Friendly service, however, the therapist seemed to be running through the motions and did not exert any pressure (even when asked to go as hard as they could which seemed duplicative seeing I requested hard pressure on intake form). Sadly, once you get a real massage, sub-par ones are incredibly disappointing.

I was beyond impressed by this location of H&S. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted by a friendly, lovely voices and a calming herbal aroma. The brightly-lit waiting area was pristine. Megan helped me with my complicated billing situation with no stress and always smiling. And Mara — let me tell you about Mara! She literally shaped my skin into something I didn’t think was possible after ONE service! Firm, smooth, and glowing, my micropeel facial suggested by Mara gives me the confidence I needed to face another busy week. Thank you, NE Williams H&S! I will be back ASAP and taking my friends, too.

I get a massage at Hand and Stone Massage as part of my self-care routine. The front desk staff are polite and professional. The lobby and reception area are clean and relaxing.

I have seen Rick twice now and just booked my next appointment- he knows how to work on my problem areas and makes me feel heard in addressing them! It’s evident that he has a ton of experience- you can feel it! I look forward to seeing him knowing that if I want to chat he will not run out of topics. If I’d like a quiet service he will also respect that! Cant wait to see him again soon!

Megan the assistant manager was incredibly rude and callous when I asked to speak to the district manager. I was appalled when she hung up on me on our phone call today. If there is a district manager I can reach that could help me on here that would be appreciated.

I’ve gotten several facials from Mara and had an amazing experience every time. She always makes time to talk about my specific skin concerns and remembers what we’ve talked about during previous appointments. She’s also made me feel incredibly safe and comfortable as a trans person and I’ve been able to talk openly with her about the affects HRT has had on my skin, which should be a given but isn’t in all environments! Highly recommended Mara to other LGBT folks or anyone who wants someone who cares about their skincare journey!

They have good discounts for new clients but my last massage here was rather mediocre, and every time I get a massage here someone at the front desk gives me a long spiel to try to get me to sign up for their membership, and keep pressing even when I say no, when all I want to do is turn my brain off and relax, which is why I haven’t returned.

The staff is amazing, and very accommodating, however, my massage began at 10am and ended at 10:54. I was expecting a complete hour.

Had a wonderful experience! I got a deep tissue massage as a gift from my wife, and boy did I need it. We used to get massages on a regular basis before Covid, and this is the first one I’ve had in a few years.The staff were all super friendly and thoughtful, I’d definitely go back! Also, their monthly membership seems like a good deal for the price.

I havent been to this location since the pandemic began. It was so great to get in for a massage today. I had the most amazing massage ever today!!! I almost dont want to tell anyone else about Lexi, because I woke up this morning a hot mess and after my massage this afternoon I feel like a normal human again ready to cope with this crazy world. There are no words to express my gratitude for her work.I have never been disappointed on a visit to the N Williams Hand & Stone. What an amazing team!!! If you cant find street parking, thats okay, because there is access to a parking garage below. You wont regret your visit.

I went to Hand and Stone and the massage was just ok. I asked for a full body massage but the masseuse gave me what she thought was good for the first visit. I thought the purpose of the questionnaire was to advise what I wanted for my massage. Besides that it was just ok for that reason at the Hand and Stone on Williams.

Ive had a few massages and as of today a facial at this location, all of which have been AMAZING. the entire staff is super knowledgeable and skilled in the services they provide. If you’re going to have a facial done, book with Fiona! She not only made me feel like a new woman with fresh glowing skin but also was one of the kindest and most genuine people I have ever met I have ever met in my entire life. You will not be disappointed!

I’ve been going here for a while now and had great experiences with Aricka, Mae, Dani and Laura (so far my favorite LMT). They all have different techniques for my upper back relief.I’ve only had a facial here once by Megan and she was great! Very informative about my skin and gave a great neck massage afterwards.

I really liked the idea of Monthly membership and the LMTs are great. After almost a year I had issues with billing that was auto-debit with debit card on file. They took my normal Membership fees with add-ons and my tip and then they took the Membership fee a Second time and I have been trying to get a refund and have been trying since 4/30/2022 and as of today 5/11/2022 it still hasnt been refunded. Not happy with Hand and Stone and wouldnt recommend them due to their billing system. It shouldnt take this long to get a refund for their billing error.

Booked a massage for my wife for her birthday and she had an amazing experience. There was a slight miscommunication with the pricing terms and conditions for the introductory offer posted on the website, which I explained in my initial review but the management team was very quick to respond and correct the issue. It’s refreshing to know that Hand & Stone pays attention to their reviews and goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. I will definitely be recommending them to my friends and colleagues. My massage was amazing. My masseuse was very kind, professional and talented. Unfortunately I came in with a gift card for $60 that was 2 years old but no expiration date so I thought it was still valid. The front desk ladies tried their best to find it in their system but it came up with having a balance of only $15. Impossible since I’d never been in to use it.15 minutes later they could only apply the $15. The company could have made it right by honoring the balance written on the gift card. I mentioned when I walked in it was my very first massage. But because of this experience at the end, I will be taking my business elsewhere. They ruined the experience. The company appears cheap, though their services are not.I received an email stating “free facial” in the subject line but upon further reading it’s a special introductory fee of $69.99.I was ready for the next phase of my life where I spend money regularly on such services. I guess I’ll have to choose another company.Their atmosphere and services provided are overshadowed by their execution of customer service and email etiquette.

I have had multiple facials at Hand and Stone and I have enjoyed my experiences with Megan and Hanna. I was not only feeling pampered but really enjoyed my conversations during my sessions when I was feeling a little extra chatty.

Went for a couples massage as a treat, and while it was a clean and relaxing environment, the actual massages left a lot to be desired. We had requested a therapeutic massage and it was anything but... and both massage therapists whispered to each other for the entire hour. epically disappointing, to say the least.

A lovely place, with pretty treatment rooms and highly skilled staff. I go religiously every month for a relaxing facial. Ive had a massage there, too, and afterward I felt like Id been on vacation. The neighborhood is lots of fun, so take a stroll before or after and enjoy the shops.

Fiona was my esthetician , she was soooo amazing 💖, I felt so relaxed and her techniques were very soothing and gentle she made my skin feels sooo good💜, Very smooth, and my face is glowing. I have been a member For two years and I was thinking of ending my membership, but due to Fionas amazing techniques I’m reconsidering and will continue with my membership. I would definitely give Fiona10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️. I will be recommending her to my friends and family 💝

Friendly and helpful receptionists. Monthly plan is great for those that need to regular schedule in some self-care. Definitely need to find the facial technicians you like as some newer ones are less educated on products, etc but still do a great job.

Great therapists, wonderful place, pricey and please dont sign up for a membership! I tried to cancel mine after six months and wow, talk about blocking me! First I had to track down their manager. Finally did, then the manager said I had to fill out a form. Why! OMG. No membership! Quick update: They sent the form and get this: the Manager has to approve my ending the membership! Stay away from the membership!

I was treated to a fabulous facial for Mothers Day by my super sweet daughter ! I was treated like a queen there! I highly recommend Aubrey who had great knowledge and advice! My skin looks even more amazing on the second day just as she said! The LED treatment was super effective for treating my redness! The best part was how relaxing the facial was and Aubreys gentle, relaxing touch! Felt like feathers and clouds!!

I can not stress enough how satisfied I am with all of their services. Specifically Lexi! Thankfully I’ve been able to visit on a weekly basis lately and the deep tissue massages from Lexi are really transforming my body back to what it used to feel like! My shoulders are literally molded back into proper shape every time I come in. It’s priceless.

Recently had a hot stone massage as a first time customer at Hand & Stone massage. I had no idea there were monthly membership massage options. Seems like a great way to get some self-care in on a regular basis. I really liked the cold stone face massage as an additional add on. Will definitely be back!

Friendly reception staff, lobby and rooms are always very clean, and some good LMTs. You can pause the monthly plan if you get busy or cant afford it for the upcoming month.

I LOVE hand and stone, I get my monthly facials here and it’s always my favorite day of the month. They take such good care of me and have worked tirelessly to help me find a good care regimen for my complicated skin! My skin has never been better after my relaxing treatments and products.

If you want to massage or facial good therapist there except scheduling is definitely a problem due to the high turnover rate. As for working there I would give a -100 stars if possible. Covid experience - as good as it can be.Pretty empty space; plexiglass for reception.I walked in, immediately was greeted by name, and ushered in to the massage room. Masseuse and client wear a mask the whole time - I was instructed that I had to keep it on face down but if it felt too restricting, I could pull down over my nose. (I didnt but I could see that being true!) There was a sign on door about how the room had been sanitized, and then we both washed our hands after.Garreth was my masseuse for a last minute deal (only $69, if you havent done those!) and he was really professional, as well as asking me more/ less pressure and making sure he hit and fixed my spots that were tight.My only Complaint is that, with a mask, the scent in the room was difficult to sense. I would have liked a stronger relaxing smell - but Im also sure there are people who would be overpowered and not like it. :)

I injured my back at work and could barely move, Theresa was able to help loosen up my muscles and I felt much better by the time I left. Extremely clean location and high quality tables. Quiet and soothing atmosphere and staff was kind and warm and welcoming.

Had a great deep tissue massage that almost put me to sleep. I love that my massage therapist wrapped my hair into a turbin so that she can easily massage me. This was never offered at my other massage place. I also enjoy the peach tea they offered. The room was clean, intimate and relaxing. I signed up to be their monthly member

The whole experience is great from the welcoming front desk staff to the massage therapists. I would highly recommend becoming a member for anyone needing some TLC or help with pain management.

While the massages are great its difficult to freeze your membership when you need to. I called to do this and have now been waiting for them to email me some form I need to fill out. They didnt just send it then, they said theyd do it later. Very inconvenient to not have a way to freeze over the phone. Theyve also raised their membership fees recently which means while I need to freeze now, I will probably cancel in the future.

I just went in and the esthetician was wonderful. Their pricing and business practice was not. When I booked it online, I agreed to an initial appointment of 69.99. When I paid, I used a gift card from spaweek. Because it was not a gift card from their company, they charged me a different price! This was not clearly explained until after the transaction processed. When I asked if I could save my giftcard for later and pay the introductory price, she said she had already used the gift card. If you have a gift card from spaweek, do not go to this business!

AMAZING! I have never had a massage therapist listen to my needs and perform so precisely. I told Aerika I was having severe pain in a specific spot on my back. I told her I dont like legs/feet being worked on, it does nothing for me. Usually, even though I say this, therapists always try to convince me that I need a little work there, and I always am uncomfortable during that portion of the massage. Aerika was freaking perfect. We barely spoke, but I felt like she was reading my mind the entire time. She is amazing and I am so glad I found her.

I had Megan and she was amazing! I was pretty desperate for a good massage because I could barely move due to a pain in my lower back and she helped give me some relief and could not have been sweeter. I will definitely be going back!

Came here initially in some pretty bad pain from repetitive use injurys from work because they could see me the same day. I have been trying to get consistent massage while I travel for work and Ive found myself comparing all the other massages to the ones I have got from Dani and Teresa from this location. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a good Swedish massage.

Didn’t give 30 days notice of price increase. Everything is an up charge. Canceled and rescheduled my facials constantly- but charge if you need to cancel last minute. New manager is very unorganized and nothing like the previous.

First, I am not a member. Nor will I ever be. I was disappointed in the massage. I asked for a full body massage but my chest was not touched, nor were my feet, which I understand is an extra charge. I came away feeling like I still needed a massage. It was not money well spent.

My daughter got me a massage as a gift and the experience was wonderful. My therapist asked for my preferences regarding the stye of massage and gave a wonderful deep stress reducing massage.

I am a big fan of the Hand and Stone on N. Williams. I live in the same building and they offer an awesome membership deal for residents. They are attentive and always do a great job.
