Diane gave me an absolutely fabulous Gold facial. I’ve been using Diane for years. Her expertise and calm, sweet personality are the reasons I go to this spa. In addition, the whole vibe and experience with any other staff is wonderful. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful facial with Laura at the beautiful and tranquil Spa St.Tropez. It was such a relaxing experience. My skin was positively glowing afterwards. I highly recommend this spa. I have been coming here for years and it is always a special treat.

I give this spa a perfect review because Ive been going for approximately 20 years and Ive always had kind, knowledgeable and professional experiences in a clean environment. The place looks and smells great and the receptionists are so kind and accommodating. This spa offers every kind of service you could imagine and you receive professional service that goes above and beyond your expectations. I always look forward to my next visit and am sad when its comes to an end. I tell everyone about this spa.

The reception service was exceptional Leielle (sp?) was kind, courteous, conversational, knowledgeable and helpful and very attentive. I saw she was able to handle an unusually situation and did so with poise.Our hostess, Maria was very accommodating and pleasant.Our massage therapists Nancy and Nimete were adept at executing all the massage techniques that made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.I do think having a quick consultation with the therapist prior to massage would be helpful in the future to give the person being massaged a chance to disclose any current conditions/aches or pains that should be avoided during the session. Other than that it was a wonderful experienceThank you.

My husband had gotten me a gift package which included a massage and facial. I had added a manicure and pedicure while I was there. There was also cheese and crackers included. However where I was to go was not clear, there was poor service. No one told me the cheese and crackers were available I happen to find them myself. The manicure and pedicure was horrible. The lady kept huffing and it felt rushed. I as a customer felt like I was a bother to her. In addition, she cut my cuticles to short in which they are hurting. Also there was no where to dry my nails in which they got ruined while I was trying to change and pay at the counter. Overall not a great experience for the amount of money paid. Most likely will not be coming back. Was so excited to have a day, but 100 for a manicure/pedicure with a not so great experience. I would not recommend this place for the amount of money spent and the service received.

My wife and I 1st experience here was the best. So relaxing and rejuvenating. The treat you very nice and the place is immaculate. We highly recommend it.

Tomari was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole treatment & also made amazing recommendations for further skin care treatments. I felt relaxed & at ease during the whole process. The woman at the front desk were also very welcoming & accommodating. The spa was clean and quiet. An overall great experience!

Your staff is amazing! I had a cbd massage with Shari and she had to leave due to illness. I had received more than half of my massage, yet they did not charge me for my services. Your customer service is stellar!!! I made an appointment for next month with Shari and will continue to come back!!!

I would like to start out by saying that I have the members monthly facial membership & love it! Each & every time I come to see Tomari I absolutely receive best facials. I have gone to many places for facials & coming here to see her changed it all. She’s so sweet, amazing personality, and overall the best. She will leave your facial glowing for weeks. 💕

This is a wonderful spa! The staff is extremely professional and the owners have gone to great lengths to enhance the sense of tranquility throughout the entire experience. We went with representatives from three generations of our family and we all had a wonderful time.

Everything was perfect. Clean, warm, inviting. Everybody was polite, massage was amazing. Ive been going here for years, only a handful of times, but I have never had anything but an excellent experience.

Not a great experience. I had a gift certificate from a family member and first of all it took like a month and half to get an appt. I had to cancel my initial appt a few hours before due to unforeseen circumstances in which I explained and apologized for and the response seemed very spiteful that they couldn’t get me in for almost two months. I accepted anyway, waited that long, drove half hour just to be told at the front desk “oh you’re here for the cbd massage we don’t have the cbd right now, what would you like to change it to?” I was really disappointed as that is what my gift was for and I was looking forward to it. The girl at the desk didn’t seem to care much and tried telling me the aromatherapy massages were the same price anyway which I had to prove it wasn’t. I wanted to reschedule for the cbd massage but since I already traveled there I decided to just switch the massage. It was ok, I felt like half the normal body parts weren’t massaged. I even paid $30 extra for a scalp massage to literally have 15 minutes of my hairline flicked continuously. This was a very strange experience altogether. After, the girl at the front desk said a manager would call me about the inconvenience but that was 2 weeks ago and nothing. I won’t be going back..

Spa at St.Tropez was my go to spa even though there are many options in the area. My review is based on my current experiences that have affected my overall ability to rate it better. I have had a monthly massage account so I pay $80 a month per month which had been for a while, yet every time I’m there it’s like I’m a stranger. Having to wait to check in is also such a hassle because it’s not seamless or quick, and for a woman on the go like me, I want my massage and I have to go! A speedier check in would make sense specially in this high tech world, actually an app where you can make an appointment would be great because even making an appointment is a pain. The masseuses are all great in their own way but I had recently found a great one and requested her for my October 2022 massage and I arrive to check in (like a stranger) and wait to be walked back (so odd because space isn’t even that big!) and then I am greeted by a masseuse I did not request! This really killed my day as I was looking forward to my massage and I wasn’t even notified prior of the change, by call or text or anything! I happen to be able to afford this luxury and it’s one of the few I indulge in so needless to say I was disappointment. I immediately put my clothing back on and did not move forward with massage that I was charged for anyways! On top of that I had to send an email to request cancellation! Which I finally confirmed today by phone. So regretfully, my review reflects my experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I think a ton of changes can be made and I already know I can go anywhere else within 10 miles or so, but perhaps this helps them make the experience better!

I don’t normally write reviews but I felt compelled after my recent visit to Spa St.Tropez. I walked into the spa to two women giving the receptionist a hard time about the vaccine mandate currently in place. While I believe in “my body my choice” and everyone has the right to decide what goes into their body’s, I also believe that there are consequences to peoples decisions. The consequence to not being vaccinate at this moment in time is that businesses reserve the right to decline your business for safety reasons.While I did not witness how this situation was resolved because I proceeded to my massage (Shout out to Shari. She is a talented masseuse and gave me an amazing relaxing massage) the receptionists handled the situation calmly and with class and grace. They do not make the rules. They are just doing their job the best way they know how.I was on the fence about keeping my appointment with the recent surge in cases but once I learned the protocols in place it immediately put me at ease. I have been going to this spa for years now and every visit I am met with kind and friendly staff and always have a great experience.Thank you for providing a safe place during this crazy time to relax and unwind.

After stressing my feelings here, Camille the co-owner of the spa reached out to me, and we discussed the situation. She was nothing but lovely, professional and deeply understanding of my situation. I truly believe that this spa is run by good hearted people, and I look forward to bringing myself and my girlfriends here for a day of relaxation.

I went today for a massage and facial. Both were amazing. I felt so good and relaxed when I left. Tomari (hope I’m spelling her name right) was truly the best aesthetician. She really took her time and was super thorough. Kathleen really gave me an amazing massage. I wish I could bring them both home with me to do this everyday!

Great service! but front staff extremely unprofessional and rude. I am giving 3 stars because I always receive great massages and facials here ! The spa is clean and professional, you will enjoy your services !!! Although I did not get the woman I originally picked while booking and my facial started 8 minutes late. HOWEVER, you will see a managerial type woman at the front desk with very short colored spikey type hair and a lot of makeup, 3 times now, Ive been there when she was obnoxious, it is off putting. First time she was just being very rude to a customer on the phone with a real Bi**hy tone in her voice, 2nd time she checked me in at the wrong time, and lastly (and the most troubling) is I was checking out of a massage and this person was being so rude to the thin dark haired girl with glasses next to her right in front of me. I was just trying to check out but I had to hear their whole conversation where the manager woman kept telling this girl she did something wrong, and even though the girl kept telling her she understood, she continued to point out her error over and over and over, all the while I am standing there, super uncomfortable, to the point where I had to say Can I just check out please....I couldnt believe she was allowing this to go on in front of me. It was so unprofessional. As she sat there and attempted to cut down the girl next to her she should have looked in the mirror because no one was more unprofessional in that moment than her. In conclusion, great spa, poor front desk service.

Normally i wouldnt put 3 stars, but this visit was pretty disappointing. front desk staff was pretty rude and talked over me in a conversation i was having with my mother. me and my mother were serviced by the same person, who unfortunately didnt do much work on our faces besides a few masks, even tho i have many blackheads and usually expect to have a thorough extraction treatment. my mother and i paid for higher-level spa packages (i had the gold level facial and she had the classic spa day) and did not recieve much of what we paid for. my mothers rosacea was not treated, my blackheads and large pores were also not treated. it was truly unfortunate as usually we have great facials here. only reason this gets 3 stars is because the massages were good.

I love this spa and would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for their new blue lights in the relaxation room. The overall upgrades to the spa are nice but, the blue lights in the relaxation waiting room are not relaxing at all they are bright and harsh to the eyes and make me feel like I am in a computer room. I wish they would change the color of those lights to a warm orange color and possibly add a fake fireplace for a nice comforting touch. I have given this feedback twice and have been told the owners like the new design that a designer created. I highly suggest you change the blue light as it is more important for clients to feel relaxed and comfortable than to be impressed with your blue light design. Aside from this, I love this spa and recommend it to everyone. I will update my rating to 5 stars if they should remove the harsh blue lighting it’s terrible and not relaxing at all.

After reading great reviews I decided to give this spa a try. For my birthday I was given a gift card for the Aroma Essence Massage. Right after my birthday was when all business’ were forced to shut their doors due to COVID. I’m glad I was finally able to come in for my massage which was nothing short of great. I was checked in and brought in right away. Was offered water, showed where the bathrooms are located, the waiting areas, etc. I was informed that normally they would have a mini drink & fruit platter but due to COVID they cannot, which is completely fine. I waited a few minutes before meeting the lady who was going to be performing the service. She was great, very nice, accommodating and made me feel comfortable & relaxed. I would definitely come back & plan to in the near future. I also would recommend Spa St Tropez to my family and friends.

I had the signature facial, massage and a spa lunch. The massage therapist did a wonderful job, she listened to what I needed extra work on, and gave me the firmer massage I asked for. My facial was also awesome, my skin looks so much better now! I cant wait to go back.

As someone who has visited this spa several times and speaks highly of it, Im disappointed in my most recent visit. My boyfriend booked a couples massage spa package consisting of massages, a mimosa and a fresh fruit plate. Less than an hour before our appointment, we receive a call from the spa, that someone went home sick and they could either reschedule our appointment or only one person go for a massage. Obviously the point of booking a couples massage is to enjoy it together, we asked for our appointment to be cancelled and we would call back to reschedule. A few minutes later we received another call, this time saying that they were able to get someone to come in and cover the sick employee. We arrived at the spa and couldnt help but notice the chaos in the atmosphere. We were handed a mimosa, didnt even have the chance to finish it, when it was time for the massage-- not the worst problem. The massages were great. Upon finished the massages, we were instructed to wait in a separate area. We waited there, assuming the fruit plate was what followed. We waited and waited and waited until the manager or whoever, came to tell us they were closing. We looked at her with confusion because A) we were told to wait there B) we were yet to get our fruit plate. I did mention it to her and she was apologetic but it put a damper on the experience. Everything felt rushed and chaotic. I will no longer be visiting this spa.

This place wasnt bad, but it wasnt great either. I got a prenatal massage and it was just having lotion gently rubbed on. So gently that I had still had big areas of lotion that werent rubbed in when the massage was over. I laid on my side for the first half, but was asked to lay on my back for the second half which was way too long for being 37 weeks pregnant. Also, the lady refused to use a heating pad or heat of any kind, she had freezing cold hands and the building itself was cold. I was really looking forward to some pain relief from this massage and I dont feel any better. For the price and with other good reviews, I really expected a lot more. Every other massage, prenatal included, that Ive had were better than here. I wont be going back.

Yesterday I had my first facial here. Very thorough, amazing results and I learned a lot from Diane. She was patient and helpful with all of my questions. Will definitely try to make this a part of my regular self care regimen.

I was trying to purchase a gift certificate for my mom for her anniversary. She’s has been to this spa numerous times and I have purchased her gift certificates in the past. I had an issue with the Spa St. Tropez website saying my mother’s email address was invalid. I sent two emails, never got a response back. Finally, I called and spoke with the manager. When I explained to her the situation, and asked if she could go on the website to take a look, she responded, “I don’t have time for that.” What? You don’t have time for a paying customer/client. Well, I have time to find a different spa for my mom’s anniversary gift. Thanks so much St. Tropez for your dazzling customer service!

I had the best experience yesterday. Joanne massaged out a bulge in my lower back that was hurting me for a few days. After she was finished Joanne brought me back to the waiting room where i had nice cup of hot tea. I was so relaxed that i just wanted to take a nap! I recommend St. Tropez highly, cant wait to go back!

Relaxing atmosphere, clean rooms, really love the waiting area with the tea and fresh fruit. Facials are something I love to do but they get expensive. When I can treat myself I head over to this Spa because not only is it relaxing, you are doing something great for your skin.

I have been to this spa for massages and have always been very satisfied. Last September when I was there I inquired about eyelash extensions. I made an appointment with Courtney. I was extremely happy with her expertise in this service. I maintained them for several months with her, getting a fill in every 2-3 weeks, always very satisfied. The spa is about a half hour commute from my home. A friend had recommended another company for this service that was a lot closer to my home. Unfortunately I tried this other company trying to cut out such a long commute for this service. After switching for about a month with this other company, my eyelashes have been ruined. My eyelashes were destroyed by an unprofessional and uneducated eyelash technician. I have now returned to the Spa at St Tropez to Courtney, where she has repaired my damaged lashes and she is guiding and advising me on how to correct this problem. It is extremely important to do your research and be with a professional who does not inflict pain or damage when this process is administered. I will endure the commute and highly recommend the services at the Spa with Courtney. Thank you for your expertise.

I’ve been struggling with acne for a few months now and began to feel just hopeless. I decided to book a platinum facial with Laura because it has worked for me in the past, and SHE CURED MY ACNE. She used the celluma light therapy on my skin and even after one session my skin felt so amazing that I decided to invest in my skin and buy the light for my house to use a few times a week. Everything she said it would do it has done, It has completely changed my skin in only 6 DAYS. I went from having irritated, painful acne all over my cheeks and neck to almost nothing. I’ve been going back and fourth to the dermatologist, been on two antibiotics and multiple creams prescribed to me and nothing has worked until Laura’s recommendations. Not only is the spa beautiful and clean, Laura and the owners really care about their clients and they’re so welcoming and sweet. I cannot thank them enough for giving me my clear skin back. Now I’m left with some acne scaring that Laura gave me recommendations for treatments to take care of them and I can’t wait to give that a try. Thank you so much Laura!!

With a very thoughtful gift from my amazing work group at Well Fargo Bank in lake Ronkonkoma, I got a wonderful, great quality, and professional classic muscle melt massage from Shari Jemal. Shari was very friendly, she listened and dellivered the perfect amount of pressure during the massage that allowed me the relaxsation I was hoping to get after a very busy week. Brianna esthetician was great with my scrub treatment as my skin was so in need of pampering from this winter, awesome! Front desk mgr was so incredible with all the Valentines day people coming in for gift cards, couples coming for their together treatment and the phone ringing she handled it with a big smile. I used to come here quite often, would love to see more services involving new technology like cryoskin, cool tone, injectables, more laser treatments etc. The spa is so nice and roomy add more and we will come!!

I originally posted a review regarding a wax I had done that wasn’t to my liking.Not even a half hr after the owner called me and was extremely kind and helpful. I’m not used to businesses agreeing with the customer anymore and making things right but at spa st tropez they do! I will def return and try a wax with someone else. Beware of the scam they are running. A 90 minute massage is only 80 minutes hands on. I bought a gift certificate and my sister only got 75 minutes. When she asked the receptionist why it was so short she was told the 90 minutes includes getting undressed/dressed. They were rude to her and when I called to complain I received the same poor customer service. For $140 for a 75 minute massage yet the website clearly states 90 minutes. Take your money elsewhere.

The stone massage was great, its a shame the overall experience wasnt the same, they do not treat men the same as woman and made me feel like a 3rd class citizen using a gift certificate i won at a golf outing... but massage itself was great and i may be a little spoiled with Red Door Spas that im used to.Trying to set an appt w 2 gift cert i had won at gold outings, couldnt be combined or used at once together? They would have saved money lol, just wanted one longer massage instead of 2 shorter 50min ones, so say 90 min instead of the 110 i could get separately. Then since it was specific to a stone massage apparently only one masseuse does them, and only in until 2pm weekdays lol, if i didnt work i could do that but then again prob wouldnt need a massage lol. So i had to settle for a sat am appt away from family time. I arrived 15 min early as requested, the host checking clients in took all the woman, even those that arrived after me first, after taking a few back another client asked her to check me in b4 her, her response was no he can wait ill take care of u first lol. The whole check in was uncomfortable, can only assume because i used a gift cert or because i was a guy.

Me and my husband went there for a couples massage that included the hot stone full body massage and a reflexology foot massage. It was the BEST massage we have had in our lives and we havent felt that relaxed and comfortable in a long time like we did when we got the massage. We would likely recommended to anyone and we will be back there sooner than later 😊😊😊

My original review would have been a 5 star but now Im changing it to a three becuase of the false advertizing this business puts out..I recieved an email for 25% off. Super excited becuase it is always so relaxing n Ive always had a great massage, however, I was not able to use my discount as a couples massgae. I guess I can understand that one but on top of that the massage therapist I use doesnt accept the discount because she books up fast, so I would have to go to someone else in order to use the discount . This is a horrible way of doing business as it does not say anywhere on that email restrictions may apply to certain massage therapists. Why send me a 25% off email if I cant book it with someone I want..for this reason my star rating goes to 3 and I may not return to this facility again because of this.

I have been to this spa many times over the last 10 years. I have always received wonderful, courtesous service. It explains very clearly in the brochure how long each service is. Ive never had an issue with being short changed on a service. Yes it can be quite pricey but I found it definitely worth the money on any services that I have received

Worst massage ever!!!! Mind u I get massage at least once a month for Years.Ive never instructed a masseuse what to do, besides the customary, do u like it hard or soft, and what are the problem areas, usually u tell them that and then they goto work. NOT HERE!! 1) music was blasting. So much so, that I asked the attendant to lower it half way, and it was STILL loud, but whatever, more bearable than at 1st. 2, the music selection wasnt relaxing at all, think spin class. I said to the lady, can you please play something else from pandora, she tells me, I can switch the song but I have no control, Im alone up here, and seperate so I play my own music. I said hun, ok, its pandora, switch stations, they have Spa station, Im sure theres waterfalls, and birds chirping, running streams on there somewhere. Not this!!! She says to me, its classical. Lol, yes lady I can see that, but the tempo is waaaaaaay too fast, this is supposed to b relaxing. She reluctantly changed a song or 2, but never changed tyne station. Then, the masseuse herself Gave massages at warp speed, again I said to her, hun, please slow down... y are u rushing, where is the relaxation in this. Youre flying through this massage, music is blasting and the bpms are perfect for spin.Half ass massage, lot of tickling, IE, no pressure, just rubbing fingernails over my skin isnt a massage.Smh. Last time I visit there for a massage.Beware!! At least, request to booked with the lady upstairs.

Nasty and not very accommodating! Anyone looking to get a gift certificate for a loved one, DONT! THEY WANT A CREDIT CARD NUMBER! Unheard of! You have a gift certificate and they will not make an appointment without a credit card!
