here. Charge u $100 for a mod u can get online for less then $50. Im sorry but thats a rip off.

Has a back of the trailer park feel. Prices are way too high. I expect a brick and mortar to charge more but not double!
