I have been a kratom user for about 4 years. I have been to many shops in this time. The manager mentioned to be careful, there are places that are selling false kratom and the interesting thing is that I did by kratom else where because I live in miami & it was fake! I was shaking & got really sick.Pro vape is hands down the best place to buy its vape shop related. They have the best prices & top quality product.Thank you Pro vape for having great staff, fair prices and products that are in their integrity!

The best vape shop in all of South Florida by very far in terms of selection and customer service, along with the lowest retail prices Ive ever seen. Literally 25%-50% lower prices for every single item in the store compared to any other shop in Broward.Certainly the best vape/glass/kratom/thc shop in my opinion. I LOVE to share the economic love and spread it out among many places and businesses— But NOT Pro Vapor!!! I have the privilege of hyperfocusing my dinero, my time , and even my extra gas from driving across town. Forget common sense with this decision.... My favorite smoke shop in Pompano Beach for sure. Nick and Sean are both super knowledgable of the products and take the time to answer all my questions. I had a really positive experience when buying my refillable vape because Nick took the time to educate me on how to take care of it and make it last. Also the variety in Kratom products is AMAZING. Definitely the best variety I have seen so far in the area. Because of the selection, excellent costumer service and overall vibe, this has been the smoke shop I now frequent for my Kratom and vape products! I highly recommend them.

Pro Vapor is by far the best vape shop in town. This place has insane selection and extremely reasonable prices. It feels like they are the only vape shop In town not trying to gouge you for everything they can. Employees are very helpful and very relaxing environment with all around good vibes. I found my home. I decided to try pro vapor because I was frustrated with the lack of knowledge from other stores with issues I had been having. My first visit I knew I found a home. First, Brian addressed my issues with out trying to sell me anything. Then I found the juice that they carry is best quality and furthermore a huge selection. All of the staff are knowledgeable and eager to help. They suggest different flavors based on your pallet. The rewards program is awesome and they always have promotions. Best place to get any vape products! They put all vape stores to shame.. I could literally spend all day in there and the guys who work there helped me choosing my mod, prepping my coil and taught me how to properly use the vape. I have continued to go there for the past year, and they make me feel like family. If youre looking for the best products at the cheapest prices, i strongly suggest you give these guys a try. If you go once youll never go to another vape shop again.

Best.Vape.Shop.EVER! Part 2-guess I hit the word limit, so let me finish...My only complaint is they have a nice loyalty program, but it has been down for a few months now-if you buy $X amount (I dont know the exact amount of how much you need to buy to get the discount), but at that point, you get a $5 credit towards your purchase, which I have received many times. Regardless, it is worth it with or without the loyalty program, which they are trying to rectify.One last side note, the have some imported sodas, from Canada maybe?-which are not always available- such as Canada Dry Vanilla Cream and Cotton Candy, and both are excellent with vodka. 😁 So buy em if you see em!FYI, I have no affiliation with the store at any level and this is my own personal review, unsolicited. When we went, there was one guy running the store. I didnt catch his name but he had blue tattooed eyes and was the nicest scary looking guy Ive ever met. I was in pro vapor today for a new product that I had a lot of questions on plus I was purchasing a new vape. Mike was working and he was so patient and knowledgeable. I had many questions and was slow to come to a decision. Mike was very honest where he had experience with something and whether or not it was just what hes heard to be popular opinion. He was thorough, kind and made me feel reassured that I was making the right choice tonight. Ive always had good experiences at this shop with the other employees, but i gotta say that Mike went above and beyond tonight. Ive been going here mostly for my products for about 4-5 months now, but tonight this shop is now my exclusive shop for any and all vape products. Shot out to Pat who is also a star employee.

Was very excited a few weeks ago to find a vape shop that was open and doing curbside service in the midst of COVID. However, it seems as if they are using this as an opportunity to price gouge.The replacement coils I purchased were almost twice as expensive as other stores, and even more expensive when compared with online ($42.78 for two packs of five, which at Vapor Shark, for example, you would normally be paying $20-$25). I purchased them because I didn’t know of any other local stores that were open at the time, but was shocked by the price.I called them today to see if they carried a replacement for my device which is acting finicky, and wanted to get a price check in case the coils were a fluke. I was told that, as a matter of policy, they weren’t allowed to tell me the price over the phone. I expect it’s because their prices are overall much higher than other locations, but, once you show up in person, many people end up just paying the inflated price because there aren’t many other local options.Of course it is always the case that brick and mortar businesses sell products at a premium because of the additional overhead which we are willing to pay for the convenience of immediately acquiring what we need. But, given my experience, I’d say it’s probably wise to look for another shop. Supporting small, local businesses is incredibly important, particularly at a time like this, but I don’t feel confident in this establishment.

You are never going to find another vape shop like this one. First, they have the MOST inventory of vapes and juices of any store in town. Also, nobody can beat their prices. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable in all things vape. They have CBD and an assortment of other goodies there too. There is also a kava bar next door and they make the best frozen coffee drinks. I can’t say enough good things about Brian and his staff. If you’re going to purchase a vape, go there. Nobody is going to give you a better deal then ProVapor.

Called and asked about a vape brand and owner was super rude and discourteous. Wanted to check out the shop but now Ill never give them my business.

Ive been to this location a few times before but this trip was amazing and the owner really took care of me. I bought a new juice and when I was putting it in my device and the top popped off the bottle and most of the juice came out of the bottle and wasted on the floor. The owner came out and just gave me another bottle of the same juice. He was very friendly and made sure I was taken care of! Thank you Brian!

All time best shop I have been to so far in the area, all of the staff is professional, polite, helpful, and soooo great with helping me decide on what to get every time. Excellent ambiance and a huge variety of sauces to choose from. Staff is knowledgeable, polite and very helpful. Pro Vapor in my opinion has the best prices and a fantastic loyalty program. Salts, coils, drip tips, batteries and mods. Theres also a lounge area if you want to take a load off and chillax for a sec whilst deciding. Two thumbs way tf up!

Went in with a broken tank. Guy with beard named Mike cleaned it, repaired it and even gave me a lesson on proper coil use. Everything is priced fairly i just found my new favor juice too. In and out 15min with a fixed vape, knowledge, and some really good juice.

I dealt with Mike and it was a pleasure. He determined what I needed and did not try to upsell me as most places do. Their prices are fantastic too, very reasonable. Ill start off by saying that I live in Delray Beach, a good 25-30 minutes from Pro Vapor. Ive been vaping for about two years and anybody that vapes knows how expensive it can be. Well a buddy of mine referred me here and I told him thats a legit half hour drive! ... He told me it doesnt matter and to go there. Well im happy I took his advice about 3 months ago because Pro Vapor HANDS DOWN has the LOWEST PRICES in the industry. And since going there 3 months ago, I will loyally make the half hour drive every 3-4 weeks because again, their prices are without a doubt the best in the industry. On top of their phenomenal prices, the staff is all awesome, knowledgeable and respectful and the manager Mike is cool as hellThanks PRO VAPOR!!!

Soooo I quit cigs about three months ago decided I don’t want those throw away vapes or stig whatever there called .. so I went into pro vape and Mike helped me ! And boy was I happy he was there ! He answered all my questions .. from what kinds of pull I like when I hit my vape... broke down all the flavors of juice they have for the vape .. needless to say he helped me make a decision which is hard for me at times haha😔 but he was so knowledgeable and friendly wasn’t rushing me out of the store like some shops ... I’m happy I chose this spot because they actually seem to care about the customer ! So now I come here for all my vaping needs ! Mike was one of the best guys I’ve met at the vape shop and I’ve been to plenty but I never leaved satisfied with what I have purchased in the past . Since I’ve been going to pro vapor I’ve been one happy customer ! They also have delicious kratom that’s flavored w apple juice I believe . If anyone is new to the vape game or they just need a pack of coils I suggest you come here ! Customer service and customer satisfaction is a 10/10 thank you Mike !

I’ve just recently bought my vape and I find myself going there a lot. Everyone there is super nice and always really helpful. I’ve been interacting with Mike a lot the times I do go and he’s always really helpful and giving tips on cleaning the vape and taking it apart. He’s awesome! I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re interested in starting to vape. Everyone is really knowledgeable and there’s a large variety.

Every time I have visited Pro Vapor the staff makes my shopping experience very simplistic and they are extremely friendly. They have attention to detail with every question or concern I have and make sure I properly understand everything about their products before i leave the store. I am from out of town, had a long, stressful trip to Florida, I am recently new to vaping, and was around the corner, looked for a vape store and came in on Friday where I was greeted by a very helpful, friendly man Mike, who was very knowledgeable on the vapes, flavors and good deals to get! This place is the only place in Broward that stocks glass for nearly every tank on the market. The shop I got my tanks at doesnt stock glass for it. I broke 4 in a month. If it wasnt for them, Id be hosed.
