They make there own vape juice in house and if u dont like it bring it back for a free replacement! How awesome is that!

Their e-liquid is pretty good and the prices are fair.Good variety of hardware. They have insulators for 18650 batteries here which are essential for keeping my cells in good working order.I enjoy chatting with the staff about various things pertaining to the vape industry. They are very knowledgeable and always extremely courteous.I recommend this place to all of my friends who vape.

I cant say enough about this place! I had to tip it was an unbelievable customer experience. They are very passionate about their work and love what they do. They gave me a free bottle of liquid with it being my first time and I wanted to pay for it but they wouldnt let me. My Kangertech was leaking and I was ready to buy a tank; but the guy cleaned it out and is giving it another chance before I buy another one. It hasnt leaked yet! He was also full of vapor knowledge and really helped me out. Thank you so much! I could not have been happier with my experience this evening and I will definitely be going back from now on. Oh, and the environment was very clean and sophisticated. They make liquids too and they did an amazing job on mine. Again, could not be happier. Thanks again!

This place is great. You get 5 dollars off your first bottle of vape juice, they make their juices there and they have LITERALLY THOUSANDS if flavors. They have punch cards and the staff is VERY FRIENDLY. Im definitely going back and recommending to all my friends. They also have a return policy on their juices in case you dont like the flavor you picked. This is the best vape store around. Oh and another thing. They are knowledgeable and have high quality modes for sale and they carry more than just the bare minimum basic coils. I was able to leave there ready to vape and very extremely pleased with my purchase and the amount of money I spent.

I did some research on mods and found exactly what I wanted at Digital Smoke. Very friendly and honest staff. They showed me some comparable mods to the one I was looking for in my price range and gave me pros/cons. They were all so good it was hard to pick. I ended up going with my first choice, the Voopoo Drag 157w. The price was at least ten bucks less than everywhere I called. Very pleased to support brick and mortar businesses that make it possible. Amazing juice selection as well. They blend their own flavors and the menu is HUGE.

Fantastic employees! Very kind, knowledgable, willing to make suggestions and help educate you about their products! Every time I visit, these guys have answered my endless questions with kind hearted humor and worlds of knowledge. Ive never left unhappy with the service or the product. I literally drive out of my way from Vancouver to come here.Great flavors selection, juice is affordable and they make it to order right there on the spot.The staff is knowledgeable and all of their mods and atomizers are guaranteed!With the laws changing and regulations stacking ever so high, I hope that this is one of the everlasting vape shops in Portland as I will be a continuing customer!

Really great made to order custom flavored vape products with an awesome selection of machines and accessories. You can pick out your flavor nicotine level and PG to VG ratio and they will have it ready in 5 mins

Custom made juices and a very knowledgeable staff make this the top place in Portland for the vaping community. the juices are always made quickly and you can also call an order in ahead making it very convenient when you are short on time. They always have a nice rotation of hardware as well.

First time there and was in need of coil wire and juice. They were very helpful and friendly. They have a new regular customer. I was able to rebuild my coil while they got my juice order ready. Also I am not a techy into the minutia of vaping, I just need it to work for me and they were able to easily talk to me at my level and answer my questions with out talking down to me. So if you are new or want to learn more I am thinking this would be a good place to get some answers and assistance.

Its a good vape shop. They have most of the popular products and some retro vapes. The feature of the shop is their certified clean room lab. This is where the magic happens you can get a custom e-liquid at your preferred nicotine strength at a more than fair price. The staff was friendly and welcoming. A perfect place to go if your looking to quit smoking or trying to find that perfect flavor.

If this is a 2nd review then my first one didnt post. But Ive always had good experiences here. Some juices good and some no so much but thats taste preference. The customer service aspect is on point tho. Lindsay and Erik have always been great helps in all of my needs. Any questions Ive either asked in person or even called and theyve been more then helpful everytime. This place is legit and is a first time vapers golden palace with the help, and experienced vapers great choice for juice. My whole family only gets juice from here. Shout out to the staff for sure.

This place is great! Ive been coming here for several years and have always had a great experience. The owner, Heidi is a delight and very knowledgeable. The staff are very helpful with any questions I have and are so friendly. I tend to stay a bit longer to chit chat. Great selection of products and so many juice flavors. Discovered this shop because it was close to my job and I was out of juice. The shop has a cool environment, very helpful and really nice people. They created any flavor and they have a lot of flavors. I picked Green Hi-chew like the candy and it was bomb. I got $5 off for my first visit and then another $5 for getting a 100ml bottle. For every 10mls you get a stamp so 100mls = $5 off, off top. Very happy with this vape shop. This will be my go to shop now. Plus they have a lot of different mods and tips that I have never seen before.

Great customer service but all of the juice I purchased are barely above flavorless. Not really sure why, I dont think they add enough flavoring when they are mixing the juices or maybe its just the flavoring itself they use, not really sure. Prolly the last time I get their Ejuice.

This place had a very odd feel about the whole place right from the door. The service was great, i walked in and both guys instantly got to work to find the right coil for my vape that fit my likings. However both guys were kinda stand offish and not to personal with their customer servoce skills. But all together your going there to get the right product for you and thats exactly what i did.

Huge selection of hardware, 600+ flavors. Easy 5 star rating This is all they do, and its a classy affair. They took the time to explain everything to a total noob (me) and ended up recommending a $25 device when I was prepared to spend $150-200. They took the time to teach me and listen to my interests and needs. After visiting 2 head shops, this place is 20x better. The fact that they put me before making a dollar is why Ive taken the time to write this review, and why Im going to drive all the way across town to patronize this shop in the future.

My wife likes the juice but I would not purchase any hardware. They just screwed me over. I purchased hardware 2 days ago tried it yesterday didnt like it had a hard time to get it to work. After using for a day to get the feel of the product they are not willing exchange for a different product and now I am stuck with a product that I do not like. The person I purchased it from said that I had 30 days to return which is not true. They just lost a loyal customer.

No customer service, Purchased a 30 dollar tank that doesnt even work and they wont return it, quoting policies. If a product doesnt work, return it. Tank gives off little vapor, a tiny cloud, and leaks everywhere. My breath has bigger clouds in cold air. Be careful what you purchase here, very poor quality products and no return policy. Even the bottles the use for e-juice are cheap, lids keep coming off, had to transfer into my own bottles. Luckily it was my first few times in the store, will not be returning.Edit to reply:Actually the whole conversation started with me being unable to find a tank to suit my needs as none of them worked out to my expectations. I explained I built my own, and was not working and I was assured this tank would suit those needs since it was specifically made for those needs. Im not sure how anyone would assume that works as intended, considering I cant get it to work at all without special care. Its like I bought a bottle of cola, but I can only drink it one capful at a time.You see I can remember my interactions with your employees because it was one or two interactions. Your employees interact with how many people daily and you think they remember me? Did any of them explain to you who I spoke to and on which trip I got this information? Ive lost 30 bucks, its not like Im going to return, Ill cut my losses as there are many other business I can go to who take care of their customers. Ill post my story here, and other people can make their own judgement or opinion as to who they believe, and only I can change it.

The owner or manager guy (?) who helped me with my newbie vape issues was fabulous. The Blackbeard juice he recommended is my new favorite juice. I feel like Im in the song Brandy sitting in a little harbor dive bar singing sea shantys with old pirates.

This shop is very clean and easy to buy from. The employees are knowledgeable in the products that they sell. They mix the vape juice there so they have a wide selection of flavors and strengths. The prices are reasonable.

I was so nervous to go to a vape shop! I had lots of preconceived ideas of pretentious sales people giving me a hard time. I’m a mega beginner. I was helped by Arjuna and they made my day! This place was killer!I showed up on the late end (7:45, they close at 8) but Arjuna was super cool and helpful. I legitimately did not know how to use my device or how to select the right liquid but they walked us all the way through every step (even walked me out to show me how to use it after they put the juice was in the device). Also it was dead cheap—you get a discount on your first visit. I’m sold, this is the spot. Thanks Arjuna!

Just go somewhere else - bought some juice for my renova zero pods, was helped by Eric, the manager or all people, who told me the juice would work fine in my device despite not being salt-nic, and that the flavor was close to what I was looking for, as well as that I could always return it if I didn’t like it. The juice was too thick and won’t go into the pods at all, not to mention being a pretty gross flavor. When I came back the next day and told him the problem he just said “that’s a bummer” and that they have “NO SYSTEM IN PLACE TO GIVE ANYONE THEIR MONEY BACK”. If Eric is really the manager the owner should look for a new one. Zero stars

What can I not say, there guys are the best. Everyone is so helpful no matter what it is their willing to help. Always super nice Everytime I go in I end up wanting to stay a hang out, always live bullshiting, and they do there own juice so always something new to try. Plus they got some killer mods and tanks in plus extras like local driptips. They just got n a beautiful squonking, ugh so sexy. Definitely go in and check em out, you wont be disappoint. Oh and always workers juice pick up on the board, which is 20%off and worth trying.

Good product, unfortunately overshadowed by a terrible owner. Ive heard her actually yelling at and arguing with employees during business hours with customers in the store. Its a shame because the vibe of the place is otherwise awesome...the other employees have always been friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.
