Cloud City Smoke & Vape Gresham

My first visit here was in late June. The customer service here are very cool, and helpful people. Ive tried a few flavors of the fancy 25K puff Geek Bars, and have been enjoying the flavors. Its a little spendy, but totally worth it! High quality vapes, and the high number of puffs are a plus for me. Other vapes I smoked prior (still tasty), only last me about a week, (around 5 days), depending on the 1K-1800 puffs. I hope that you open some more locations maybe? Maybe in Eugene? 😬

Ray is very knowledgeable about their products. The staff is friendly each and every time I purchase a vape from their wide selection. They have the best prices in town!

This smoke shop is hands down the best shop in Gresham and Portland area. Ray knows everything about modules, hookahs, glass, disposables, and they even have a back room with all types of cool smoke products including a nice CLEARANCE section which is always a plus for anyone trying to save a little!

Don’t go anywhere else for your vape (or smoking) needs if you live in the gresham or portland area!!!!I have been vaping for years, and I have been coming here since it opened about a year ago. I am very particular about about my devices, accessories, and juice. It’s always the manager working when I am in there, and I swear he is the only vape store employee in the greater portland metro area that is actually knowledgeable about vape products!!! I’ve been struggling for years to consistently find good juice. The manager was able to determine i am partial to a specific type of blending, and he was able to tell me what other brands they carry that have a similar process. He also was able to suggest the perfect upgrade to my mod that actually solved my issue, now just trying to get my money.This is the only vape/smoke shop I leave 100% satisfied every time. The manager knows what he’s doing, he knows the right products to carry, and also is very personable and happy whenever I come in.Thank you, sincerely, for taking the stress and hassle out of vaping !I left set up with a whole new upgraded mod, three kinds of coils, and two bottles of juice for just about $150. All 100% legit and verifiable. They are also licensed to sell puffco!

Way overpriced. The salesman was very friendly and helpful, he recommended the perfect vape for me and I love it. Unfortunately, it was a new brand for me so I had no idea what a reasonable price for it was. I should have done a quick Google check in the store because I did when I got home and am kicking myself. I paid twice the amount for the vape in the store then what I could have purchased it for directly from the manufacturer. The pods also were twice the price. Including shipping, I would have saved so much money by checking online. Nice staff but I wont be going back.

The manager at this location is an awesome guy and I have be a regular customer for a short time. Ive been to vape shops all over town, and this is the only place I will go now. Bill (the manager) is a super nice dude, was happy to order coils for my tank that I havent been able to find anywhere else (and can no longer order directly to my home thanks to increasingly stringent Oregon law), even called me as soon as they arrived. The vibes are friendly, the shop is clean and well stocked, the juice selection is outstanding, and the prices are the best Ive found. I seriously cant say enough good things about this place. Go here!!

Management was very friendly, made the process very smooth and a wide selection of products. I’ve been a regular to another vape store for almost 3 years now but I’m certain that I will be purchasing my vapes here from now on and don’t see that changing anytime soon.

I used to really like this place, the workers are real nice but if you accidentally buy the wrong coils you are expected to just lose 30 bucks, even when you bring them right back and try to exchange the other four sealed in package ones..... if you are looking for a better place I recommend puff puff smoke and vape off of burnside. The new owners were awesome and had everything at a cheaper price.

This place rocks! They always have what I am looking for and the customer service is on point.

Not much to say we went here at around 10:40 and the doors were looked and the hours were 10 to 8 dad didnt want to wait around especially when they werent open hopefully next time they can live up to their business hours and keep their customers happy

Clean shop, good prices. Recommended a coil for my vape (after opening it and spilling the contents to look at the mechanism that sits clearly visible behind clear glass) that should fit. I purchased it. Then got my reading glasses out in the car, it isnt compatible at all. The sign clearly says, no refunds.This might be a great shop if you know what youre looking for.

Wide selection of glass and vapes at a great price. The atmosphere and presentation is flawless with knowledgeable and friendly employees. I personally have not found another glass/vape shop with more variety for a fair price in the Portland area. If you are looking for a regular place to fill up on juice, disposables, pods, or even glass, this is your place.

I have been going to All Stop, which is a couple minute walk from my house, for a while now for my vape needs and it has been horrible so when I saw this new shop on my search results I had to try it out, and I am really glad I did.The trip out there was beyond worth it. Not only did this place have all of the replacement coils/pods that I have never been able to find at All Stop, but the employees actually treated me well. I know that sounds like a low bar but if youve ever been to a vape shop in PDX youll know it is extremely rare. It was refreshing to have a store genuinely make you feel like they appreciate your business.I cant think of any negatives other than the increased distance I had to travel. However, the selection, prices, experience, and everything else was much better. I will gladly make the trip here from now on and have this become my new store.Thanks Cloud City! I highly recommend them to anyone reading this.

This is my go-to vape shop. Theyre always the most reasonably priced vape shop around and they have really good sales as well. The guy that works in the evenings on Sunday night that wears a hoodie is exceptional and gives great customer service and is very knowledgeable on the products sold. Definitely a five-star store.

Honestly this place is hands down the best shop I’ve been to! Not only do they have the best prices they also have huge selection of juice and newest mods. And if you’re looking for glass this is the spot! I have yet to find a better shop!

Best smoke/vape shop I’ve been to in the Gresham & Portland area. They have a ton of options to choose from whether you’re looking for juices or just a disposable vape. Including a bunch of options from the R&M brand. Prices are also WAY better than anywhere else in the area. And most importantly, the customer service is unbeatable. These guys know what they’re doing and know what they’re talking about. I definitely won’t be going anywhere else but Cloud City for my vape needs.

Excellent new vape shop that does one thing different than others: they cater to us mod vg vapers, instead of only selling disposables. Half the store is real vape juices and real mods. Plan to go back and update my ancient mod now that I found them. GREAT prices too!

Came in because the owner had let me know they would carry pacha mama juice because it is hard to find now a days and they had various flavor selection with both Nic salt and free base liquid in all sizes and mg strengths. Pachamama is amazing and im glad to see this shop carries it at a reasonable price!

Only vape store in portland with modest prices and kind employees. They will help you from the moment you walk in and take care of you until you walk out the door. They also offer a loyalty program to reward you for being in their shop! They special ordered me a Smok IPX 80 as well as Baby V8 coils which are impossible to find and they did it at no extra cost. Definitely the go to shop in the city and great location.

Cheapest kratom I have found in the city. Wide variety as well from liquid shots, pills, powder, small or big sizes. Nice unique selection of glass pipes and water pipes as well. Convenient, neat, and cheap. will be back
