Was in town for a show and checked this place out on a Sunday night and Im so glad we did because it was GREAT. The staff and patrons were friendly, the music was great and the ambiance was fun. Definitely stop in and give this place some love if youre in town.
Amazing little goth club for younger people. Multiple places to dance, good bar service, there was literally an open to use GameCube when I went there. Definitely worth going to if the bigger, more popular places arent vibing with you.
DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT CAT CLUB!I was at the club with my friends on 4/7/24 and had the worst experience with one of the security guys! The guy was super rude, he yelled at me at the doorway after I paid entrance fee of $15 because I stood for 2 seconds next to the line divider and left. Such angry unpleasant personality who needs to be working at the jail andyell at everyone! I will ever go back!!!! We ended up going to Raven. This place was great!
The staff and guests here are all very welcoming. The Cat Club has two separate dance areas a bar at both ends. The lights mirrors and space is very enjoyable
Worst club in SoMa as someone that lives here. I came for the first time and had the WORST service. Some dancer came up to me and literally physically shoved me and my friends off the dance floor even though we had paid for the cover and so many drinks. The dancers were so rude unfriendly, and did not make this feel like a safe space. I felt so embarrassed bringing them here because I had so high hopes after hearing my friends rave about how cool it is, only to be treated like literal trash and the dancer putting their hand on my back and shoving me to the side staying I’ll be banned when I had JUST arrived for the first time. And I’m someone who identifies with the LGBTQ+ community and regular attends all the leather events.I will never come back and will just go to F8, raven bar, The Eagle, Jolene’s, Driftwood etc where they’re nicer and don’t treat customers like this. Just because you’re a performer doesn’t give you the right to be so mean, rude, and unfriendly. I’ve been living in this area for a while and have never been treated this way.
Kink friendly environment, I really only go on Wednesday - during the Playland event. The drinks are strong and the people are friendly. Staff are a God send. Please support your local.
I used to call this place home for many years the staff is amazing and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting I miss going to this place every Friday
I had a great time at the cat club! This place was just a few blocks walk from my hotel and so I checked it out one Friday night. Its cash only to get in, which is weird because you can pay a tab at the bar with a credit card. But there is an ATM if you need it.Its a goth club so the folks and the music fit the description. They were quite friendly and accepting of me in my business suit though. There was a DJ in the front of the club and one in the back and each were playing totally different facets of their music and both were fun to dance to.I found it to be one of the freest dance floors Ive ever been on. Everyone was enjoying themselves so much! It was a lot of fun.
Literally the best club in SF! It’s non pretentious and hosts 80s, new wave, and goth nights that just rock. I am so grateful it exists because I have a blast every time I go.
Great place. Worth the $10 cover. Fun dancing and good vibes. Drinks are more expensive than they should be, but the crowd makes it worth it.Dont be tempted to go next door (f8) after closing.
Went for a New Year’s Eve party. Admission was maybe $30, I don’t recall as I didn’t pay. The drinks were nice but priced up a bit more than I was used to. The dance for was packed full of people and it was a great time!
Wonderful music and dancing with two dance areas and great energy.
Very contrived feeling. A bunch of awkward millennials trying their hardest to be freaky or just look freaky.
This place is awesome! The crowd is mixed but does tend to be a bit older. 80s night gets hot by 11 and empties at about 1230. Each theme night is successful. The bartenders are super friendly and remember your drinks. Dont hesitate!
What’s there to say? A tiny lil club venue with usually rad DJ’s and nights that blend into each other most of the time. Worth going to with friends if you need a distraction, but parking isn’t the easiest.
I LOVE this bar!!! I live in MN and have friends in SF and have visited this bar many times over many years. I love Dancing Ghosts; the DJs are fabulous. we have nothing like Dancing Ghosts in the Twin Cities! Amazing music, great staff and awesome ambience. Thank you Cat Club, hope to see you soon!
My go-to club in the Bay Area. I always have a great time whenever I come here. Especially love coming for their goth/80s nights. The staff couldn’t be any better - they are always on-point and truly care about their guests & their safety. They currently have a nice, covid-friendly, outdoor set up so if you have the opportunity to come down and grab a drink you definitely should!
This is a fun bar! Two dance floors with 80s new wave in the back and a mix of 80s and 90s in the front. Two bars, a coat/bag check, lounge and table seating areas, and a smoking area in a tiny alley. The drinks were really inexpensive for San Francisco. They have a great lighting setup too! Cover charge was only $5 on the Thursday we went there. So glad our friend recommended it.
One of my favorite dance spots. Always enjoy their 80s inspired nights. Bartenders are friendly and the crowd is always diverse! They have themed nights so check and make sure you are going to a themed night that you would enjoy!
Funkytown was one of the best experiences of my clubbing life!! Music was fantastic in the 70s and 80s room. The vibe was so great and easy going. People were having so much dancing in groups you didnt need a dance partner. People were so friendly. Loved it. It was my first time but not my last. They were people of all ages and races. Exactly what San Francisco represents a wonderful melting pot.
We were there on NYE. The club and the atmosfere were nice. The music was fine, cool 80s music althought not many hits were played... However, the drinks were very expensive, they came in a vase the size of a shot (really) and cost 9$ plus tip. We felt cheated on so we didnt leave much tip on our next consumption. The bartender (a man in the back room) was very rude to us which really put us off so we ended up leaving. The other bartender (a woman in the front room) was not rude. The beer is cheaper than drinks (vodka, rum, etc), around 7$ around a pint.
Been here twice. Always a great place to experience and witness Shibari (bondage) performance on Wed night at SF.
First time here. Their goth event was fun. Lots of 90s and 80s industrial and there was plenty of space to dance. Super friendly vibes.
Quick service and friendly staff. I had a great weekend dancing the night away! They did not over charge on 2017 Halloween weekend.Cover entry 8$! Yes. & Yes.Drinks were nicely mixed: Jameson-Sour 👍💯🎊🎉💋Jello-Shots: 👍💋 Yes.Smoking area: small but long! It helped to get to know your fellow smokers and small talk.Rate:5/5 Stars
Live this place, great staff. Environment is openly l open and friendly to people of all flavors. Its my usual haunting ground on Wendesday nights.
It was fun spot, definitely wear more comfortable shoes if I go again...The energy and vibes were good...lots of friendly people. Reasonable fee $12.OO
Doorman was nice and polite. Music could be better. Goth is a very distinct and sophisticated genre. I feel that mixing it with post punk and industrial doesnt really make sense. Still, good space, nice folks and a reasonable number of eccentric characters as it should on a Goth night. Needs more crowd. Will come back
Its a great club unlike the fact that there is a smoking section without having to leave the club great environment great décor very unique.Bartenders are super nice security is on the ball its definitely safe place.Drinks are little pricey but I think that comes with the territory.Over all a really cool club, I will be returning.
Great spot for the 30+ crowd to shake their booties to new wave and more. Decent prices on drinks with nice strong pours. Been coming for various club nights since the 90s including pop scene, 1984 and new wave city.
Great place to listen to 80s music. Synthesizers, dance, a bit of dark wave, really good.
Very cool place. One of the best clubs I have ever been to. Staff was helpful and courteous....bartenders make excellent calls when to shut someone off. Security is excellent. Drinks are great! Wish all clubs were run like this!!
Drink prices are goodLots of space for what it isConvenient location, especially if you bar hopMusic was terrible. I hope to update this later but I was there for Folsom.Clean enough
Flash back to my teen years in SF. A bright front room with club music and a darker back dance room where they were featuring Radiohead vs. INXS on the video screen. I don’t remember dancing for this many hours for quite a few decades!! Drinks were decent, took a little while to get close to the bar to order, but the friendliness of the bartender made it worth our wait. Excellent place to people watch.
Went here on their Thursday 80s throwback night. Except for their one misplaced Gaga song, the music was pretty good. Its definitely dive-y, with a fog machine and strobe lights that can make the place a bit dizzying if drunk. However, getting drunk here is no problem since the drinks were super strong...definitely worth the money. The crowd is pretty diverse, consisting of characters in the late 20s-50s range who dont mind that they look ridiculous when dancing. Its pretty entertaining when you see more guys than girls dancing in the cage/on stage.Overall this place was a fun time...definitely worth giving it a shot!
This is the greatest nightclub in the Bay Area. Great nights, great drinks, great bartenders and staff and wonderful camaraderie. I always go there when Im in town. Definitely my favorite. I cant wait to go back the next time Im in town!
Cat Club is great place to hear music from 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. The club has two dance floors. Two bars, smoking area, VIP lounge, dancing platforms, tables and chairs. Very friendly environment, people ages range from 20s to 60s. It is a fun place to enjoy your night out in San Francisco. It is easy to get to this location.
You can find here special events ranging from 80s and New Wave to Goth, Hip Hop, House, and more... my favorite evening is Thursday because I am a 80s music lover. There are two dance floors, never tried cocktails always beer.
Such a great vibe! This dive bar has a awesome energy and music! I went for the first time on 4th of july and it was 80s night. I love the no judgement atmosphere and the variety of people that just want to get on the dance floor and forget about everything. I met some of the regulars and long timers, i can honestly see myself becoming a regular even tho its an hour drive from me. Thats how much i love this place, basically its definitely a place you want to visit in SF.
I went to this bar the first night it opened in there early 90s and its always been a blast I recently started going back there to fill my party need and its been fun I think they could make some changes to make it better mainly revamping the music The 80s were filled with so many different types of music but this place only plays one style 80s Brit Pop lately some of the new DJs have been doing more of a house 80s sound which I enjoy The staff at the cut club are extremely friendly and brilliant they look out for you in ways that other bar staff dont and I appreciate that The locals who hang out there are cool and interesting theres a little something for everyone no matter what youre scene maybe Im glad I went back to partying local and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good time without any strings
This is a very fun bar with at least one fun Kink event per week. Ive only been there for bondage-a-go-go, but I imagine its pretty great just on a daily basis. In the front theres a dance area usually with a DJ, in the middle theres a bar and additional seating area, and in the back during bondage-a-go-go there is a friendly Kinks space and fantastic DMs and participants.
Easily my favorite nightclub of all time. I tend to lean more dark/goth when I (very rarely) go out, and Cat Club provides many great spaces to hang out. Theres a more laid back lounge area, a large dance floor with projector screen and two bars. Its always a great, fun time and the crowd is open, diverse and friendly. I go to San Francisco about once a year, and I always do my best to make it here.
This spot used to be my home away from home at least 3 nights a week, but after a hiatus (of several years) I went back last week and it was as fun, dancey, and comfortable as ever! The atmosphere is totally welcoming and the bar tenders are cool👍. Owner/operator is a badass and cool as can be! Love it here any night of the week ❤.
Great music, good selection of drinks for dancing. Two rooms in case you get bored and the BEST all inclusive feel. You can be 80 or some washed up goth and no one gives an F as long as youre having a great time.
Took my wife to a Depeche Mode night and we had a great time. Club has a down to earth vibe with most people actually dancing. A few posers who dont get that a drink without a cover is something you should NOT stand on the middle of the dance floor with. The crowd is funky and cool, and likes to have fun and dance. The DJ did a nice job, but I am not a fan of Depeche Mode, so I dont know about selection quality. We liked this place so much we plan go to back at least twice in the next few weeks!
Love this place. I have been in a long time until last week. Love the 80’s in the back and emo/ goth ish EDM in the front dance floor. I had a wonderful time.
For the uninitiated: the club has continuous themes from day to day and is most popular for its Thursday night iteration, known affectionately/officially as 1984.there are plenty of other reasons to attend, if you possess a broader palate in your particular lifestyle. I highly recommend attending, but, please drink respectfully...
Cat Club is one of my favorite places in the city. The staff does an amazing job in each of their respective fields. The bartenders here have an eye for detail and you will definiteley leave happy. Words cant express how much I appreciate this crew. Every time I visit, I feel like Im coming home.
I went here for bondage a go go and it was awesome! The play space was great and the music in the back of house awesome! The music up front had some trouble picking a decade or style, but improved as the night went on.Mad props to one of the bartenders tho. During the night, a guy who had previously bought me and my friend drinks brought us another round as a surprise. I took them back to the bartender, explained that I didnt know the person who bought them for us, and asked him to repour them, which he did without hesitation. Thanks for being allies in keeping us safe!!
Solid 90s club, that has two bars, a dance floor that is sizeable with a multitude of video screens playing the music videos for the respective song. The only reason it isnt 5 stars is i got lured there by my fiance. Who knows i hate clubs 😅. Great place to go if you love hype clubs.
The best club on a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday night in Sf. Especially for tourists. Visitors love the experience and atmosphere at Cat Club. Great restaurants next door.
Lots of fun for weekday night we visited. Great to dance to the 80s and 90s, (re-)discover one great song or ask yourself, what you liked about the other one. Nice, diverse crowd and excellent, friendly staff...
This gem of a club is close to my dark sparkly heart. Visiting is like coming home..... to a dimly lit mansion full of friends who raided the deepest part of their wardrobe to reveal their inner self. Always a good time and the staff is full of amazing beings (maybe not all human).
Not exactly my music scene but the atmosphere was a lot of fun. There was even a cage you could step into and dance in! Everybody was having a good time and what more could you really ask for?
Go to Funky Town @ the Cat Club on the 4th Saturday of every month. One half of the club 80s new wave, the other half 70s funk and disco. Seriously the best dancing experience Ive had in SF. Disco was made for dancing, and you all were made to dance. Staff can be a bit grumpy.
Always a good natured crowd and very eclectic mix of patrons. This atypical club should stop playing typical music like house and remember their niche is offering something other clubs dont offer.
Used to go there many many years ago... not much has changed which is so awesome. Definitely loved that feeling of being transposed time. I really liked it a lot and will be back again.
Nice staff. Cover on Fridays and Saturdays ($10). Great atmosphere. Grab a drink and hang out.
By far my favorite club in the entire world! Yeh its Abit divey but that is the appeal. We use to have company parties here for the peachys puff crew. Randy, amazing bartender, great person to get to know. Michael my favorite doorman always a gentleman and good friend. Ill learn the names of everyone else eventually, but its always a welcoming environment! The second dance floor in the back is closed off now. So please please make a visit here on Thursday night 9pm for their 80s night dance party. Its free!!!! Smoking area. Clean bathrooms.coat check. Well drinks wont break your bank.
Enjoyed the music and drinks, the dancefloors both front and back were great.
A bit trashy but lively and everyone seems to have a great time. Friendly crowd. Drinks are pricey for the quality. Beer selection is of the Stella, Bud, Heineken type.
Fun little nightclub that has various event nights from karaoke, to Bondage A GoGo. Drinks terms to be strong, but little in the way of seating. Two rooms, two bars, and small restrooms. Coat check as well. I rather enjoy the place.
Bartenders were awesome. Stayed upstairs at the Inn on Folsom. We were so glad to find a bar so close. Great for some late night drinks and dancing after a long day seeing the sights!
Fantastic club. I typically visit twice a month. Staff is friendly yet professional. Music is great, great people, awsome bartenders and drinks. Theme nights are the bees knees.
I will admit that I am a little biased, because I love cat club for Bondage a GoGo and Strange Love. I lived in the bay now for three years, and it is the only place I enjoy other than DNA lounge and occasionally butter. If you like goth music of all varieties, 80s music, 90s pop, some hip hop and RnB, this is your club. Each night there is a different event/theme and its occasionally tailored to fit the holidays and time of year.My first experience at cat club was on the year of of 2014 going into 15. I instantly fell in love and couldnt give it up because no one is judging, and they make the guidelines for being in the club VERY clear.
It is one of the weirdest clubs I have been to, and the awesoem one. Ive been there several times, and will be coming back. The music is 80s etc., e.g. Duran Duran, Depeshe Mode. A very cool crowd - dressed up in the way they pleased: goth, leather, micky mouse ears, corsets, acid 80s, etc. Whatever you want. But all the people are amazing. Very good bar staff. Aweome music and high quality dance.
Wonderful niche bar/club with a lot of regulars. Watch out for lurkers though and stick with your crew. I went with my girlfriend and had to fend off a few creeps. Thanks Jared for helping us get out the door. You’re appreciated.
GREAT place to go dancing in the city. The bartenders and staff are the best in SF. Friendly crowd here! 80s night on Thursday is especially fun.
Karaoke night was a blast. Incredible book and not a long wait. 80s night was fun for dancing but the music as hit or miss as to whether or not it was actually 80s. (Britney Spears and Smashmouth are not the right era).
I love the club. Ive always had a great time dancing.Watch the vodka there. Twice Ive had vodka at this club and felt out of it far, far out of proportion to the amount that Ive drunk. Almost sick or drugged. I know that nobody put anything in my drinks because I held them myself.
Went for 80s night for NYE 2019. It was ok.. the bartenders were amazing!!! The DJ could have played a better mix of 80s muisc. But not bad, not great either. Just.. ok.
Cat Club is fun for my date when they do 80s night. The sound system is good, theres a front and a back room, and they of course project amusing videos -- VERY LIKELY Ill see a Boy George video. My date dared me to show off my moves in the go-go cage.
Enjoyed the Industrial Ball 2023. Great DJs, wonderful bar tender, happy people at the door
Absolutely love this club, been coming here for years. Not too big, great music and friendly staff. Perfect for the dancing goth 🖤
The DJ was on point with the music, the ambiance was fantastic and the bartenders were great. We had a blast! Recommend this club to everyone.
Love this place for Bondage a Go Go on Wednesday nights! The sound system and lights are on par with an average night club in Soma, but it is the bar atmosphere and great bartenders that make the night out memorable!
I mostly come here for Bondage-a-Go-Go, but it turns out the crowd is really cool on other nights, too: stylish but not pretentious. Good 20th century Goth music.
This club is so fun and the staff is really nice, giving me and my friends lots of water. the vibe there is great, we went on one of their 80s themed nights
Good music, dance floors are a bit beat up. Cool smoking alley to keep it away from the rest of us. Big screens with cool visuals
As fun as I remember it in the 90s
Went to a disco/new wave night and really enjoyed the music. Lots of good simultaneous people watching/dancing. The front room got toasty though.
Amazing themed dance nights!!! Mantis was a blast! So open and accepting of LGTBQIA+!!! Another home to feel like yourself and meet new friends!
Best collection of goth clubs in the city. Yes, better than Death Guild on the right night if you prefer clubs more on the personable side than the high-goth side.
Fair amount of good producers bring their events here. Covers are usually low, drinks are reasonable and 2 bars/2 dance floors.
Wednesday nights at The Cat Club is Playland. Come enjoy some alternative fun.
I love dancing here at nights like Nightshift. The bar tender in the back room is awesome. Just be mindful of the slightly uneven floor when you are dancing.
I felt like the music could have been better, but the staff and other patrons were very welcoming and courteous.
I love this club. Some of the friendliest people I have ever met at a club, from the regulars to the bar tenders to the dj. Everyone here is great and I cant recommend it enough.
Worst experience! We drove all the way from l.a. which we traveled to from Miami . We heard it was very excepting... Discriminated based on clothing! Would not recommend extremly rude . ever customers in line discrimated based on apperance . BAD representation of SF. Will definitely not recommend to Anyone
Love this place. Where I go to let go and dance to 80s, 70s, New Wave... Check their website for theme nights.
Cool little spot with down to earth bar tenders. I went on a Saturday night and it wasnt super crowded. Seems like they occasionally have some type of theme nights which is pretty cool
On the first Saturday of the month they have a 90s britpop night called leisure. Its the most fun dance club night in San Francisco.
This place is gay friendly! Has an awesome 80s music theme and very calm and tranquil club. Pretty women there as well.
Two different dance floord with two different DJs but the same kind of music. Good bars.
One of San Francisco best secrets!@FrontOffice69What About Deez Nuts ThoSpeaking of my ballsMy Grandmother
Best club in SF for retro 80’s underground music. Fun scene, multiple dance floors, awesome staff! 10/10!!! ☠️🥰☠️
Good 80s music, friendly people, good drinks, but it gets super uncomfortably crowded and hot in here. Lucky for you and me, they have a back room with great A/C.
Love this place. Really varied themes that will fit any club goer depending on the night. Always feels like home.
I first started at the Cat Club in the late 90s. Good to see its still kicking and the setup is great. Youll have to look at their calendar to what events catch your eye.
The staff is amazing! The DJs on point. I regularly close this place down when I go.
Great music, great drinks! Staff is awesome.
Great staff, friendly patrons. Karaoke. Dance. People can be a bit frisky, here, though, so it may not be everyones thing.
80s nights are ON POINT! Great patrons, affordable, and non stop fun. Good ol San Francisco at its best!
Great music, eccentric clientele, welcoming atmosphere. Great place to dance.
Great club though beware it gets busy here. Play great music and ample space is provided for dancing as well. .
Fun! Battle of the britpop bands that night, and we danced the last few years problems and heaviness away.
I frequently go here for bagg, but a bit annoyed with the number of people who attend not following the dress code. Its always these creepy men. Why was there a dude in a track suit!?
Enjoy a san francisco experience. Located in the SOMA on Folsom the Cat Club offers an 3 primary zones, coat check is in the toward the rear. Wednesday night features bondage-a-go-go. A must see glimpse into sf underground sex seen.
Great place for dancing and drinks. I went for an 80s night which included music by Prince and it was a fun night out.
A great old haunt in SOMA for all sorts of pop: synth, dark, Brit. A home to many for decades and a new found home to the next generation of bootie shakers
Great club, fun atmosphere, great bar staff and two rooms of dancing. Def gonna be a late night spot for me in the future after the Hubba Hubba.
Went during karaoke night, great time. A small little club with great 80s atmosphere.
Diverse interesting crowd and friendly bartenders. We go for 80s and goth nights and the music always gets us dancing.
I really love the vibe at this club. Makes me feel alive, good prices inside. Staff was quick even though there were lots of people inside
Unique and fun club. I always have a blast when I go! Highly recommend Emo night
Great place to dance and have good time. Every day is different at the cat Club. Out Front is great food after a night of fun.
Had so much fun dancing!
Crowded but I still felt safe. Masks and vax needed. Great space and food and a parklet outside.
This is an expensive place to get into so please be aware in advance of the policies on clothing and such. But the music is good. At least it was when we went.
Love coming and hanging out with old friends and making new ones. Its an amazing venue and the staff are all sweet and talented.
Good variety of events and music. Small smoking area 2 full bars 2 dance floors
Super fun club, great staff and bartenders. Excellent place to dance all night long!
I was not aloud in Evan though Im wearing a 1:50000 doler dress iwas toldiwas dressed bad so .my experience was bad to to put it mile
If you were, or wanted to be, one of the weird kids somewhen between 1980 and 1998, this dive-bar-cum-nite-club probably has the event youre looking for, and the DJ who knows your jam.
I like the reliable venue for counterculture. Ironically its more divey than I would like. At least there are toilet seats?
Unforgettable memories in the cat club for Iranian society❤️
Wednesday night is now PlayXLand with great music, dancers and a pg-13 dungeon space
If you like 80s music this place has it! Every Thursday is fun 80s night!
This place is extremely cool, and I will definitely be returning
The crowd loves to dance and the music is bumbing. The djs cant mix tracks to save their lives, thats the only downside
Great club in the city with a mixed crowd and a good vibe. Cage is fun, and two stages from time to time mixes it up well.
I can see why cat club would be called a dive bar, that being said the staff is super cool its got 2 dance floors its quite a bit of fun.
A very entertaining 2 Room nightclub that has to be experienced to be really understood, its really good all the time, and you should just go
Nice music but poor drinks and entrance charged in bar after last round was called.
Free Dnb show
Good folks, close atmosphere, and the bay area’s best karaoke on Tuesday nights!
Great tunes, cool vibes, a little grungy. Bondage a go-go is always fun on Wednesdays!
Went in and it was goth night. Had fun but the werent too many people. Drinks were ok.
PlayXLand is great. Music is hit or miss depending upon DJ.
Only go here if you like fun and are an open person.
Excellent musicI cant wait to go one more time and dance 💃🏻🎶🎶🎸🤘🏼
Place is kickin great atmosphere friendly people and experienced bartenders bring friends to check the place out
Great local club with different events most nights of the week. Awesome contributor to the community.
On Wednesday you will be charged more, if they dont know youIt doesnt matter if you wear black or came early
Always love 80s night here. Grimy club with friendly staff and good music.
Awesome Place to here songs you grew up to nice environment very considerate and caring
Wednesday bdsm night, bring your own sub or Dom and 10 for the cover and have some fun.
Extremely nice staff with fair priced drinks. Tip them lots! They deserve it
Only certain nights here are for me, but this place has at least one night for everyone. And the staff is awesome!
Best and longest going 80s music night every Thursday!!!
Good atmosphere. There were male go go dancers though, that probably should be stated
Brilliant, welcoming dive bar with soft rock, goth karaoke on Tuesday night.
All sorts of people. Old & new SF. So long as youre not a douche, tip well, and can hold your liquor youre one of us.
Good cocktails , a perfect place for an intimate conversation and good music
Always have a good time, great crowd. Dancing the night away...
Great for 80s new wave and industrial goth and folks in their 30s and 40s plus
This place has no concern for its neighbors. They are constantly exceeding city noise levels!
Friday night bachelorrett party. Still have to pay cover. Empty club. So so drinks. Meh
Two rooms (bigger dance floor in the back), nice bar, great staff!
I love the Cat Club with all of my heart ❤ it is my happy place and my second home
Its Cat Club. The drinks are amazing the music is good and the people are the best crowd there is.
Excellent experience, highly recommend it 👍
So much fun, alot of folks here are awesome and chill. The music was poppin
They were ok they few times i came by
Great music and love hitting the dance floor here :)
One of the best places in the City to relive your dance hall days
Because its the place to be where everyone knows your name. I was a regular back in my 20s. Ive returned again 20+ yrs later.
Very rude staff, if you order too little or inexpensive drinks you will not be served after first round of drinks! Avoid!
4th Saturday of each month 70s and 80s music FUN FOR ALL!!!
Great music, great people, safe space for all. Love it.
Great vibe, Thursday nights spinning rad 80s tunes
Thursday night 80s dance is is one of the best nights here
Amazing bar tenders, fantastic music, and a fun crowd. Whats not to love?
Love this place something different. Great bartender never went dry
One of my favorite clubs. A great space with a friendly staff.
Ive never been to a goth/industrial night that was as awesome as this places. 10/10. Will go again.
Literally my favorite place in the world. Be ready to dance hard and let your freak flag fly.
I enjoyed being there I had hella fun omg I will definitely be going again
Fun drink prices are more than reasonable great dj
All the staff are so incredible. Mar, randy, all of them are so personable and cool.
Great mix of ppl come here, and so positiveNot to mention, its fun!
Beautiful place, great theme nights, strong drinks!
Themed music night was fun, but this place was not as advertised.
The food from rocheans BBQ was awesome (do it moving grills)😀
