Blaze was super cool and helped me pick out a 510 battery. Felt like chillin with a friend and he even gave me some recommendations for places to check out in the city. I only looked at the battery section but they carried all the major brands and had good pricing compared to online. Definitely recommend stopping here

Dude this place is so rad! The Flum Pebble selection is insane! This picture ain’t even all the flavors they usual have! Quianna suggested the Matcha flavor and it did not disappoint! Great suggestion. Definitely coming back here for sure!

Love stopping by here! The staff are all super friendly even when busy. Quianna has helped me many times find a flavor I like. They also have a return time frame if your disposable has issues(dont we all).. but I appreciate the selections and help the staff provide. Theyre a pinch pricy but I feel like the 241 deals are worth it.

Quianna got me onto these crown bars. I’m trying to quit smoking so much and these disposables are perfect! A lot less nicotine but still taste and hit amazing.I’d also like to shout out Andre, Eli, Billy and Casey! The whole crew there are always really kind and helpful

Wow! This is an amazing store! I came in looking for a new disposable vape, and Keith and Eli helped me choose a Geekbar. By far the longest lasting vape I’ve had before.

This is the only vape shop in portland as far as I’m concerned. Huge selection. More flavors than you know what to do with. Always easy to park in front and be in and out in a jiffy. But most of all the employees are phenomenal. ANDRE is the sommelier of vapes and his flavor/brand suggestions are on point! Super friendly and lovely person. Never had a bad experience there and highly recommend.

I really like this place, I started vaping to quit smoking and havent smoked a cigarette sense. I really like the staff here, Queanne and Aundra have always been helpful when I go in, and I really appreciate the staff here.

I like this place. The store is kept very clean, all of the products are easily visible, and the staff are very knowledgeable regarding the products they offer, particularly Eli who helped me out earlier this week.He and his coworker that day were quite the conversationalists, and it was overall a very friendly visit while I found my new favorite vape!

Stopped in here the other day, I was surprised at their selection. Andre and Billie were very helpful!

The customer service in this shop is immaculate, they are attentive to every need of the customers while maintaining social distancing guidelines and a fully masked environment. Their selection on disposables is by far the largest Ive seen in NE Portland to date. I highly recommend checking out this shop and getting all your nicotine needs! I would choose any other place to buy your vape or smoke stuff over this place. Every single time I have gone, I have met a new, even ruder employee. Honestly, just terrible. Watch out for the guy who wears a hat and has scars on his face. It’s the worst of the worst.

We called asking if they have the puffco so we could get an atty. Dude word for word said from the get-go So you gonna call... house of pipe... I mean vapes.. full of nicotine..Hung up before his last two brain cells started a fire in what looks like a legit shop. Hire better people.

I went here yesterday morning and the girl with the green hair (I think her name was Que) but she was amazing, really sweet and helped me out with choosing the best disposable vape for me, since I’m new to them and I felt really comfortable with taking her advice since she seemed so knowledgeable. Went in to buy my first nondisposable vape and the attendant summer helped me wonderfully and answered my myriad of questions and helped me select quality products all while being polite as can be.

The location was easy to find, I biked over, but they have decent parking out front. They were friendly and made a perfect suggestion when I asked them about my preferences. Pricing is average. The store is clean and tidy. I have to include they have a vast inventory. I wish Id had more time to stay and look it over. Next time I go, Ill spend more time.

Averagemid-size vape shop. Vapes and juices cost about double the amount they do online.

Has a lot of different vape products and types, I went there around 8 pm tonight and had a gentleman help us out with our questions and even knew what I was saying about my vape coils. I love this place!!

24 hour return policy that the druggy looking cashier failed to mention. Promised that the mod didnt leak, it does. Very unprofessional, didnt know prices of anything. Tacky fake nails made it so she couldnt even open the tank. Almost no product knowledge. Took a personal call while she was working with me, didnt even respond when I said thank you as I was leaving. Store is so dark that you can barely see the products behind the counter.

I came in frustrated with the other vape shops in town. I remembered Andre was super helpful last time, so I came back to House of Vape tonight.Fortunately for me, Andre was working. He answered all my questions, set me up with a device that I love, and even stayed open late to make sure I had what I needed.Hes super knowledgeable and friendly, and hes the reason Ill keep coming back.---Forget the other shops in town... HOV rules. Look for Andre. He rocks.

I dont buy vape stuff anywhere else anymore. The prices and selection are AMAZING! Andre is SUPER knowledgeable and kind (thanks dude!) and its just a great vibe all around. The best part is they are open until 11pm/7 days a week! The BEST!!

Andre and Dee are rockstars! Went in there looking to replace my juul and had a ton of questions about the different vape and juice products - I probably asked 20-30 questions which they all had answers for. Andre was awesome and helped me pick out the best options for what I was looking for, walked me thru how it worked and helped set it up so it was ready to go when walking out the door! Awesome customer service & experience!

Decent shop for juice and disposables. The staff seems to have a high turn over rate and so often they arent very knowledgeable. My only complaint was the didnt carry any vaporesso products. Not even coils.There is also their sister business house of glass downstairs which carries most head shop goods. Pipes, bongs, wraps, grinders, cigarettes, 1x1in baggies, kratom, male and female replacement pieces for glassware. Glass on glass style and just o-ring as well. Scales and Im sure other niche products as well. Check it out

Staff were very helpful, but I bought two 2-packs of Geek Vapes Aegis Nano Pod coils and both packs I bought had one coil removed from each box. If you plan on buying things from this store, make sure you open each item you plan on buying and check them to make sure someone behind the counter hasnt removed part of whats in the box you are purchasing before you leave.

I regularly buy my vape supplies at House of Vape. Recently I had my leg amputated and couldnt use the stairs. I called and Q was working. Q came down to the car I was riding in and took my order and brought it down for me. Great customer service and excellent selection and prices.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Never a bad experience here! Reasonable prices and good selection of products. Despite what other reviews may have said, the prices here have been comparable to every other vape store I’ve been to in the greater Portland area. I paid twice as much for the same products when I bought them in Vancouver. Always some sort of sale or deals here, too. Well worth it just for the amazing customer service!

Genuinely hate to leave a bad review because most folks were very nice, but I had the most exasperating series of experiences here trying to just get a vape that worked and I could use. Consistently told things were in stock that weren’t when I got there (was then told they never actually had them). I understand ~supply chain~ issues but those issues were known prior to selling me a vape I later discovered were known to be problematic and difficult to stock pods and coils for. Not just at this store— at every House of Pipes. Bummed.

I had problems with other vape shops in town. I decided to try out this shop and Im very happy I did. Ive been to this location twice and I didnt catch the name of the guy who waited on me but he had on a spikey jacket. He was very friendly and helpful. Advised me which pod system I should buy and when my coils burnt out he gave me tips to make them last longer. Highly recommended this place, staff is excellent.

Have been here two times since they opened. Their service has been pretty good both times. I have gone to a lot of vape stores and most seem to have pretty good service so I consider that par for the course.If you search for the Hyppe Maxflo online you will find it for half the price of this store from other reputable sellers (despite what the guys in this store would tell you)I asked them if they do any price matching with other stores or online and they gave me a curt no. I have spent about $300 there in the couple months theyve been open and I was expecting a bit more of a conversation about it. I understand if thats their policy but I was hoping theyd be willing to at least not turn me away at the request.Overall, pretty decent store if you dont mind paying their pretty crazy markup (I found the same products at multiple stores for 50-60% of the price of this store, might not be the case for all disposable vapes). 2 stars because of prices, inflexibility on price matching, and the guy with blonde dyed hair and face tattoos that was not happy when I asked if they price match.

Price gouging, I went here and bought a vape and went online to get instructions and its less than half price. I get up charging a bit but more than double price is ridiculous.Edit: the fire button stopped working after less than two weeks and the box was open when they sold it to me. They said to contact the manufacturer for warranty and couldnt help me. The manufacturer says they are not an authorized retailer on their website. So i am out of luck. Spent $65 on a broken product. I would not purchase another vape here.

Workers are very nice. Watch out for fake flum batches they have sometimes though. When I was less knowledgeable about the flums I bought a fake and it tasted weird and unknowingly exchanged it for another fake!

Q is really cool. Otherwise, hard to feel comfortable here as a woman or a anywhere of the lgbtqia scene if Q isn’t working.

Tremendously overpriced on every item, from mods, to juice, to batteries and coils. $30 for a pair of Imren batteries?! $30 for a standard pack of Smok coils? Prices are roughly 50% higher than other stores that I frequent in the area. Id call it highway robbery, but its actually located on a surface street.
