Sofie is a truly amazing, she really knows the body. She knows how to cater to the individual needs of each person. I have been visiting Sophie regularly for Thai Massages - her sessions are always completely restorative and help me to reset. It can be difficult to find the right therapist for your needs but she always hits the mark ! She is attentive, asks questions to get a read on what I’m needing and provides insight at the end as to what I could do at home to maintain the benefits of bodywork. Also the ambiance in her space relaxes me even before I lay down on her mat. Highly recommend booking with her !
