I have been looking for the place again and finally found it. After 2016 I have been trying to come back and finally found the name lol. This was my first massage ever and Robert was fantastic, I hope he still works there! I will be there end of week hopefully. After that day I have never found a good massage like that! So I am so glad this place is still open!
This place does not even deserve a star! BEWARE! Their membership program is a complete scam, as I also see from the previous reviews that nobody knows how to follow policies, or cancellations, and they scam the consumer to sign up for a membership, and do not provide documentation over email, or in person. On multiple occasions, I have asked for a manager, or confirmation of my membership being cancelled, on multiple occasions I have been told it is cancelled and you have 60 days to use your benefits but they are limited and no exceptions can be made. I document everything, so I go thinking it will be my last week of memberships only to find out that one my membership was never cancelled, two I am told I cannot cancel because nobody has authority to do so, and that all my memberships are gone sorry nothing you can do its the franchise policy. I ask for a manager, sorry they are not in, I then ask them to call me, no call, no email nothing! Several days go by, and I get another charge on my credit card for a charge that was supposed to be cancelled! This place is a nightmare. Buyer beware. They have no stability either in massage therapists every time you book they call you and say sorry the massage therapist called out, and do not offer any solutions.Worst of all, is my last massage the massage therapist talked the whole time about how horrible the company, and management is and how she cannot wait to leave there and how the front desk was stealing the cash tips, and management denies all responsibility. They have a huge turn over in staff, and I can see why. I will be reporting this establishment to corporate, and also to the BBB, and so should the poor woman below that is getting charges for a deceased parent. What a terrible establishment.
Horrible! Mid December, my mom passed away unexpectedly. The following week I called to cancel her membership at massage Lux Coral Springs. I spoke with a manager. The manager, gave me her condolences and fully understood and said she would take care of it immediately. My mom had one hour credit on her account which she transferred to my account and I was told it would no longer be charged. In February when I went back from my next appointment, our massage therapist gave me a hug and couldn’t believe my mom had passed. He had been notified by the girls at the front as my mom was a long time client of his.Come to find out in April he acct is still being charged. I stopped by the location last Monday and was told the new manager (the girl I spoke with was no longer there) would call me back to take care of it immediately. With no response, I stopped back by on Wednesday. I was told that there was nothing they would do. They would not issue a credit, but immediately stop charging the funds was the only option. I couldn’t believe that they would not issue credit back to the card for all the chargers they had continued after I was told by their staff members that they would take care of the immediate cancellation. This is not a case of I forgot to cancel and want them to make up for it. My mom is no longer here they’re not out anything. They didn’t perform any services. I didn’t make any appointments, nothing. I can’t believe they would actually continue to charge not follow through with their cancellation and then not reimburse for the error on their side. THIS IS THEFT
Been going to the Coral Springs location for about 7 years. The place just keeps getting worse. Today I showed up for my 2pm deep tissue massage appointment with someone named Stacey. Shes at best 5 tall standing on her toes. Im 511 245lbs. We go back to the room and I ask you do deep tissue right? She responds been doing them all day. She then asks if I have any specific thing bothering me today or specific area she should focus on. Normal question I get every time I go. I explain I have sciatica and I normally just have them focus on my lower back area. She then starts with this salesmans pitch about If Im needing something more focused then were gonna have to try something else because her day has been so busy and shes had so many massages shes done already and has so many more to go. When I respond that Ive never been asked these questions or told that because I want a specific area focused on that were gonna have to do something else trying to upsell me or some nonsense, she says well maybe were not a good fit and how shes been doing this for 30 yrs etc. I tell her Ive been coming to this place for 7 yrs and have never been told Were gonna have to do something else because shes had a long day thats only gonna get longer. When I told her how unprofessional she was being and that I dont need to hear about her day or how long shes been doing this she looked at me like this was always how she conducts herself. I walked out to the front desk and requested someone else. Of course there is no manager working, no other employees available and they provide a corporate number that gets you to no one. When I explain to the desk girl what Stacey had said she claimed she did not say those things. When I held up my phone and said do you want me to play it back for you? Her tone then changed and she began to stumble over her words. This place for years now has claimed that everyone who works there does deep tissue. Half the time its a lotion rub at best unless you get Alex (who is booked farther out then Joes StoneCrabs). They lost Lazzaro, Ricky and a few others over the years who actually did deep tissue. Its been dwn hill ever since and I only go now when Alex is not available to use up the more than 15 credit hrs I have so I can cancel my subscription without losing my money on the deal. I even drive from Boca to the SW Ranches location to use my hrs because the service is so much better and the place is run professionally. This Stacey chic couldve jumped up and dwn on my back with her entire 98lbs and wouldnt have begun to do anything deep tissue on me. So unprofessional to harass me into some other up charge and then tell me shes gotta get this done because shes been working all day and had more after me. Ridiculous!Update! I was contacted today by the Manager Kayla who sincerely apologized for my experience with Stacey yesterday and assured me its been dealt with. She looked into my account and saw how long Ive been a customer and did her best to make things right. Obviously I believe things have changed under the new ownership and covid can no longer be an excuse as to why the customer service and amenities have been lacking. Hopefully things will start heading back to the way things used to be with a customer first mentality. Thank you Kayla for your sincere apology and making things right.
BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Groupon buyers BEWARE!!! !!! You can NOT make an appointment for PAID IN ADVANCE massage without giving them all of your personal financial information. BAD BAD BAD!!! With fraud so rampant no one needs to give all that information for a prepaid massage. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽Really wish I could get my $$$ back bc I refuse to go to this place.. the customer service stinks!!! The website sucks.. don’t get me started on that.. and did I say terrible customer service??!! I did. My suggestion is to go somewhere else.
Emi is an amazing massage therapist. She is very intuitive and was able to provide relaxation and therapeutic massage at the and time. Highly recommend her!
Make sure during the holiday promotions of buy 1 get 1 free, you only buy yourself 1 or get a gift of 1....they only honor 1 and never tell you that..... They are not good business owners!!! You should honor your promotions.. they emailed me almost everyday to buy the massages.... I got 3 bogo massages from family only to find out I could only use 1!!! They dont honor their promotions....
My husband and I do the monthly membership, and when we had an issue, Kayla was super helpful in resolving it.
My massage therapist was fantastic however the front desk receptionists were not very good with customer service at all
My massage was terrific. The girls in the front lobby were lifeless apathetic and did not even smile
My LMT was good but my wifes was just ok. Pur first time there and it was ok. Definitely not good enough to warrant returning and much less committing to a membership.They should have a trial membership of like 2 months to at least have a chance to have a better experience a 2nd time around if the first was not up to par.Definitely overpriced for a 50 minute session, even at the introductory rate.The legit Asian bodywork places are same price as the introductory rate and do 60 minutes hands on and are much better in my opinion.
To say my neck and shoulder are a mess is an understatement. I was recommended by the front desk staff to try Emi as she is their neck whisperer, also an understatement. Emi is possibly the best massage therapist Ive ever seen. She has been working on my shoulder and neck for months now and I have seen huge improvements in mobility and have significantly less pain. I will never leave Emi, she is also the kindest person Ive ever met and knows her craft!
MassageLuxe in Coral Springs is awesome! I’ve been going to them for a few years now & their service is always great. The therapists are very knowledgeable. Any concerns I have, they always address & I always feel so relaxed after each session.The ladies at the front desk are very warm & welcoming. This place also offers so many different treatments. I can get a massage & a facial all in one day.
I just left this place so mad , it was supposed to be my relaxing day and instead I got so stressed out! They canceled my appointment and they said they sent me a text message 😒 and they lied, if they called a customer and they leave a message they should at least text if tbe customer dont reply, the front desk is the worse I have ever seen in my life, I hanged around for a long time because the therapist Emy and Deborah are the best but I cant handle the irresponsibility and the lack of attention of the front desk Im out for good, I just want to remaind them that there are tons of massage places youre not the only ones and people want customer service as well as a good service!
BEST MASSAGE EVER!!! Before booking my massage I looked up the reviews and noticed that Emi was the one I needed to go to “the best.” During booking, I asked for her but was told she was unavailable. I ended up still booking for any female therapist available for the time I wanted. I ended up finding out towards the end of my session that Emi was my therapist, I guess they had me on her waiting list. But I completely understand why she’s so popular. Her massage was not like all the other massages I’ve had before. It was different, and I could feel her taking out all the knots I didn’t even know I had. I grind my teeth at night and she was able to know that before I even mentioned it. That’s when I knew that this lady KNOWS WHAT SHE IS DOING. I loved it and will be coming back just for her.
I have a monthly subscription here and I love that if I don’t use it one month it carries over to another month. This way when I am having issues I can stack my massages. You can’t beat the price for the membership, either. I have been to several of the therapists, but Emi is my absolute favorite. She really knows how to address those pesky spots without causing too much pain. She’s very responsive to requests for pressure change and listens to the client’s needs with no hesitation or objection. You will love her…give her a try!
I try to come here as a new customer. I booked my appointment online 3 days in advance. The night before the appointment I talked to a representative from the location who told me the masseuse was Not going to be able to do my eleven a m appointment due to a family emergency. I asked to be rescheduled and was told 8 pm on a Saturday night was open and I took it. Come Saturday afternoon at three p m im trying to fill out the forms online. I call there because the forms are not working and they tell me I dont have an appointment. Worst service ever. Forget the membership I was going to purchase.
I just wanted to say thank you. I had booked an appointment last friday and I just cannot say how grateful I was. A special shout out to the crew at the front you guys are awesome especially the one who booked my appointment. I was in a really bad spot with sciatica and lower back issues. She had scheduled me with Kat who was super knowledgeable and just so on point. She knows her stuff and even took the time out to show me what I could do at home to get better. I took your advice and followed it to the letter. That type of service cannot be taught it is just done by someone who cares. It was the best experience I have had and the first time in a while I can say Im feeling better. Again thank you :)
I have been a member for almost 5 years and their therapists are the best! I have been getting massages regularly because of my chronic pain and everyone else compares to Alex, Richard, Robert, Deborah or Jasmine. I would highly recommend one of them!
The massage was great! Kat was amazing. She definitely deserves five stars,But was trying to use my second massage for the month( signed up for membership) I had Broke down on the way there..The receptionist told me no worries and call back. Apparently I got docked for half the time of the massage so now trying to charge me another $37 for the full hour ☹🙄🤦♀️🤦♀️
Under the cirumanstances i was very hesitant. However, i must say i was very pleased seeing the procedures this location has taken to make there clients feel safe during these crazy times. The Manager Amanda was very helpful and answered all my questions, and the front desk team was very personable. My Massage Therapist Denise was amazing would highly recommend, and my Facial with Erin was great as well. Look forward to coming back next month.
This place is horrendous with customer service and membership services. My first time here I was talked into a membership where you prepay for hourly massages, however their policy allows them to take those hours/money without you receiving services if your unable to make the appointment. I was told by the receptionist that booked my last appointment for my bf and I who gave me a 9pm time. When we showed up, they told us there was a miscommunication and they were closing so we needed to rebook. Obviously this was upsetting because we were misinformed. Upon returning the second time for the massage we never received, they serviced us and then tried to charge us double for the “missed appointment” from the previous time. Had we known they took hours out of our account prior to us coming we would’ve never came.(poor communication) After addressing our concerns with the receptionist, she told us she would just have the manager reach out to us the following day. No more than 10 mins after leaving, the receptionist called back and threatened to call the police on us as if we had done something wrong or stolen something. The next day the manager finally reached out and explained that they charged us for BOTH sessions for “missing” the previous appointment. Long story short, we were charged almost double and I ended our membership with this company. I’m disappointed in the customer service we received here and even more disappointed that I lost my favorite masseuse Alex! (He’s literally the best) Good masseuses but do NOT invest in a membership, they will steal your money!
I have frequently had professional massages for decades, so many I’ve lost track. The massage I had from Amy was life changing. I am strongly leaning towards it being the all time best massage I have ever had. The relief I feel today, the day after… feels life changing. All of the tension is gone from my neck. It was an incredible experience. I’m just in awe and so grateful. I have been in so much pain and to finally have relief feels like a miracle. If all of their therapist are even half as talented as Amy… this is the place to go for your health, peace and wellness! It’s so important to take time for ourselves and our health!
I called and spoke with a very nice lady who helped me cancel my membership November 2020 Ive had for some years now and I probably used 5 hours of massage max out of the time Ive had the membership. She explained that I had so many days to use up as much of my massages before it would become unavailable. She told me I was all set and that was that. I even thought to myself that was easy I wish it was that easy to cancel my gym membership. The gyms make you come in! Due to the pandemic Im sure many people are canceling their memberships. I seen I was charged today February 10 2021 and I call and explain that I have been charged even though I cancelled . The lady explained that I never signed the form that was sent to me. I said I was never told I needed to sign a form. I explained that I record all of my calls and that was never said! The lady begins to cut me off and tells me well we record our calls too. I said thats fine and proceed to as for a manager because I see shes being rude and continues to cut me off while Im explaining that nobody ever told me I needed to sign anything to confirm my cancellation of my membership. Bottom line throughout my experience today I was hung up on twice and nobody could give me their name and nobody new when a manager was coming in. This place is disgusting and to think how as soon as I was able to I was going to open my membership back up! I decided to not even deal with these unprofessional and rude people theyve been calling non-stop to give me a story and at this point I cant even trust them. Plus I cant stand another second of pointless talking and attitude!
I have been a member of MassageLuxe for 5 years. Today it was my first time visiting the Coral Springs location. Amanda the manager was very helpful, I needed to unfreeze my account and she took care of everything for me. I received an amazing 4 layer facial by Erin, this is one of my favorite services. Definitely next time that I’m in the area I will book again. Highly recommended if you haven’t try this place.
I went for a facial. In the past when I’ve had a facial the first thing, the aesthetician does it looks at your skin and talk to you about your skin. This was never done. She started off with the lights off. There was no steam or any extractions done, and she never looked at my skin under a Magnifier light like all aestheticians do. Creams were then just applied on my face over and over. I don’t feel like my skin was ever cleaned. In addition, the services were supposed to be for 50 minutes hands on and she started my facial at 1:16 and I was done at 1:55. When I was done, I asked the aesthetician why there was no steam or extractions done, and she said to me oh, we don’t have steamers and you don’t need any extractions. My question is, how would she know this if she never looked at my skin under a Magnifier light as we were in the dark the entire process. Before I left, I voiced my concerns at the front desk. I woke up this morning with pimples on my chin that I know, were there before my facial, and could’ve been treated if services were done, correctly. I was very disappointed.
Your front desk personnel can either make or break your business!!..... I did not buy a Groupon- My husband and I spent the regular introductory fees as first time customers..... We were not greeted when we walked in. There was no friendliness. Natalie should work in a back office away from customers if she doesnt feel like its necessary to smile or treat people like theyre not bothering her, she also needs to mind her business if shes not the one handling a customers transaction..... The facility is nice, clean and comfortable..... My therapist, Alex, was great!!! He was very friendly and professional. Carrie at the front desk was a little more helpful. The hydromassage bed was great...... Im glad Carrie let us use it as we were promised when I booked the appointments- even though Natalie said it was closed and walked away and it was only only 9:30......This place would get 5 stars if they had nicer personalities at the front desk..... I will not be going back.... I did not beg for anything free, this is a business in which Im using MY money for a service.....so I do not appreciate being treated with any measure of disrespect...... Do better!
I have worked here for about a year now and the staff and clients here are amazing. The manager is always on top of things as well as the staff to ensure the best experience for clients. The therapists and estheticians do their best to provide a relaxing facial/massage to every client they see. The spa is both clean and relaxing as well as very organized and well put together!
Had the best massage today with Lizette! She was amazing. Knows all your trigger points. Smooth with the hands. One of the best masseuse ever. I highly recommend asking for her when you visit. You will be glad you did. Great atmosphere, and customer service!!!

The ladies at the front desk are helpful and friendly. Ive been a member for about a year and no issues so far. They always give me a reminder call for each appointment. I dont have anyone in particular for my massages, all the massage therapists are great. Erin, my Esthetician, is amazing. Ive learn so much from her. I have a complicated relationship with my face, but thanks to Erin, Im starting to understand how to properly take care of skin. The membership is worth the price. I recommend MassageLuxe.
I wish I could give 0 stars to this location. Horrible staff. Horrible service. Do not go. They will charge you without even getting service saying that you refuse even when it is their mistake. My friend scheduled the appointment and they told her they couldnt because a specific masseuse wasnt there.. then they marked it as she refused.. how is that her fault??!! then they still charged her. management does not do anything!! CEO needs to know about these people stealing money!!!
Here for the first time and was taken care of every step of the way. From the front desk staff who welcomed and guided me through the process to Emi, my therapist. She was wonderful very attentive and listened to my needs and checked to be sure of the pressure. I feel much more relaxed and feel less tense than before. Thank you so very much, Emi!!!!!
I regret ever joining this place. They are rude and unhelpful. I was told not to buy the Groupon when I first saw it as they will honor the price which is $20 less then their normal first time rate. So I booked an appointment, came early, and waited past my appointment time. I finally got called in and the massage was mediocre. I’ve had better so I was not impressed but I figured I would try other therapists. When I go to check out, I said I would like to join and I was charged their regular rate of the $20 more. She said if you join, they can’t honor that price. Makes no sense but I paid it as I was tired and done. I was told I can make appointments online so I left. I had not had a chance to make any another appointment yet but I get a weird call from them asking if I was coming in on my voicemail. I then called back and said what are you talking about? Supposedly, someone there had made another appointment for me or something because they are saying I was supposed to come. I would never have booked an appointment for that time NOR DID I RECEIVE a call to confirm which I thought was very strange. I told them that and the girl I spoke to said she will leave a note for the manager to fix it. I called back to follow up and spoke to Natalie who was beyond unprofessional and rude saying the manager said no, nothing I can do. This is how my first experience is with this place? Especially when I never booked the massage so now I’m out $59 and they are without my business as I’m canceling my contract with them. I paid way too much for one crappy massage. I’m warning everyone to be careful. I feel like I have been scammed and I’m holding my breathe that the manager calls back to make this right. I don’t think they care.
Richard was a FANTASTIC therapist! Very professional, clearly knows what he is doing! Very experienced, great at communicating throughout the session, very pleasant. He worked on the areas that I told him were bothering me and by the time we were finished I felt SO much better! The young ladies up front Leia amd Bria, were also very professional, super sweet. They are a great “face of the company”. The place is extremely clean, they are taking all precautions to protect against covid-very impressive. I highly recommend this location and look forward to my next visit.
I have been a member here for several years now and drive there all the way from East Delray because I love it. Larissa is amazing and I go now every three weeks for a 90 minute massage. All of the therapists there are very good and the staff is excellent. It’s a very clean, serene beautiful place to get a massage, I highly recommend it.
From the moment you walk in you are greater with pleasant smells and smiles. The sound of the music was pleasant while I waited. During my short wait I was offered water which was very generous. Lazaro A. came to greet me with a smile and take me back to the room. He could tell it was my first time and tried his best to make me feel comfortable. He made sure to ask what pressure I preferred and explained everything to me beforehand to put me at ease. He absolutely did a superb job. I have had massages before but not like this! He took his time and after I felt extremely at ease and relaxed and I will definitely be back with friends and family solely for his wonderful work. Thank you so much again for your amazing work Lazaro! It is greatly appreciated!
I was a customer of MassageLuXe since 2018. Today I cancelled my membership. As a loyal customer I continued to pay my dues during the COVID-19 shutdown even though I wasn’t receiving services due to the fact that I empathized with businesses during these unprecedented times. This loyalty was essentially spat on the way I was treated recently. I made an appointment for a massage and a facial. The hours on my account was supposed to be used for my massage only and I was going to pay out of pocket for my facial. I asked for the cost upfront and was told a specific amount. After my massage appointment I went in for my facial only to be told a different facial treatment was needed and the amount for that treatment was $20 more than what was quoted to me over the phone. I essentially was a victim to a bait and switch tactic. I declined the recommended treatment and mentioned that given what I know now that next time I will be better prepared. I went to the front desk to check out and was told none of my hours would be deducted for the facial and I left a tip for the therapist. This turned out to be a lie. They ended up deducting hours from my account for a facial I didn’t get as well as had the audacity to charge me again for my dues. I tried to speak with Amanda the manager only to be spoken to in a very rude manner. After realizing that I was not going to be treated fairly from a consumer standpoint I asked to speak with the owner or if she could reach out to the owner and let her know that I would like to speak with her. Amanda essentially said she didn’t care what I want and that she is the manager and I cannot speak with the owner nor will she pass the message along about this scenario. Out of all the managers that have been employed at this franchise Amanda is the worst candidate the owner could have chosen to run her business. Needless to say after years of patronage to this location I ended my membership immediately and will be seeking remedy for the unfair business practice I experienced.

I recently went for 1 1/2 massage and I normally do not have a preference but I noticed that the person that they paired me with was a little young. I gave her a chance to do my massage, however, I spent an hour and a half in pain because you can tell that this girl was an amateur. I stated multiple times during my massage “That hurts, that’s too hard” and for the remainder of my massage I had to continue to tell her that she’s being too rough.After finishing my massage the front desk receptionist asked me how my massage went and I expressed my concerns and the only thing that she responded was “oh sorry, next time I won’t pair you with her.” There was no form of empathy nor any display of customer service. I proceeded to ask her a question about my membership, which she had no knowledge on how to answer my question and another team member had to step in.I called the next day to explain my experience only to not have a manager on staff, I briefly explained my issue and ask for a manager to call me back and no one called me a week later. You can tell that the staff is just teenagers that needs a job and that this company does not trained their staff to give proper customer service. They are only out for your money!!
I was a member of this location for over 2 years and today I finally decided to cancel my membership due to their lack of customer care specifically from the management team. Both my husband and I decided to cancel our memberships. They want to charge an additional $20 for transferring hours that you had already paid for. Very disappointed with the way they treat their long time customers. Please think twice before becoming a member.
I’m pregnant and have horrible lower back pains, flor is truly amazing! She listens to your pains and tackles them every time! She was actually the reason why I signed up for a membership! I had a bit of an issue with my last therapist , spoke to Monique the manager and she took care of it immediately ! Love this place and the staff is super accommodating !
I see the owners cut/paste response to my review. I called to resolve issue with the unprofessional and rude manager Amanda who said nothing can be done ! I was never offered another appointment while I was there or when I spoke with this rude manager. I overlooked the rude and unprofessional revolving door of front desk staff and managers because of the massage therapist Cindy. An hour was taken from my account so basically they took $90.00 from me. Never received services for the hour and half I had left in my account. Cancelled this “membership contract” which is a complete scam to only take your money before you received services. Never will I do this again. I am reporting them to the BBB
Worst service possible.I had enrolled into a family plan for $130 which gives my family 2 massage/facial per month.My wife got a normal facial done.I was told by the Aesthetician, while I was on the bed, that she would be doing a Micro Dermabrasion. I was NOT informed that this is an Add-On and how much it would cost.When I went to the counter to pay the tip, I was informed I had to pay $66 since both my wife and myself got micro-dermabrasions done and these are Add Ons.I asked them to show me where is the list of Add-Ons and their prices mentioned in either a brochure or in my membership agreement. They couldnt do that because they dont have it documented anywhere where they can share it with the customer.When my wife challenged then saying she didnt get a micro-dermabrasion done, they then realized their mistake and reduced the charge to $33.They did not have a manager to sort out the issue.To top it off the attendant at the front desk - Destiny, was extremely rude and raising her voice, and to hide her mis-behaviour was instead accusing us of raising our voice.I had to finally call a police as a civil issue. Paying $33 is nothing when I am subscribing to a $130 monthly membership and paying $30 in tips. It is about ethics and fleecing customers.Pathetic Customer Service.Cancelling membership.
Going into the massage I was really nervous because it was my first time but I can say this is by far the most greatest place to come and get a massage. I had such a great experience here, the staff there is so nice and welcoming. Definitely will be back again! :)
Was gifted a certificate for this place and it was just OK.
I went in for a massage and I came out with an experience. Evette was to of had strong hands and would be great match for my request of deep tissue.She was wonderful!! Terrible front desk experience, I would give 0 stars if I could!! When I called to make the appointment I was originally told that my appointment was at 3pm then they changed it to 4pm so before ending the call I confirmed that My appointment was at 4pm. When I arrived on the day of my scheduled appointment the front desk women was extremely rude and assumed I was at the wrong massage facility, they proceeded to give me a hard time about my appointment. Finally she found my account and appointment info and said that my appointment was at 3pm, and when they tried to call me I did not answer, However the number that the had on record was not my correct phone number so I never got a call. She said that I was charged a $110 cancelation fee that was not going to be refunded. They said that they record all phone calls but she was not willing to listen to the recording to see if I was in-fact told 4pm for my appointment time, so I had to insist on listening to the phone call recording. After over 30 minutes I finally was told that the time of my appointment was 4pm and I gave my correct phone number on the phone. They never apologized for the inconvenience or rude attitude. I eventually got a refund after over an hour of jumping through hoops. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, Unfortunately I never got to experience the actual massage so this review is solely based on the front desk.
Friendly staff that are fantastic massage therapists. They have a membership program like most multiple therapist massage places. Amy and Destiny are fantastic. I have serious issues and need deep tissue massage and they have are fully capable of an hour and a half of pressure and always check to make sure they aren’t hurting me. The prices for an hour and a half are fairly good too. I usually don’t join monthly programs but I would recommend a monthly massage from here and the hours are great. They are open til 10 pm most days.
I use to really enjoy this massage facility in Coral Springs. For the past few months, I’ve been going back and fourth regarding using my hours. I booked massages for my husband and I but when we arrive they tell we can’t use my hours for the visit. Someone went into our account and puts notes AFTER they spoke with me regarding paying all this additional money. I asked them to pull the call because I asked did I have to pay any additional etc. The manager states or the person is new etc and they inputted the cost after my call. So I tried using my hours at another location but due to Coral Springs notes etc was unable too. I called Coral Springs on the phone and the manager with another young lady were laughing in the phone. So I called the bank they temporary reversed the charges but due to massage luxe saying I can use my hours they took the Money back. So here I go and call Coral Springs again, spoke to “Ray and Samantha” Ray states my membership is cancelled but who cancelled it since I didn’t get AUTHORIZATION. so I asked for the manager/ the same rude young lady from before they put me on speaker and you can hear people talking in the back ground. She sick and isn’t in so I asked for her name she states Ray and continue to laugh then eventually hung up. I called back and spoke with Samantha whom stated the manager as the flu.All I want is to use the hours I PAID FOR... Massage luxe received their money but doesn’t want to provide a service.
I have had facials before,but I can honestly say Chelsea the best ,I could see how she improved the lines,dark spots ,you know skin that is in the sun ..what miracles can be done?She did can not wait for the next one.Emi did my massage ask for her she is great!! THE YOUNG LADIES at the front awesome so attentive ,professional and genuinely likes their job ...It showed....Clean Sanitized all excellent measures needed for covid compliance. SO looking forward to next month get a membership well worth it.
Got a facial done. Kind of disappointed with the way the whole experience was . Sounded more like a sales call for products . Facial started at 4.15 and was done at 4.30 pm exactly . For 15 mins facial, way overpriced . I do understand the recommendations but 1 hour massage is not equal to 15 mins . 10 mins were spent on Consult and inclined towards selling products store carries . In total 25 mins and charged for 60 mins .
Nice atmosphere, beautiful facility, but the main reason to come here is for Robert. He is the most fantastic masseur I have ever experienced bar none! I have had many massages in my day in many countries around the world but if you want a serious deep tissue massage from someone who knows how to find those tense areas and trigger points and release them, ask for Robert. Just be prepared to breath through the pain.
Just had a massage there with Emi. She was so sweet and nice and did an amazing job. I left feeling so relaxed and brand new. The two ladies at the front were also very polite and accommodating. Definitely will be back!
Let me say this. Taylor recommended a massage from Gabby. Gabby completely exceeded the expectation. She doesnt go through the motions. She gave and received feedback. Polite and attentive. This was not massage this was an experience. She truly embraces being a therapist. Ive been to many massage places. This by far best massage in 10 years.

I went back here because I had had a membership years ago and had been happy with the therapists I had. My punishment for retuning was $100 for a massage that wasn’t deep tissue, as I requested. They knew the girl couldn’t do it. Because I no longer had a membership, they did not want my business. I wish I had been told ahead of time that they were going to rip me off. Ive been getting massages for years and let me tell you. I received far one of the BEST massages of my life from Robert today. My body went to heaven and when I desended back to earth. One tear rolled down my face. He is the best hands down. I will be back and when I do. I will be specially requesting Robert.

The messages are mediocre, there seem to be a lot of new techs working here. The 38 dollar deal on groupon is worth it but, be warned, do not get involved in the monthly program. Once the have your credit card on file they keep charging you until you go in to the shop and do paperwork to cancel. They completely burned me out of my last massage after canceling the monthly program. Spend the 38 at groupon and run away after that, theyre snakes. ....response to your feedback, we called 1 hour and 7 minutes prior, we have the call logs to prove it. We would be happy to share them. We also informed the tech that answered phone at 853am that this involved a medical emergency that involved my mother who is still currently in Northwest Regional in margate. Youre welcome to verify that, same last name as mine. I spoke to Sage today and we are in the process of trying to come to an amicable solution, well see where that goes. If you would like the call log, please provide me with an email address and Ill be happy to send it over. Claiming 20 minutes is plain false. Additionally, our appointment was at 10am, you didnt even open until 9. Last, there was no option to access an account to cancel online, we were told that we had to be in person, in the facility. Lets keep it honest.
Some fabulous therapists and the reception staff is always lovely. Music can be less than relaxing, sometimes, and turnover is on the high side.
I had a facial here and I wished I didnt. I was using a mothers day certificate from last year and I should have chosen the massage. The facial was not a true facial as they couldnt use the steamer due to covid? The woman who gave me the facial was very sweet but the hour was spent applying various creams, over and over. I had to schedule a real facial after leaving here. Would not be returning for a facial again.
Called a few times to confirm availability prior to purchasing massages, in which I was assured I would receive the service requested. After purchasing, I was told I would no longer be eligible. Scheduled massage time was pushed back without my knowledge and I did not receive the HydroLuxe Session in which I paid for. Massage was very mediocre.Poor communication and bad experience overall. Would not recommend.

This place has terrible customer service. They really disrespected my pregnant fiancé, refused to return her money for services that were not rendered and refused to use a mask when giving her massage.I personally called myself to make her the appointment in December and mentioned to the rep that she was pregnant. I was told they cannot book anything other than a pre-natal massage, which we then booked. No deep tissue massage was allowed due to her being pregnant.This seems to be a common practice with this company and we have received many pieces of feedback from other customers that have experienced the same thing. They tell you they have your message on recording and they will never call you back and prove it to you. Shady shady business practices.
COMPLETE WASTE of MONEY & TIME. I did not like my experience at all. The room was cold, not relaxing, the oil was cold, I requested deep pressure with focus on my calf muscles but received NO pressure and no attention to my legs. The masseuse yawned at least six times and had zero technique/skills. The last part of the “so-called” massage was supposed to be a scalp massage and unfortunately, she rubbed her hands in my hair, then on my my face. I couldn’t wait to get out of there.
I went here once last November for a massage and paid for another month or two in advance. I decided in July to return and learned they had been charging my credit card every month for the last 9 months. I am pretty steamed about that and have demanded that the manager call me and give me my money back. I did not intend to do anything except go for a couple massages and I am amazed to find myself enrolled in a monthly program I knew nothing about. I absolutely hate this place. They are all about money. The Massage Therapist are good but the policies are ridiculous. That is so sad that I was behind in traffic and I still got charged. They make you sign a contract which is ridiculous. All they want is your money. I will take my money some place else. The Manager is NEVER there. The customer service is the WORST. The owner, Monique is warm and welcoming, and her salon is clean, classy, and comfortable. The monthly massage packages are affordable and include unlimited use of the water massage table, which makes a difference for me when Im in need of some quick relaxation.

Really liked this place at first until they started ripping me off. First they would make appointments for certain massagers and then give me someone else. Then when I caught a flat on my way there they charged me for the appointment even though I had proof of my flat. So no massage and they still charged me full price, wouldnt even work with me! Then I told them I wanted to cancel my membership but they still charged me another month AGAIN WITH NO MASSAGE! THEY ARE CROOKS WHO WILL TRY TO STEAL EVERY PENNY FROM YOU THEY CAN! Omg! Amazing! Relaxing environment without the stuffy feeling. CLEAN! Which is a priority for me. I made an appointment and booked with Craig, he was amazing. Delicate, not too intense and made me feel comfortable. The atmosphere was perfect, music was relaxing and lighting dimmed just right. The entire staff was gracious and quick upon arrival. I will defiantly be coming back.
Ive been coming here since 2013. Ive been using Alex who is the perfect massage therapist. I get 1.5 hour massages each time and I leave each time so sad that is over. Love it here

Membership is WONDERFUL! Joined since opening day. So many fabulous therapists! They have cured various, neck pain, sciatic, carpel tunel! Love the deep tissue especially. Alex and Rich are my current two favorites (I have so many over the years!) Every once in a while I stop in between appointments and use the water massage bed for 10 minutes and go back to work, ABSOLUTELY REFRESHED!
Desk staff are very helpful with appointment options & providing a safe environment. I like the deep tissue massages, ladies & guys are skilled professionals. Gabby, Alex & Richard are few of the many great massage therapists. I enjoy the monthly membership, many promotions & late hour appointments offered. Almost forgot to mention the Fascials & Water therapy bed. Wahooo!!!

This place was horrible Roberta broke my back and was very rough. The service was terrible because the managers dont really care about the clients that have horrible experiences that the clients would have. Roberta had put so much pressure on my back that it had really hurt for the couple weeks after. She needs to get more certified and the managers need to really look at their staff and themeselves when being here. Its really sad that all the managers dont really care and understand about the customers. They should look at themselves in the mirror and understand of the concerns of the people that walk in that place. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT A GREAT MASSAGE THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST !

Very nicely decorated. The beds were heated and height adjusted electronically raised and lowered for more pressure. I Loved It!! My first time was with ArgenTINA. She definitely is THE REAL MASSAGE THERAPIST!!! She gave me the best Deep Tissue!! It was definitely deep! Love every minute. I cant wait to go back. The Only Bad thing was I wish it never ended !! My name is Ashlee and I’ve been in the spa industry for a long time. Today was my first time at the Coral Springs location and all I can is WOW! My aesthetician was Racheal and she was so knowledgeable about my skin. I had a microdermabrasion service and my skin is glowing. Immediately after my micro I had a firm Swedish massage with Emi and I gotta say, hands down the BEST MASSAGE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!! My sister and I will definitely make the drive from PBG once a month to see our girls. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.

I went in for a massage a few days ago. After the massage they explained to me the membership...so i signed up for a membership. Orginally i was paying $45 for that days massage. I ended up paying an additional $20 to join. So now I paid $65 on the visit. The next 2 days after, i was in horrific pain from my massage. No fault of therapist, i have back problems. But i decided on the 3rd day this membership would not be good for me. So i went in yesterday to cancel. I waited at front desk at least 10 minutes before somebody helped me. Then a girl came out to help me, named Gigi...i explained to her i would like to cancel. She said no mngr was available to help me and took my contact and receipt. I asked if i need to leave my receipt too...she said yes. Then i asked if i was going to get the $20 difference back and she said I dont know thats above my pay grade. Excuse me??? I proceeded to ask 2 more questions in which 2 more times she replied that was above her pay grade. I was stunned that she was saying this and was that rude and unprofessional!!! She told me a mngr would call me later. I never received a call. Now today i called to speak to a mngr and was told there was nobody there to speak to. So after the disrespectful manor in which i was spoken to and twice now trying to speak to a mngr, Ive yet to hear from one. Ive never in my life had someone tell me its above their pay grade. And i cant get answers on my cancellation or if Im getting the difference in what i paid back. I do not recommend this place to anybody! If i could give it zero stars in would! No way to treat people!!! Im extremely upset and mad at this behavior and lack of professionalism!!!

Manager here needs some serious retraining. If she can’t deal with customers or complaints she should get a new job. Just because a customer is saying something that you don’t like it doesn’t mean that she can curse and talk over them. THEY ARE THE CUSTOMER AND SHE IS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. Which means she should go above and beyond for the customer, not belittle and try to use whatever “power” she think she has in her little position. She is in charge of the employees, not the boss of the customer. NEWSFLASH, the customer pays your salary.
No complaints, I stick with the masseuses that I like and they do the job good. Theyre always offering me water and tea the place is clean it smells good the music is like background music so its not so bad, Ive been to other massage places and this is my favorite so I hope they keep up the good work and not let me have to like delete my review.
Just left from getting a massage from Emi and a facial/microdermabrasion from Rachel. Both OUTSTANDING! Emi was the sweetest and gave the best massage I’ve ever had. Rachel had me giggling and was so thorough. I live in Palm Beach Gardens and drove here because the gardens location was booked up. Will only come to the Coral Springs location from now on to see these two.
I had a 90 minute Himalayan salt stone swedish massage with Laura today and I dont think Ive ever experienced anything so soothing and relaxing in my life. Laura took every little detail into consideration. I already booked more appointments!

This place is the worst Ive been to. The personnel is rude and the therapist I had did not know what they were doing. I figured the first time, maybe they were just having a bad day. The second time, I was just done. The one in Davie on Volunteer road is opposite - I give Davie 5 stars, but this place doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Scam artists. Thieves. Refuses to freeze my wife’s account. Has continued to charge us EVEN AFTER numerous chargebacks forced from our credit card company. Owner is not credible and lies these review responses. I hope you lose your merchant account over all the chargebacks you must get. May the economy put an end to your miserable excuse for a business.

HOWEVER, The customer service was horrible the girls at the front desk are very NASTY AND UNPROFESSIONAL . they give you bad information - MISCOMMUNICATION regarding the plans !!!!!! I went next door to marshalls and while I was on line at 8:48 my son walks in he didnt even go in the hydro we went back they put him in and he wrote my complaint down and didnt know why his massage ended so early manger wasnt in so they would Call me today So I called and she said there is no note so I explained and then she says a massage is only 50 min 5 to dress and 5 consult which is not stated anywhere on my Groupon such liars waiting for a call back but would never recommended this place

I feel they trick you in to signing a contract. When you arrive, they hand you an IPAD and ask you to complete it. Although I stated many times that I did NOT want to join a membership, little do you know that when asked for your signature at the end of the questionnaire, you are signing up for a membership.. then they charge you again and again.... beware!

If I could leave a zero star I would so when I called in I was told that they have a opening at 7 I was like okay fine I’ll call back with my confirmation number I called back it was probably 6:18 the girl told me come at 6:30 it was pouring today I was coming all the way from Fort Lauderdale I made it at 6:50 they told me even though I paid for a 60 minute that I won’t be able to get my full 60 minute then the lady finally came in and started telling me about her regular Jeff that was coming in at 7:30 she clearly didn’t want to do the massage she told me get dress go to the front to figure it out so when I went to the front the girl sarcastically refunded me then told me I hope you know you didn’t even purchase at our location it was for Davie there very rude and unorganized never again

One word, Crooks! If you want to cancel membership they charge you monthly to allow you to keep hours you already paid for! So at the end you end up paying more as a suckered member. Very deceiving administration and management!
Do not come here they will lie and rob you blind! Apparently the bosses daughter who can do no wrong managed to lie to me and sign me up for something I did not agree on. Terrible business donor come to this location as they are all independent
Horrible. I purchased a griupon deal and unfortunately my mom cannot make it because she was sick. I called the store and they said they had already redeemed the groupon in they would not reschedule for a different day. This people are thieves.
The staff at the desk is always extremely polite and helpful - and I have had several different massage therapists, all have been great! Definitely top notch!

The customer service at this place is absolutely horrendous. No respect, courtesy or customer service in the SLIGHTEST. I am DISGUSTED at the treatment I’ve received and I have taken it up with corporate. Please stay away from this place until it’s under proper management who hires decent people for the front desk.

Absolutely terrible service, everyone was so mean and they charged me for a massage that I never got and refused to give my money back because I “refused service” and that was their policy and now I’ve paid $130 for a massage I never got.

Very difficult to get an appointment once you have been a paid member. For the most part the massages are good, with the occasional really good and really bad pending on the masseuse.
Place is clean. Staff is nice. However twice they have booked me for a 60 minute when I paid for a 90 minute. The booking is rather disorganized and I will not be back. From other reviews I see this is a constant issue.

Found out about them at a local charity fundraising event for Abis Place that they helped to sponsor. Won the auction that night and got a nice quick massage. It was perfect.
I couldnt move my shoulder all the way without pain. After a session with Emi I have full range of motion and no pain. I will be back.
