Sandra is Amazing with her hands and has tremendous knowledge on how to treat my skin with facials. I walk out with my skin hydrated and glowing. She is also great with massages. I have sciatica and she knows exactly what muscles to work on to relieve the nerve and makes me feel so relaxed . Her room is peaceful and relaxing and smells great too, Thank you Sandra!

I had been sick for about a month with a really bad cough. It pulled a bunch of muscles in my back, to the point I havent slept a full night, I have no feeling in my left hand and cant raise my arm above my head to brush my hair. A doctor suggested I get a massage, I knew I was going to need more than 1. I did a search for massages in my area and Palermo Massage & Esthetics came up.My first session with Sandra I knew I wanted to go back right away. She not only made me feel at ease but she worked on areas I didnt realize needed to be worked on. After my 2nd session I can raise my arm and brush my hair. I cant wait to see what the next session will bring.I highly recommend Palermo Massage & Esthetics.

Sandy made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked into her suite to the moment I left. She is very sweet and knowledgable explaining everything thoroughly. The atmosphere was so inviting, relaxing and you get a full spa treatment. As for the massage, Ive never felt as relaxed and comfortable with any other massage therapist in the past. I mentioned other therapists pressure was too much for me and her touch was so gentle with just the right amount of pressure. I was completely satisfied and highly recommend her. I had the amazing opportunity to come to Sandras place for the grand opening Mothers Day special for the month of may. It was a AMAZING EXPERIENCE from being greeted to her knowledge and her explaining what was going to be done to the actual massage itself. You immediately feel like a new person after having a session with Sandra. I look forward to my many massages to come. I as visiting family in the area and just so happen to find her place and now will be traveling to come for my massages WELL WORTH IT.... thanks again for this AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

Sandy is incredible at what she does. She uses deep pressure on my back and has helped relieve years long chronic pain. She takes her time with each session and I leave feeling amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Sandra was the best esthetician I have ever used in all my years of getting facials. Although I haven’t had one in quite some time, within the 1st 1/2 hour of being there Sandra educated me about my skin and skin in general that I was never privy to by other estheticians. I had other facials and was never educated about my skin what products they used on me and yet they managed to sell me their products. Sandra talked me through the entire process and showed me with the mirror and this was during the initial consultation. Once she started the actual facial, she continued with everything she was putting on face and talking me through the whole facial. That was literally the BEST FACIAL I HAVE EVER HAD. Sandra not only has amazing hands, knowledge and great education, she’s a great person to talk with and I’m waiting patiently for my next appointment. Today I feel like I made a new friend and learned so much information about esthetics and can’t wait to start the new techniques I learned and do the research Sandra told me to do as a “homework”. I gave Sandra 15 stars if I was able too. . I’m also looking forward to getting a massage from Sandra, she got her degree at the top School of Massage Therapy and I know this from other Massage Therapist’s that I’ve known for 30 years. And the honesty of Sandra is beyond wonderful. It’s truth that many people don’t realize some things you need to hear. And it’s not brutal honesty either. She is real and tells you what you need to hear.

From the minute you walk in and see her zen like, gorgeously appointed and serene Massage Suite to the exacting care and detail taken to learn about your needs, you are already excited that this is going to good. I have gotten hundreds of massages over my lifetime so I really know the subtle differences from one therapist to another. Sandra knocked it out of the park. Just the right amount of pressure (she asked) and in places I didnt know were sore and needed attention. Professional, extremely knowledgeable and sweet. You will be 100% satisfied with the result!

I’ve been coming here for about a month. Sandra has been doing red light therapy on me. I love that she explains everything that she is doing, as well as advising me on how to maintain what she is done! She makes you feel comfortable to ask questions. I enjoy the sessions. By far the best massage I have ever recieved!!! The ambience was amazing, I was super relaxed, the oils & scents she used helped me relax that much more. I came in with a stiff back, barely able to walk upright & after my massage I felt like I was 20yrs old again!!! Extremely grateful for the amazing service & I will most definitely be back once a month ATLEAST!!!!!!

Sandy was AMAZING! Great office and location. I don’t get massages regularly but Sandy made me feel comfortable right away. She explained the areas she was working on in detail. At every muscle she would ask pressure preference and she did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was perfect, and my body feels incredibly rejuvenated. I will definitely be back!

Wow! I got my first ever facial with Sandra in her beautiful (and clean) spa. I didnt know what I was missing or how bad I needed one. For someone in their early 30s, Im clueless about skin care. Sandra really took her time to educate and explain everything. She also would explain all the products and their purpose. It ended with a little neck massage and the entire experience was incredibly relaxing. My skin looks and feels amazing. I will be back!
