Of all the vape shops that Ive been to solar drops is by far the most knowledgeable well stocked and caring team members that really wanna help you get off of cigarets and into a better lifestyle Their line of E-jiuce is top notch with some truly wonderful flavors Ive tried them all and love almost everything they make. Im going to be Completely honest about this place, but first a little backstory.Im originally from the east coast, Ive been vaping for over 5 years now which has kept me from resorting back to cigarettes.I originally started at 18mg from a very cheap ejuice company and didnt have much of a clue what I was going for, but over the years Ive been to MANY Brick&morter vape shops and experienced many different kinds of people of all skill levels and customer service.Now back to this place im reviewing .... Solar drops is by far the best vape shop Ive been in! Their rewards program is great, I Love the ticket drawing for customers, the deals and the selection of everything in this place!The owner Ive met quite a few times, but speaking of todays encounter he was Extremely helpful! One of the workers I first contacted was also very helpful, pulled out 4/5 squonk mods as I was looking to buy my first one.The owner came out from the back to help out, made some great suggestions as to what his opinion on the best squonk mods he had for what I was looking for,Today was mod Monday which meant I got 10% off on the mod I purchased which helped out Alot!Along with that he gave me some things to go along with my new mod, suggested some Very nice squonk tanks and went above and beyond and put together the coils and cotton for me on my new tank!!!Hes very personable, the workers he hires are great people and really care for the customers!They seem to know regulars by name which means they really pay attention and create friendships (:Im EXTREMELY happy to have a vape shop like this close by and its one Ill definitely give my support to from here on out (:Ive had pretty bad Experiences at other shops, especially on the east coast but this is one shop you absolutely need to check out!They carry cigars and I think shishaBut dont quote me on that 🤣 I didnt pay to much attention to exactly what I was seeing with that as my interest in tobacco doesnt really exist.But Ill attach some photos of what I got today.I love this place and the great friendly people who work here5/5 shop!!

Great place to shop for your vape needs. These “other” tips have a tighter fit in the mesh-pro tank. 👍. So I see why there’s better flavor and vapors. 👍. And mesh pro tank, when air way is fully open, helps to make coils last.

The best vape store Ive ever been to, in or out of the state. The staff is amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Wonderful selection at a very reasonable price. I moved from Marion County and willingly drive 40 minutes to keep buying from them. Nothing in Des Moines compares.

The employees are very loyal to there job they make sure no one leaves with any unanswered questions or help, I’ve never seen a shop so dedicated and helpful. If you just starting to vape and your in the Iowa area the drive is worth it! I drive past 5 other vape shops and 30 min trip just to go to solar drop! From juice and mods they really have it all!! 5 stars!!!!

Needed a new tank for my vape and the guy who helped me was nice and friendly. He helped me get what I needed. The prices were good. Will definitely be going back.

First time going to the shop and I was very impressed by the owner and the store employees. They were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out some new juice! They have a huge selection and I recommend anybody to come here!

Awesome customer service. Got my new Orion Q at a cheaper price and he even threw in a free pod to go with it. Would recommend them to anyone.

Staff is very knowledgeable however I feel like we were rushed yesterday and didnt get feel real welcomed in the shop. Not sure I want to return to a shop where I spend over $100.00 and rushed thru a how it works process and hurried out the door.
