Dont bother with this clown shop. Ive lived in this neighborhood for over a decade and the attitude of the arrogant loser cosplaying shaman/medicine man hasnt changed one bit over the years. He still thinks hes something other than a loser retail worker. Sometimes I get the other guy whos much nicer and more helpful. But this place really doesnt deserve more than 1 star because its rarely open for business. They try to push their mediocre in-house juice on you and get annoyed/unhelpful if you ask for anything else. Anyway, I hope a different shop replaces this one soon, I cant wait for them to go out of business 🙏🙏🙏

Best shop in town, no question. Awesome in house juice. Really really good people. Kind, respectful and well informed. Great spot for someone just getting started or for those with lots of experience. Can’t recommend Atomize enough.

Everyone who works here is extremely knowledgeable and kind. They work with megreat with my asks.

I like their products, but the guy who works there most of the time is just super unpleasant. Always curt and weirdly obsessed to be right about everything.I always regret asking him anything. Sometimes a man works there who is the total opposite, friendly, good natured, helpful.Anyways, when the grump is there I always decide to never shop there again;)

The guy seemed annoyed that I was even there. He just wanted me to get me out the door ASAP so he could go back into the back of the store and do whatever he was doing when I wasnt there. I really needed some help and information, and he provided neither.

Great service, great prices. Glad I found this place. My checking account got flagged as Ive had some fraud on my account, the employee who helped me was super patient while I sorted it out. Great recommendations and all around experience. Its my go to spot now.

This shop is wonderful! The staff working there are beyond helpful! I got the best deal and exactly what I was looking for. They were even willing to order something alternative for me, but I ended up with a much better product due to recommendation from staff! Then, to top that off, they were willing to spend time to answer my phone inquiries for assistance the next day! I highly recommend this shop. Its a small place, you might miss it, but seek it out! Youll be glad you did.

This place is absolutely phenomenal as theyll work with everyones budget while helping people quit smoking of which their GEEKVAPE products are very affordable cheaper than anywhere else!!!

Atomize WAS my go-to shop for quick service and decent juices . They make them in house and if you have a custom order just make sure to call ahead and theyll have it ready by the time you pick it up . Juices are of good quality and taste amazing . Small shop ,decent prices and good customer service . Usually they have what I need for my mod and cant say that about other shops around Portland .Update:7/22/22 juice seems to be cheaper now with a lot and I say a lot of sweetener . Guess with tobacco prices raised and current events the shop started to cheap on the juices. Oh well .keeping my 5 stars up as I still enjoy coming here.

The absolute best vape shop in Portland. The two guys who work here are extremely nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. The vape juice is made in-house and every flavor I have tried has been delicious. They seem to always have atomizers in stock (something that cant be said about most other vape shops in the city). Love this place!

Such a welcoming and friendly place. The only shop Ive been to where I was able to watch him build coils and taught me a lot of things about using rdas and building I didnt know. Well worth going to again and juice is pretty on point to what the smells are. I would definitely recommend this place and give more 🌟 if I could. Thanks again!!

I come here 1-2 times a week for my vaping needs. They have fantastic customer service and really know what they are doing. They have their own great flavors and If you want a very specific juice, they will mix it for you right then and there. You really cant beat $10 for a 30 ml. They also will build you awesome coils!Shout out to Ryan, thanks for all the great service you provide!

I have no picture of this place but it’s a quiet hard to get to little place that hasn’t much but a pretty nasty place. The man working there was kind but had a strange comment. I asked him if he had any cake mix flavor and he said “I don’t carry gas station stuff.” Well sir, in my town of Salem our stores are extremely clean and have more flavors that you can think of. Before you make those kind of comments you need to look at the shop you are in and notice that you have next to nothing inventory. Nothing but blessings for a wonderful year.

Would love to review this place more positively, but they are NEVER open when I go by, which is typically when they (are supposed to be) opening. Maybe they really show up at 12, not 11. Who knows?

The best vape shop around. I wont go anywhere else for my juice or accessories. The staff are always fantastic, especially Sasha who is just the nicest, chillest person and always super helpful and knowledgeable.

Price was fair for the products, but the E-salt liquid I bought was terrible. Firstly the flavor was described as mango and pineapple and other tropical fruits, but it just tasted like coconut. The liquid also fried my pod within one day.

I will never go to a different shop in portland and thats real! From day one I have always been greeted with friendliness from Ryan! He is very knowledgeable about their products and always has good advice to give as I was new to vaping when I first came in. I had a problem with my vape and I went in to talk to him about it and he went above and beyond for me and I am so appreciative of that! You guys got my service for as long as I vape! ;)) Thank you!!

Best juice and service around! Ryan and staff and very knowledgeable and helpful. Ive been buying from them for about 4 years now and never once had a bad experience. You can even order via email or phone and they will ship it to you.

I cant say enough good things about this place and their products. I was leaving work late and just looking for a vape store that was open, so glad I stumbled onto Atomize.These e-juices are high quality but whats really fantastic is the squeeze bottle with tiny little nozzle. No messy dropper! And just 10 dollars for a 30ml! The guy working was super helpful and friendly too. I will definitely be buying all my e-juice here from now on.

This place rocks, tons of flavors on the shelf and they can mix anything to order. Great customer service, open late what more could anyone want. They gained my business a year ago and I continue to be impressed with every shopping experience.

Had little experience with these devices; bought a YoCan here. Vape is great, what was bogus was the absolute little advice the guy gave me (or maybe just knowledge he has) even tho I was the only person in the store and explained I was novice. Thanks for nothing, Mr dont go to YouTube, read the instructions.I hope one day you find a job you are good at.

They have really good juice, 30 ml for $10, made in-house. Its all been very good. Id have given 5 stars if they had the vape I wanted in the color I wanted. But still, probably the best bet for vape and affordability here in the rose city.

Decided to try a different shop and I’m glad I did. Not only did I get great service he also cleaned what I call Frankenstein which was held together w/packing tape! Before I left he offered a throwback Joyetech which is Badass to me. Could nt. BE more happier and I like their “the good shit” oh and they offered Military Discount!! Got in my Favs now thanks

Discounted products doesnt always mean cheap products or services. These guy are straight forward, knowledge, and laid back. Got what I wanted at a great price and a comfortable feel as well. Definitely a good place to get your vape needs. And ask questions, they will help.

Best spot to buy juice in town, salt-based or otherwise. The mix their flavors themselves (with great success) which makes it by FAR the cheapest juice in town. Have shopped here on and off for a few years now (depending on my location) and will certainly continue. Thank you, Atomize!

Amazing service, helpful and patient with even the most basic and uninformed questions. For an unbelievably low price, the owner did two personally tailored custom flavor requests within half an hour and never once displayed any sort of the impatience or barely concealed attitude that actually providing customer service was bordering on the insufferable which one often sees in vape stores, frequently originating from a certain type of employee who believes that their job confers upon them the absolute zenith of cool relative to their assessment of that of the client, generally found in vape shops, head shops, record stores, and dive bars that somehow confuse their actual purpose of providing goods and services with the set of their own personal gen x film wherein the snotty associate is of course, the star. There was none of this here. E liquid is high quality and obviously so. In all, the best store of this type Ive ever found.

I havent bought my juice anywhere else in over a year. Being free of sucralose and diacetyl my coils just last longer. The flavor is consistent and good.

I have been at this place once. During that first time visit I was very surprise. The customer service was awesome. I lost my drip tip for my Smok TFV8 and when i asked them for it they have a variety of tip. I told them that I want the original one but they dont have any in the selection so they took it off from a Smok TFV8 and sold it to me for at a cheap price. Now thats excellent customer service. That is how you define good customer service. They know what they are doing. They dont want to screw you over. All they want is for you to leave the store with what you really need and a happy customer. They show me how to build coils. This place is awesome and i recommend this place to anyone or anyone that is trying to get their supply for vaping. Thanks Atomize Vapor for hooking me up. Been looking for tip for about a week. Went to like 80% of the vape store in portland area, but none of them have it nor did they took it off and risk the chance of selling the product just to help a customer. This place is very friendly. I recommend everybody to stop by whenever you have a chance.

Thanks for the wonderful experience of what its like to quit smoking. I now have 3 months zero cigarettes all because I walked in after eating teriyaki. Would recommend this shop and do to every smoker who wants to quit and has tried vaping before. The industry has changed and I am forever grateful for the expertise at this shop.

Customer service could improve... Being that Ive been part of the vape culture for a while, I know some of the lingo. If I was a new customer to the vape world I would of felt lost. Its vital to make your customers feel comfortable and not talk over their heads as computer techs would. I beleive the clerk wasnt trying to be rude although a bit smug.

I’ve been to this smoke shop 5-6 times and every time I go close to when they “open” I end up having to leave because you never know when they want to show up. My second time they were closed at 1PM with no note of how long they’d be gone. I’m no one special but being the only vape shop in the general areas without having to go across the bridge. You think they would take their supply and demand more seriously. Just waited outside for 20 min (1/22/20) and watched 10 people get back in their car and leave. Sorry for the frustration, I obviously need some nicotine. 😤

Practicing corana safe policies- masks/ onlyy 2 people at a timme, but employee was not helpful not interested and seemed to begrudge even having to answer any questions at all. Left store maakong a purchase but unhappy with results.

My only vape shop. They know what theyre doing. Everything is in house. Best price and deal for the level of quality of their juices. And for those worried about the supposed ban, they CURRENTLY sell flavorless juice as well as a comprehensive variety of flavoring for those who are adventurous

4 stars because its a nice vape shop, always had my Novo 2 pods in stock they sell them single and at a nice price. Would have gave 5 stars but the nic salt ejuice I bought from them didnt taste the best.

My favorite vape shop in PDX! Reasonable prices, and super knowledgeable staff, perfectly compliment the custom blends they craft here. Youll find a flavor you love, and see some vape equipment youve never seen before. They dont just offer nicotine-based vape gear, but have an extensive selection of cannabis-related vaporization equipment. I know nothing of that side of things, but do I love them for their TropicT.

Just want I want in a vape shop: decent selections, at least 1 in house juice (it was very tasty), and friendly sales associates that are knowledgeable and not pushy. LOVE going into a place and NOT getting upsold on everything. Thank you, you have no idea; some shops are so pushy, this one is not.

After five years of the back and forth smoking / vaping I have officially quit smoking four months ago and its because of this store and their E Liquid. I have purchased many mods and tanks over the years but the one they convinced me to buy is honestly the best. Its by vaporesso buy one Ive actually convinced two of my friends to quit. Weve all tried before and failed. Ryan and Sasha are super cool guys too. My favorite flavor is a fruity mix called OGT its a must have.

I have been frustrated all over town trying to find a good price on E-liquid and good customer service. Atomize is new, so they dont have a ton of flavors in yet, but they have VERY good people skills. If they dont have something you want, ask! They have been extremely helpful in making sure I keep my nic-jones covered. Before this vape shop showed up there was NOTHING in this inner SE area with good U.S. based liqs, so I was instantly a fan.

They carry the one brand I love for vaping THC concentrate.

Atomize has extremely friendly and helpful service, great prices, and a comfortable atmosphere. They are also very willing to work out custom e-juice blends with their customers.

Not the best selection but GREAT prices!! Got a burnt flavor in a higher mg, and was allowed to switch it out, to a lower mg, after the 24hr refund policy.

Had some good deals but didnt really like their juice. House made so it didnt really get to steep for some time
