I’ve been trying to kick my cigarette habit and I decided to try this vape shop. I didn’t really know what I was looking for but the tall athletic guy with the gold earrings (sorry I didn’t catch his name) was super helpful. He broke down everything I needed to know and showed me some products that I have LOVED so far. 10/10 customer service. This is definitely the shop for me!

Sold me two flavors that were not supposed to be menthol, both contained menthol. The prices listed are far from what you’re charged if you’re “not a member”. The selection is 90 percent disposables. Even then they apparently don’t know the actual flavors they are selling. Would never go back here.

I asked her how long she was working for the company, and she said 2 days... Wow, I was impressed. I also noticed the nice fragrance coming from a beautiful sparkly candle during my check out process, ​Josilyn stated it was a candle she made herself for the store. What a great asset to your company; shes very passionate about her job and the needs of her clients. Congratulations on a great hire!

Let me start with the fact that I’m from CT and they are the only spot that carried my vape called diamond air bars! Jeremy was awesome and so patient with me lol I called twice. I highly recommend, such a cool spot

I bought a vape here about 4 months ago. Since then I have gone back 3 times to purchase coils for a vape THEY SOLD ME. All 3 times they either didn’t have it, or the sales person that was in there, different each time, spent 10 minutes looking for it before they told me they don’t have it. Very unimpressive. I’m done with his store.

Dude did not know anything about vapes, was suggesting pods for a completely different vape than the one I showed him. Completely wasted my time by not informing me till 15 min into my visit that their card reader wasnt working.
