Vivi Foot & Body Massage

I asked for a 1 hr foot massage with a particular female masseuse. When I got there, the receptionist tried to hand me off to a male. Then she asked me if I want regular or deep massage. I told her again, 1 hr foot massage . She assigned another lady to me but it wasn’t who I requested . Then I didn’t know in the middle of my massage, another female took over my massage. I think that was disrespectful for not telling me another person was going to take over. The massage was pretty bad for a foot massage . More time was spent on other parts of my body other than my feet. All it felt like was my toes being played with. No pressure points were used, no consistency. None of these ladies knew what they were doing. I’ve been there before and had exceptional service. Because of this bad service I will never return nor refer anyone to this place. It felt like they were not being honest with me and that I wouldn’t notice how I was being treated. So disappointed in this business.

I can’t believe I haven’t written a review for Vivi yet! WOWOWOWOW!!!!! I’ve been coming here for three years and I have never ONCE had a bad massage. Every single therapist is incredible. I feel like a brand new woman each time I leave. I wish I could hug every single person who works here. 1000/10!!! 💖🫶 you will not regret getting a massage here!

Great service, friendly, they do a great job and dont ignore your concerns. I moved back to the area and they have done some remodeling. The wax area is clean and they even suggested a reshape on my eyebrows. Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏

So so sad that they now have these amateur ladies who just rub oil over and over and don’t know a thing about massage . No knowledge about pressure points . They need training !!The massage started with a proper masseuse and then 5mins later she called someone else to carryon the work on me …I tried leaving 10mins into the massage but they were like no no stay , and they changed to an even more amateur person. The whole time I held my breath . She got hot stone and didn’t know how or wear to use them 😒.I just had the worst massage EVER !!It hurts when you spend hard earned money on trash !!I have come to this place before and they had very well trained ladies who would remove all ur knots and give you a very relaxing massage.However today was HORRIBLE!!! Thank God I said no for cupping or they would bruise me !Please get your TRAINED masseuse back!!!Never returning 👎🏽…

This is my favorite massage place. Nina is amazing, never need to tell her what hurts. She instantly figures it out and definitely works her magic. Highly recommend if you want a nice foot or body massage

Love their massages! I had the 1 hr foot reflexology massage for $40 which starts at your head, down your neck to your arms then to your feet and calves, and finishes with some back rubs. You can always adjust to just feet if you prefer. Very relaxing and tense muscles are relieved. Very friendly too! Don’t forget to tip well!

One of the best massages! Nina is very knowledgeable and provides awesome pressure. She uses massage and acupressure points in a therapeutic way.If your looking for results and pain relief. This is the place to go!

They give amazing deep tissue massage. Clean and very professional staff. Pricing is really good compared to spas and resorts. I have tried other places and I always come back to this place. I love it and I feel great afterwards. They also do couple massages which is what we do. They are also doing what needs to be done during these trying times of covid. I love this place and recommend it to anyone needing to unwind and relax.

Fantastic massages and friendly staff! 🤩 I came back twice in a week because it was so good. I love deep tissue massages and these therapists were able to get so deep. I had walking on my back, as well as oil and hot stones. Great value! They also offer visit punch cards and discounts. Definitely recommend!

This little massage place is wonderful!! I’ve been lots of other places but I’ll be coming back to this one. Deep tissue is no joke they’re very good I will absolutely go back. Staff is friendly and kind they’re not talking the entire time so you can relax. They use hot rocks it’s definitely worth the visit!

Nancy was the masseuse I saw during my recovering weeks post knee surgery. I spent 2 hours with her 3x a week for 3 weeks and I truly feel like she played a big role in my recovery. 6ish months pass and Im in neck pain and try to schedule with Nancy. I was sad to hear she left and decided to schedule with a different masseuse Amy. Amy was just as fantastic. The two best deep tissue massages Ive experienced were done by both Amy and Nancy at Vivi. Ive been to many places in the area and have enjoyed different types of spas. This place is clean and gave the best two massages Ive had. At a great price too $110 for a 90 min deep tissue.

Nina took the time to listen about my pain. Nina made me feel like she truly cared. I look forward to returning in a few days for another massage. I’ve been working a new to me second job and lost a grandmother during the hustle of starting a business. It’s been emotionally and mentally stressful for me the last few weeks. I am grateful to have a go to place that is clean, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a very pleasant visit. Give them a try!!

Wow! Reviews did not disappoint! Came in for my first visit today, went for the combo of back and reflexology and was blown away. Great place if you like deep pressure and Chinese massage techniques. The place is spotless and rooms and beds are very cozy. I was also pleasantly surprised they offer a lot more advanced massage and even cupping here. Looking forward to my next visit!

Having been a massage therapist and someone who gets a lot of massages, this 90 min massage was subpar. As a trained massage therapist one thing you learn is to never put direct pressure onto someones SPINE and this lady used her forearms and bore her weight directly onto my spine multiple times making my whole body tense up to protect my spine. I actually feel more harm was done than good. Im going to have to go get adjusted from my chiropractor. She asked me its ok? And I said dont push on my spine please but she did it again after 5 minutes when she went to my other side. She was going through her awful and painful routine. She also used her forearms on the sides of my legs and over my lesser trochanter, again an area you dont smash with your arm, because its bone and its painful.80 minutes of the massage was used on the back side of my body, most of it on my upper back, even though I specifically asked for work on my arms, legs, and low back.I get a massage almost every week, Ill not be returning here!

Omg, if I could give them no star I would have. I dont know how they got this high rating. My masseuse was also the receptionist, and she was constantly on her phone. At some point I can feel only one hand was being used to massage. She was gone in and out, applies no pressure and on top of it all, the room that was being used was with other strangers. So strange and awkward. I have been to many foot spa, they are hit and miss, but this one definitely ranked on the bottom of my list. Maybe they have an off day but holy moly, the public massage room, get a divider or something.Seller have responded that I wasnt there and they have checked the cameras? My wife and I was there for the 4:00pm appointment. You can take all the credits for all the good reviews, but you also you have to take responsibility for all the bad one as well.

I loved everything about the massage by Jack, including the fact that it seemed like I’ve been there a long time and it was only 60 minutes. Great techniques I look forward to coming back!

The massuse I had was absolutely amazing, I dont ever want to get a massage from anyone else. She was professional and very skilled. I walked in with severe pain in my neck and back as I drive way more than the average person. I walked out with less thsn half the normal pain and was very impressed with her technique. I definitely plan on returning on a regular basis and I will recommend to friends.

Oh wow! It was an excellent massage. They knew where all the sore spots are got all the knots. The pressure was just right the whole massage was great!!

Great service, my massage therapist recommended the right massage for me and added in reflexology all together I had a massage(60min) and foot massage (30min) all for $95 which isn’t a bad price at all! Definitely will be back!

I have many massages over the years, the technique and skill of people working at Vivi Foot & Body Massage is World Caliber ! You could travel a long way and not find as good of service. Conveniently located in the same parking lot as Safeway next to Wu’s Open Kitchen, great place for a date night with that special person in your life and stop on the way out to pick up dinner. Can’t get enough.
