One of my favorite spots in Portland. Dont know if they still do it, but in the indoor section, they used to have a piano duel, like 2 pianos front to front challenging each other and doing versions of popular and classic songs, sometimes accompanied by a guy in the middle, with a guitar. Mic used to go around, sometimes getting to the girl serving at the bar, that has this great voice. I used to go like in 2010 and i remember it was a lot of fun. Some nights they have this neighborhood party at the patio, serving shots and grilling some hot dogs and burgers. Summers are great, the patio turns into a water party. Perfect cool vibe.
Great night out with friends. They have a wide music knowledge base, and the bar staff even come up and play. If the piano players dont know the song, they do their damnedest to try and learn it. Great night, highly recommend. Cant wait to go again!
The performers were good but it was dark and somewhat empty when we were in on a Friday night which detracted from the atmosphere. I went here before shutdown and reopening and it felt like being in Las Vegas - now it just feels like a show in a bar. Overall its too expensive for what you get between entry tickets, paying for song requests and drinks.
Wow, what a night was sung and kinda iconic because it was!! Thanks Jimmy and gang. Food, service, atmosphere is 5 Stars music was 5++ Stars. First time out in almost 30 years. Thank you we feel young again.
Dueling piano night was soooo much fun! There are other events as well that are listed on the website. The owner, Jimmy, has a great concept going. We paid for VIP table service, which was OK since we upgraded due to having a large group, but they were very busy. Otherwise, ordering is at the bar. Some in our group had food which they liked. Definitely be back, we had a blast!
Went for a poetry event and that was AMAZING. Only downside was a SUPER LOUD person in the kitchen that seemed to drown out the performers. All staff were nice, and we appreciated the space as it was lovely. If the two gals talking so loudly in the kitchen could just tone down a bit when theres quieter entertainment itd be perfect!
So wonderful to have the dueling pianos at the Barrel Room back in Portland. The new venue is in a great space. You must visit for a weekend night out, girls night out, parties of all kinds.Love this place for sing alongs and dancing.Staff and owners friendly and welcoming. We will be back several more times.
I’m here to say a huge appreciation to the barrel room for having a jam night! It’s always awkward to appear at a new jam. But I put my piano player hat on and played a bit of this n that… left with an ear worm ( the pina colada song) and some new friends. So much fun to play a baby grand on stage! Thank you. Honestly I did not eat or drink, but the bartenders made the best water with a lime balanced on the rim in town!
I didnt have food here so I cannot speak to it. Cute little bar with games to play and live music. Drinks can be spendy, though. The employees are lovely.
I had a fun time @the Halloween piano duel show last night....it was amazing! Such a chill fun vibe and the musicians had a great energy about them ....very talented. Service was excellent and this is the second time Ive been to their show. Not disappointed yet! Only upkeep needed is the restroom. Need to be remodeled and cleaned better. Other than that, I super recommend! I havent ordered food yet so I cannot comment on that.
Owner is amazing! Its kinda in a sketchy area, but we were safe. One of the singers was mediocre, the other was fantastic.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere: caught the tail end of a comedians set and enjoyed some dueling pianos. I like ordering drinks and food from my phone and having it brought to the table. Overall great place.
I had a lot of fun. Great music and wonderful vibes. The BUCKETS of drinks dont disappoint, and neither does their resident pianist, Nathan.Pro tip: buy tickets in advance to get a table, because if youre like me, youll be staying a while and $10 a head (or cheaper on Groupon) is worth it, cuz you definitely throw money down to get them to play Barbie Girl.Learn Danger Zone, yall!
Dueling pianos with song requests is a great idea, except neither can sing. It is Elton Jonh hours, everything sounds the same
Our first night in the US from Vancouver, BC, we stopped in at the Barrel Room for the jam night. So much fun. Staff was so helpful and the environment was warm (but AC was cool) and easygoing. They really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Thank you all so much for a great night!!
Fantastic place for music and ping pong. John was not only a fabulous host but also a great musician. This place needs to succeed!Come on, Portland ping pong players! Let’s keep this place going!See you there? Bring it!!
Randy was the greatest bartender ever! She took such great care of us on a much needed girls night out! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!
So glad barrel room is open again! This is one of my FAVORITE places to bring people when they visit Portland. Great atmosphere and drinks, and the musicians are SO TALENTED AND FUN.
The owner is wonderful!! The place was packed and lovely with customer interaction and one of the piano players was really good and can sing good too. The one with the hat. The bartender even sang a song which was fun. Good party atmosphere. Definitely a fun time. Four stars because the other piano player was rude and crass. Drinks and food were decent.
Love this place! Such a happy atmosphere and excellent entertainment!Really love it when the owners pull out their guitars and jam!!
The piano part is great, lots of high energy and fun. If you want your song request move to the front of the line too $20. The service is bad because they have only one waitress for half the room. We had to request our table get cleaned so we could make room to order more drinks. The drinks are pretty weak so be prepared. Get here early, by 11pm the outdoor dance floor was packed.
Paid $360 for a table and when we arrived no table available. Total ripoff!! Music was ok but the talent doesn’t play good music unless the crowd pays. Not a good experience.Update: I went back and had a great experience. Staff was very friendly and entertaining. The music was good and the performers played well.
The dueling pianos show was awesome! I highly recommend it!! My only criticism is seating. I paid for my tickets and was seated at a table, but walk-ins who could use standing room only for free were standing in front of my table for over half the show and I couldnt see! If I pay for the show, I should not have to keep asking people to scoot out of the way so I can enjoy it. If you go, dont sit along the wall directly across from the stage!! Other than that, it was great. Good food and drinks and an excellent performance!
Excellent venue for live music. Great sound system, stage, and ambiance.
I brought my friend here for his 21st birthday before we made our way to the clubs (or tried to) and it was a great time. I didnt know about the private sections available for rent beforehand or that would have been cool to do. The drinks were reasonably priced and only a $5 cover on a Saturday was nice. Overall 8/10 for me
Went last Saturday night for wifes 50th birthday. Had nearly 30 friends join us. Had a great time. The waitress we had (sorry cant remember name) worked so hard but kept a great smile on her face. Owner was gracious and played from time to time making it much fun. Food good. Drinks good. Friends all said had great time. Highly recommend for group parties.
First, I would like to say that the dueling piano show is amazing and a fun time. But some friends and I spent a lot of money for a bachelorette party and it was a disaster from start to finish. We booked a VIP package with this company in advance. It was meant to include seated tickets, appetizers, dinner, champagne and a surprise roast for the bride. We spent $285 (47.50 per person) for this package. When we arrived, the venue had lost our reservation. They then put 6 of us at a four-person table. No one seemed to know that this package existed, and we had to keep telling them what was included and that we had already paid for food etc. We were made to believe that we had to spend this extra money to have our bride be part of the show, but while we were sitting there, we found out that this could be done for anyone at anytime to during the show. The Waitress ruined this surprise by talking about it in front of our bride. I am mostly upset because we paid in advance for these services and it took 2 ½ hours to get our food. We had to ask for it more than once and when we got it, it had clearly been sitting under a warmer for a long time. This was supposed to be our big stop for the night and from start to finish it was a disappointment. I wouldn’t book an event package with them, you spend more than its worth and I feel a little scammed.
This place was amazing! We booked in for a dulling pianos night and the group who were on were just fantastic! I was really worried it wouldnt live up to our hopes having been to one in San Diego the previous year and loved it so much but these guys were probably even better! They were great musicians, really good fun and were brilliant at getting everyone up and involved.
My husband and I went to see the dueling piano show the night after Thanksgiving and we were not disappointed! It was a great show with great performers! They knew how to keep the crowd entertained all night! We would definitely go back!
Great atmosphere, very talented artists on stage. Very entertaining environment. We always have a good time here. I recommend trying the jello shots. They are fun and easy to consume, and they get the job done!
It was AMAZING!!! Went for a co-workers 21st and the owner treated us like royalty. We showed up when the doors opened and he told us about the place and even bought us our first round of drinks! Not to mention the music and fun crowed involvement was awesome! This is a place to go have a great time and enjoy lots of laughs! Make a reservation! I will be back soon!
Inside: always fun and witty time. Adequate foods and drinks. Too small venue for the popularity it gets. Outside: dont even ask - low bar standards for sound /light quality and music selection (rarely you will get a decent DJ). Outside patio basically exists for drunk patrons who are too annoying to stay inside for dueling piano show.
Go for Saturday night dueling pianos best to be there by 9 if you want to sit. Song choices generally trend in the 80s rock era, but for enough $ they will try anything. If you want to get up and dance to more hip music. The outdoor dance area plays popular hip hop and pop and gets going around 11pm. Good for a girls night out. Highly recommend getting a bucket to share (32 or 86oz options!)
I really dig what theyve got going on here. The bar itself is cleverly set up with a solid thing that it offers. The servers and bartenders all seem lovely and there is plenty of room but not too large of a venue or too many seats to feel overwhelming. It maintains the intimate feeling. The bar itself I give a solid 3 star which in my book is a good rating. Now IF I could rate Drag Queen Brunch on its own itd have a 4 star for sure! These gals know their biz! They are seasoned and diverse entertainers offering something new to the Portland scene this summer and what a joy it is. For only 15$ you get a full old school dinner brunch and meet some lovely folks beforehand and then at noon you get a full evening show in the middle of the day! The cast is semi-rotating but the staples are veteran entertainers. Its nice to see classic drag, new age modern drag and some (without ruining the surprise) age old classic monologue theater!Lovely, just lovely darrrrrling. Auntie Mame says its a MUST SEE!Support our community and local bars with clever original events like these.Remember: Its drag, bring lots of $1s and $5s to share in all crevasses during performances!
I attended a private party here a few months back. The atmosphere was nice, they had quite a large outdoor courtyard with a bar setup. The staff is where I knocked a couple stars off. One of their security guards was extremely rude throughout the night and would not leave me and my girlfriend alone. He made us feel pretty uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Went here for my fiances 21st birthday. The drinks were tasty, gigantic, and decently priced. The music was a really good time, and it was cool to see the whole staff get involved. The guitar player even bought my fiances first drink of the night.
LOVE the piano show!! It was one our favorite things on our long weekend trip to Portland :-) Steven was AWESOME and brought the energy! We had a coupon code for free tickets (at 4 people, a $60 value) so we drank up and tipped well for song requests!
Well, the dueling piano thing was interesting, they are grossly understaffed, it takes forever to get your orders. I was with a small party (6 people total) and they charged a gratuity anyway.I ordered the irish nachos which the menu stated was made with potato chips, but what I got was an order of tater tots with cheese and sour cream on them. Also the plate size was not worth the $10 price. I really expect better for a place that charges $15 just for entry. When I brought up to the waitstaff that the food was not as described on the menu, they dismissed it, saying thats just how they come.I really dont get how this place was so packed. Its a really nice looking venue though, and the pianists were very funny. Otherwise, I would give this place only a 1-star.
Always a good time anytime Ive been. The live band inside that takes requests always makes for a good time. If thats not your jam then the dj outside will surely play something you like sooner or later. Definitely worth checking out if youre in the area.
A very lively place to be during the weekends.. get a group.. grab a table and the evening is yours!! They have a live band (2 pianists and a drummer) playing who are really nice!!They play requested songs and make the environment lively!!A very nice place to hangout!!
Paid for a date night reservation. Waitress was a sweetheart. Our table was constantly blocked of its view by standing people of a party that the bouncer quoted to me 1200 total paid so they were above manners and being quoted by the bouncers, they sayed they would not move the standing party even tho they all had seats to sit in. My girl and I could not see the stage at all....even after playing for a date night package. Our waitress was amazing....the place. Worst experience ever. Kicked out cause we complained about people in our way to see the awesome show.
Phenomenal evening with very entertaining performers. Owner even went out of his way to arrange a gluten free meal for me. Incredible service! We definitely recommend for anyone to join in Portland!
Good mix of a lively bar and almost a club. Sometimee girls get in free, but dudes pay $10. Its got live music inside thats always good if you like rock, and with a lot of bar staff so you dont really have to wait on drinks.
Not being someone that goes out on the town a whole lot, I had a ton of fun here. I avoid the dancing typically so being able to sit back and listen to some dueling pianos? My type of nights. Very good service (multiple times they have gone out of their way to make my night more enjoyable, everything from replacing a spilled drink free of charge to taking the time to recommend drinks to those who can never decide what they want) and a good selection of drinks.
Drinks were okay, the Roxanne was too sweet, not a lot of liquor for the price. Dueling pianos was fun in the beginning then as the crowd and the musicians got drunker, it became raunchy and obnoxious. Will not come back, seems to be just a place to get drunk.
We absolutely had the best time at Dueling Pianos. These guys played everything! The gorgonzola fries were pretty good. The Manhattans were a bit on the sweet side. It does get really loud.
Great music both inside and outside. The in-house band indoors was very upbeat and the tunes were danceable. The DJ outside played some great pieces that catered to a variety of listening styles. Two thumbs up.
Sound level was a bit loud. Music was quite good, but aimed for the 30-50 crowd. Its a fun place however. We had 2 pianos and a drummer and lead guitar at times.
Not exactly my cup o tea, mainly because I dont drink that much any more. I can see this place being more fun while drunk, but when sober, you kinda notice more than you should, being a bit more self-conscious than you should. They do have a very talented and diverse staff of folks running the piano bar, even being able to play some songs not on their list of known songs. I think I need to be a bit drunker next time to really enjoy this place more.
This is a great venue that offers light snacks and good drinks. Check the events calendar to find out what entertainment to expect.
Had a fun night out with friends. Intimate setting inside with the ceiling pianos. Outside bar/dance floor/dj is a good contrast. OK drink prices for the atmosphere.
Great bar. Drinks are standard, come here with energy and enjoy the experience. Participate with the dueling pianists, sing, dance, socialize! Best evening during my short time in Portland.
Seems like a grate date night, sure! but if the party in front of you is paying 1200$ a person, dont expect a view of the stage....the bouncer knows who spends how much for what, and he gets to choose who stay and who goes...not like he could ask the table to sit down...no go a head and stand in front of us, thats coooooool. ..seemed like it was gonna be a fun show...till one party kept getting in our view. the bouncer was super rude and kicked us out... I guess my boyfriends voice offended him because no one could hear each other, and he was shouting...whatever....not worth 50$for less than an hour of show...maybe if there was a little more room for everyone, instead of people shoving each other around....waitresses were super nice...probably because its not their fault for people getting kicked out....HA
Mediocre experience. Bouncers/door guys werent friendly by any means, rather it seemed we were bothering them. No service at the tables, had to go to the bar each time to get our own drinks. For the amount of awesome places Portland has to offer, this one isnt one of those.
This place is crazy fun. If your going here plan on staying till closing. The dualing pianos is just amazing, they are hilarious and super talented. Nathan Temby plays so well he will literally give you goosebumps. He does stand up comedy while playing virtuos piano. If you want to have a great time. Go go go! Go when Nathan Temby is there. Seriously awesome entertainment. Plus very cool outdoor dance floor. I bought our tickets online, and got royal treatment. Very fun venue.
It has a mix of both in and outdoor areas. There is a section with real wood burning fires. Outside there is a DJ playing popular dance music and inside there is often a live band as well. The food was simple but filling. The club also boasts two full bars and a shot station.
We saw the dueling pianos show here. Very fun, obviously a hot spot for bachelor(ette) parties. The humor of the male pianist was a bit middleschoolish in its hypersexualized scope, for my liking, but the format was enjoyable. The two pianists showed much skill and courage in taking on new songs that they didnt know well, and enthusiasm and joy in singing the good old bar sing-alongs like Brown Eyed Girl and Hotel California. All in all, a really fun experience. We sang and laughed a lot!
Went on Saturday to see Nathan Temby and Steven Ramirez play the dueling pianos and was blown away by their energy. They literally sang and played for 4 hours straight! Such a fun night and they played all 3 of our song requests. I would recommend this for a fun night out/special occasion/first date..or just for the hell of it! Definitely a memorable part of our trip to PDX :D
I would leave no stars if possible. A group of us purchased tickets for an event that was apparently cancelled. No one reached out to inform us and no refunds were given. Out of everyone in my group (14 of us) confirmed no refunds or emails were sent and given I had to contact my bank to file a fraud charge to get our money back. They have completely ignored my attempts to contact them. Clearly they could care less about their paying customers.
The musicians were talented but its really unfortunate how the rest of the place is operated. No local beers, staff who dont take customer service very seriously, fat bouncers who sadly do take their job too seriously (isnt this supposed to be Portland?), and a super sad/empty dance floor. Alas...
It was fun but the drinks were very very weak! $120 for 2 people just drinks and hardly felt a buzz. And I hardly drink! Would have enjoyed the experience more if we didnt feel ripped off.
Definitely the place to hit up on a night out! Live music, great drinks, and just an all around fun atmosphere. Also, the staff are exceptional!
Very friendly staff. The hula hoop girls outside are amazing. decent food and good drinks. Double check your bill. They tend to mix tabs up.
When you order a pizza and they tell you it will be above the 10 minutes, wait about 50 before they tell you Just a few more minutes. while people who ordered after you are getting their pizza. Finally they come back and tell you they are out of dough and itll be another 20... and offer nothing to make up for it. Just super terrible customer service but happy to take my money.
Great place when its warm outside. The outdoors area doesnt have very good heating. Indoors has live music, and the band is very entertaining.
Exciting karaoke bar with fun bartenders. Good prices on drinks and a couple pool tables if youre not wanting to strut it out on the dance floor. My only issue is their lack of bathrooms. The line turns into 20 people or more in no time; its like a special VIP club line but everyone is already drunk and prancing around.
Super fun bar! Great atmosphere, live entertainment, good food and fun drinks. Caught a dueling piano show recently and it was so much fun! I highly recommend it!
Booked the date night package for a duelling piano show weeks ahead of time, for our weekend trip to Portland. We arrived for the show and were told they double sold all the tickets and did not have a table for us. Poor experience -- looks like we lost this duel.
Ive had good and bad nights here, but its my favorite place to dance downtown when Im in the mood for Top 40 mixed with some throwbacks. The DJs on Friday and Saturday nights are usually killing it. The fact that you can dance outside keeps the sweaty grossness to a minimum, and there are usually some great dancers scattered around. The crowd is mostly wasted 21 year olds, so if that bothers you, it wont be your thing.Cons: Pretty much the same cons as any other club. The crowd can be superficial and sloppy, you can get your stuff stolen if youre not careful (my friend lost her iphone), once the DJ played all techno/electronic (not my jam), sometimes there are some creeps in the crowd. But hey, club dirty and dixies are on the same block - if you arent having a good time, you can just run across the street. Also, dont bother with the jello shots. Waitresses walk around selling them for two bucks but I swear there is no alcohol in them...dont bother.
Talk about a place to let loose. Try one of the many odd drinks posted on the walls and youll be singing and dancing like everyone else there. The dualing pianos are fun, but its more like a frat house with the hot chicks singing and walking around the bar. Get there early if you want to sit at the few tables as this place gets packed on a Friday or Saterday night. Allways a good time with whomever your with.
In the past I have had great experiences with the staff and management. Always had a excellent time. When I was planning a bachlorett party I thought of this place first. I called 10 days in advance to reserve a table. The party size was 13-17. I did not get a call back until the third time I called! I called first Wednesday, Monday, and Tuesday. I got a call back on Tuesday. I gave Victoria all my information, she said it would be no problem and told me that there would be a link on the website for the party to purchase tickets under the bachloretts name. She told me that the link will be up on Wednesday morning. It wasnt. Wednesday night, still no link. I called and did not get an answer or a return phone call. I called again Thursday. Still no answer and no phone call back. The party is Friday! I have women trying to buy tickets that cant. I have a business that isnt returning my phone calls. I was left hanging, not sure if reservations could be made. I left a message that I will need to find another place, please call etc. Still no call. I gave up and called another place and the manager took pity on me and I was able to get a reserved VIP table at Jones dance club. After finding another place last minute, I see that Barrel Room finally posted the link to the party. At 9pm the night before the party! I still did not receive a call even telling me that the link was finally posted or an apology for the stress. Its too late now, I already have a place booked. Its unfortunate because we were all really looking forward to the Barrel Room.
This is a favorite because there is fantastic live music inside and a club feel “outside”(under a tent in the winter). The bartenders and servers are great! Would recommend.
The piano playing was fantastic, the DJs were open minded to our music requests and the drinks went down easy.Great place for groups!
Female pianist was bomb. The whole show was super fun. The staff was quick and friendly. Had a great time! :)
Last night the dueling pianos were fabulous!! We totally enjoyed our evening listening, singing and eating!! Just remember NOT to leave your car parked in the blocks they close down...😕
Outdoor dance floor is fun. Drinks arent bad. Ive been here multiple times dancing and attending live music shows.
I love it here! It is such a fun environment! If you are celebrating birthday/anniversary/girls night out/anything this is a fun place to go, have good food, good drinks and be entertained!!!!!
A cold dance room. Musics ok. No food.. DJ was really nice. Staff friendly. Not sure if Ill go back, because i didnt see any where that they sold food, and thats key if your gonna drink
Cool staff, great music, fun atmosphere. The pianos are a phenomenal show every night. Outside is popping as well.
Doorman was a bit of a jerk and the outside bartender was slow as heck. We met some cool new people, music was decent and the bartender inside was cool so I gave it 3 stars.
Took 30 min to get a can of beer. Poor bar tender was doing the best they could but no one was there to help. Register was broken apparently? Anyways, if you have a cover charge, at least have it be worth it.
John was amazing . Dude was amazing and hard at work. Declined a tip when offered but was a delight to chat with
Fridays and saturdays are fun here. And during the summer Its nice to dance in a place I dont sweat in since its outdoors. I second the person who said there are a lot of artificial people here though..
Fun place, mixed age group.. The small bar to the left on the piano side makes a generous drink compared to others in the area.. Will come back again 😊
This place was great! We didnt realize it wasnt open and the owner, Chris, opened it for us so our bachelorette party could have fun! He didnt even it fully staffed yet and it was still great!
Great show. Had a lot of fun with the dualing pianos. Dont go there for the food. It is very mediocre at top notch prices.
I am 21. Have used my Alaska state ID at over 60 bars in a ton of states. The bounced here at the Barrel Room was convinced it was an obvious fake.If you cant train your bouncers on what IDs look like that Im not supporting your bar.
We as a family love doing fun things. In the top 5 of the best times we have had in Portland OR since moved here last November. We will diffently go again!
Great atmosphere and staff. Very relaxed feeling. And the brick wall, with all the ivy, is a very rustic kind of beautiful.
Fun little outdoor club with room to dance and a dueling piano bar. Appetizers are decent too : ) Sometimes very busy
Terrible aggressive service. Awkward environment. Came to see dualing pianos at 8pm. Nothing showed. What a rip! Its like where all the loser 30 year somethings hangout. Not recommended if you have a brain.
Went to the dueling pianos opening and it was pretty off kilter. Hopefully things will run a bit smoother next time. I was really surprised by the Manhattan served in a plastic cup.
The dueling piano show is very fun. Drinks at the inside bar are pricey though, and I had a negative experience with our server overcharging.
Jacob and Alexi were great!!!
Went with a small group, and loved it. The battling pianos are hilarious and we loved it! I cant wait to go back.
Good bar, some of their shows like dual piano is definitely entertaining. They also got some pinball machines in case you got a nerdy side.
Door guy took my weed and said I could get it back when I left. As I’m leaving only one of the two containers are there and the one that was there—was empty. So to whoever just helped themselves to my weed I hope it makes you anxious and paranoid, and that you think twice before taking peoples stuff.
Absolutely the best place to go dancing!! Downtown Portland at its best. Excellent music, lights and multiple places on site to get beverages
Nice space with great bar and artists. New management is doing a great job!
Great experience, great drinks and great crowd food. The dueling pianos were just amazing and I showmanship was flat out rad
Fun place to attend with a large group for a celebration. Food and drinks are fun a bit overpriced but great service. Atmosphere is very fun and roomy for crowd.
Good food. Fantastic music. Drinks are a bit spendy. Lots of fun. Make reservations online.
Great during the summer. Some DJs are better than others. Have a great partner/group and youll have a blast.
So, when your website clearly states that its cover after 10 and tour door guys are charging at 9:30.... Well, you just lost 4 customers. Give my apologies to the pianists.
Awesome bar. They had an outdoor dj and live music indoor so much fun!
Great place to have a birthday party. Service was good. Entertainment was a lot of fun. I recommend this place. Check groupon for this place.
Fun place with live music. We didnt eat and drinks werent very good but the pianos made up for that
High-octane entertainment; fantastic ambience with the most talented (if also cruelest :-D) dueling pianists alive! Loved it!
I like this venue buuuut the drinks are really expensive and when it gets busy they force you to us porta potties... Only the men, dont worry ladies.
Wonderful atmosphere and service. Food was good except my steak was less thsn luke warm.
Great place, lots of fun, dueling pianos and drummer were awesome!! Will be back very soon
Great place to hang out, drinks are on the cheaper side ($5 beers) and they played good music.
Right now we were trying to get in they said my brother was stumbling ?! Even though he wasn’t at all they should of gave more than 1 opinion they only listened to 1 guy, and iv seen even seen super drunk people go inside and ahead of us including people drugging them selfs .
What a fantastic fun bar. The Mc is hilarious. Also the drummer was amazing. Go Mark...
Everything about this place was AWESOME!
Fun place for a drink or a night out with friends. The piano lounge area is awesome!
Dueling pianos super fun! weak ass drinks, $4 for a 12oz PBR kind of ruins a great time.
Went to the Indian Holi Hai festival celebration of colors where we all dance and throw powered color at each other, had a grand time.
Uh, the best of both worlds! Dueling pianos inside and rave atmosphere outside. Love the upbeat vibes.
Two front door men (Ryan-head security, & another white gentleman with a beard), were very rude and racist. I would not come here or refer anyone.
Music, great staff, and the drinks just kept coming! A great, fun evening!!
Amazing. Had so much fun. Young and old were there all haveing fun. Amazing musicians.
LOVED the dueling piano ladies! If I may suggest giving the dancers a little room to get down in?
Pretty nice and chill place. Good food and drink specials. The best place in Strayton by far
Love the dichotomy between the indoor dueling pianos and outdoor dance scene. Great night all around!
The piano bar was entertaining, but very rowdy. Excellent service by bar personnel.
My first time ever and the musicians really made it the greatest first experience I could ask for!
Fun place to go to on a weekend night. Live music and good atmosphere.
Loud & expensive. Great music, but bring ear plugs if you sit up front.
Environment was okay. Bartenders had no idea how to make basic drinks. Drink prices ridiculous.
Inconsistant service and bouncers. My experience of their service was poor, but the live music was fantastic
A member of my party was kicked out for accidentally falling. Drinks was served in a can. Too loud to carry a conversation.
Always a party and always fun! Good drinks and music
The prices are ridiculous. 40$ to get in an empty dance floor and over priced bar? :-P
We went there for Piano music. It was a great atmosphere and allot of fun.
This was a fun time, but it was blazing hot inside and the songs got old pretty quickly.
Just a cool intimate space with stellar music!!!
Awesome time, super cool band rocking out on Pianos drums electric guitar!
Really fun. Good atmosphere. Really fun people to chat with. Definitely check it out.
I love this venue. Was there for a private party. It was such a blast
It was great tho. Piano Wars are so fun. Definitely recommend
I aways enjoy watching the dueling piano show! Brings out the history of Portland.
Most fun i have had in years. The artists are simply amazing.
No cover charge at some days, good music and average drinks.
Most fun Ive had on a night out in ten years, easily! Laughed so hard!
Live music is the gist of this place! Amazing place to have a tasteful date!
Hot spot for great local entertainment! Always a great time!
Great dueling pianos and our server Kristen was incredible!
